SUBSTANCE: method of providing crew evacuation of emergency submarine from emersed saving chamber (ESC) is that the crew evacuation is based on using the launching device of a rescue ship and a ship's ladder. The ESC of vertical design is provided with lifting rods and fencing of the exit hatch. The launching device of the rescue ship is provided with a traverse with the variable base between the automatic grips, through which the ESC is raised from water to the height excluding the relative heaving oscillations of the ESC and the rescue ship, and fixed at the fendering protection against longitudinal movement with mooring-towing ropes. The ship's ladder is brought to the fencing of the exit hatch of the ESC and the rescued are evacuated on the ship's ladder to the board of the rescue ship.

EFFECT: increased safety of the crew evacuation from the emersed saving chamber to the rescue ship under conditions of sea waves.

The invention relates to shipbuilding, in particular to a technique for saving the crew emergency submarine (PL) on the bottom.

The final stage of rescue from rescue pop-up camera (CWS) after you surface is evacuating them to a rescue vessel.

A known system for saving the crew of emergency PL located on ground containing rescue pop-up camera vertical design and a rescue vessel. After surfacing the CWS on the surface and arrival rescue (providing the ship's crew emergency dps from the CWS being afloat, goes on Board. Then the CWS ship's crane lift from the water on Board the vessel for rings, designed for installation of the CWS on the square in the factory. Proposed additional use in the system rescue bells (the bell) to save the remaining crew members or inspection of compartments [1] (prototype).

Under favorable weather conditions and at atmospheric pressure in compartments emergency PL evacuation saved from the CWS carried out afloat with the use of rescue boats, lifeboats, rescue platforms, ladders, arbors and other ship's means of salvation.

The disadvantage of the prototype is that the output is saved from the CWS afloat in the sea is not possible, so to�to the exit hatch CWS excitement more than 3 points is filled with a wave. Known design crosshead movable along its length. On the ends of the crosshead is set SHU to connect with auto grippers SPU. The distance between automatic gripper beam is determined depending on the base rod between devices of lifted object [4].

However, the height of the CWS vertical design with attached yoke does not allow to raise the CWS available on Board rescue vessels for rapid evacuation rescues at sea.

The object of the invention is to provide a method of ensuring the emergency crew evacuation from PL vertical VSWR performance, risen to the surface in a sea of excitement on Board the rescue ship.

The task is solved in that to ensure the emergency crew evacuation dps from the CWS, having risen to the surface in a sea of excitement, she set the rod in the device and fencing EV hatch, and the SPU supply machines with variable base between automatic grippers. Camera with people traverse the SPU raise water to a height of precluding relative vertical oscillation of the CWS and the ship, fix the fender protection from longitudinal displacement and serves on the CWS ladder DL� evacuation saved the ship.

To implement the evacuation of divers from the CWS on the vessel 1 is installed fender protection 2 in the area of lifting CWS 3.

Retractable bridge 4 SPU 5 pendants are equipped with load 6 with automatic grippers 7. Cargo suspension 6 raise and lower the cargo ropes 8. Automatic grippers 7 are moved along the guide rope 9. On SWR 3 provides an escape hatch 10 fence 11, the lifting rods 12 and mooring and towing device 13.

For connection 7 with the lifting rods 12 CWS yoke 14 is provided. On top of the traverse rod 14 is mounted in the device 15 for connection with automatic grippers 7 cargo suspension 6. In the lower part of the head plate 14 fixed slings automatic grippers 16 for connection with the lifting rods 12 of the CWS. In traverse 14 has openings for the passage of guide rope 9, which moves the yoke 14 with auto�political grippers 16.

To prevent longitudinal vibrations of the CWS are used mooring and towing ropes 17.

Evacuation is ensured as follows.

With the arrival in the area of the accident rescue ship organized the rescue and evacuation of divers remaining in the end compartments of the submarine, using the SPA if their transition into the CWS was impossible.

What is new is the way to ensure prompt evacuation saved from the CWS vertical design on a rescue vessel in which the CWS equip rod devices, fencing EV hatch and raise from the water traverse up and down the hoist to a height, excluding the vertical oscillations of CWS relative to the vessel, and fix the fender protection of the horizontal displacements that allows transition save of the CWS on Board the vessel at the gangway.

The proposed method of evacuation equipped with the CWS current and future projects PL can be implemented rescue vessels using both on-Board and feed the SPU, is provided with a yoke.

Further leaving of the crew to the surrounding environment is carried out through the hatches located on the outer surfaces of the ballast tanks.
