FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: brake unit consists of the body with suspension fitted on cushioned frame of the vehicle, gripper mechanism, including levers, brake cylinder, shoes, automatic regulator of clearance between linings and disc with ratchet mechanism and drive of said automatic regulator. Said automatic regulator of clearance is arranged in the unit body between fulcrums of levers. Brake cylinder is arranged between the levers on ends opposite locations of shoes. Said automatic regulator of clearance is driven by brake cylinder via lever drive provided with compensation spring. Device for unlocking of ratchet mechanism of said automatic regulator of clearance is composed of a spring-loaded rod.

EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability, compact design.

The invention relates to brake equipment of railway vehicles, in particular for disc brakes.

Known disc brake for railway rolling stock [registration number of application No. 4787398/11, 12.12.1989, publication number No. 1726303, index IPC - B61H 5/00], comprising a brake cylinder, a piston rod which is fixed a wedge in contact with the shoulders of the levers of the tongs mechanism, on whose shoulders other fixed brake lining covering a brake disk, the mechanism of convergence of levers made of two screws with right and left threads, connected by a nut with a ring gear, the drive mechanism for the rapprochement of levers in the form of Z-shaped bracket pivotally connected at one end with a wedge, and at the opposite end having the feed dog with one tooth, transferable device bracket with elastic plates.

The disadvantage of analog is represented as follows: the use of wedge transmission creates a reduced efficiency in the mechanism, and this kind of transfer is very critical wear parts; compactness of this design of the disk brake is not provided; the relative position of the brake cylinder, lever-wedge mechanism and linear actuator mechanism of convergence of the levers does not provide compensation of the mobility of the brake disc, set on wheels�Oh pair, regarding brake pads; transferable device with the elastic plates has a greater likelihood of jamming in the conditions of pollution or in the absence of providing a sufficiently accurate geometric and elastic properties of the plates.

As the prototype was chosen disc brake of railway rolling stock [registration number of application No. 1464158/27-11, 23.06.1970, publication number No. 386497, index IPC - B61H 5/00], containing mounted on the frame of the truck brake cylinder with the rod is connected by means of rigidly attached to the spacer wedge levers pivotally connected to the brake linings, characterized in that to ensure uniform braking force when the uneven wear of the brake linings brake cylinder movably mounted in the housing attached to the frame of the truck, the coupling connection between the levers, which is the regulator, consisting of two parts with a hinge and placed them in a self-braking threaded element and the threaded sleeve.

The disadvantage of the prototype is the following: box body design mechanism does not provide the compactness, and significantly restricts access to the nodes of the mechanism to ensure maintainability and control its operation; the application of wedge transmission reduces the efficiency of the mechanism and the reliability of er� work; actuation of the regulator, i.e. the reduction of the levers to compensate for wear of the brake lining, is provided by the force of the return spring in the brake cylinder, the force which has limited value - it creates a low safety margin of operation of the controller; in the controller design is not a device unlock reverse threaded elements for cultivation of leverage.

The problem to be solved by the present invention, is:

- ensuring high efficiency and durability, tick-borne mechanism of the brake unit;

- increase the reliability of the avtoregulyator gap between the pads and the disk.

- providing convenient and fast unlock reverse threaded element controller for breeding levers;

- ensure the compact design of the brake unit.

The solution of this problem is achieved by using the original design of the brake block, disc brake, in which applied: avtoregulyator gap disposed in the housing unit between points of supports of the levers, a brake cylinder disposed between the levers at the ends opposite to the placement of shoes, and avtoregulyator is actuated by the brake cylinder through a lever actuator, which has a compensating spring device unlocked�of irowiki ratchet mechanism of avtoregulyator, representing a spring-loaded rod.

Fig.1, Fig.2, Fig.3 schematically shows the proposed block brake disk brake in the plan, bottom view and right view respectively.

The brake unit comprises: a suspension of 1, which is mounted on the sprung frame of the vehicle; a housing 2 with built-in avtoregulyator clearance between the friction pads and the brake disc, which is pivotally attached to the gimbal 1; slides 3, driven by avtoregulyator, which is pivotally connected to the levers 4, the brake cylinder 5 (Fig.3 conventionally not shown) located between the levers 4 and pivotally connected with them, to the levers also pivotally attached to the lugs 6, the brake cylinder 5 and the piston rod 8 of the brake cylinder is fixed to the brackets 9 and 10, hinged to the avtoregulyator via a rocker lever is attached to the actuator 7 with a predetermined gear ratio by which the brake cylinder 6 actuates the avtoregulyator, the actuator 7 has a compensation spring 11.

