SUBSTANCE: invention is the biological means for cleaning and restoration of skin, comprising pancreatic tissue of pigs or birds, 70% ethyl alcohol, fragrance component, and Ringer's solution, at that the components in the means are in a certain ratio, in wt %.

EFFECT: acceleration of the process of skin regeneration, expanding of range of means having cleaning and skin restoring action.

The invention relates to medicine, namely to cosmetology, and can be used as a prophylactic agent for skin care and purification from various contaminants, as well as to accelerate the regeneration process of the skin, desquamation of the epidermis (rejuvenation) in violation of metabolic processes in the skin.

Known alcohol solutions containing various additives, in particular alcohol soap, which is used externally for skin diseases (see Mashkovsky M. D. Medicines [text]: a textbook on pharmacology for physicians. - Part 2 - P. 366). The composition of this product contains: potassium hydroxide fused - 23 parts water 75 parts of sunflower oil (or cottonseed) refined - 100 parts of ethyl alcohol 90% - 300 pieces.

Closest to the claimed technical solution, selected as a prototype, is a cosmetic "Troy" (see RF patent 2138248, IPC A61K 7/48, pub. 27.09.1999).

The product contains the active ingredient in the form of the extract from biomass of ginseng, ethyl alcohol, fragrance and water. Means �natural toning and cleansing action with disinfecting effect. Suitable for cleaning all skin types, and, having wound-healing effect, can be used to clean hands and face when it cuts and abrasions.

The technical task of the invention is to expand the range of products with purifying and regenerating the skin effect.

The task is solved in that bioreactor to clean and restore the skin, containing active ingredient, ethyl alcohol, perfume, characterized in that as the active substance, it contains the pancreatic tissue of pigs or birds in the following ratio of components, wt. %:

A distinctive feature of the proposed tool is that it as a biologically active component contains the pancreatic tissue of pigs or birds, which are able to cleave the dirt of different nature (protein, fat, carbohydrate). Because the epidermis of the skin also relates to organic �soedinenijam, he also may be subjected to hydrolysis. But the effects of this drug are very mild, as the activity of enzymes is relatively low.

The pancreatic tissue of pigs or birds in the form of a homogenate, which added to bioreactor, is a new component, as in similar tools, it does not appear.

Ethyl alcohol is a stabilizer, disinfectant and a good solvent for organic substances, so it is used in tinctures. It is recommended to use 70% ethyl alcohol, because the more concentrated solution has a denaturing properties� on enzymes, reducing their activity (see tab. 1).

From this table it is seen that the highest enzyme activity was retained when mixed homogenate of pancreatic tissue with 70% ethyl alcohol in equal proportions. There is no reason to increase the amount of alcohol, as in this case, the enzymatic activity is significantly reduced, and, conversely, a decrease in the number of alcohol and increasing the amount of organic matter adversely affects the safety of enzymes in bioreactive during storage.

Odorant is needed to eliminate peculiar smell, which has the pancreatic tissue. As this component you can use a natural ingredient - the bile of animals, which not only has a deodorizing and disinfectant properties, but also increases the activity of enzymes and emulsifies fats.

An experiment to study the effect's BioWare was performed in rabbits at the age of 6 months. In this layer there was a sharp strengthening of the regenerative processes in the skin. On the stratum corneum layers was observed gradually exfoliating dead skin cells (see p�S. 1, 2, 3). In the process experience allergic reactions of inflammation were observed. It indicates a lack of toxicity and allergenicity of BioWare.

Thus, the proposed bioreactor to clean and restore the skin possesses, in addition to removing dirt, ability to restore the affected areas of skin for wounds, abrasions, cuts, but, unlike the prototype, where the active ingredient is used extract from biomass of ginseng, the proposed bioreactive apply the pancreatic tissue of pigs or birds that more rationally as pancreatic tissue of pigs or birds more accessible and affordable.

The disclosed two-phase mouth wash liquid contains a hydrophilic phase, a hydrophobic phase, a hydrotrope and a preservative, wherein the preservative contains (i) sodium benzoate and (ii) potassium sorbate and/or methylisothiazolinone (MIT), and the hydrotrope component contains glycerine and/or propylene glycol.
