System of suspended ventilated facade (svf) for facing of buildings, subsystem for fixation of facing tiles and facing tiles
SUBSTANCE: SVF system comprises facing tiles, each having a retaining ledge directed downwards, at the face side in the upper part it comprises a horizontal ledge, and in the lower part - a ledge with a shelf directed downwards, and which are made as capable of arrangement as one above another as overlapping with each other on their upper and lower edges. On the face side of each tile, along one of the ends there is a vertical ledge. A subsystem for fixation of facing tiles is equipped with horizontal profiles, each of which comprises a flat part for attachment to vertical profiles, in the lower part it comprises an elastic stop for contact with the rear side of the tile, and in the upper part it comprises a bend with a shelf parallel to the flat part, besides, the upper edge of the shelf is made as capable of placement in the slot, formed by the retaining ledge above the tile, and the lower edge of the shelf is made as capable of placement of the upper edge of the lower tile between it and the flat part of the profile.
EFFECT: reliable fixation of facing tiles at any tallness of a building and repairability of facing, horizontal arrangement of solid profile makes it possible to easily provide for horizontality of facing seams on a facade, to arrange vertical seams of adjacent vertical rows in staggered order.

The invention relates to the field of industrial and civil construction, namely to designs for insulating cladding facades of buildings and structures with ventilated air gap.
Design of thermal insulation of facades with ventilated air gap in the General case consists of a layer of insulation attached directly to the facade, and the power frame, which allows it to be attached facing plate to form an air gap between the insulation layer and lining.
Currently, widespread horizontal-vertical system the IAF of steel profiles. They consist of brackets mounted on the façade, horizontal sections mounted on the brackets for the formation of the reference plane facing and aligning all of the irregularities of the facade, and vertical profiles intended for direct installation of tiles.
The greatest challenge is the attachment to the IAF in the hidden way of small tiles, imitating brickwork, in which the vertical joints of each row of tiles arranged in a checkerboard pattern.
Known system of ventilated facades for installation of facade tiles, with which the inner side has a directional holding down the ledge from the front side in in�rhna parts have a horizontal ledge, and at the bottom is a ledge with a downward flange, wherein the tiles are made with possibility of accommodation on the facade of the building, one above the other with vertically adjacent tiles arranged overlapping each other at their upper and lower edges so that shelf top of each tile included in the ledge below the adjacent tiles (see application for invention EN 2011102586 AND, pub. 27.07.2012 and patent SE Sweden 535377 C2, publ. 17.07.2012). For installation of tiles on the facade of this solution uses the subsystem of vertically arranged profile "hat" shape, flat bases attached to the IAF and having bent side with shaped punchings for mounting and fixing the tiles. These embossments are designed to engage the tiles for the bottom retaining ledge and lock it into horizontal and vertical position so that the vertical joint of the tiles was strictly along the center line of the flat side of the vertical fixing profile. The system, subsystem and tile taken as the nearest analogues to the corresponding objects of the proposed group of inventions.
The disadvantages of the known solutions is the following:
in the direction perpendicular to the plane of the facade, tile is fixed on the vertical profile only for the lower retaining high�NC located below the center of gravity of the tile. This leads to buckling of the tile and does not allow to apply this solution with a significant wind load, together with the increasing height of the building;
- the location of the vertical seam between the tiles exactly in the center of the flat portion of the vertical profile allows you to place vertical joints of adjacent vertical rows in a checkerboard pattern, which is a characteristic feature of masonry;
- when the device horizontal and vertical joints of uniform thickness (which corresponds to the requirements of masonry) in a vertical seam is visible fixing profile, which reduces the aesthetic quality of the facade;
- when installing vertical locking profiles for small-sized tiles it is very difficult to fulfill the requirement for the horizontal location of the locking ridges bent punchings, which leads to loss of the horizontal joints of facing and decrease its aesthetic properties.
