Self-balancing device of drum-type washing machines

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: SBD is a device combined with a washer drum installed coaxially inside a boiler, able of rotation around a horizontal axis and consisting of the outer and inner cylindrical tanks of the drum. The torque of the outer cylindrical drum tank is transferred from the motor via a drive shaft, and that of the inner cylindrical tank - via a hinge, thus providing for the synchronous rotation of the outer and inner cylindrical drum tanks, as well as for the transverse movement of the inner cylindrical drum tank, perforation zones of the outer and inner cylindrical drum tanks are matched and set opposite each other, a tight elastic tank filled with a working liquid without hollow spaces is located between the side walls of the outer and inner cylindrical drum tanks in a stationary way without gaps, except for the perforation zones.

EFFECT: availability of the tight elastic tank provides for the easier disassembly and repair of the washing machine, preventing the transmission of vibrations from the drum to the main casing.

The invention relates to devices for reducing the vibration level of washing machine drum type.

One of the main directions of improving the washing machine of drum type is lowering their vibration activity at a centrifugal spinning of textile products.

The most effective event of decrease of the amplitudes of the oscillations in the spin cycle is the use of autobalancing devices (ABU).

In recent years, increasing attention is removed using washing machines liquid ABU passive type, as one of the most simple in design and efficient in operation.

One of the best known of such devices are liquid ABOU that represent the washing drum with double side walls, the inner space between which is limited to a sealed elastic elements and filled with a working fluid [A. However, the known design ABU this group, despite obvious advantages, not found up to the present time widespread use in washing machines. This is caused not only by the nearly absence of reasonable scientific methods of calculation of parameters such ABU, but, to a greater extent relative complexity of Assembly devices and some uncomfortable procedure for their maintenance during the operation.

A known design of a machine for washing and spinning of linen with ABU liquid type passive actions [Malykhin V. I., Alekhin S. N. Machine for washing and wringing the linen. AC USSR 1581795, Moscow technological Institute. 30.07.90. Bul. No. 28]. With the aim of improving vibration resistance of the machine is provided with an additional drum mounted on the shaft between the tank and washing the reel with extra reel is associated with a washing drum on the lateral surface by means of elastic elements, each of which covers the elastic channel and the cavity between washing and additional drums filled with a working fluid. The rotation of the washing drum is transmitted from the drive shaft using a four-bar hinge, providing simultaneous angular rotation of the washing and additional drums.

The disadvantages of this design ABU washing �the injection molding machine are the complexity of the Assembly autobalancing device and inconvenient procedure of maintenance during operation.

ABU this structure, the washing machine is taken as a prototype.

The object of this invention is the reduction of dynamic loads in the washing machines of the drum type in the period of a centrifugal wringer products, simplifying installation and improving the manufacturability of the Assembly ABU, ensuring the necessary conditions maintenance during operation of the washing machine.

The problem is solved as follows. Design ABU constituting the device, combined with a washing drum mounted coaxially inside the tank for rotation around a horizontal axis and comprising inner and outer cylindrical containers of the drum, a torque of the outer cylindrical container drum is transmitted from the engine through the drive shaft and the inner cylindrical container through the hinge, which ensures synchronous rotation of the outer and inner cylindrical containers of the drum, as well as lateral movement of the inner cylindrical container drum, is characterized in that the perforations of the inner and outer cylindrical containers of combined drum and are located opposite each other, and between the side walls of the inner and outer cylindrical containers of the drum, in addition to perforation zones is still sealed with no gaps ELAS�ary capacity, filled without voids working fluid.

The essence of the invention is illustrated by the diagram in Fig.1, which shows the device of the drum with ABU.

The proposed design ABU is a device that is combined with the washing drum is mounted coaxially inside the tank with the possibility of rotation around the horizontal axis and consisting of an inner 1 and outer 2 cylindrical containers of the drum. Torque outer cylindrical container drum 2 is transferred from the engine via the drive shaft 3 and the inner cylindrical container drum 1 through a hinge 4, which ensures synchronous rotation of the outer 2 and 1 internal cylindrical containers of the drum, as well as lateral movement of the inner cylindrical container drum 1. Of the perforations 5 of the inner 1 and outer 2 cylindrical tanks of combined drum and are located opposite each other. Between the side walls of the inner 1 and outer 2 cylindrical containers of the drum, in addition to perforation zones 5, is fixed with no gaps sealed flexible container 6 filled without voids working fluid 7.

The device operates as follows.

