SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fluid sprayers to be used in chemical, food and other industries for drying of solutions, and reaction and mass exchange processes. This sprayer comprises loading device, guide surface and drive drum. Radial resilient elements are arranged on drum surface. Resilient elements are arranged in rows alternating in the drum circumferential direction. Resilient elements in adjacent rows featured different length. Guide surface features curvilinear shape and is equipped with vertical displacement device.

EFFECT: simple design, monodisperse spray.

The present invention is intended to spray liquids in the chemical, food and other industries. The most appropriate use of a centrifugal spray liquid during the process of drying solutions, the organization of reaction and mass transfer processes.

A device for the separation of suspensions [RF Patent №2324521] containing the boot device, the guide surface, the spray suspension, made in the form of the drive drum, the surface of which is placed a radial elastic elements.

The disadvantages of this device include the complexity of the design, the low quality of the spray and the uneven distribution of the bulk density of droplets in the volume of the device.

The closest to the proposed invention is a unit for mixing bulk materials with particles of atomized fluid [RF Patent №2425712] containing the boot device, the guide surface (movable tape) with the chute, the drive drum, the surface of which is placed a radial elastic elements, the viscous liquid dispenser and a knife. Elastic members are curved, and the curvature repeats the curved shape of the trough belt. This unit has structural similarities with the present invention, although not pre�appointed for the atomization of liquids.

The disadvantages of this unit should include the design complexity, low quality of the spray and the uneven distribution of the bulk density of the particles in the apparatus.

The object of this invention is to provide a brush of the spray liquid having a high quality spray, allowing to obtain a sparse stream with uniform distribution of the bulk density of the droplets in the device for problems of chemical and other industries.

The task is achieved in that the brush spray liquid containing the boot device, the guide surface, the drive drum, the surface of which is placed a radial elastic elements, the elastic elements are arranged in rows, alternating in the circumferential direction of the drum, wherein in adjacent rows of elastic elements have different lengths, and the guide surface has a curved shape and is provided with a device for vertical movement.

Brush liquid atomizer contains the boot device 1, the guide surface 2, is provided with a vertical movement device 3, the drive drum 4 with radial elastic elements 5. The drive of the drum 4 is provided from the electro�engine 6.

Brush dispenser operates as follows.

Be sprayed liquid is fed from the feeding device 1 on the guide surface 2, is captured by the radial elastic elements 5 on a rotating drum 4 and is sprayed.

Due to the fact that the elastic elements are arranged in rows, alternating in the circumferential direction of the drum, and the length of the elastic elements in adjacent rows are different, the atomized liquid particles gain speed, characterized by the value. In this regard, particles, atomized elastic elements are larger, have greater speed and range. The presence of the elastic elements of different lengths allows you to organize a uniform filling of all irrigated volume.

The implementation of the guide surface of the curved shape provides the most efficient and adjustable gripper elastic fluid elements.

Using the device for the vertical movement of the guide surface interacting with elastic elements, it becomes possible to change their deformation in the process of spray, which leads to a change of speed and flight distance of the particles.

Thus, as a result of execution of the elastic elements of different lengths and the introduction of the device for vertical movement of the guide surface�ness evenly adjustable filling with drops irrigated volume. You can also receive monodisperse spray.

This brush sprayer with a relatively simple design allows you to get an adjustable fluid spray with almost uniform distribution of droplets in the volume of the device.

Besides, this device comprises diesel engine with single-stage booster as a compressor, air duct, fluid flow rate controller and flow meter. Also, it incorporates electrical and pneumatic independent systems. Air duct consists of two bends spinning relative to each other and around vertical axis in horizontal plane. Air duct communicates compressor with two atomisers. Flow meter serves to vary spray mist composition.

EFFECT: higher homogeneity of spray, better dispersion, control over dispersion, higher efficiency, non-polluting process.

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: portable laboratory-field irrigation machine comprises a horizontal frame with panel, a water tank, a filter, supply and discharge water conducts with the valve, a sprinkler comprising the sequentially fixed nipple, a thick flexible tube with collars, a sleeve, and a bunch of thin flexible tubes fixed in it. The water tank is mounted above the frame on the vertical racks with a hanger bracket. Between the discharge water conduct and the nipple a float mechanism is mounted comprising a housing with the rubber bulb mounted on it on the side on the drainage tube with a drain opening and the sequentially mounted in it the needle slot, the needle and the float with the guide. The drip forming ends of the thin flexible sprinkler tubes are fixed on a horizontal panel along the Archimedean spiral with the same pitch.

Device for hydrated ion generation comprises processor 11 and temperature and pressure gages 9 and 10, respectively, arranged in chamber 3. Outputs of gages 9 and 10 are connected with inputs of processor 11, processor output being connected to steam humidity corrector 2.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fluid sprayers to be used in processes that require high-quality dispersion of fluids. Proposed method comprises feeding fluid from pump and air from blower and accelerating said air in nozzle. Then fluid is hydraulically disintegrated into drops in nozzle spray cone and dispersed in the filed of ultrasound air vibrations in air supersonic jet into aerosol. Then, air is fed for final dispersion into supersonic air jet from nozzle main loop. Now aerosol dispersity is adjusted by varying air and fluid flow rates. Fluid axial flow pressure is kept constant. Flow spin maximum rate is kept within preset limits irrespective of preset range of fluid flow rate variation. Besides, aerosol dispersity is adjusted by regulating air flow rate. Reduction in aerosol dispersion in the file of ultrasound air vibrations is compensated by increase in fluid flow spinning at nozzle outlet. Disperser comprise two-circuit adjustable supersonic nozzle communicated with air spraying blower and jet aligned therewith. Said jet makes flow rate regulator communicated via pressure regulator with process fluid feed pump. Besides, disperser comprises nozzle swirler and Hartmann resonator. Nozzle is divided into two circuits. Auxiliary circuit serves for preliminary dispersion of fluid in the field of ultrasound waves generated in air flow by Hartmann resonator. Main circuit serves for final dispersion of fluid by air flow and forcing aerosol out in atmosphere. Disperser design allows adjusting nozzle circuit throat area.

