The invention relates to veterinary medicine, in particular to orthopedics and treatment of limb diseases in horses, cattle and small cattle, etc. hoofed animals on livestock farms and complexes.

In the livestock industry remains an urgent problem of diseases of the limbs, especially important with tethering and keeping the animals confined indoors. Diseases of the extremities occupy the third place on culling cows, among them the leading position occupied by necrotic inflammatory processes affecting the distal extremities, the skin and underlying tissues. Among other animal species also frequently affected limbs in small ruminants at maintenance on deep litter. In horses the problems with rotting hands meet in the absence of regular clearing of hooves and content in rooms with high humidity.

Currently used in individual and mass methods of treatment of diseases of the limbs in hoofed animals using chemical agents.

Mass method involves individual preparation (clearing, pruning too regrown horns) affected limbs and handling of chemicals at the same time several sick animals (for example, in the baths, through girder) without further bandaging.

Known �assuly method of treating hoof rot sheep run by animals through a bath of 2-10% formalin solution (Veterinary legislation. M., "Colossus", 1972, vol. 1, pp. 269-274).

The disadvantage of this method is the low therapeutic effect. In addition, formaldehyde has a strong keratinization effect and its use may cause suppuration of the hoof of the Corolla.

The disadvantage of this method is the complexity of its implementation, including obtaining two solutions with predetermined potentials and increased the cost of treatment through the use of apparatus for electric activation of a solution of bischofite and the need for the installation of two consequent baths for hoof trimming.

The object of the invention is to provide a method of effective treatment and reduce costs for its implementation, with the expansion of the range of chemical products for the treatment and prevention of diseases of the distal portion of the limbs in horses, cattle and sheep SKO�and, for the implementation of which would require no imported drugs and large additional costs for equipment, is simple to implement and does not cause animals stress and pollution and not impair the quality we get from animal products.

The task is solved in that for the treatment and prevention of diseases of the distal portion of the limbs in hoofed animals, the treatment is carried out with an aqueous solution of the drug "biobag-D at a concentration of 2-4% by running animals through the bath solution depth of the carpal joint and the treatment is carried out for at least 3 minutes daily for 10-15 days while the bath solution of the drug set at the entrance to the pasture or the barn yard, and an aqueous solution prepared from dry 100% concentrate "biobag-D" by breeding. While horses can be used not only in a large bath, but use individual trays, which are fixed on the extremities. Individual trays are made of rubberized material in the form of original bags.

The composition of the drug - disinfectant "biobag-D": polyhexamethylenguanidines hydrochloride - a solution of 20% or 100% dry matter. The active ingredient of the disinfectant "biobag-D" is polyhexamethylenguanidines hydrochloride. This polymer, the content�schy chlorine, phenol and other toxic substances. Consistency, properties: transparent liquid from colorless to yellow. concentrate pH is 6.5 and 8.5.

Rysina, etc. Methodical instructions on application of the disinfectant "biobag-D". 27.12.2002 - M., 2002, 14 p.) consumption rate (for disinfectants): in the processing of surfaces in premises, sanitary-technical equipment by wiping 100 ml/m2; method of irrigation - 300 ml/m2.

Disinfectant "biobag-D has antimicrobial activity against gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria (including Mycobacterium tuberculosis), viruses, fungi of the genus Candida, dermatophytes, moulds, has virucidal activity against the virus of avian influenza H5N1treating surfaces, sanitary equipment and medical devices contaminated with material containing the virus. The tool biobag-D" has a prolonged disinfecting effect on the treated surfaces - saving disinfectant action - up to 7 nights.

Disinfectant "biobag-D" belongs to the 3rd class at�erenna hazardous substances when introduced into the stomach, to the 4th class of low-hazard substances when applied on the skin, a pair of means during inhalation low hazard. Has local irritant effects in the form of a concentrate single exposure to the skin and eyes, does not have a sensitizing effect.

The main application of the disinfectant "biobag-D": processing object is carried out with solutions of concentrations of 0.25-25% by the drug.

From literary sources it is known that aqueous solutions of PAGS stable and long retain their physico-chemical properties and biocidal activity.

When it dries on the skin surface, the polymer forms a film which prevents further resorption of antiseptic, therefore the absorption of the polymer in contact with the skin quickly terminated.

