The invention relates to shipbuilding, in particular to lowering the lifting device (SPU).

Known for the design of the side of the SPU that is installed on the rescue vessel, etc. 537 "at the present" displacement 14300 t, for lowering and lifting double-hulled submersibles (PA). The SPU consists of a farm, two retractable bridges (each with two load suspensions), servo winch with guide ropes on drums, cargo winches, hydraulic motors, coupling and automatic control when lifting (ISWMP). The proposed scheme reeving of the hoist rope and the method of controlling the descent of the cargo suspension SPU allows to exclude dynamic punches when capturing rod of the device object in terms of sea waves [2] (prototype).

Method of control�ing the lifting of the object from the water is not disclosed, however, from the description of the device and figure it follows that the object is lifted by water in a lightweight package. The object of the invention is to reduce the payload and IYC SPU, designed for lifting with double-hulled water objects.

The task is solved in that when lifting the object on Board the vessel for the discharge of water from the permeable parts of the light hull to ensure its isolation from the sea surface, and the load capacity is reduced by an amount corresponding to the mass of water in a lightweight package.

The essence of the claimed method lies in the fact that the rise of double-hulled object to its detachment from the surface of the sea provide with the speed of draining the water from the permeable parts of the light hull, which cargo winches include on the rise regardless of the phase of the wave, and the witness of the winch of the hoist rope value�dicate the brakes and create a force of veering in the cargo ropes, adequate lifting the weight of the object without water in a lightweight design, which during successive oscillations of constant support largest shock absorber.

For the implementation of the method is proposed a device that contains the farm, servo winch with guide rope, running end of which is connected to the rod device of the object, cargo winch, the rope which passes through the blocks cargo suspension with automatic capture and wound up on the drum servo winch hoist rope, and a control system upgrade, including control panel, functionally connected with the control units, motors, winches, relays control power to the coil of the brake relay in the circuit of the motor cargo winch on the rise with a normally open contact in control circuit of servo winch hoist rope and the shock absorber.

Significant difference from the prototype is a method of controlling the lifting of the double-hulled object with water, whereby during successive oscillations on the excitement build and maintain effort in the cargo ropes, adequate lifting the weight of the object without water in a lightweight package, and also the design of the SPU with the control system upgrade, including control panel, control units, motors, winches, control relay supply the power switch�to brakes, the relay in the circuit of the motor cargo winch on the rise with a normally open contact in control circuit of servo winch hoist rope and the shock absorber.

The usefulness of the distinguishing features is that the proposed method of control the lifting and the design of the device provides compared to the prototype:

- reducing the carrying capacity of the SPU at the expense of draining the water from the light hull of the object before the release of the water;

- reducing the heeling moment of the vessel during lifting double object side of the SPU;

- the possibility of reducing the tonnage and value of the vessel is double-hulled carrier object;

- the possibility of increasing the allowable degree of excitement of the sea to the SPU, previously installed on the vessel for lifting double-hulled objects;

- the possibility of descent and ascent as single-hulled and double-hulled objects of equal mass in the air.

The device operates as follows.

The joystick 29 in the neutral position. The motor 7 cargo winch 1, the relay 32 and the control relay 11 brakes 14 are de-energized. Cargo winch 1 off and set the brake 14. The contact 33 of the relay 32 is closed. Joysticks 30 and 31 is set to AUTOMATIC. Servo winches 2 and 3 operate in "tracking" the movements of the object 20 on a rampage. The proposed design of the SPU will also ensure that the descent and ascent monohull objects of equal mass in the air.

SUBSTANCE: method of providing crew evacuation of emergency submarine from emersed saving chamber (ESC) is that the crew evacuation is based on using the launching device of a rescue ship and a ship's ladder. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to weight-handling machinery, particularly, to ship launching systems. Launching system is a mobile one located in a rigid frame. Supporting base 1 of the system is installed on a horizontal support surface 5 of the rigid frame. Piston rod 3, one end of which is pivotally mounted on supporting base 1 is equipped with rod 7 connecting its free end with rotary support 2 pivotally mounted on supporting base 1.
