SUBSTANCE: rescue appliance (1) is proposed, at that the said appliance comprises one or more fasteners (7), attached to the window frame by detachable or nondetachable connection, the fencing or other suitable structure, and one or more parts of the ladder (18) attached to the fastener with the locking element (17), at that the part of the ladder comprises at least two carrying cables (19), between the said carrying cables at least one ladder rung (4) is attached. The ladder rungs are attached to the stop elements (3) retaining them and preventing their fluctuations, and the said fastener is attached to at least one lowering and lifting device (2), for example a rope brake, the cable brake or a chain brake that slows lowering the rescued person to the desired speed and prevents it from falling, at that the said lowering device is attached by means of a connecting element (5), for example a rope, cable or chain, to at least one rescue harness (6), which is worn by the rescued person, at that the rescue bag for a child or pet is connected to the rescue harness.

The present invention relates to a rescue device that can be used, for example, in shipping, in residential buildings, industrial buildings, etc. currently, the rescue device is intended for rescue of people in case of fire or similar dangerous situation, for example, through a window or balcony where other exits are unavailable or are not designed for use.

There are various designs of rescue devices. It is well known that multi-storey detached houses and multi-story apartment buildings are provided with additional emergency exits on the upper floors, and these additional rescue outputs mainly consists of fixed metal ladders or similar structures installed near a window. However, to use the stairs it is not always possible, for example for large fires in detached houses and apartment buildings they are, therefore, not suitable for people's salvation.

The object of the present invention is to create a design effective rescue device which can be used in a variety of dangerous conditions (such, for example, fire or other emergencies that require immediate evacuation), respectively, and in those with�the experiences, where the access to the stairs attached to the building, impossible or extremely difficult.

Therefore, a rescue device in accordance with the present invention, is characterized in that the rungs of the ladder attached to the hard elements, the employee stops them and prevents them from swinging and what fastener attached to at least one pull-down device, such as a brake cable, the brake cable or the brake circuit, which slow the descent of saving face to the desired speed, thus preventing his fall, and the fact that the pull-down device is attached via a connecting element, such as a rope, cable or chain at least one rescue harness belts.

Specified a rescue device in accordance with the present invention differs in other characteristics that set forth in the appended claims, paragraphs 2-10.

Design in accordance with the present invention differs significant practical advantages. Design in accordance with the present invention ensures the safe evacuation of people at the expense of the braking device included in it, and put the rescue of the harness straps attached to it by a connecting element, with the specified brake device�isto provides a safe descent and prevents the fall in saving face. In comparison with the known constructions, the advantage of the design according to the present invention is its portability, i.e. it can be easily transferred to the desired location because it does not require any permanent fixing. Design in accordance with the present invention reliable, and quickly and easily installed in working position, and this is particularly important in dangerous situations, such as in fire conditions. Another advantage of the construction in accordance with the present invention is its ability to increase the length, i.e. the length of the ladder can easily be increased at will by varying the amount of steel cables and beams. Due to the fact that the rescue device in accordance with the present invention is made of non-combustible materials, it is in an atmosphere of fire, good resistance to high temperatures.

Advanced rescue device in accordance with the present invention is well visible in the dark thanks to the reflective surfaces of the rungs of a ladder or other parts, and it can be connected to the light sources.

Further, the present invention is explained in more detail using the accompanying figures 1-2b, in which figure 1 depicts a projection rescue devices, and figures 2A and 2b izobrazitelnogo bag which is part of the fixture.

As shown in figure 1, a rescue device in accordance with the present invention includes one or more fastener 7 (which, for example, can be made of carbon fiber, metal, plastic) that is attached to the window frame detachable or non-detachable connection, fence or other appropriate structure and one or more parts of the ladder 18 that is attached to the fastener locking part 17, and the detail of the ladder contains at least two load-bearing rope 19. Between these supporting cables secured at least one rung of the ladder 4. Additionally rungs of the ladder 4 is equipped with a thrust elements 3, holds them, preventing swings and hard-nosed to the desired surface, such as a wall (not shown in the figure), and the fastener 7 (or on the rungs of the ladder 13, connected) equipped with at least one pull-down device 2, such as brake cable, brake cable or brake the chain, which slows down the descent to the desired speed, wherein the specified pull-down device is attached via a connecting element 5, such as rope, cable or chain, rescue harness belts 6. Rescue harness belts 6 can be attached to specified�einfeldia the latch element 12, representing, for example, earring or carbine.

Detail of the staircase consists of 18 rungs of the ladder 4, of which one or more fixed on the supporting cables 19. The rungs of the ladder attached to the supporting cables by thrust elements 3. At the end of these cables is locking the device, such as a locking part 17, which may represent, for example, earring or clasp, by which the part of the ladder 18 may be quickly attached to the fastener 7. Because if needed, the latches can be installed on both ends of the cables, it is possible to connect several parts of the stairs with each other, it is possible to form a ladder of the desired length.

The rungs of the ladder can be made of steel pipe or steel rod, or aluminum pipe or aluminum rod, or any other durable material suitable for the manufacture of rails of the ladder.

