Submerged module is composed of separate sealed pontoons interconnected by stiff links for mutual relative displacements. Said support columns are provided with mechanisms for coupling with submerged module pontoons for interlocking of said modules. Surface module load-bearing hull is provided with flexible guard arranged along its edges to create air cushion with receiver. The invention relates to the development of the continental shelf and can be used for deep-water platforms with tension supports.

Famous sea floating production platform (US patent No. 5439321, 1993 [1]) that contains a floating semi-submersible module with equipment for production of hydrocarbons, in operation moored to a small platform with the mouths of the wells, which has a tension connection, fixed to the bottom anchor, with the upper deck mentioned production platforms is always above the water surface.

A design flaw of the specified mining platform is that it cannot be used in ice conditions, as they are not protected from the effects of moving ice field.

Also known Maritime operational floating platform (patent RU №2124455, 1995 [2]) containing an underwater displacement module, the supporting surface of the module by means of a rigid support columns with binding elements, and a tension connection, fixed to the bottom anchor, with the support columns with the connecting elements are made detachable from the underwater module for fast care platform of hazardous ice conditions in the area and ensure the return on an abandoned place.

The disadvantage of this known marine floating platform is significant IU�allaescort and displacement of the underwater module, as well as the complexity of the design and the process of setting the platform to a point and removing it from the point due to the need of the underwater ballasting module for maintaining tension in relationships and retaining surface of the module above the water surface.

The technical result is also known technical solution (patent RU №2519580 C2, 20.06.2014 [3]) is the reduction of metal consumption while increasing the reliability of the joining and separation of modules and simplify the process of ballasting the platform, which is reached in a marine floating platform containing underwater displacement module, the supporting surface of the module by means of a rigid support columns with binding elements, and a tension connection, fixed to the bottom anchor, with the support columns with the connecting elements are made detachable from the underwater module for fast care platform of hazardous ice conditions in the area and ensure the return on an abandoned space, wherein underwater module is made of separate sealed pontoons interconnected rigid links, with the possibility of limited reciprocal movement, wherein said column support surface of the module is provided with a connection mechanisms with pontoons underwater module for fixing the modules mentioned between them.

The specified technical result�t in the known technical solution [3] is achieved by the fact that that mentioned rigid links interconnected by an intermediate compensator, as well as the fact that the intermediate compensator is made of round shape and of a resilient material mentioned rigid connection is made curved to increase their flexibility and ease of reciprocal movements of the pontoons on the upper decks of the pontoons underwater module mounted catchers, and in the bottom surface of the module is made of deepening, adequate in size and shape mentioned to catcher; and also that the mechanisms of displacement connection modules made bayonet.

However, a significant disadvantage of the known marine floating platform, as analogues, is that the departure of the platform from dangerous ice conditions in the area and ensure the return on an abandoned place, the necessary means of ensuring (court or crawler tractors) with appropriate towing equipment, which must be based in the vicinity of marine floating platform that can not practically be provided in the presence of, for example, floating sea ice around the floating platform (crawler tractors) or in adverse weather conditions (court).

The objective of the claimed technical solution is the improvement of efficiency and effectiveness in the care of the platform from dangerous ice �the elations of the area and ensure the return on an abandoned place.

The problem is solved due to the fact that marine floating platform containing underwater displacement module, the supporting surface of the module by means of a rigid support columns with binding elements, and a tension connection, fixed to the bottom anchor, with the support columns with the connecting elements are made detachable from the underwater module for fast care platform of hazardous ice conditions in the area and ensure the return on an abandoned place, the underwater module is made of separate sealed pontoons interconnected rigid links, with the possibility of limited reciprocal movement, wherein said column support surface of the module is provided with a connection mechanisms with pontoons underwater module for fixing the modules mentioned among themselves, on the frame surface of the module along its perimeter is placed a flexible enclosure to create an air cushion having a receiver installed on-Board crinolines attached to the casing, the surface module contains injection and propulsion systems, with main engines with drives and aviation aerial variable-pitch propellers in nozzles.

As in the prototype [3], the proposed marine floating platform includes a surface unit on a rigid support columns with a binder element�mi (pontoons) and the underwater module, consisting of pontoons with retarder, rigid links connected via a compensator. The underwater module is provided with tension ties attached at the bottom anchors. The bottom surface of the module has recesses to mate with catching.

In each of the rigid support columns surface of the module installed bayonet connection mechanism with pontoons underwater module consisting of a hydraulic cylinder, the coupling rod, the rotation mechanism, locking mechanism and crosses. Connecting rod is located in the guide tube, the space between the rod and the guide tube is filled with a rubber gasket.

In the underwater pontoons module provides cross-shaped cavity for the passage of a cross in a niche, as well as the cross-shaped grooves for fixing the cross. Initially, the POS-based marine floating platform installed at a given depth pontoons fixed to the floor anchors using vertical tension ties.

