FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to segment patch pieces of thrust plain bearings cooled by water at which at least one of the working surfaces is made from silicified graphite used mainly in electric motors that serve as the drive for main circulation pump units at NPP. A separating channel providing for the circulation of a lubricating and cooling medium on the whole contact surface, is made on the contact surface of the patch piece along the bearing radius. The separating channel divides the contact surface on the lead-in edge side up to the channel and the surface after the channel up to the exit edge with the proportion of at least 3 to 2.

EFFECT: provision for more efficient heat removal from the contact zone at the operation of the proposed structure of the patch piece being the part of a thrust plain bearing of the main circulation pump unit at NPP, reduced risk of damage to antifrictioin elements from silicified graphite from thermal deformations due to uneven heat removal from the contact zone, improved manufacturability of patch pieces of stator elements of the large-sized thrust plain bearing, provision for the repairability of patch pieces of the thrust plain bearing and lower risk of fire.

The invention relates to thrust bearings which have at least one of the working surfaces are made of siliconized graphite (or other anti-friction materials with similar characteristics). His main area of application are electric machines and hydraulic machine with roller bearings, mainly of the motors that serve as the main circulation drive pumping units (MCPU), and the main circulating pump units, for example, in nuclear power plants (NPP).

Siliconized graphite (as anti-friction bearing material) is characterized by the compound (at least up to 300°C) and allows the use of water instead of oil as a coolant. This solution is used in the radial and axial bearings of centrifugal pumps included in the RCP. This solution eliminates the hazard of pumps, which is especially important for RCPS working in unattended rooms NPP. Through a unique combination of properties: high strength, high conductivity, high wear - siliconized graphite (as antifriction material) with the possibility of use as coolant water is well established in the radial and axial bearings of centrifugal pumps and motors, incoming� in the composition of the RCP. The disadvantages of siliconized graphites in General are: low specific impact strength, lower coefficient of linear expansion than the metal used in the bearing, the complexity of the manufacturing process in the form of large rings and ensure smooth and effective removal of heat from the friction zone when using large parts of the thrust bearing elements.

Known segmental lining bearings for turbines (Serezhkin L. P., Zaretsky E. I. Axial bearings of powerful steam turbines, mechanical engineering, 1988).

A disadvantage of the known segmental lining is the increased fire hazard equipment of nuclear power plants (NPP) in connection with the use of oil as a lubricating fluid. Alternative to oil as a cooling lubricant is water. The problem solved by the invention, in creating the lining of the stator element thrust bearing large size, with the formation of the lining, allowing the use of siliconized graphite (or other materials with similar characteristics) as the material of the lining and providing cooling and lubrication of the bearing with water corresponding to operation of RCPS at the plant.

This problem is solved in that the cover plate thrust bearing as�message is a segmented stator element trapezoidal shape with rounded edges at the top and the bottom of the lining, the lead-in edges, and for latching ledges on the block thrust bearing, the contact surface of which is made on the radius of the bearing of the separation channel, providing circulation of the lubricating and cooling medium on the entire contact surface and dividing the contact area from the lead-in edges to the canal and the area after the channel to the output of the edge in the ratio of not less than 3 to 2.

In the implementation of the present invention can be obtained the following technical result:

- improve the circulation of lubricating and cooling water on the surface of the thrust bearing;

- reduction of damage of the friction elements of siliconized graphite from thermal deformation due to uneven heat removal from the contact zone;

- improve the manufacturability of the stator plates of the elements of the thrust sliding bearing large size;

- ensuring maintainability pads thrust sliding bearing;

- reducing fire risk.

The technical result is achieved in that the radius of the bearing of the separation channel circulates the lubricating and cooling medium throughout the contact surface, and the separation of the contact area from the lead-in edges to the canal and square after channel until the weekend�th edge in the ratio of not less than 3 to 2 reduces the possibility of damage to the antifriction elements of siliconized graphite from thermal deformation due to reduction of non-uniformity of heat removal from the contact zone. The transition to water provides the necessary fire safety equipment and the shape of the grooves and the ratio of areas of the contact surfaces of the pads 3 to 2, to ensure a more efficient heat removal from the contact zone, resulting from operating experience presented design lining composition thrust sliding bearing.

