System and methodology of network optimisation implemented by computer

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of optimisation of selection and delivery of products in a trading network. The system for the network optimisation implemented by the computer comprises: the first processor for data processing for data receiving and storage in data memory; the second processor for data processing for obtaining at least one input data for conditional dynamic options in a network; the third processor for data processing for obtaining at least one input data set for the specified network to define the specified chosen products with use of at least one optimised filters; the fourth processor for data processing for delivery of at least one of the named products at least to one of the named organisations participating in a trade network and the fifth processor for data processing for data recording relating to the named delivered products, in the data memory.

EFFECT: optimisation of selection of a product or service with reference to requirements of clients and ensuring dynamic integration of these requirements.

According to the present application claim priority in accordance with the provisional application for the grant of U.S. patent No. 61/390,638, filed October 7, 2010, entitled "System and methodology for computer-implemented network optimization".

The technical field to which the present invention relates

The present invention relates to a system and methodology implemented by the computer network optimization products offered offering organization networking. In particular, the present invention relates to methodologies and systems to optimize the selection and delivery of products that offer networking offers involved in network organizations, in order to provide a higher benefit in the network to at least one of these organizations.

Prior art of the present invention

Many companies, such as company service providers such as transport companies, firms, business car rental, travel agents, special events, rental firms land vehicles, etc., are facing in today's competition with significant problems. The increased level of competition due to the increasing number of participants of the market, the global crisis, unused products (product� with a higher price as well as products with lower price), among others, are the various factors that affect company profits and creating economically unhealthy competition, when companies use to attract customers by offering price discounts no actual understanding of the requirements and size of utility customers. It is rather one-sided approach, in which companies are optimizing within its periphery. This is a limited-scope optimization.

As a rule, companies are not inherent in the full understanding of requirements, perceived value etc. of their clients (including existing and potential customers for different products and services. The parameters that affect the decision of customers regarding their relative solvent tangible values or even the allocation of funds to specific products or services offered by companies that are highly dynamic and vary from client to client and over time for the same client. Otherwise, the company would be more careful in choosing their stocks, proposals and schedule of delivery, and would be in the best position to set the value of those products with such conditions that provide a greater benefit in the network, at least for customers and the company.

Each client determines different�u value for each aspect of the product moreover, the client may not need all the features of the product, or the client may not be willing to pay for one or more functions and can be ready to abandon them, and if the company is unable to provide it, she may lose that customer. At the same time, there is another client for which it is desirable to have one or several of these functions, products or services, and who wishes to pay for them. Thus, the company either needs to be optimised according to the requirements, perceived value etc. of customers, or lose the client, or may be at least one of the client types. The situation is complicated when the desired products are perishable in nature and are characterized by high cost. The company is faced with the dilemma to either reduce prices and face a further decline in profits, or to give up their unused production capacity/excess supply for products or services with a higher cash value.

As a result there is always a gap between the products or services needed by clients and offered by the company. This gap is a manifestation of the facts, namely that (1) companies have an incomplete understanding of the relative requirements, perceived value etc. Kli�on components to products (which are dynamic), and (2) the cost structure, revenues, and reserves of the company (which usually manages the possible offering of the company) are also dynamic. However, also this is in large part an indication of the absence of mechanisms on the basis of information technologies that can bridge this gap. The collection of dynamic data of clients and companies, as well as the continued application of the specified dynamic data to address this gap is a challenging technical problem. In the highly competitive business world, companies can't afford the lack of flexibility with regard to the dynamic requirements, perceived value etc. of customers for their products and services, given that the factors of selection and delivery of products and services are dynamic, and if the requirements, perceived value etc. customers will not be effectively taken into account, there is a possibility of losing the client.

From the foregoing it is clear that the flexibility customers can be displayed or used to meet fixed (or less flexible) requirements of other clients. Environment or network, which offers options in the network organization has the foresight of requirements, perceived value etc. customers can enable the organization to be more accurate and precise in placing orders, recruitment and delivery, that is, to have so�flax better and more focused short-term plans. This may contribute to the abandonment of many ineffective solutions, and can also increase revenue and profitability. In addition, it can help the company to reduce customer costs, and increase profits.

There are no system or method that can help companies to correlate the availability of their products with the requirements, perceived value etc. of their clients that simultaneously optimizes and maximizes the value of at least one of them, i.e. the company and/or its clients.

Thus, a mechanism is needed that will allow the company to gather requirements, perceived value etc. of customers regarding products and services of the company with the stock records of the company's products, the relative product demand and other relevant factors, and which optimizes the value for the greater benefit of the network to at least one of the clients and the company.