Avtoregulyator is a shaft 12 (Fig.4) with ratchet integrated in the housing 2 rotatably at the opposite ends of the shaft, there are respectively right and left-resistant thread with self-locking on the shaft screw nut 13 and 14 fixed in the caliper 3, the rotation shaft 12 slides linearly move the shaft in with�zmoznostjo rotation is led with 15 dog 16 (Fig.5), which is drawn in to the ratchet shaft by a spring 18.

When supplying compressed air to the brake cylinder 5 is relative movement between the cylinder and the rod 8, thereby setting in motion the drive controller 7, which in turn, via a rocker makes turn drove 15 around the shaft 12.

If you increase the clearance between the lining and brake disc due to frictional wear of the magnitude of the output rod 8 is also increased, and, due to the abutment of the pawl 16 in a tooth of the ratchet, the shaft 12 is rotated corresponding to the largest angle, in this case, the caliper 3 is reduced to maintain a constant gap between the pads and the disk.

To unlock the ratchet mechanism of avtoregulyator, such as replacing the pads is provided by the device unlock 17 (Fig.6), which is a spring loaded rod, when pressed manually, which will be the focus of the pawl 16 and the abduction of her head from the teeth of the ratchet.

When compensating for wear of the pads and disc is the regulator of the gap, i.e. the distance between the caliper 3 is reduced and, accordingly, are not increased space (size) occupied by the brake unit.

The reliability of the avtoregulyator and its drive is provided by a compensation spring 11, which creates additional mobility with sufficient seasongood the drive mechanism 7, changing its structure, which is necessary in the locked state of the brake unit in the case when simultaneously lining is pressed against the disk 16 and doggy stubborn to the ratchet shaft 12, and in the event of an emergency, when the nuts 13 and 14 screwed on the threaded shaft 12 until it stops, and the magnitude of frictional wear has exceeded the preset limit, but the brake unit is in operation.

The compact design of the brake unit is provided due to the location of avtoregulyator inside the housing 2, the location of the brake cylinder 5 between the arms 4, reduced design avtoregulyator, which in the process of frictional wear of the pads decreases the size of the block.

Said casing is arranged on spring frame of vehicle with jaw-type parallelogram mechanism. Braking disk is fitted on vehicle wheel pair axle. Brake cylinder suspension is arranged on brake casing to translate and rotate thereon and consists of four elements. Journal, rod and spring are coupled with casing and brake cylinder by hinge pins. Moving support represents a frame made up of two-plates, two posts, two axles and four springs and can move along disk brake guide holes. Hinge pins pass through support holes, said pins coupling said support with jaw-type parallelogram mechanism and making points of bearing of the levers. Jay-type parallelogram is formed by moving support, short levers of jaw parallelogram, rockers and tie rods, and is secures at its apices by higher pins. U-like plate spring is secured to every rocker with the help of screw, spring flexible ends thrusting against appropriate shoe.

Brake mechanism has support bracket installed inside in port in caliper wall furthest from brake disk. Brake mechanism is provided with adjuster, adjusting shaft and shaft for restoring initial position. Device is used to transmit motion between shafts to adjust and restore initial position. FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport, namely, to mounts of brake shoes for railway cars. Mounting assembly is made with possibility to track lateral travel of wheel on axle truck. Wheel flange is made with possibility to press one side of brake shoe mounting assembly pushing it along axle and squeezing resilient displacing structure. When a wheel returns to central or neutral position squeezed resilient displacing structure expands and returns brake shoe mounting assembly to its initial or neutral position. Also, resilient displacing structure minimises lateral travel of brake shoe mounting assembly towards wheel taper under normal braking loads thus preventing shoe slipping off. Resilient displacing structure can be placed into casing made capable to prevent ingress of contaminants. Railway car braking system contains brake actuator of railway car and brake shoe mounting assembly. Method for installation of brake shoe mounting assembly consists in providing mounting bracket, articulated joint of suspended casing with mounting bracket by means of the first rotary axis, articulated joint of braking shoe holder with opposite sides by means of the second rotary axis, and installation of resilient displacing structure on the second rotary axis.

EFFECT: provision of somewhat braking shoe lateral travel to track wheel lateral travel on railway car truck frame.