As a solution to the problem, allowing to achieve these characteristics, the proposed overlay 1 stator element thrust bearing (Fig.1), an anti-friction lining, in particular made of siliconized graphite or silicon carbide trapezoidal shape with the formation of the contact surface for aligning specific loads, cooling and lubrication during operation in combination with a rotary axial bearing, is provided with anti-friction plate (made up of sectors mounted on the supporting surface of the rotating comb and having a radius of curvature at the top of the sector and grooves for axial fixation in the lower�her part of the sector). The present invention, the plate 1 (Fig.2) made in the form of the contact surface 2 radius curves 4, 5 in the top and bottom of the lining of the lead-in edge 7 with a shape close to parabolic. To provide the necessary cooling and lubrication of the contact surface of the pads are separated by a channel 6 adapted to a specific geometry, providing circulation of the lubricating and cooling medium to contact the surface area of the lining in contact with the response the sectors of the rotor axial bearing. The ratio of the square of the lining from the lead-in edges 7 to channel 6 and the area of the contact surface after the channel to the output of the edge 3 is made with a ratio of not less than 3 to 2. The locking pads 1 pad thrust bearing 10 (Fig.1) carry straps via elastic elements, under which installation on the sides of the plates 1 is provided by the ledges 8 and 9 (Fig.3). From moves in the axial direction of the cover plate is made with a radius of curvature 11 (Fig.2), providing a seal to the stopper 12 (Fig.1) mounted on the block 10 thrust bearing. Channel 6, which separates the contact surface for providing cooling and lubrication of the thrust bearing pads, made in the form of a rectangular triangle with the ratio of the legs 14 and 15 (Fig.4) not less than 1 to 4. To�nal 6 is located at an angle 13 (Fig.4) to the contact surfaces 2, a shorter leg of which is from the lead-in edges 7 of the lining (Fig.2). Channel 6 on the output edges 3 on the contact surface is made with a curvature.

Pad thrust bearing constituting a segmented stator element trapezoidal shape with rounded edges at the top and the bottom of the lining, the lead-in edges, and for latching ledges on the block thrust bearing, characterized in that the lining is made along the radius of the bearing of the separation channel, providing circulation of the lubricating and cooling medium across the contact surface and divides the contact surface from the first edge to the channel and the surface of the channel to the output of the edge in the ratio of not less than 3 to 2.

2. Pad thrust sliding bearing according to claim 1, characterized in that the separation channel is made in the form of a rectangular triangle with the ratio of the legs of at least 1 to 4, located at an angle to the contact surface, a lower leg of which is from the lead-in edges of the overlay.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the plain thrust bearings from synthetic resin, namely, to the plain thrust bearings used in post-type suspensions (McPherson suspension) for four-wheeled vehicles, and also to the mounting design of the post-type suspension with the plain thrust bearings. The plain thrust bearing (1) comprises a lower housing (2) from synthetic resin, upper housing (3) from synthetic resin laying on the lower housing (2), and an insert (4) from synthetic resin placed between the housings (2, 3). The upper housing (3) is laid on the lower housing (2) in such a manner that the tubular outer surface (34) of an internal tubular suspended part (29) of the circular bearing parts (25) is located opposite to the tubular internal surface of the larger diameter of the circular bearing part (11) of the housing (2) with a clearance between them. Meanwhile the circular lower end surface of the part (29) is located opposite to the surface with a circular shank shoulder of the part (11) with the clearance between them. The cylindrical internal surface (31) of the external tubular suspended part (32), with the walls wider, than ones of the part (29) in a radial direction, forms a sliding contact with the cylindrical outer surface (9) of the part (11). The internal tubular vertical part (38) of the wall is located in the circular part (18) with the recess. SUBSTANCE: thrust bearing unit consists of a thrust plate and a thrust journal (7). The thrust plate is composed of housing (1) with cylindrical recess and flat bottom formed by circular ledge (2) along the perimeter of the housing (1). At the bottom of the cylindrical recess there are sectors of the elastic gasket (3) with the gasostatic bearing sectors (5) supported on them, bearings, which are forming, respectively, the elastic gasket ring (3) and the ring from non-magnetic material. The side of sectors (5), facing towards the thrust journal (7), is fitted with a recess with flat bottom formed by beads (8) along the perimeter of the sector (5). In the recess of each sector (5) several sectorial permanent magnets magnetised in an axial direction, and contacting with them sectorial permanent magnets, magnetised in a longitudinal direction are evenly distributed along a circle and fixed. The cross section of cover plates (6) is T-shaped. The external surface of sector permanent magnets form a single plane facing towards the thrust journal (7), made from non-magnetic material, with forming with it of working clearance (12). In volume of sectors (5) the system of interconnected channels of small diameter with a possibility of feeding in it of compressed air from the external source is implemented, the output holes of which are connected with viaholes (20, 21), made in sectorial permanent magnets interconnecting with the working clearance (12).