Brief disclosure of the invention

Thus the present invention provides a system and methodology that enable companies to optimize their product or their service in terms of requirements, perceived value etc. (implicitly or explicitly, in advance or in real time) clients and to dynamically integrate these requirements, perceived value etc. in p�oducti or services the company proposed to simultaneously optimize and ensure higher benefits at least for one of the clients (i.e. participating in the network of organizations) and the company (i.e., offering options in your network). Next will be presented the General structure of such systems and methods that enable companies to optimize their product or their service in terms of requirements, perceived value etc. (implicitly or explicitly, in advance or in real time) customers, and to dynamically integrate these requirements, perceived value etc. in the products or services offered by the company for simultaneous optimization and provide higher benefits at least for one of the clients (i.e. participating in the network of organizations) and the company (i.e., offering options in your network).

According to one aspect of the present invention, the system implemented by the computer network optimization comprises a first processor for processing data, wherein the specified first processor for processing data is configured to receive and store data with respect to at least one product offered by offering options to your organization's network, at least one corresponding conditional dynamic option in the network in a data store; a second processor for processing data, and of the decree�tion second processor for processing data configured to receive at least one input for said conditional dynamic options in the network with the to choose foods from at least one participation in an organization's network; a third processor for processing data, and the specified third processor for processing data configured to receive at least one input data set for the specified network, for the definition of these selected products using at least one optimized filter including, among other things, at least one factor rewards network that prefers selection of those products which provide great benefit in network with at least one offering in the network options organizations and/or participating in the network of organizations; a fourth processor for processing data, wherein the specified fourth processor for processing data configured to deliver at least one specified product, at least one of the involved in the network of organizations to meet the ongoing conditions, whereby after each of the specified specified delivery of the selected product is available for use; and a fifth processor for processing data, wherein the specified fifth processor for processing data is configured to record data associated with the delivered products, in the data store. Conditional dynamic option in the network illustrated in decree�nom data store of the specified first processor in respect of the said products, may be an option consisting in the use of fewer products than the total number of selected products. The specified fifth processor for processing data can be adapted to continue updating the data stored in the data store specified on the first CPU for processing data for further network optimization until then, until all the products offered by offering options in the network organization will not be defined and delivered. Specified first processor for processing data can be adapted to store and provide relevant data regarding products offered offering options in the network organization, in the specified data store. This second processor for processing data can be adapted to receive at least some of the input data that define the requirements of participating in the network of organizations regarding the use of the selected products. The specified fifth processor for processing data can be adapted to record data relating to the specified requirements, specified in the data store.

According to another aspect of the present invention computer-implemented method for network optimization stage involves providing a first processor for processing data comprising data storage and configurer�bath for receiving and storing the data in the specified data store; receiving and storing data containing in respect of at least one product offered offers options in the network organization, at least one corresponding conditional dynamic option in the network specified in the first processor for processing data; providing a second processor for processing data, which is configured to receive at least one input for said conditional dynamic options in the network in order to choose foods from at least one participation in an organization's network; receiving at least one input for said conditional dynamic options in the network with the to choose foods from at least one participation in an organization's network; providing third processor for processing data containing at least one optimized filter including, among other things, at least one factor rewards network, and configured to receive at least one input data set for the specified network, for the definition of these selected products; receiving at least one input data set for the specified network, for the definition of these selected products; the functioning of the optimized filter specified; and the specified optimized filter preferred choice of those PR�products, which provide great benefit in network with at least one offering in the network options organizations and/or participating in the network of organizations; providing a fourth processor for processing data, which is configured to deliver at least one of said products from at least one of the participating network organizations; delivery of at least one specified product, at least one of the involved in the network of organizations to meet the ongoing conditions, whereby after each of the specified specified delivery of the selected product is available for use; providing a fifth processor for processing data, contains the data store and configured to record data relating to the delivered products, in the data store; and writing data associated with the delivered products, in the data store specified by the fifth processor for data processing. Conditional dynamic option in the network represented in the specified data store specified relative to the first CPU of the above products may be an option containing a smaller number of products than the total number of selected products. According to another aspect of the present invention, the system implemented by the computer network optimization comprises a first processor for processing data, and a first processor for processing data configured to deliver the first conditional dynamic options in the network at least by first participating in an organization's network for selecting products, wherein the specified condition provides the use of a smaller number of products than the total number of selected products; a second processor for processing data; and the specified second processor �La data configured to deliver the second conventional dynamic options in the network at least a second participant in the network organization for the choice of products moreover, this condition provides the use of a smaller number of products than the total number of selected products; a third processor for processing data; and the specified third processor for processing data is configured to record information pertaining to said dynamic options in the network, in a data store; a fourth processor for processing data; moreover, the specified fourth processor for processing data configured to receive at least one input data set for the specified network in order to identify each of the selected products for actual use by at least one participating in the network organization after a definition of each of these selected products, participating in the specified network entity may use the selected products; a fifth processor for processing data; and the specified fifth processor for processing data configured to receive at least one input data set for the specified network, and offers options in the network organization defines these selected products for actual use, at least for another specified participating in your organization's network using at least one optimized filter including, chrome� other things, at least one factor rewards network that prefers selection of those products provide great benefits to the network at least for proposing options on an organization's network by ensuring the delivery of the greatest possible number of products participating in the specified network; whereby after each of the selected products participating in the specified network entity may use the selected products; and the sixth processor for processing data; and sixth specified processor for processing data is configured to record information pertaining to said defined products in a data store.

