SUBSTANCE: invention is a method of correction of immunobiochemical status of cows in the prenatal and postpartum periods. The invention comprises the following steps: the dry cows within 10-12 days prior to and 10-12 days after parturation are given orally the composite agent based on organic acids, containing fumaric, ascorbic, succinic and citric acid based on per dose, mg/kg body weight: fumaric acid - 3.0-5.0; ascorbic acid - 4.5-7.5; succinic acid - 6.0-10.0; citric acid - 1.5-2.5, in combination with dualfold intramuscular injection tetrahydrovit 30 days before and on the day of parturation at a dose of 10 ml/head, and threefold intramuscular injection of iron complex 30, 15 days before and on the day of parturation at a dose of 0.2 ml/10 kg bodyweight.
EFFECT: invention provides a correction of immunobiochemical homeostasis at the level providing for physiological parturation and the postpartum period and obtaining viable offspring.

Pregnancy, following childbirth and the puerperium all mammals are accompanied by substantial changes in metabolism that may occur in clinical and subclinical metabolic disorders. The most vivid picture of the intensity of metabolic processes is formed at the final stage of pregnancy and the early postpartum period. Furthermore, it was reported that the basis for the development of obstetric pathology in animals is the disorder of the synthesis and metabolism of hormones, vitamins, proteins, carbohydrates, lipids, minerals and other biologically active substances. High physiological role of trace elements in the animal body characterized by the fact that they are closely associated with activation of hormones, enzymes, vitamins and other biologically active substances (BAS) that support homeostasis. Trace elements actively bind to the proteins, resulting in formation of new substances, which have high activity in the body. If the body does not grip�tons of minerals, the formation of hormones, vitamins and enzymes is significantly reduced and, accordingly, reduces the overall metabolism. Known method of correcting abnormalities of metabolism, treatment and prevention of their consequences, including the use of universal complex preparation containing sodium Selenite, vitamin E, succinic acid, sulphate of zinc and formazin, which is administered intramuscularly �and 45, 30, 15 days before delivery and on the day of birth .
Another known means of increasing reproductive capacity of farm and domestic animals on the basis of various biologically active compounds, positively influencing reproductive function, improves circulation, on the basis of micro - and macroelements and vitamins . As a result of the correction of metabolic processes occurs metabolic reorientation of the body that have a significant impact on the level of natural resistance.

However, the known methods do not provide normalization immunol�khimicheskogo status in full, exposing selected indicators without taking into account the mechanisms of disorders of metabolism depending on the physiological state of the animal.
Technical solution to the problem is to increase the immune response of animals in the prenatal and postnatal periods, improved intrauterine fetal growth and security of the complex effect of BAS on the maximum number of protective devices in the body, including antioxidant defense system.
The problem is solved in that in the method of correcting immunobiochemical status of cows during the prenatal and postnatal periods, consisting in the appointment of a down-calving cows organic acid, vitamin and mineral complexes, organic acid used in the form of composite tools, dubbed "Bio-FAIAL" containing fumaric, ascorbic, succinic acid and citric acid, as vitamin complex - drug tetrahydrof, as a mineral complex - complexului.
The method is as follows.
Cows within 10-12 days before and 10 to 12 days after birth oral use compositional tool "Bio-FAIAL" containing fumaric, ascorbic, succinic acid and citric acid based on the dose, mg/kg of body weight: fumaric acid - 3,0-5,0; ascorbic acid - 4,5-7,5; amber� acid 6,0-10,0; citric acid and 1.5 - 2.5, in combination with a double intramuscular injection of tetrahedrality 30 days before and on the day of birth at a dose of 10 ml/goal. and three-time intramuscular injection complexului 30, 15 days before and on the day of birth at a dose of 0.2 ml/10 kg of live weight.
Composite agent based on organic acids, called "Bio-FAIAL", contains substances (fumaric, ascorbic, succinic acid and citric acid), possessing membrane-protective and immunity-boosting properties. Succinic acid and citric acid are important factors in the regulation of physiological condition and improve the overall resistance of the organism of animals and birds that activate the nervous system, kidney and intestine, have anti-stress effect. Succinic and citric acids have the properties of antidotes, cleansing the body from heavy metals, radionuclides, salts of nitric and nitrous acids. In addition, succinic acid has lactoproteins and antiviral action. Citric acid stimulates the formation in the intestine chelated forms of calcium, zinc, iron, etc., which are much easier to assimilate. It is known that citric acid acts as a synergist with amber, strengthening the biological effects of the latter. Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) plays an important role in the Oka�inflammatory-regenerative processes, reactions of carbohydrate and protein metabolism, lowers cholesterol and calcium in the blood, reduce the deposition of lipids and calcium in the organs, activates enzymes of the stomach, intestines, has antihemorrhagic effect, prevents the development of infection in the body, stimulates exocrine pancreatic function, erythropoiesis, and mononuclear phagocytes, provides anti-inflammatory effect ionized calcium, activates phagocytosis. Fumaric acid is a natural metabolite of living organisms, provides extra ATP synthesis, thereby counteracting the stresses at the cellular level. It is resistant to oxidation, temperature and compatibility with other BAS. The accelerated formation of ATP with the participation of fumaric acid contributes to the conservation of glucose for glycogen synthesis in the liver and ascorbic acid in the body. Accumulation in the liver of spare nutrients and ascorbic acid prolongs the period of active functioning and provides a cleansing of the liver from metabolic products.