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the thrust journal bearings, which one work surface is out of siliconised graphite (or other antifriction material with similar characteristics), and can be used in assemblies of the electric machines and hydraulic machines with large-size thrust bearings (diameter up to 900mm), mainly in motors driving the main circulating pump units of the reactor plants, for example at NPS. The feature of the mentioned axial bearing is that the support disc if made with alternating supporting shoulders and grooves from the side looking towards a set of sectors out of antifriction material. On outside and internal diameters of the supporting disc the seating surfaces are made, the outside and internal rings are installed in them and secure the sectors via the resilient elements. The sectors locking against rotation relatively to the supporting disc is ensured by the intermediate planks installation between the sectors, they are locked by the plank axle in holes of the supporting disc. The sectors are made with steps for outside and internal rings, the sector top part has radial roundings, and bottom part has grooves ensuring mutual securing. Lead-in edge of the sector has shape similar to parabolical shape. Cooling and lubrication are performed via the alternating channels created by the planks, sectors, outside and internal rings.

EFFECT: decreasing of possibility to damage the antifrictional components out of siliconised graphite due to bend stresses and thermal deformations due to non-uniformity of heat removal from the contact zone when solid gusset is used; improvement of the cooling and lubricating water circulation on crown surface of the axial journal bearing; improvement of feasibility of the gusset manufacturing and assurance of its reparability; reliability improvement; fire risk decreasing; rotation prevention of the set of sectors over the supporting disc.

SUBSTANCE: thrust bearing assembly consists of axial bearing and thrust bearing (7) made of nonmagnetic material. Axial bearing is composed of housing (1) with cylindrical recess and flat bottom formed by circular ledge (2) extending over perimeter of housing (1). Resilient washer (3) is arranged on cylindrical recess bottom with ring-shape gas bearing resting thereon and made of nonmagnetic material and separated to sectors (5) by radially directed straps (6) of the same thickness secured to housing (1). Flange (8) making the recess is arranged at perimeter of sector (5), on the side facing the thrust bearing (7). Recess of every sector (5) locked are sector poles of high magnetic permeability material with sector permanent magnets (9, 10) with tangential opposite magnetisation located there between. Cross-section of washers (6) is shaped to T shape, their flanges being arranged to engage the radial collars (8). Magnets (9, 10) are shaped to trapezoids with their wide base facing the recess surface while narrow base of every magnet (9, 10) contacts with wedge (14) made of strip of nonmagnetic material and rigidly secured with adjacent sector poles (12, 13). Outer surface of wedges (14) and poles (12, 13) make a single plane to form therewith a working clearance (15). Inside said sectors (5) a system of communicating channels (18) is made to feed compressed air therein from external source, system outlets being connected with through holes in poles (12, 13), connected in their turn, with working gap (15).