After laboratory studies and tests were conducted production experiments in the households of Saint�glovsky area.

For practical research and testing were conducted 2 series of experiments on groups of animals: horses and cattle.

Example 1. For the study were picked up 9 goals sport horses in CFL "Free wind" with signs of lameness type based limbs and rotting hands at the age of 5-10 years, before treatment, the decrease of the arrow (Fig. 1), animals were kept in individual stalls and the paddock was carried out in the fenced Levada. The scheme of experiment is presented in Table 1.

The animals were housed during the day lasting up to 8 hours in the paddock on deep litter, with a high moisture content. After corral the animals were transferred overnight in the stables, was conducted in the morning cleaning the skin, and the animals again translated day in the meadow, or the horses were at work. The owner noticed lameness in animals. Was conducted clearing hoofs, revealed the rotting hands, 2 horses cleared and cultivated hoof tar for 10 days. Additionally, we performed a blind study revealed sensitivity of microflora to the drug "biobag-D at different concentrations. The results of swab from the distal parts of the extremities (hoof wall and sole of the hoof) are presented in Table 2.

According to the results of bacteriological examination determined the bactericidal activity of Biopage-D at a concentration of 2% to selected pathogens. In addition, we determined the viscosity of the solution and its adhesive properties. While this study proved a direct correlation of drug concentration with viscosity and adhesive properties (with increasing concentration of the solution increases the viscosity and adhesiveness).

As an experimental therapeutic and preventive controls are applied to the solution of the drug "biobag-D in 4% concentration. The drug solution is applied in the form of individual foot baths on each limb. The amount of time spent in the bath averaged 13-15 minutes. As baths were used bags of rubberized material (medical oilcloth), which was fixed on the limbs of the animal. The treatment was carried out for 1 days but the improvement (disappearance of lameness, no smell of decay, the lack of dead tissue) was observed already after 5-6 treatments. 6 procedures noted recovery (regrowth) of the arrow (Fig. 2).

The clearance of the sole of the hoof was carried out daily. The research results were subjected to statistical analysis.

When analyzing the results of the research, the conclusions follow:

1. The use of 4-2% solution of the preparation of the disinfectant "biobag-D" technically feasible, effective and justified in the treatment of diseases of the distal portion of the limbs in horses.

2. Animals tolerate the procedure proposed foot bath.

3. The solution of the drug "biobag-D" can be recommended as a therapeutic and prophylactic agent against inflammatory infectious and non-infectious diseases of the limbs in horses.

Using the proposed method in veterinary practice will improve the effectiveness of treatment of diseases of the hoof and distal portions of the limbs of horses.

Example 2. For research were selected 2 groups of cows in SSE Klinskoe" Sverdlovsk region with signs of lesions of the distal portion of the limb at the median age of 6.5 years in the amount of 198 goals. The level of milk yield of cows up to 5000 litres of milk per year. Animals were housed in 2 pens, one 100, drugom cows.

The number of lame cows was 44-45% (45 goals and 44, respectively) of the total number of animals in the group.

In the first corral animals (100 animals) were processed foot baths with 5% formalin solution once per 7 days (control group), the second - 98 goals daily foot baths a 4% solution "biobag-D (experimental group). The research was conducted in the grazing period.

As an experimental therapeutic and preventive controls are applied to the solution of the detergent - disinfectant solution "biobag-D in 2-4% concentration. The drug solution is applied in the form of a foot bath in the pasture. Before conducting foot baths in cows was conducted clinical study. The results were subjected to statistical analysis.

Before the experiment the animals were observed stiffness and varying degrees of lameness. The research revealed various diseases of the distal portion of the limbs of cattle and various degrees of skin lesions nakopiteley zones:

the local temperature increase,

swelling and tenderness in the area of the Corolla and directly above the finish,

- cracks,

The animals were placed in pens on pasture. Foot baths, in the form of troughs, a 2×3 m2the height of the bumpers to 0.3 m, the solution level of 15-20 cm, the Degree of immersion of the extremities in the solution shown in Fig. 5.

The bath was placed (mounted) at the entrance to the pasture or barn yard.