Closest to the proposed cladding tile is a tile having a front side in the upper part of the small smooth ledge and two longitudinal ledge, and two downward protrusions, in addition, the bar is on the front side of one ends of the vertical ledge, and on the back - p�Talnoe deepening (EN 10198 U1, publ. 16.06.1999). Known tiles designed to mount directly on a building wall, wherein the recess on the rear side is insulating material. The presence on the top edge of the two protrusions prevents the use of this tile in the proposed system, since a shorter lug will allow you to have the top edge of the tile in the horizontal groove profile. Furthermore, it is impossible to install in a recess on the back side of the tile additional profiles or spacers for fixing cut tiles or to hold them in place in the corner zones.
The objective of the proposed group of inventions is to provide a reliable fixing of tiles at any height of the building, high aesthetic qualities of the lining conforming to the appearance of masonry in sizes of tiles, location and width of horizontal and vertical joints, as well as high maintainability veneer.
The problem is solved in that the ventilated facade system contains tiles, each of which has a downward retaining ledge on the front side in the upper part has a horizontal ledge and the bottom ledge with a downward flange, and which is made with possibility of accommodation on one� other overlap each other at their upper and lower edges so that shelf top of each tile included in the ledge below the adjacent tiles, and a subsystem for fixing tiles on the facade of the building, including vertical profiles. While on the face of each tile, one of the ends is made of a vertical ledge, and a subsystem for fixing tiles equipped with horizontal profiles, each of which has a flat portion for attachment to the vertical profiles in the lower part has an elastic stop for contact with the back side of the tiles, while the upper part has a flange with flange, parallel to the flat portion, the upper edge of the shelf is made with possibility of placement in the groove formed by the retaining ledge located above the tiles the lower edge of the shelf is made with possibility of accommodation between him and the flat part of the profile of the upper edge of the next lower tile, and the limb upper portion of the horizontal groove profile are made with a folded inside the profile petals for fixing the tiles.
The technical result achieved by the proposed system, is to increase the reliability of fixing of tiles, as well as providing the possibility of displacement of the joints between the tiles in adjacent rows to simulate brickwork by providing fixation of each tile along its entire length on the horizontal profile.p> The problem is solved also by the fact that tiles for ventilated facade has a downward retaining ledge, also has the front side in the upper part of the horizontal ledge at the bottom of the ledge with the downward shelf, made with possibility of accommodation in the ledge adjacent tiles, and one of the ends of a vertical ledge, and has on the rear side of the longitudinal recess, wherein the recess on the back side of the tile is provided with two longitudinal grooves directed toward the respectively upper and lower parts of the tile.
The technical result achieved proposed the tiles, is to provide the possibility of fixing the cut height of the tile (top and bottom), as well as additional fixing of tiles if necessary with additional profile that is included in the groove or grooves recesses on the back side of the tile. These grooves also allow to attach the tiles in the corner zones at different angles with the help of a special corner of the spacers included in these pits and grooves.
The problem is solved also by the fact that the subsystem for fixing tiles ventilated facade contains vertical profiles and horizontal profiles, each of which has �laskow part for attachment to the vertical profiles, in the bottom has elastic stop for contact with the back side of the tile, in the upper part has a flange with flange, parallel to the flat part, and in the specified limb groove made with a folded inside the profile petals for fixing the tiles.
The technical result achieved proposed by the subsystem, as a system, is to increase the reliability of fixing of tiles, as well as providing the possibility of displacement of the joints between the tiles in adjacent rows to simulate brickwork by providing fixation of each tile along its entire length on the horizontal profile.

System of ventilated facades facing tiles contains 1 each of which has a downward retaining protrusion 2, the front side in the upper part has a horizontal ledge 3, and in the lower part of the ledge with the downward flange 4, with 4 shelf top of each tile 1 is included in the ledge 3 below adjacent tiles 1. On the front side of each tile 1 according to one of the ends is made of a vertical ledge 5 in width and depth corresponding to the desired size of the weld masonry. Tiles can be on the back side of the longitudinal recess 6 with the slots facing towards respectively the top and bottom of tile 1. This recess 6 allows to reduce the weight of the tile 1, and also facilitates the joining of tiles 1 in the angular areas from different angles using special corner of the spacers included in the recess 6 and the grooves. Furthermore, the recess 6 with grooves provides the ability to pin clipped at the height of the tile (top and bottom), as well as additional fixing of tiles 1 if necessary with additional profile that is included in the groove or grooves recesses 6 on the back side of the tile 1.