Surface module using a positioning system locks onto the pontoons and, taking the ballast begins to sink so that the catchers came into the recesses made in the pontoons surface of the module. Precision planting is provided by the compensator, the deformation of which compensates the difference between the dimensional tolerances between the catcher mounted on the Pont�nah underwater module, and counter-recess surface of the module.

After full immersion of the surface of the module on the pontoons is required to connect the modules. This operation is performed by a bayonet connection mechanism that is installed in each of the supporting columns surface of the module.

Due to the extension of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder connecting rod with the d-pad down, d-pad comes in a cruciform cavity of the pontoon, and passing through the cavity, is in the niche. Further, by the rotation of the rotation mechanism, the directional pad is set at an angle of 45°. The retraction of the cylinder rod, the reverse movement rises the cross, which is cross-shaped groove made in the inner part of the pontoon. After that, by a wedge lock mechanism is fixed connective cravings, thereby rigidly connecting the casing surface of the module. Then by blowing ballast tanks surface of the module, trying to emerge, with the aid of the coupling rod and the yoke lifts the pontoon, and thus producing a desired tension in the vertical tension ties. Due to the stretched condition of limited vertical and horizontal movement of the platform under the action of waves and wind.

Work devices clamping surface of the module to the underwater pontoons modules made with�Chrono. To ensure the operation on fastening system is used underwater video surveillance.

Unlike the prototype [3], in the proposed technical solution, on the frame surface of the module along its perimeter is placed a flexible enclosure to create an air cushion having a receiver installed on-Board crinolines attached to the casing, the surface module contains injection and propulsion systems, with main engines with drives and aviation aerial variable-pitch propellers in nozzles.

A flexible enclosure to create an air cushion may be made of rubber or elastic plastic, and in the non-operation state is in the form of a roll. Propulsion complexes are located on the cargo deck surface module aft of each side and represent a system of centrifugal blowers that are located on the same axis and have the same drive train and propulsion systems. Steering the complex consists of vertically arranged for an aerial screw propellers aerodynamic rudders and installed for each side in the bow thruster air devices communicating with the receiver flexible fencing. In the propulsion drives and injection of the complexes can be used in aircraft gas turbine engines of the TV3.

When�the DIC of the proposed device is as follows.

For emergency care platform with point and its subsequent return and installation point provides a flexible enclosure to a working state, i.e., unwound from the roll. SUBSTANCE: method includes deepening and installation of an underwater part of the structure into bottom deposits, fixed fastening of a hollow board to it, made in the form of a ball segment with perforated surface. During assembly of the board its upper part is placed above the surface of the ice cover, and the base is submerged into water. Supply-and-exhaust shafts and tight hatches are placed into the cavity of the board. The underwater part of the platform is equipped with transition gateways and joint assemblies. A tunnel is installed from the platform to the coast, and in it they install a pipe canal, tight partitions, additionally it is equipped with transition gateways, joint assemblies. The tunnel is used as a permanent transport link and moorage for underwater vessels.

The transportation system includes two tubular devices (2) which are mutually independent and each one of which contains two segments (2a, 2b) pivotally connected with each other by the first of its ends. The second end of the second segment is connected with connecting device (6) installed in the second location. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ship-building, specifically to enterprises intended for basing, technical inspection and renovation of vessels, as well as for initial operations connected with hydrocarbon production. Base of underwater oil-producing fleet includes administration and on-site facilities, dock, osmotron, railway station, airport with helipad. Dock is made with possibility of technical inspection of underwater vehicles which produce oil under drifting ice and represents transshipment point when oil is delivered by radio-controlled raiders in meshy containers which fill polymeric reservoirs with oil on dry-cargo vessels to deliver containers to oil refineries. Dock roof is equipped with snow-saving canisters from which melt-water can be used to raise water level in separate compartments of dock and to generate electric energy in hydraulic turbine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to floating barges used to install a superstructure for marine platforms, more specifically, to systems and methods of stabilisation of vertical rocking caused by wave impact at the barge system in process of superstructure installation. One or more damping plates may be connected in the position below the water surface with one or more barges for changing the period of barge movement relative to the period of wave motion for better stabilisation of the barge and resistance to vertical rocking. The damping plate may be connected between barges or at the end or side of the barge. Each barge may contain a damping plate, and damping plates may be connected to each other with the possibility of disconnection. Additionally the damping plate may turn in the upward direction in process of superstructure transportation to the place of installation for reduction of hydraulic resistance and then turn into submersible position during installation of the superstructure.

EFFECT: technical result is achieved in increased extent of resistance of a barge system to vertical rocking caused by wave impact when using the system for installation of a superstructure onto marine platforms.
