Therapeutic-prophylactic toothpaste includes glycerin, laurylglycoside, sorbitol, xylite, aerosol, calcium hydrogen phosphate, xanthane resin, sodium benzoate, CO2-extracts of thyme, sage, rosemary, white clay, green clay, red clay and water with specified content of components. The invention relates to medicine, namely to dentistry, treatment-and-prophylactic means for care of teeth and oral cavity, and can be used for prevention and complex treatment of inflammatory diseases of the gums, periodontal disease, stomatitis, reduce or eliminate bleeding gums.

Currently used toothpastes represent a composite system, consisting of abrasives, moisturizers, binders, surface-active agents, preservatives, flavorings, and water. Toothpaste medicated products also include components that provide appropriate therapeutic effect. The ratio of these components determines the properties, purpose, mechanism of action and efficacy of toothpastes. The main task when creating new toothpastes is a rational combination of all of their constituent components, with the necessary medical and consumer properties. Aerosil - 1,5-3,0;

dicalcium phosphate - 1,0-2,0;

xanthan gum - 0,8-1,5;

sodium benzoate - 0,5-1,0;

CO2-extracts of thyme, sage, rosemary and 0.01 to 1.8,

green clay - 8,0-18,0;

white clay - 10,0-18,0;

red clay - 5,0-10,0;

Clinical trials were conducted on 4 groups of volunteers (patients) for 6 people aged 25-60 years. All patients had periodontal disease - gingivitis and/or generalized periodontitis complicated plaque and stone. After testing the hygienic condition of the oral cavity was characterized by the following mean values of the hygienic indexes:

- for group 1 IG - 1.8 points, indicator PI - 1.5 points, the sample Schiller-Pisarev was negative;

- for group 2 IG - 1.5 points, indicator PI - 1.3 points, the sample Schiller-Pisarev was negative;

- for group 3 IG - 2.0 points, indicator PI - 1,6 points, the sample Schiller-Pisarev was negative.

All patients in these groups, especially 2 groups a marked decrease in plaque and Kam�me. So on average 1-3 group value hygiene index of Greene-Vermillion before the tests were 3.78, and after testing, respectively for 1, 2, 3 groups 1,94; 1,52; 1,88.

Visual examinations of patients 1-3 groups not noted traces of abrasion on the enamel of the teeth.

In patients 4 groups of bleeding gums and increased sensitivity of tooth hard tissues, the positive dynamics was observed only in half of the patients, reduction of plaque also insignificant. So the average for the group the value of the hygiene index of Greene-Vermillion before the start of the trials was a 3.66 grade and after completion of the test score 2.56. Prior to the present study, the average group values were: IG - 3.4 points, indicator PI - 2.4 points, the sample Schiller-Pisarev sharply positive. After completion of the test: IG - 2.2 points, indicator PI - 1.9 points, the sample Schiller-Pisarev was negative. Visual examinations of patients 4 groups noted in two patients traces of abrasion on enamel in the cervical area of the teeth.

Thus, the tests confirm not only preventive but curative effect of using a tooth paste manufactured according to the claimed invention, in particular in relation to gingivitis and periodontitis, as well as increase the cleaning ability of toothpaste at the same time� reducing the abrasive effect on dental enamel. In addition, the invention expands the range of technical means intended for care of teeth and oral cavity - toothpaste complex action that provide Wellness and preventive effect on the organs and tissues of the oral cavity.

From the above description, the results of the experiments of examples of the invention follows that of the claimed technical result is reached by implementing a coherent set of all essential features of the claimed device, as reflected in the claims.

1. Therapeutic and prophylactic toothpaste that includes glycerin, laurelhouse, sorbitol, xylitol, Aerosil, dicalcium phosphate, xanthan gum, sodium benzoate, CO2-extracts of thyme, sage, rosemary, white clay, green clay, red clay and water in the following ratio of components, wt.%:

2. Treatment-and-prophylactic tooth paste according to claim 1, in which the use green clay green clay with illite content of at least 40 wt.%.

3. Treatment-and-prophylactic tooth paste according to claim 1, in which the green clay particles have a size in the range from 1.0 to 30.0 μm.

4. Treatment-and-prophylactic tooth paste according to claim 1, in which the processing temperature of the original green clay is 350-400°C.

5. Treatment-and-prophylactic tooth paste according to claim 1, in which the processing temperature of the original green clay is 80-200°C.

6. Treatment-and-prophylactic tooth paste according to claim 1, in which the particles of white and red clay have dimensions in the range of 5.0 to 20.0 microns.

7. Treatment-and-prophylactic tooth paste according to claim 1, in which the processing temperature of the original white and red clay of 150-250°C.

8. Treatment-and-prophylactic tooth paste according to claim 1 in which the pH equilibrium with calcined clays solutions has a value of 7-9.