EFFECT: higher bearing capacity under working conditions, reliable start and outage of turbomachine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a plain thrust bearing from synthetic resin, namely, to a plain thrust bearing used in post-type suspensions (McPherson suspension) for four-wheeled vehicle as a plain thrust bearing. FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: first cup-like journal of the first magnetic bearing assembly directed by its bottom to turbine wheel is fitted on engine cylindrical bush adjoining the turbine wheel. Note here that second cup-like journal of the second radial thrust magnetic bearing directed with its bottom to compressor wheel is fitted on the shaft free end. First and second thrust gas bearings, centrifugal compressor wheel and equaliser washer are fitted thereon and locked by nut. Every radial magnetic bearing comprises thin-wall sleeve made of nonmagnetic material. Sleeve outer surface has poles arranged regularly in circle and shaped to trapezoid-like strips made of material with high magnetic permeability. Trapezoid-like strips made of magnetic material arranged between the latter to contact with said poles by side faces. The latter magnetised over axial length in tangentially opposite direction. Wide cross-section base of magnetic strips face the thin-wall surface. Wedges made of strips of nonmagnetic materials are arranged on narrow base side rigidly secured flush with side faces of the poles. Said wedges contact with magnetic strip to make the cylindrical surface extending in working clearance of radial magnetic bearing. Circular ledges of the first and second cup-like journals are fitted in circular recesses. Said ledges are furnished with ring of high-strength fibre on binder made of solidifying synthetic resin. Said ledges are fitted in appropriate ring grooves made in spacer arranged between turbine and compressor casings. Note here that one of ring grooves is opened to compressor while another to turbine. Corrugated sleeve with lengthwise crimps is arranged between the surface of ring grooves and made of resilient material. Inner surfaces of cup-like journal is coated with copper layer and finished to high purity. Thrust magnetic bearing comprises toe bearing made of nonmagnetic material and arranged in cylindrical bore of cup-like journal. Sectors of poles of material with high magnetic permeability are secured between journal bottom and toe bearing surface. Sectors of permanent magnets and sectors of poles are composed by trapezoidal-section strips in contact by side edges. Note here that magnetic sectors face the cylindrical recess bottom by their section wide base. Their narrow bases are covered by flat wedges of nonmagnetic material. Their end surfaces are rigidly secured with end surfaces of appropriate poles to make flat surface which makes with cup-journal the working clearance of thrust magnetic bearing. Radial and thrust magnetic bearings are made of magnetic material with Courier point not lower than 900°C. Elastic washer made of resilient material deformed to make circular crimps is arranged between toe bearing and bottom of bore of both magnetic bearings. Magnetic radial and thrust bearings are locked in place. Axial gas-dynamic bearing comprises spacer and seal with spacer ring arranged there between. Note that first and second thrust gas bearings separated by common toe bearing are fitted there between. Radial gas-dynamic bearing is arranged in clearance between the spacer cylindrical cavity and sleeve surface facing the latter.

EFFECT: reliable starting at low temperatures, higher reliability at high dynamic loads and operating efficiency.

SUBSTANCE: thrust bearing unit consists of a thrust plate and a thrust journal (8). The thrust plate is formed by a casing (1) fitted by a cylindrical groove with flat bottom which is provided by a circular protrusion along the casing (1) perimeter. A resilient gasket (3) is set on the cylindrical groove bottom and a gasostatic bearing rests against it and is made as a ring divided into sectors (5) by oriented metal nonmagnetic patchs (7) coupled with the thrust plate casing. On the side turned to the thrust journal (8) the sector (5) perimeter is fitted by a bead (9) providing for the groove. Gasostatic bearing (6) steps made from antifriction material are fixed in the groove of each sector (5). The patch (7) cross section is of T-shape, the tables of the patchs (7) are made so that radial beads (9) of the sectors (5) can be engaged. External surface of the gasostatic bearing (6) steps is turned to the thrust journal (8) and form an operating clearance with it. In the sectors there provided is a system of communicating channels (12) with the possibility of supplying compressed air to it from an external source, the outlet holes of the system are communicated with the feeding holes (18) in the gasostatic bearing steps, through holes communicating with the operating clearance.

EFFECT: increased carrying capacity of a thrust bearing unit in the operation mode with reduced friction losses in it, decreased deformation of clearance in the thrust bearing unit resulting from the high-pressure of gas blowing, damping of vibrations of a turbomachine rotor caused by axial gas dynamic forces of the turbine or compressor, reliable start-up and shutdown of the turbomachine.

