The vitrectomy is preceded by the intramuscular injections of 12.5% etamylate 4ml and the intravenous administration of 0.5% tranexamic acid 1 g 25-30 minutes before. That is followed by the droplet intravenous administration of an infusion solution containing 0.1% perlinganit 10 ml in 0.9% normal saline 100 ml at an initial rate of 5 mcg/min. SUBSTANCE: method involves professional oral hygiene is carried out consisting in ultrasonic removal of supra- and subgingival dental deposits and polishing of supragingival teeth. Bite splinting and recovery of dentition integrity may be required. After dissecting a mucoperiosteal flap according to the known technique, an incision area is sanitated by means of a photodynamic therapy (PDT).