Complexi�Lesa - a medicament in the form of solution for injection, intended for the prevention and treatment of iron deficiency anemia, lack of trace elements, the normalization of metabolism, increase productivity and safety of livestock of cattle, which includes complex ethylenediaminetetra acid and lysine iron, manganese, copper, zinc, cobalt, selenium, iodine and water for injections. In 1 ml of solution contains as active ingredients, mg: iron - 10,0; manganese - 7,0; copper 1,0; zinc - 9,0; cobalt and 0.12; selenium - 0,11; iodine - 0.26 in the form of chelates and water for injections .
The inventive method is illustrated by examples.
Example 1. To study the effect of compositional means "Bio-FAIAL" immunobiochemical status on the principle of steam-analogues picked up four groups of down-calving cows for 15-20 days before giving birth: 3 groups, group 1 - control. All animals were housed under identical conditions of feeding and maintenance.
Cows first experimental group (n=9) was fed in mixture with forage compositional tool "Bio-FAIAL, containing per dose, mg/kg of body weight: fumaric acid - 4,0; ascorbic acid 6,0; succinic acid - 8,0; citric acid - 2,0; cows second experimental group (n=8) is a compositional tool "Bio-FAIAL, containing per dose, �g/kg live weight: fumaric acid 5,0; ascorbic acid - 7,5; succinic acid - 10,0; citric acid, 2.5; cows of the third experimental group (n=10) is a compositional tool "Bio-FAIAL, containing per dose, mg/kg of body weight: fumaric acid - 7,0; ascorbic acid - 10,5; succinic acid - 14,0; citric acid - 3,5; within 10-12 days before and within 10-12 days after birth. Animals of the fourth group (n=10) of the drugs were received and served as the control.
To assess immunobiochemical status of the experimental animals was carried out blood tests before you start experience - 15-20 days before the birth and after 10-12 days after birth. Example 2. The cows of the control group drugs were prescribed. The blood sampling was performed before the experiment for 30-35 days before the birth and after 10-14 days after birth. The findings were calculated as in example 1. The results are presented in tables 5, 6, 7, 8. Born calves were weighed on the first day after birth and on the 30th day of life and were evaluated according to the main clinical indicators. The results are presented in tables 9, 10, 11.
Studies have shown that the inventive method is provided for maintaining at an optimum level after the birth of total lipids, vitamin A (table 5) and bactericidal activity of blood serum, increased lysozyme activity of serum - 17.7% (table 6), Ig G - by 25.7%, Ig A - 40.0%, Ig M - 52.2% (table 7).
As seen from table 8, the incidence of cows in first, second and third experimental groups was lower than in controls by 55.6; 7,8 and 48.8%, respectively. More physiological for the generic and the postpartum period in animals of the first experimental group was led to the shortening of involution of the genital organs 18.7 days (p≤0,001) compared to 4 days for the second and 14.6 days (p≤0.001) in the third experimental groups, reducing the duration of infertility 16.6 days (p≤0,001) compared to 8.5 for the second and 13.7 days (p≤0.01) in the third experimental groups and index of fertilization by 25.6% (p≤0.05) compared with 8.4% in the second and 20.0% in the third experimental groups, respectively, compared to control. Fertility in animals of the experimental groups was at the level 80,0 is 88.9%, which is 3.3-22.2 percent higher than in the control. In the first and third experimental groups, there were no registered cases of detention of the placenta, whereas in the second experimental and control groups with retention of the placenta was 20.0 and 20.2% of cows, respectively. As can be seen from table 9, at 3-7 days after birth hemoglobin in calves, obtained from cows of first, second and third experimental groups was higher than control group on 45,3 (p≤0,001) and 44.9 (p≤0,001) and 60.6% (p≤0.001) respectively. The level of hemoglobin in calves of the control group amounted to $ 75.9±1.6 g/l, considerably below the physiological norm and indicated a state of hypoxia. The number of red blood cells in all experimental calves was consistent with physiological norm, while in animals of the first experimental group, the rate was significantly higher in comparison with the second group 15.8 (p≤0.05). Glucose levels in all experimental calves were characterized by high performance that was consistent with physiological norm in the early postnatal period (4,0-5,8 mmol/l), while the experimental calves indicators of glucose were higher than those of control calves. The copper content in the serum of calves first and second experimental groups exceeded the value of the corresponding indicator of the third experimental and control groups 11.4 (p≤0.05) and 8.3% (p≤0.05) and 14.7 (p≤0.01) and 11.5% (p≤0.05), respectively. The concentration of substances of low and medium molecular weight (lmmws level) in all animals except calves the second experimental group was at the level of 15.7 compared to 16.1% In young second experimental group IP�ledway index was 18.3±0,2 units, that 13.7 and 17.3% (p≤0,001) higher than in calves of other groups. Phagocytic index in calves of the first group exceeded the value of the corresponding parameter in the control group 22.2% (p≤0.05) and the retinol content was higher than the control 28.7% (p≤0,05).
As seen from table 11, no significant difference in live weight of newborn calves in groups was not, except for the second experimental group, in which the live weight of calves at birth was higher by 8.8% (p≤0,05) in comparison with the control. A month after the birth of the live weight of calves of the first and third experimental groups was higher than that of control animals, 11.0 (p≤0.01) and 8.0% (p≤0.05), respectively. Absolute average daily live weight gain in calves the first and third experimental groups made up 413.3 and 400.0 g, 26.5 and 22.4% higher than in the control.
As seen from table 12, the incidence of calves in the first experimental group was 22.2% compared with 50.0% of the second, to 30.0% in the third experience�'s group and 71.4% in the control. The first calves of the experimental group the first signs of gastro-intestinal diseases were observed on day 7-8 of life, and in calves of the control group - 2-3 days after birth. The disease in calves of the control group was characterized by more severe course. Safety in these groups was 100%.
The results confirmed that the combined use of compositional tools "Bio-FAIAL", complexului and tetrahedrality declared by the scheme helped correct immunobiochemical homeostasis at the level providing for physiological childbirth and the postpartum period and obtaining viable offspring with stronger vigor.
Example 3. To determine the comparative effectiveness declared and known methods according to the principle of analogues were selected four groups of heavily pregnant cows 30 days before the expected birth: 3 groups experimental, 1 control group. As seen from table 13, the inventive method has provided a more effective correction immunobiochemical status: in all examined parameters showed an increase with the exception of hemoglobin and the level of phagocytic activity of neutrophils, at the same time, these indicators were within physiological norms. The optimization of metabolic processes, increase overall natural resistance and immune status of cows contributed to the decrease in the level of obstetric pathologies 47.8% comparedwith the control, 17.8% compared with the baseline method and by 7.8% compared to the method-analogue, to reduce the duration of infertility 16.6 days in comparison with control, 8.1 days compared with the baseline method and 2.4 days compared to the method-analogue, the increased fertility by 28.9% compared with control, by 18.9% compared with baseline and with the method-analogue (table 14).
High efficiency of the method is related to the combined action and the best selection of dosages and patterns of use of the composite funds "Bio-FAIAL" on the basis of organic acids, complex vitamins in the form of the drug tetrahydrof and mineral complex in the form complexului, each of which has a broad spectrum of pharmacological activity.