In the first control enclosure in the bath was filled with 5% formalin, and the second 4% solution of the drug - "biobag-D". The aqueous solution is prepared from dry 100% concentrate by dilution of. Every 2 days the solution "biobag-D" added to a certain level. The concentration of the drug solution from pollution by soil particles, etc. the biomaterial was reduced from 4% to 2% (not less than 2%).

Animals of the first enclosure in a bath of formalin came forcibly on for 1-2 minutes when the first and second processing, and the animals of the second enclosure within 1-2 days.

In the second enclosure at the beginning of the foot baths were forced lasting 3-5 minutes. With 2-3 days animals independently visited the bath.

The duration of the extremities of animals in the tub was on average up to 5 minutes.

With 10 days number of animals visiting the bath solution "biobag-D, decreased in 2 times, noted some consolidation of the horn of the hooves. Many cows had active granulation plots otkrytyy and ulcers After treatment. The absence of the defect. Fig. 4). A slight limp was noted in individual cows (4 heads) of 3.5%. Animals became calmer. Rose average daily milk yield. The results of control milkings are presented in Table 3.

In the first control enclosure 10 days for economic reasons and found the results of trial version, the formalin solution was replaced by a solution of the drug "biobag-D", as decrease signs of inflammation was less pronounced.

In cows of the first group after one week of use "biobag-D" it was also observed a significant reduction in the number of lame cows.

With 10 days number of animals visiting the bath was reduced in 2 times, many cows had active granulation areas of open wounds and ulcers.

The research results are reflected in Table 4.

When analyzing the results of the research, the conclusions follow:

1. The use of 2-4% solution of the drug "biobag-D" technically feasible, effective and justified in the treatment of various diseases of the extremities in cattle.

2. Animals tolerate the procedure proposed foot bath.

3. 2-4% solution of the drug "biobag-D" should be recommended as a therapeutic and n�operationsmore funds in the fight against inflammatory infectious and non-infectious diseases of the extremities in cattle. Using the proposed method in veterinary practice improves the efficiency of treatment of diseases of the hoof and distal portions of the extremities of farm animals and reduce the appearance of unwanted complications and recurrences.

The novelty of the method is the use of a known drug - disinfectant "biobag-D" for a new purpose and in recommended concentrations of 2-4% for the treatment and prevention of diseases of the distal portion of the limbs in hoofed animals of various etiologies as in cattle and horses in the livestock industry.

Obvious effect of this method is that animals voluntarily held in a treatment bath (without stress), which leads to an increase in milk production of cows and the improvement of sanitary conditions on farms and pastures.

SUBSTANCE: method of treatment of working surfaces comprises forming an aerosol of humate in water steam at a temperature not less than 60°C, with the dispersity of 5-10 microns, with a concentration of humates in the water steam from 80 to 150 ml/l. The treatment is carried out for 15-20 seconds by release of aerosol at a distance less than 0.5 meters from the said surface. The unit for production of the aerosol of humates in water steam comprises a generator 1 of steam with a steam pipe 2 and a nozzle 3, built into a tubular housing 4 having a chamber 5 inside for the disinfecting solution and an open end 6 for release of the disinfecting solution with water steam. In the tubular housing 4 the chamber 5 has an outer inlet pipe 7 in the form of a fitting. The chamber 5 is made annular with the possibility of heat exchange with the nozzle 3 and the injection of the disinfecting solution in the form of humate into the channel 8 of the nozzle 3. The nozzle 3 is made in the form of a spacer sleeve.

EFFECT: use of a group of inventions enables to create a universally accessible technology of environmentally friendly disinfection with high antimicrobial activity with the use of a portable unit for production of the aerosol of humates in water steam by one operator.

The method comprises processing the egg surface with aqueous solution of preparation based on milk whey with lactulose and quaternary ammonium compound trimethyloctadecyl ammonium bromide. As the aqueous solution of the preparation based on milk whey with lactulose and quaternary ammonium compound trimethyloctadecyl ammonium bromide 0.1-0.2% aqueous solution of the preparation is used, taken in equal proportions and diluted with water in a ratio of 1:10. Hatching eggs are processed 2-4 hours prior to their laying for incubation.

EFFECT: use of claimed method enables to carry out effectively sanation of poultry hatching eggs.