The rungs of the ladder 7 may also be coated with a rough and/or reflective material 14 to ensure their visibility in the dark and to prevent slipping.

In the design in accordance with the present invention the pull-down device can be attached to the fastener by means of the latch and, if necessary, to the specified mounting d�hoists can be attached to two or more pull-down devices.

Pull-down device allows you to slow the shutter speed to the desired speed, for example 1 m/s, but the speed can be another, for example between 0.5 and 3.0 m/s, depending on requirements and usage. If necessary, using the pull-down device to lift the man up, i.e. in this case it works as a lifting device.

Rescue device in accordance with the present invention, the fastener may contain items 14, 9, 10, through which it can be rigidly attached to the desired structure, for example to the balcony.

Rescue device in accordance with the present invention can be fully or partially stowed in a folding carrying case, shown, for example, in the figures 2A and 2b. Carrying case may include shoulder straps 22, with the help of which it easily can be moved to a desired location, for example, on the back, or for which it can be hung in the desired location.

In the figures 2A and 2b, reference number 18 indicates a specified detail of a ladder that can be stowed in a carrying case and which includes carrying cables 19 and the rungs of the ladder 4 and the thrust elements 3.

A rescue device for easier use in the dark may also be provided with one �more light sources 20, for example, the lighting sticks or light sources, battery operated or rechargeable battery.

Specialists in this field it is well known that the various examples of implementation of the invention are not limited to the above embodiments, thus, they may vary within the scope of the attached claims.

Rescue device in accordance with the present invention resistant elements can be made of plastic, rubber, composite material or of metal, for example aluminum.

The cable used in the said rescue device made of a refractory material.

In the design in accordance with the present invention may join additional rescue of the harness straps or additional rescue harness belts can be made easily attachable, such as a rescue harness belt or bag, designed for a child or for a pet.

SUBSTANCE: rescue device with a suspension comprises a walling made of a solid material in the form of a bottom (1), and a side wall (2) made with the ability to be folded in a vertical direction under the action of gravity when its support from the bottom and unfolding in the same direction during its suspension with the upper part, the straps (3) designed for connecting the upper part of the side wall with the outer suspension (4) of the davit, and a frame (5) with a protective cover (6) mounted on the bottom. SUBSTANCE: device comprises an enclosing structure made of a solid material, in the form of a bottom (1) and a side wall (2), made with the ability to be folded in a vertical direction under the action of gravity with its support in the bottom and folding it in the same direction when being suspended by its upper part, cords (3) designed for connecting the upper part of the side wall to the outer suspension (4) of a davit, a frame (5) with a protective cover (6) fixed to the bottom. FIELD: rescue operations.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises displacing the liquid up by the body immersed in it under the influence of its gravity and returned to the initial upper position by gravity of liquid displaced by it, acting on the lever that raises the drowned body upwards, and also displacement of liquid between the well tanks in the siphon tubes. According to the invention the liquid is pushed from the housing both under the action of gravity of the immersed body and the gravity of the storage container mounted on it with the displaced liquid stored in it, the displaced liquid is first used for additional loading of the body immersed in the liquid, and after reaching the limit depth of immersion of the drowned body the load of the displaced water is removed from it and the long lever is loaded with it, that lifts the drowned body at a distance from the bearing point of the lever, corresponding to compliance to the energy conservation principle on the lever, which is expressed in equation of moments of forces acting on the lever of the opposite direction relating to the bearing point of the lever.

EFFECT: device consisting of a housing, an immersed body, and the means for its reciprocating motion enables to remove water from flooded sites due to gravity of the immersed body and the lifted water and thus provides resource saving.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the means which enable people to escape or draw attention to themselves when in contact with the snow avalanche. The device for self-escaping of people in the snow avalanche comprises an avalanche cord, a signal cartridge and a parachute. At that the signal cartridge, the parachute and the avalanche cord are connected in series with each other.

EFFECT: invention is directed at the salvation of a person when in contact with an avalanche by preventing its covering with the avalanche material - snow, ice, and removal of a person out of the avalanche flow to the surface of the snowdrift.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for chuting people and cargo under action of gravity, in particular to life saving equipment for self-evacuation during fires and for descending mountain-rescue men and spidermen. Device for gravitational chuting people and cargoes includes body, flexible load carrier made as resilient steel band placed on drum, movable and immovable pins between which the load carrier is moved. According to the invention the device contains speed limiter located between two immovable pins and consisting of plank set on axis, right and left pins located on the plank at different sides from axis, rod with piston which rod is shifted down by left pin, spring squeezed by piston and bolt serving to adjust spring flexibility. To stabilise speed the device additionally contains a gear set transmitting rotation from drum to gear wheel interacting via balancer axis with pendulum and pendulum weight, herewith the balancer can also be of spring type.