Fastening the tiles to the facade of the building is carried out by means �ertikalnye profiles 7, which by means of brackets 8 fastened to the wall 9 of the building and horizontal profiles 10, each of which has a flat portion 11 for attachment to the vertical profiles 7. In the lower part of the horizontal profile 10 has elastic stop 12 for contact with back of tile 1, and at the top it has a limb with a shelf 13, parallel to the flat part 11, the upper edge 14 of the shelf 13 is made with possibility of placement in a groove 15 formed with a holding protrusion 2 is located above the tile 1 and the lower edge 16 of the shelf 13 is made with possibility of accommodation between him and the flat part 11 of the profile 10 of the upper edge located below tile 1. The distance between the elastic stop 12 horizontal profile 10 and the inner surface of the lower edge 16 provides a resilient fixing tiles 1 after installation.
In the leg the upper part of the horizontal profile 10 is a groove with a folded inside the profile 10 petals 17 for fixing tiles 1 in the vertical plane. Thus, the tile 1 is fixed on the two lines at the top and the bottom, which ensures its secure attachment.
The horizontal position of the continuous profile 10 makes it easy to ensure the horizontal seams of the veneer on the façade, place vertical joints of adjacent vertical rows of tiles in a checkerboard pattern.
Installation design�functions is as follows.
On the facade by means of brackets 8, 10 horizontal and 7 vertical profiles exhibited project the elevation plane. At first, the vertical profiles 7 by means of brackets 8 fastened to the wall 9 of the building. Then to the vertical profiles 7 frame horizontal mounted system 10 profiles for installation of tiles 1 height (In). The vertical step (M) horizontal installation profile 10 is selected in such a way as to ensure the desired width (t) horizontal seam simulated masonry, as well as to provide overlap of the horizontal ledge 3 and the lower edge 16 of the shelf 13 is not less than 4 mm (H=B+t) (see Fig. 6).
After you install the profiles 7 and 10 installs tiles 1 (see Fig. 7-10).
Tile 1 its horizontal ledge 3 start at the bottom edge 16 of the shelf 13 located above profile 10 from the bottom up to the stop and reverse the movement of the worn groove 15 on the upper edge 14 of the shelf 13 located below a horizontal profile 10. The tile 1 is held by a rib 2 at the upper edge 14 of the shelf 13. After that, the tile 1 is fixed with the clamping lobe 17.
In the horizontal direction of the tile 1 are set close to each other, thus the vertical ledge 5 forms a vertical seam simulated masonry staggered.
In an already existing IAF isporchen�I tiles can be easily replaced without removing adjacent tiles.
Fig. 11 shows the option to install and repair tile without damaging the adjacent tiles.
Thus, the proposed group of inventions allows secure attachment of tiles with any height of buildings and serviceability of the lining. Thus, the horizontal position of the continuous profile makes it easy to ensure the horizontal seams of the veneer on the façade, place vertical joints of adjacent vertical rows in a checkerboard pattern.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a mounting profile for tiling a facade from stone material. A device for mounting of facade tiles of any type, in which on their rear side there is a retaining ledge facing downwards, and on their front side there is a grooved slot and a comb facing downwards, which are made as capable of placement on the building facade one above another with vertically adjacent tiles arranged as overlapping with each other on their upper and lower edges so that the comb of each upper tile extends into the grooved slot of the adjacent tile located below, besides, the device comprises an extended mounting profile with a substantially flat narrow part and a pair of shelves, arranged on opposite edges of its long sides, besides, each comprises an inner part of the shelf, which is connected with the narrow part, and a split outer part of the shelf, which extends from the narrow part along the support plane to retain rear sides of the facade tiles, and which represents evenly located mounting hooks for retention of facade tiles by means of their retaining ledges, besides, at least one of outer parts of the shelf comprises fixing ledges to fix facade tiles in horizontal direction and to prevent them against side displacement, and fixing ledges stretch from the appropriate shelf inside along the support plane to the centre of the narrow part and comprises an end part bent outside, which is located to rest against the inner side edge of the tile, besides, the narrow part and the shelves together form a vertical discharge channel to send downwards any moisture, which gets between inner side edges of two tiles.
