Method of increasing hatching and liveability of chickens
SUBSTANCE: to increase the hatching and liveability of chickens by treating the hatching eggs of poultry, their surface is treated with an aqueous solution of the preparation based on milk whey with lactulose and quaternary ammonium compound in the following ratio, wt %: milk whey 30-35, lactulose 5-10, quaternary ammonium compound trimethyl octadecyl ammonium bromide 40-45, water - the rest. The hatching eggs 2-4 hours prior to placement them for incubation are treated with 0.1-0.2% aqueous solution of the preparation.
EFFECT: invention provides environmental safety.

The invention relates to the commercial poultry industry, in particular to a method for the treatment of hatching eggs of poultry, and can be used when sanitizing of infectious diseases, the incubation of bird eggs.

Also known method of disinfection of eggs before incubation, in which the disinfectants used 1-3% solutions containing composition 4-substituted ammonium compounds with salts of phosphate and sodium carbonate. The egg treatment is carried out for 2-4 minutes by immersion in a solution of the composition, heated to 40°C. the Eggs after immersion is removed, dried and lay on the hatchery (and.with. THE USSR NO. 900830, AK 43/00, 1982).
The closest in technical essence and the achieved positive effect and adopted by the authors for the prototype is a method for treating hatching eggs with formaldehyde, which involves 6 Krasnogorovka eggs before incubation and within it (see Veterinary legislation, vol. 4, Moscow, 1988, pp. 411-415).
The disadvantages of the known methods is the duration of the disinfection process, the need to use heated fluids to a certain temperature, which is a health risk, the presence of additional tanks for bathing eggs or trays with eggs, which create a hygienic inconveniences in the hatchery.
Repeated and uncontrolled fumigation with formaldehyde leads to pathological changes of internal organs of the embryo and increased mortality of embryos in the second half of incubation. The use of formaldehyde vapor has an adverse effect on the wait staff, which causes allergic reactions, increases the incidence of respiratory diseases and is carcinogenic to humans, animals and birds.
Disclosure of the invention
The object of the invention is to provide a method of increasing output and keeping chickens by processing of hatching eggs poultry, which is environmentally safe and cheap with the help of an antiseptic having a prolonged bactericidal action, and the use of funds for rehabilitation zootechnical supervision in the hatchery.
The technical result that can be obtained by using the proposed Fig�t, reduced environmental, safety and more cheap antiseptic.
The technical result is achieved by the method of processing of hatching eggs poultry, comprising treating the surface thereof with an aqueous solution of the drug on the basis of whey with lactulose and Quaternary ammonium compounds trimethylacetyl ammonium bromide, wherein the aqueous solution of the drug on the basis of whey with lactulose and Quaternary ammonium compounds trimethylacetyl ammonium bromide use 0.1 to 0.2% aqueous solution of the drug, which handles hatching eggs for 2-4 hours to bookmark them for incubation, with the following ratio of components, wt.%:

The essence of the invention is as follows.
Before handling hatching eggs is carried out sanitation of the inner walls of the incubation cabinets by a single spray�Oia antiseptic Bactericide (see Nikolaenko V. P. Antiseptic bactericide for poultry // veterinary, 2004, No. 3, pp. 34-46), then treated with trays, trolleys, and also the surface of hatching eggs the drug in the following ratio of components, wt.%: whey 30-35; lactulose 5-10; Quaternary ammonium compound trimethylacetyl ammonium bromide 40-45; water - the rest, after which the objects of disinfection is formed of a thin polymer protective film, which protects the eggs against the penetration of germs during the entire incubation period, and also disinfects the surface of the shell eggs from pathogens echrishiosis, salmonellosis, mycoplasmosis, streptococcosis, pseudomonosis, candidiasis and staphylococcosis for the entire incubation period.
The drug is a liquid of light yellow color, contains a highly concentrated salt chetyrehjadernogo ammonium in bromoform - trimethyloctane ammonium bromide and whey with lactulose, taken in equal proportions and diluted with water in ratio of 1:10.
The drug is very soluble in alcohol, hot water of 50-60° C, do not possess irritating, skin-resorptive and allergic effects, non-toxic, without sharp smell, does not cause corrosion of metal equipment, has a prolonged bactericidal, virucidal and fungicide� action within one month, in hatchery conditions, which distinguishes it from other drugs, not possessing prolonged bactericidal action and is used in the form of aqueous-alcoholic solutions with the addition of toxic aldehydes, chlorine or phenol.
The drug has a pronounced bactericidal action against gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms. Installed his prolonged bactericidal, virucidal and fungicidal effect during the entire period of incubation, due to the formation on the treated surface of a thin polymer film serving as a barrier for microorganisms and has bactericidal activity throughout the period of egg incubation.
The table shows the results of output of hatching eggs and bacteriological examination of swabs from the surface of the egg shell.
The implementation of the invention
Examples of specific implementation method of increasing output and keeping chickens.
Example. For the treatment of hatching eggs birds were selected three batches of 10 thousand eggs each, which were placed in trays and trolleys.
The first batch of eggs along with trays and trolleys groomed once wet a 0.1% aqueous solution of the drug in the following ratio of components, wt. %: whey - 30; lactulose - 5; Quaternary ammonium compound trimethyl�octadecyl ammonium bromide 40; water-the rest.
A second batch of eggs treated with a 0.2% solution of the drug in the following ratio of components, wt. %: whey - 35; lactulose - 10; Quaternary ammonium compound trimethylacetyl ammonium bromide 45; water - the rest.
Irrigation of eggs is carried out using import sprayer. After two or three hours after treatment of hatching eggs placed in trays in the carts are placed in incubators, pre-treated with 0.2% aqueous solution of the Bactericide.
The third batch of eggs (control) six-treated with formaldehyde: 1 - 2 hours after the demolition, 2nd - after sorting eggs in the warehouse, 3rd - after sorting in the hatchery, 4 - 6 h after the start of incubation, 5th - before the transfer of embryos at the conclusion of the 6th - hatchers. Incubators and technological equipment is treated with formaldehyde.
Bacteriological control of washings shell of incubated eggs is carried out before treatment, then after 7 and 18 days after the start of incubation, E. coli, Staphylococcus and Salmonella. The output of hatching eggs and bacteriological examination of swabs from the surface of the egg shell are presented in the table. After a single sanitation of hatching eggs poultry 0.1 to 0.2% solution of the drug to the surface of shell eggs was disinfected from excite�lei bacterial infection while in the control, with 6-fold disinfection of eggs with formaldehyde agents of bacterial infection were isolated during incubation.
The output of young birds in an experimental batch was 4.6-4.7 per cent higher than in controls, and the safety of calves up to 20 days of age was also higher by 3.2% to 3.3%. Economic efficiency of 1 million preincubating eggs is more than 400 thousand rubles.
The present invention compared with the prototype and other known technical solutions have the following advantages:

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to disinfection and represents a composition of a polymer disinfecting formulation for the creation of films, providing the protection and disinfection of surfaces inside hermoclosed volumes. The composition contains potassium fluoride peroxosolvate in an amount of 1.0 wt %, polyvinyl alcohol in an amount of 1.0-2.0 wt %, polyvinylpyrrolidone in an amount of 1.0 wt %, glycerol in an amount of 0.5 wt % and distilled water in an amount up to 100.0 wt %.

The method of correcting the embryonic and post-embryonic development of poultry includes treatment of eggs. The treatment of eggs is carried out twice - before placing in the setter and when transferring the eggs for hatching, by method of irrigation by applying to the surface of eggs with the sprayer of 0.1% aqueous solution of zinc glycinate, and 2 days prior to vaccination, the birds are given zinc glycinate solution in a dose of 2.5 mg/kg body weight.
EFFECT: use of the claimed invention enables to adjust the natural resistance and to stimulate the metabolic processes in embryonic and post-embryonic periods of poultry development, as well as to increase the hatchability of eggs and hatching chickens.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to agriculture, particularly to devices and methods of rejecting and moving the eggs from the box of preliminary incubation on the tray for incubation. The device comprises two conveyor belts that move the boxes of preliminary incubation with preliminary hatched eggs, the empty trays for incubation, the rejecting unit providing rejecting eggs, a unit (8) for removal of rejected eggs out of the box for preliminary incubation. The method includes egg weighing in the distilled water and egg volume determination. Besides elastic deformation of a shell is measured and an index of egg's freshness is defined under the formula. SUBSTANCE: incubative eggs of the control and test batches are treated with Succ-Mn solution by means of vacuum suction. After treatment eggs are incubated in the incubator for 24 hours. After that eggs from each batch are taken for further studies and for that purpose samples of protein and yolk are put into a thermostat at a temperature of +60°C and dried until the weight is constant. The biomaterial obtained in this way is studied by means of atomic absorption spectrometry for microelements of manganese, copper, zinc, iron as well as for sodium by means of flame-photometric method. On day 19, several embryonated eggs are taken from each batch. Embryos with yolk sac and them without it are weighed whereupon each embryo without yolk sac are homogenised. Amount of micromoles Succ-Mn passed through the eggshell is calculated by the formula: where: X is amount of Succ-Mn tetrahydrate penetrated into the egg, mmole; 288.94 is molecular weight of Succ-Mn (C8H10O8Mn), T is manganese concentration in the test sample, mmole/egg; K is manganese concentration in the control sample, mmole/egg; 54.94 is manganese atomic mass.
EFFECT: structure and physical and chemical properties of manganese succinate tetrahydrate are determined as well as quantitative account of its penetration when performing one-time preincubative treatment of eggs with solutions with different concentrations.