According to another aspect of the present invention, the computer-implemented method for network optimization stage involves providing a first processor for processing data, which is configured to deliver the first conditional dynamic options in the network at least by first participating in an organization's network for selecting products, wherein the specified condition provides the use of a smaller number of products than the total number of selected products; delivery of the specified first conditional dynamic options in the network at least by first participating in an organization's network; providing a second processors data which is configured to deliver the second conventional dynamic options in the network at least a second participant in the network of the organization to select products, and this condition provides the use of a smaller number of products than the total number of selected products; delivery of the specified second conditional dynamic options in the network at least a second participant in the organization's network; providing third processor for processing data comprising the data store and configured to record information pertaining to said dynamic options in the network in the specified data store; recording information pertaining to said dynamic options in the network in the specified data store; providing a fourth processor for processing data, which is configured to receive at least one input data set for the specified network in order to identify each of the selected products for actual use by at least one participating in the network entity; receiving at least one input data set for the specified network in order to identify each of the selected products for actual use by at least one participating in the network organization, whereby after each of the SEL�data products indicated participating in the network entity may use the selected products; providing a fifth processor for processing data containing at least one optimized filter including, among other things, at least one factor rewards network, and configured to receive at least one input data set for the specified network; receiving at least one input data set for the specified network; whereby offering options in the network organization defines these selected products for actual use, at least for another participating in the specified network; the functioning of the specified optimized filter that prefers selection of those products provide great benefits to the network at least for proposing options on an organization's network by ensuring the delivery of the greatest possible number of products participating in the specified network; whereby after each of the selected products, participating in the specified network entity may use the selected products; providing a sixth processor for processing data comprising the data store and configured to record information pertaining to said �certain products in the specified data store; and information pertaining to said defined products in a specified data store.

According to another aspect of the present invention, the system implemented by the computer network optimization comprises a first processor for processing data, wherein the specified first processor for processing data is configured to receive and store data in the data warehouse that contains several products offered by at least one offering the options in the network organization, several relevant conditional dynamic options in the network; a second processor for processing data, moreover, the specified second processor for processing data configured to receive at least one input for said conditional dynamic options in the network to select products from at least one participation in an organization's network; a third processor for processing data, and the specified third processor for processing data is configured to record data pertaining to said selected conditional dynamic options in the network in the data warehouse to meet the ongoing conditions; a fourth processor for processing data, which is configured to receive at least one input for said selected conditional dinamicheskimi in the network for delivery of the selected products; a fifth processor for processing data, which is configured to receive at least one input data set for the specified network in order to identify these selected products using at least one optimized filter containing at least one factor rewards network that prefers selection of those products provide great benefits to the network at least one offering in the network options organizations and/or participating in the network of organizations; a sixth processor for processing data, which is configured to deliver at least one specified product to said participating in your organization's network, whereby after each of the specified specified delivery of the selected product is available for use; and a seventh processor for processing data, which is configured to record data relating to the delivered products, in the data store. The specified seventh processor for processing data can be adapted for continuous update of data stored in the data store specified by the third processor to process data for any further network optimization. 9. The system implemented by the computer networking optimization contain:
a) a first processor for processing data, which is configured to deliver the first conditional dynamic options in the network at least by first participating in an organization's network for selecting products, wherein the specified condition provides the use of a smaller number of products than the total number of selected products;
b) a second processor for processing data, which is configured to deliver the second conventional dynamic options in the network at least a second participant in the network of the organization to select products, and this condition provides the use of a smaller number of products than the total number of selected products;