The drum is laid textiles to be processed. After switching on the machine, the supply of the cleaning solution into the tank. Through the perforations in zones of the cleaning solution enters the inner cylindrical drum capacity 1 to the workpiece and wets them. The drum together with the inner and outer containers is driven in rotation by the engine through the shaft 3 and a hinge 4. After the process of washing produces centrifugal extraction of the products by increasing the rotational speed of the drum to a value conducive to intensive removal of moisture from products. Thus in the period of acceleration of the drum causes the distribution of products on its inner sidewall of the cylindrical container of the drum 1. As is almost always the distribution of the products is uneven, then this leads to the formation of unbalanced mass, which is the source of considerable centrifugal forces acting from the side of the unbalanced parts of articles on the inner sidewall of the cylindrical container of the drum 1. This leads to misalignment of the inner cylindrical container drum 1 in a transverse plane and, as a consequence, the compression part of the sealed flexible container 6 in the direction coinciding with the direction of centrifugal force, and the displacement of the working fluid 7 from this area sealed flexible container 6 in that area, which increases in volume due to the displacement of the inner cylindrical container drum 1. As a result, a large portion of the working fluid 7 is concentrated in the area located opposite to the location naravno�esenich mass of the products in the drum, thus balance them. As a consequence, the drum is practically not exposed to dynamic loads during the spin cycle.

The use of the elastic system sealed elastic container (made of, for example, in the form of a rubber sheath), performing the role of adaptive balancing device, allows to simplify the procedure of its installation when assembling the washing drum, and a maintenance process of the washing machine. This preserves the function of an effective protection against high dynamic effects that occur during the period of the centrifugal spinning of textile products.

Thus, the proposed design liquid ABU passive action provides effective reduction of vibration activity of a washing machine during the spin cycle, has a more simple constructive solution in comparison with the prototype is characterized by workability during Assembly and provides the necessary conditions maintenance during operation of the washing machine.

The use of the proposed design in ABU washing machines drum type allows to reduce their cost in comparison with the prototype, to increase the reliability and durability, to reduce expenses for repair and maintenance, reduce the consumption of electricity by reducing the dynamic load�in bearing to support the drive shaft of the machine.

Air into the tank and the drum with blades arrives from atmosphere, via an inlet nozzle, arranged in the upper part of the tank.

SUBSTANCE: turbidity sensor has a light source (210) for emitting light. The emitted light has a variable radiant intensity. The sensor further comprises a light-sensitive element (220) for receiving light emitted from the light source (210). SUBSTANCE: device for fixation of domestic washing machine drum in transportation comprises screw that connects wall of body and part of drum. Starting from its head located outside body wall, screw passes through and through body wall and is screwed into drum part. Between screw head and body wall, and also between body wall and drum part on each section there is a shock-absorbing element arranged, which springs in axial direction. Screw head and part of drum are held at a distance from each other by means of tube that passes through and through body wall and surrounds screw. SUBSTANCE: washing and/or drying system includes a washing machine of mainly domestic type with an electronic control unit and contains a radio frequency identification device (RFID) able to communicate with the means of communication of labels corresponding to the items of linen. Means of communication of labels are embedded in a variety of flexible containers wherein the items of washed linen are selectively loaded according to their different characteristics. At the top of the washing machine a radio frequency identification device and strain-gauge scales are integrated in order to send appropriate input signals to the control unit of the machine and to operate it.

EFFECT: improved organisation of selective collecting of dirty garments for the most efficient and accurate loading of washing machine.

SUBSTANCE: the invention relates to method of regulation of steam installation in home appliances, where the steam installation produces water steam, in particular, hot steam of overheated steam. Water steam is fed to the processing section, specifically, to the drum. The said steam installation comprises at least one steam generator with heating element and water feeding means. The steam generator temperature is measured, specifically, the surface temperature and/or the heating element temperature, and in normal operating mode the heating element of water feeding means are regulated in such a manner so the measure temperature is kept within the given lower and upper limits. The normal operation mode comprises the first stage and the second stage, furthermore, in the first stage which begins after reaching the given lower temperature limit until reaching the given upper temperature limit the heating element is active and the water feeding means feed the water with the given volume flow, which is the fixed second volume flow or the volume flow which is changed accoring to the measured temperature in the given second dependence. In the second phase of normal operating mode which which begins after reaching the given upper temperature limit until reaching the given lower temperature limit the heating element is deactivated or its heat reduced in comparison with the first phase, and the water feeding means feed the water with the given third volume flow or the volume flow which is changed in accordance with the measured temperature in the third dependence. The second phase duration is measured, compared with the given duration value, and if the measured value differs from the given value more than the given difference value, the troubleshooting service begins.

EFFECT: guaranteed constant steam temperature and/or steam constant volume flow, which prevents spotting and textile products damage.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the method of determining of at least one parameter of textile products and/or at least one parameter of a programme execution in the device of textile products treatment, in particular, in a drying device, a refreshing device or in a washing machine with a drying function. At that the device of textile products treatment contains a compartment intended for keeping the treated textile products, and at least one device for feeding additive, in particular, a steam. The method includes the steps, at which: the additive is supplied from at least one device for feeding additive, the response (S, A, C) of textile products in the compartment is determined as reaction to feeding supply, and by processing a specific response at least one parameter of textile goods is determined. The parameter of textile products is a type of textile products and/or the number of textile products.