EFFECT: improvement of profile characteristics, taking into account side arrangement and prevention of moisture ingress.

The novelty of the invention consists in the method to develop a volumetric and spatial structure using standardised composite modules. SUBSTANCE: on a facade to the place of element adhesion before application of glue on its rear surface they fix auxiliary devices that represent a rectangular metal plate with extended holes for attachment to the facade. Besides, the bracket includes a U-shaped profile located between the plates so that its middle flange is located in one plane with the second flanges of plates, and side flanges are parallel to the first flanges of the plates and rigidly attached to them; with that, the middle flange of the U-shaped profile and the second flanges of the plates form the rear wall of the bracket; besides, on the second flanges of the plates there are bracket attachment holes.

The technical result of the invention is manufacture the finishing and ornamental products having the balneologic effect with the heightened emission of the aeroions of an iodine, magnesium and bromine during the long period of time of operation and at keeping the basic operational performances - such as the strength and crack-resistance. The method of production of the raw mixture for manufacture of the finishing and ornamental products includes intermixing the caustic magnesite with the sawdust, with the subsequent dampening of the mass with the bischofite water solution, the final intermixing. At that the mixture is introduced with iodinolum with amount of 0.3-0.6 volumetric shares, which is beforehand stirred with the water solution of bischofite. The alternative version of the method includes intermixing of the caustic magnesite with the sawdust and the subsequent dampening of the mass with the bischofite water solution and the final intermixing. At that the mixture is added with the crystals of the carnallite mineral of 2 mm to 10 mm size in the amount of 0.25-0.4 vol. shares. The crystals of the carnallite mineral are added right after the final intermixing of the basic components of the mixture, and stir during no more than 1.5 minutes.

The metal member is provided with longitudinal guiding means defined in cross-section thereof and adapted to direct insert installed in the guiding means. The insert has connection surface to attach curtain wall panels of building facing thereto. Metal member is made as box stamped of steel sheet and having rectangular cross-section. The metal member is provided with stiffening ribs located at box cross-section corners. Longitudinal guiding means are symmetric with respect to stiffening ribs and are arranged in vertical walls of the box. Horizontal walls of the box are made as double-sided bents created in fixedly connected upper and lower flanges. Transversal surface adapted to secure the corbel to building wall is connected to vertical walls by means of bents, which define two vertical stiffening ribs, and is provided with longitudinal groove. The insert is U-shaped and has longitudinal guiding means located at bents.

The clamping plates contact with horizontal profiles. Metal member is made as stamped box having rectangular cross-section and created of steel sheet material. The box is provided with stiffening ribs located in cross-section corners. Longitudinal guiders, which provide insert sliding, are symmetric about stiffening ribs and arranged on vertical box walls. Horizontal box walls are made as double-sided bends formed in upper and lower flanges and fixedly connected with each other. Transversal surface for device connection to wall is secured to vertical walls by means of bends, which create two vertical stiffening ribs, and is provided with longitudinal slot. The insert is U-shaped and has longitudinal guiders at bends thereof. Vertical profile is U-shaped and has stiffening ribs located in sides thereof. SUBSTANCE: facing structure comprises the first facing tile set including tiles having flat interior surfaces, which define common facade plane. Facing structure includes horizontal profiles fastened to vertical ones and connection members, which are secured to vertical profiles and provide visible or concealed facing tile connection. The connection members fix upper, lower tile parts or two adjacent tiles. Facing structure also comprises support flanges of tile edge fastening members. The support flanges, which provide concealed tile fastening pass in corresponding grooves made in tile edges. The arch module is made as frame including holders with box-like cross-sections and connected one with another by means of stiffening components. The holders have support for holder connection to wall. At least two members to secure lower tile parts and at least one member to retain two adjacent tiles are fastened to facial holder sides and define pockets for radially formed tiles receiving made in exterior frame part between the holders. Members for lower tile part fixation extend along longitudinal holder axes. Members for simultaneous fastening of two adjacent tiles are transversal to longitudinal holder axes.
