All embodiments comprise aqueous vegetable extracts, phosphonate complex containing potassium-sodium salts of oxyethylidenebisphosphonic acid or their mixture with trisodium salt hexahydrate of phosphonformic acid and a cosmetically acceptable base.

EFFECT: hair care product is recommended for use in medicinal and cosmetic purposes for all ages for prevention and treatment of dystrophic changes in hairy part of the head.

The present invention relates to the field of cosmetology and directly relates to agents used for hair care.

As you know, development of various compositions for hair care in the form of gels, shampoos, lotions, creams is one of the urgent tasks of modern cosmetology, aimed at addressing the issue of strengthening and growth of hair.

Tools for hair care (shampoos, creams, lotions), as is known, usually contain a base and various effective supplements. The composition of the basis of any hair products depends on the form (shampoo, cream, lotion) this tool. The composition of the basis usually consists wholly or partly of components such as a carrier, a surfactant, oils, fragrance, preservative, dye. As carriers increasingly used alkanol, for example ethanol, polyols such as polyethylene glycols, glycerin, propandiol, water, and fats - vegetable oils such as castor, soybean, olive, grapeseed, avocado oil, sea buckthorn, tea tree, etc. (EN 2189806, AC 7/06, 2002). As surface-active substances (surfactants) are substances such as wax emulsion, monoglycerides, lecithin, oleate of glycerol, etc. (EN 2131722, AC 7/06, 1999; RU 2189806, AC 7/06, 2002).

In the compositions typically also entered cosmetically acceptable preservatives, fragrances cruciali.

Most commonly known cosmetic products for hair differ from each other by the presence of various additives, giving them additional cosmetic and therapeutic properties or enhancing these properties.

A distinctive feature of many well-known cosmetics for hair is the presence of biologically active compounds of plant and animal origin, and cause additional cosmetic and therapeutic properties of these tools. As is known, biologically active compounds of plant origin are contained in various vegetable oils, such as soybean, olive, who are entered as such in the compositions for hair or these oils are introduced in the form of plant extracts containing them (EN 2189806, AK 8/97, 2002). Apply, for this purpose, usually aqueous and aqueous-alcoholic extracts of various plants. For example, it is known the use of aqueous-alcoholic extracts of plants, such as calamus root and nettle (EN 21202756, AK 8/97,1998), burdock, horse chestnut, nettle, St. John's wort, celandine, knotweed, wild thyme, horsetail, mother and stepmother, peppermint (EN 2189806, AK 8/97, 2002). As oil extracts used extracts of fir, chamomile, eucalyptus, sage, thyme (EN 2145842, AK 8/97, 2000).

Of special interest in the analysis of the studied object represents information on PR�feel extract of the plant Rubia tinctorum L. (madder). It is well known that the use of root extracts of this plant not only as a dye in textile industry but also in medicine as a herbal drug, for example in the composition of the drug "Cistena". A relatively recent trend is the use of Rubia tinctorum L. (madder) in the form of alcoholic extract for strengthening and restoration of hair growth, proposed in Japanese patent 1994 (JP N, AC 8/00, 8/33, 1994). This means, as stated in the patent specification, except madder extract may contain purpurin. The solids content of madder in this tool is 0.01-1 wt. %. However, such known means (in the form of alcoholic extract) has a medical purpose and cannot be used for cosmetic purposes, because it causes a strong coloring effect on the hair and scalp and cause irritation and dryness of the skin. Cosmetic compositions for hair (in any form) that contains Rubia tinctorum L. (madder dye), at the present time have not been identified.

Widely applicable in the compositions for the hair and bioactive compounds of animal origin, such as protein hydrolysates, preferably conopeptide, casein, collagen, amino acids (RU 2133117, AK 7/075, 1999; RU 2189806, AK 8/97, 2002), and phospholipids and g�illepida (kocharovskii B. V. and other Biologically active emulsion in transfusion medicine. M., 1981).

To stimulate hair growth in known means of similar purpose are introduced and chemical compounds. This group of additives include, for example, organic phosphonates, in particular hydroxyethylidenediphosphonic acid (and its salts), which, for example, in an amount of 0.1-0.5 wt.%, introduced in known means for hair care, made in the form of a cream-balm and lotion (EN 2189806, AK 8/97, 2002).