SUBSTANCE: device includes pulley having body and lid. Embedded into body and lid is reel with flexible member connected thereto by one end and wound round the reel. Reel is secured to body and lid by means of fixed pins and hinges. Device also has rotary reel actuator and braking means adapted to perform operative control of reel torque. SUBSTANCE: complex comprises air-borne vehicle with rescuing cable having fastening device for securing people to be rescued thereto. Fastening device is made as pieces of cable having lesser diameter. Lower ends of cable pieces are fixedly connected to rescuing cable, upper ends thereof are secured to elongated sleeves movably connected to rescuing cable. Rescuing cable is wound on reel secured to frame inside air-borne vehicle. Reel is driven with winch through gearing. Complex also has transparent inflatable rubber balloons secured to necks provided with safety hooks engaging loops of elongated sleeves connected to rescuing cable. Balloon necks are made as two containers connected one to another by threaded connection through transition member having threads on both ends thereof. One container is air-tight, filled with compressed air and has thin diaphragm. The second container has dry electric power source and light bulb with socket having longitudinal groove. Transition member comprises needle with inner channel for diaphragm piercing.

SUBSTANCE: device has rescuing cable having fastening device for securing people to be rescued thereto. Fastening device is made as pieces of cable having lesser diameter. Lower ends of cable pieces are fixedly connected to rescuing cable through couplings, upper ones are connected to the cable through couplings movably connected to rescuing cable. Lower ends are attached to the cable through short couplings, upper ends are connected to the cable through long ones. Pieces of cable having lesser diameter are provided with protective jackets made of reinforced heat-resistance threads with sleeving made of twisted basalt fiber. Short couplings are made of metal, long ones are formed of elastic material. Air-tight container with means emitting intermittent sound and light signals is connected to lower end of rescuing cable. Loop for suspending device by hook of air-borne vehicle winch is connected to upper end of rescuing cable.

SUBSTANCE: device has netted bracket suspended to air-borne vehicle and having two hollow rimming rings. Upper ring has annular handrail, lower one comprises cross-piece and bottom made of metal net. Upper ring is formed of duralumin and has inner volume providing device floatability. Lower ring is made of stainless steel. Two ears are secured to cross-piece center and have orifices for blasting pin. Upper and lower rings are pivotally connected to posts formed of plates made of spring steel. Posts are connected one to another by rope bridges. SUBSTANCE: device has base with load fastening member and locking means for load lowering speed regulation secured to the base and cooperating with flexible member. The locking means is formed as rest and cam rotating around axis and having rotation lever connected thereto. Rest and cam are opposite one to another. Cam is provided with groove facing the rest. Device is also provided with limiter which prevents flexible member slipping during lowering operation and with rotary fixer having tooth installed to contact with arch-shaped groove. Proposed device contains vehicle with outriggers, lifting-and-slewing device mounted on vehicle frame, set of telescopic sections installed on lifting-and-slewing device and mechanism for telescoping the sections. Working stage is mounted on front end face of end section, and cap is installed on guides of telescopic sections. Device is furnished also with cab lifting mechanism made in form of wire rope reeved sheaves installed on cab skeleton and on front end face of end section. One end of wire rope is secured on drum of cab lifting mechanism, and the other, on balancing drum which is connected with drum of section telescopic mechanism through gear train. Bottom of cab is furnished with opening hatch for securing emergency evacuation sleeve.

FIELD: rescue equipment, particularly to evacuate people from multistory buildings in emergency.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises composite body with drum provided with rope and braking mechanism arranged in the body. Braking mechanism comprises gear ring having odd number of projections formed on inner drum rim, wedge-like double-armed pendulum, pendulum guides and members adapted to prevent resilient rebounding of pendulum in its extreme positions. The pendulum may reciprocate into the guides.

SUBSTANCE: proposed rescue system includes cylindrical container, container retainers mounted on helicopter, winch and communication facilities for rescuers. Container has doorway and swivel panels with cone-shaped members at the ends. Rope of winch is secured to top of cone-shaped member of container. Container is provided with ballast weight mounted on side opposite to doorway. Helicopter is provided with instrument for measuring the mass and sensor engageable with winch rope; indicator of mass measuring device is mounted in pilot cabin. Rescue system is provided with rope cutter for release of container in an emergency.

FIELD: rescue equipment, particularly equipment for emergency people group evacuation from elevated location.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises evacuation capsule provided with parachute and guiding means arranged at an angle one to another and adapted to support the capsule. The evacuation capsule has door openings, seats, seat safety belts, air bags and windows. The capsule also has self-braking system. Part of capsule bottom is made as anchoring plate, which may be removed from the capsule and lowered by ropes. In concordance with the second embodiment the capsule is provided with winch to pull ropes, which connect the capsule with the anchoring plate. In the third embodiment the device also has winch with pulls ropes connecting the capsule with the anchoring panel. In another embodiment device comprises air sleeve secured to guiding ropes and connected with evacuation capsule from the first end and with fan from the second end thereof. During fan operation the capsule moves out by filling the sleeve with air. The evacuation capsule, air sleeve and fan are installed in land-based structure. The capsule is provided with parachute and self-braking system. Methods of emergency evacuation from elevated locations and from television tower with the use of above device are also disclosed.