Proposed thrust bearing has housing, bushing with bead freely fitted into housing space and fixed from rotation by section of bead in form of polyhedron and arranged in congruent cavity on end face of housing pointed to polyhedron. Longitudinal lubrication grooves are made in space of bushing whose spaces are connected through channels with outer surface of bearing housing. Bushing is made sectional, consisting of two parts, each provided with bead with fixing section in form of polyhedron. Slots and butt-end surface of bushing form radial holes designed to force lubricant to friction zone.

SUBSTANCE: bearing comprises rotor that rotates together with the shaft of the rotor, adjusting thrust ring, and at least one bearing segment that is unmovable and bears on the housing of the bearing. SUBSTANCE: hybrid gas-film thrust bearing represents a ring with its working surface furnished with wedge grooves alternating with smooth sections. Here note that the foot surface is made smooth. The every wedge groove section has, at least, one through hole.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of heat power engineering and may be used in design, production, reconstruction and operation of steam and gas turbines. Thrust bearing (1) of turbomachine comprises stop blocks (2), movably fixed with the help of radial pins (3) in annular race 4 (from two halves), installed in body of thrust bearing (1). Working surface of stop blocks (2) fits closely to side surface of thrust collar (5) of turbomachine rotor, and support prisms (6) of stop blocks (2) rest on disk elastic membranes (7), having thrust protrusion (8) and rigidly connected along external diametre with annular race (4), in body of which under each membrane (7) there are cylindrical chambers (9), connected to each other by means of sealed hydraulic annular header (10) and creating closed system of cavities filled with incompressible working liquid (11), which executes hydraulic connection between chambers (9). Annular header (10) is connected to expansion tank (12) of atmospheric type by means of drain line (13), in which safety valve (14) is installed, and suction line (15), in which check valve (16) is installed. Drain (13) and suction (15) lines are brought into expansion tank (12) under level of working liquid (11) that fills it.

EFFECT: higher bearing capacity of thrust bearing, and also reliability and efficiency of turbomachine operation.

The fastener assembly of thrust crown of oil bearings on the shaft consists of a facility preventing shifting of the crown along axis of the shaft and of a facility preventing slipping of the crown around the shaft. The facility preventing slipping of the crown around the shaft is made in form of a tape out of elastic material with lengthwise corrugation located between the thrust crown and the shaft in a circular slot. The slot is made on surface of the thrust crown or shaft.

EFFECT: increased manufacturability and possibility to apply less strict allowances for shaft diametres and thrust crown after mechanical treatment; prevention of fretting corrosion; increased rate of assembly; compensation of axis misalignment and reduction of noise in some cases.

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly to structures of plain thrust bearings for shafts or rotating axis of machines and equipment and can be used in submersible multistage centrifugal electric pumps for strata liquid extraction (oil-and-gas mixture) from deep oil wells of minor diametre. Plain thrust bearing contains abutment (1), under-abutment (2) and intermediate thrust collar (3), implemented with flat annular bearing surfaces on its working sides. Ring (3) is free mounted on shaft (7) between abutment (1) and under-abutment (2) with ability of rotation relative to them. Bearing surface (11) of abutment (1) is implemented as smooth. Bearing surface (14) of ring (3) directed to bearing surface (11) is implemented with lubricating grooves (16). Bearing surface (13) of under-abutment (2) is implemented with lubricating grooves (15), and bearing surface (12) of ring (3) directed to bearing surface (13) is implemented as smooth and with major average diametre D5 than average diametre D3 of bearing surface (14). Bearing surfaces (13) and (14) are implemented with lubricating grooves (16) and (15). Divided by these grooves for segments. Bearing surfaces (11), (12), (13) and (14) are implemented from wear-resistant substances with solidity not less than 380 HV.

EFFECT: increasing of reliability and vehicle capacity of plain thrust bearings for shafts of submersible centrifugal electric pumps.

The thrust journal bearing consists of a fixed support and a shaft. End bearing surface of the shaft is made in form of three sections, shape of which is described with equations: y = 0, where x1 x2 are current coordinates in the system of rectangular coordinates x1O1y1 and x2O2y2; a1 a2, n1 n2 are coefficients characterising tribophysical properties of materials and modes of bearing operation.