The proposed remedy for hair care, made in the form of a gel, contains aqueous extracts of the roots of madder, the roots of burdock, nettle leaves, flax seeds and phosphonate compound including potassium-sodium salt hydroxyethylidenediphosphonic acid and trisodium salt �astonmartin acid hexahydrate, and contains a cosmetically acceptable base comprising glycerin, propylene glycol, ethanol, D-panthenol, hydrogenated castor oil, carbomer, triethanolamine, water, preservative and perfume, with the following weight ratio of ingredients (wt.%): 0,01-1,50 potassium-sodium salt hydroxyethylidenediphosphonic acid, 0,001-0,002 - the trisodium salt postemergency acid hexahydrate, 1,0-4,0 - glycerin, 1,0-4,0 - propylene glycol, 0,5-4,0 - ethanol, 0,10-0,15 - D-panthenol, 0,05-0,35 - hydrogenated castor oil, 0.2 to 0.6 - carbomer, 0,5-2,0 - triethanolamine, 0.15 and 0.30 - preservative, 0,05-0,50 - odorant and the rest (up to 100% wt.) - water and aqueous plant extracts, taken in the following weight amounts (% wt. in terms of dry residue) relative to 100 wt%. the final product (gel): 0,30-0,40 - roots of madder, 0,30-0,40 - burdock roots, 0,05-0,10 - nettle leaves, 0,05-0,10 - harvested hop cones, 0,2-0,5 - flax seed.

Means for care of hair, made in the form of shampoo, contains biologically active substances of animal origin selected from the group: collagen, betaine, cocamidopropylbetaine.

Means for care of hair, made in the form of shampoo, contains as a surfactant substance selected from the group: Laureth, lecithin.

Means for care of hair, made in the form of lotion, contains aqueous extracts of the roots of madder, the roots of burdock, nettle leaf, rosemary leaf and chamomile flowers, phosphonate complex containing potassium-sodium salt of hydroxyethylidene�fosfonovoi acid and the trisodium salt postemergency acid hexahydrate, and cosmetically acceptable base containing D-panthenol, hydrogenated castor oil, ethanol, fragrance, preservative and water, with the following weight ratio of ingredients (wt.%): phosphonate complex containing 0,01-1,5 - potassium-sodium salt hydroxyethylidenediphosphonic acid and 0,001-0,002 - the trisodium salt postemergency acid hexahydrate, 0.1 to 0.15 D-panthenol, 0,01-0,30 - hydrogenated castor oil, 1,0-5,0 - ethanol, 0.05 to 0.5 - odorant, 0,05-0,5 - preservative, and the rest (up to 100% wt.) - water and aqueous extracts of plants taken in the following weight amounts (% wt. in terms of dry residue) relative to 100 wt%. the final product (lotion): 0,1-0,5 - roots of madder, 0,3-0,35 - burdock root, 0,1-0,15 - nettle leaves, 0,1-0,15 - leaves of rosemary, of 0.1-0.15 - chamomile flowers.

The essential feature of the proposed formulation in all variants of its execution is the presence in the composition: aqueous extracts of plants, where it is always present extracts of the roots of madder, the roots of burdock and nettle leaves and aqueous extracts of other plants; phosphonate complex, which includes the potassium-sodium salt hydroxyethylaminophenol acid or its mixture with trinatrium the salt postemergency acid; cosmetically acceptable bases containing specific for each form to�components.

The effectiveness of the proposed remedies for hair made in all forms (gel, shampoo, lotion), confirmed by research conducted in the Laboratory of General pathology fsbi "Institute of Pediatrics and children surgery, Ministry of health of Russia". The study of efficiency in regard to the strengthening and restoration of hair structure consisted of 15 adult patients aged 45-70 years (5 men and 10 women) and 5 girls 14-16 years. The use of cosmetic products in different forms was carried out for 2-3 months and 10 days with breaks of 10 days. The disclosed two-phase mouth wash liquid contains a hydrophilic phase, a hydrophobic phase, a hydrotrope and a preservative, wherein the preservative contains (i) sodium benzoate and (ii) potassium sorbate and/or methylisothiazolinone (MIT), and the hydrotrope component contains glycerine and/or propylene glycol. The mouth wash liquid contains (a) 0.05-0.11 wt % sodium benzoate and (b) 0.05-0.2 wt % potassium sorbate and/or 0.0005-0.01 wt % MIT.