FIELD: fire safety.

SUBSTANCE: invention proposes a method and a device to extinguish oil and oil products, flammable (FL) and highly flammable liquids (HFL) in vertical steel reservoirs (VSR) and vertical steel reservoirs with fixed roof and pontoon (VSRP). The method to extinguish oil and oil products in a reservoir consists in the fact that the fire extinguishing mixture specified above is supplied from a float sprayer that comes to the surface of the burning liquid. Fire extinguishing is organised in three stages. The first stage: a float sprayer is installed, which is connected by a pipeline via a lock-start gear with an injector, under the layer of the burning liquid at the depth equal to at least the sprayer's height or on the surface of the specified liquid. The second stage: after signal supply from a fire annunciator the lock-start gear is opened on the injector, and the fire extinguishing mixture specified above is supplied via a pipeline and the float sprayer under the layer and/or to the surface of the flammable liquid with compact jets from the centre to the periphery parallel to the horizon. The third stage: the float sprayer comes above the surface of the flammable liquid. The fire extinguishing mixture is supplied with intensity of at least 0.15 kg/s-m2 with circular sweeping of jets. In the injector device for extinguishing of oil and oil products in a reservoir the outlet pipeline at the outer side of the reservoir is connected to the injector via a hinged joint and the lock-start gear. At the other side the outlet pipeline via a hinged joint and a float is connected to a sprayer, which is arranged with controllable floatage and ensures surfacing of the "outlet pipeline-float-sprayer" console during extinguishing and arrangement of the sprayer above the burning surface. The sprayer has at least one tier of nozzle holes arranged in a horizontal plane with a turn by 360°.

EFFECT: provision of efficient extinguishing time, reduced specific consumption rate of metal structures, resistance to explosion of oil and oil product vapours.

FIELD: fire-fighting means.

SUBSTANCE: robotic fire complex with nitrogen-water fire extinguishing refers to robotic fire fighting installations. Object of the invention is development of a system with considerably lowered water consumption, with applying alternative available fire extinguishing agent, with no capital intensive pump station, water supply source and switching station employed. For this purpose, the system additionally comprises a nitrogen generator and ejectors. The nitrogen generator is connected with a receiver containing nitrogen under working pressure, connected to a fire pipeline for nitrogen supply to fire monitors. The ejectors supply water to a nitrogen flow, are built in a flow part of fire monitor nozzles, connected to tapped containers.

EFFECT: considerable reduction of water consumption which is ejected in a small amount and sprayed into a nitrogen jet which represents in turn available effective fire fighting means filled up from air; besides, the invention allows avoiding applying in the system such permanent structures, as pump stations, water supply sources and switching stations.

FIELD: apparatus for spraying or atomizing of liquids.

SUBSTANCE: generator has nozzle disk for dispersing liquid, oppositely rotating gearing rims for additional breaking the drops generated, and centrifugal fan for generating air flow around the gearing rims. The large drops are separated in the field of centrifugal forces in the air flow. The large drops are then utilized and supplied to the repeatable spraying, whereas the small drops are carried by the air flow through the rotatable nozzle to the atmosphere to generate a cloud. The generator allows the control of cloud density and maintenance of drop dispersity.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns ecology and construction and can be applied in electrified spray treatment of metal vessels used as moulds in construction block and panel production. The result is achieved by dielectric fluid spray electrification by passing it at high speed of 30-60 mps over narrow dielectric channel of 1-1.5 mm diametre. Electrified spray jet with negative charge is encircled by guiding cocurrent air flow. High voltage is applied to the processed metal surface to create potential difference of about some thousand Volt between spray drops with negative charge and processed metal surface.

FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: device for production of hygroscopic submicron aerosol of alkali metal iodides is related to the field of physics of aero-dispersed systems, namely to devices for production of submicron aerosols of alkali metal iodides and may be used in systems of air conditioning and creation of healthy microclimate of premises, and also in medicine in treatment of diseases, for which inhalations of atmospheric air containing hygroscopic submicron aerosol of alkali metal iodides are necessary. Technical result is achieved by the fact that in device for production of hygroscopic submicron aerosol of alkali metal iodides in tubular channel of electric furnace coaxially to it heat-resistant cylindrical tube is installed with provision of annular gap with width from 1.5 to 3 mm between its external surface and internal surface of tubular channel. Chemically inertial reactor with evaporating iodide of alkali metal and support for it are installed inside heat-resistant cylindrical tube.

EFFECT: increase of reliability and electric and fire safety of device for production of hygroscopic submicron aerosol of metal iodides in atmospheric air for continuous period of operation (more than 1.5 year) due to elimination of vapors condensation effect from chemically inertial reactor on internal cylindrical surface of tubular channel and gradual plugging of its inlet-outlet by condensate of alkali metal iodide, and also due to simultaneous elimination of electric furnace overheating as a result of provision of continuous air flow with permanent rate in tubular channel due to elimination of effect of its plugging by condensate of iodides of potassium, sodium and/or their salt mixture.

Outlet opening of nozzle communicates with T-shaped deflecting-distributing chamber.

EFFECT: provision of possibility to produce highly dispersed aerosol of controlled efficiency, dispersion, and also reduction of metal intensity and labour intensiveness in process of manufacturing.