SUBSTANCE: minor amputation of the foot with the further necrectomy is performed. SUBSTANCE: claimed are: synthetic nutritional composition, suitable for application in prevention of secondary infections after viral infection, characterised by neuraminidase activity; said composition contains sialylated oligosaccharide, selected from group, consisting of 3' cilalyllactose, 6' cilalyllactose and their combination and component, selected from group, consisting of N-acetyllactosamine, N-acetyllactosamine-containing oligosaccharide and their combination and its application for obtaining medication or therapeutic nutritional composition for prevention of secondary infection after viral infection, characterised by neuraminidase activity. It is shown that efficiency of viral neuraminidases can be reduced by introduction of excessive sialylated oligosaccharides thus reducing part of decialirated surfaces of epithelial cells until neutral oligisaccarides, which imitate preferable epithelial sites of binding pathogenic bacteria, are supplied in plewnty.
EFFECT: combined introduction of sialylated oligosaccharides and N-acetyllactosamine and/or N-acetyllactosamine-containing oligosaccharide is especially efficient in prevention secondary viral infections (otitis media) after such infection as influenza as a result of destruction of synergy between action of viral and bacterial pathogens.

SUBSTANCE: ferroglyukin is administered to new-born calves with iron deficiency anaemia at a dose of 150 mg (2 ml) intramuscularly, twice with an interval of 4 days. Crezacyne 5 mg/kg per day is included in the watering scheme for 4 days, starting simultaneously with the first injection of ferroglyukin. Gamavit is administered intramuscularly once a day in the morning at a dose of 0.05 ml/kg for 4 days, starting simultaneously with ferroglyukin and crezacyne.
EFFECT: method enables to normalise consistently the platelet activity in new-born calves with iron deficiency anaemia during a short period of exposure, transferring it to the level typical of healthy calves, after 4 days of treatment, and to provide long-term maintenance of platelet haemostasis in the optimal mode of operation, eliminating the risk of thrombotic complications in animals and contributing to their normal growth and development.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary and can be applied in pig-breeding for the stimulation of exchange processes, growth activity, prevention of hypomicroelementosis and diarrhoeas of piglets. An energometabolic composition for the stimulation of exchange processes represents a water solution, which contains succinic acid, iodinol, beet molasses and sulphates of iron, copper, cobalt, zinc, with the following component content in 1000 ml of the solution: succinic acid - 10.0 g, iodinol - 250 ml, beet molasses - 300 ml, iron sulphate - 2 g, copper sulphate - 0.1 g, cobalt sulphate - 1 g, zinc sulphate - 0.3 g, water- the remaining part.
