SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and may be used at preservation branch enterprises. The machine tool contains a cylindrical body equipped with a helical guide and installed so that to enable rotation, a perforated rotor (installed inside the body and equipped with a receiving helical appliance designed in the form of a hollow perforated conic multiturn helical jacket), a water delivery unit, a feeding and a discharging appliances. The rotor is represented by a multithread helical perforated surface made of one or more perforated strips bent into cylindrical coils that so that to form curvilinear pockets of varied shapes and sizes.

EFFECT: invention usage allows to enhance seed separation efficiency.

The invention relates to food industry and can be used in the canned food industry.

Known installation for separating the seeds from the core of the peppers (A. S. USSR №912130, CL A23N 4/12,1980), comprising a housing and mounted therein a hollow perforated rotor, the node of the water supply, loading and unloading fixtures.

The disadvantage of this setup is the limited technological capabilities and insufficient efficiency of separating the seeds.

A device for separation of seeds (A. S. USSR №1738235, CL A23N 4/12, 1992), containing provided with a screw guide cylindrical body mounted for rotation, and mounted therein a hollow perforated rotor, the node of the water supply, loading and unloading fixtures.

The disadvantage of this setup is the limited technological capabilities and insufficient efficiency of separating the seeds.

The closest to the proposed invention is a device for separation of seeds (patent RF №2467668, CL A23N 4/12, publ. 27.11.1012, bull. No. 33), containing provided with a screw guide cylindrical body mounted for rotation, and mounted therein a hollow perforated rotor, the node of the water supply, loading and unloading devices, the rotor is formed as a hollow perforirovannoi� cylindrical multiple-screw-shirts, made of at least three perforated strips of rectangular shape of equal width throughout the length of the strip, folded in a vertical plane in the longitudinal direction relative to its own axis of symmetry of the strip and bent along a helical line in the transverse direction on a cylindrical mandrel, fitted with a receiver and screw fixture, made in the form of a hollow perforated conical multiple-screw-shirts, made of at least three perforated strips of trapezoidal shape with different widths, with the increase in length of the receiving part, curled in a vertical plane in the longitudinal direction relative to its own axis of symmetry of the perforated strip and bent, along a helical line in the transverse direction on the tapered mandrel.

The downside is the complexity of manufacturing, limited technological capabilities and insufficient efficiency of separating the seeds.

Technical solution is the expansion of technological capabilities, simplification of manufacture and improving the efficiency of separating the seeds.

A technical solution is achieved in that in the machine for separation of seeds, containing provided with a screw guide cylindrical body mounted for rotation, and mounted it in the hollow perforirovannoi� rotor, fitted with a receiver screw fixture, made in the form of a hollow perforated conical multiple-screw-shirts, a host of water supply, loading and unloading device according to the invention the rotor is manufactured as a multi-start screw perforated surface made of one or more perforated strips of equal width, bent into cylindrical coils and are connected along the longitudinal edges with the formation on the outer and inner surfaces of the rotor directed to one side at an angle of 10°-70° to the longitudinal axis of the pockets of curvilinear shape, with pockets on the perimeter have different shapes and sizes, and the distance between the bend lines of the strips is equal to the sum of the lengths of the perimeters of geometric shapes pockets inner and outer surfaces of the rotor.

According to the patent and technical literature not found a technical solution similar to declare, that allows to judge about the inventive step of the proposed machine for separation of seeds.

The novelty is due to the fact that due to internal helical surfaces of double curvature along the perimeter of the rotor is provided not only by crushing the fruits, melons and separation of seeds from fruit weight, but the movement of raw materials from loading to unloading, which increases the intensity and performance, rasshiryayushcheisya machine capability.

The novelty lies in the fact that the rotor of the machine is made of one or more perforated strips of equal width, which expands the technological capabilities and simplifies manufacturing.

The novelty of the proposal is also due to the fact that the perforated surface of the rotor is made around the perimeter in multistart screw perforated surface with pockets of curvilinear shape inside and out at an angle of 10°-70°, which provides a reduction of energy consumption for the movement of raw materials from loading to unloading, expanding technological capabilities.

The novelty lies in the fact that due to the fact that the perforated surface of the rotor is made around the perimeter in the form of multiple helical surface with spiral grooves inside and outside at an angle of 10°-70° to the longitudinal axis of the rotor in the form of pockets curved shape with double curvature with the centers of curvature of the pockets curved helical perforated surface, located inside its cross-section, the intensity of impacts of raw materials rises, expanding technological capabilities.

The novelty is due to the fact that the rotor is manufactured as a multi-start screw perforated surface made of one or more perforated strips of equal width, bent into cylindrical coils and are connected by continued�tion edges with the formation on the outer and inner surfaces of the rotor directed to one side at an angle of 10°-70° to the longitudinal axis of the pockets of curvilinear shape, with pockets on the perimeter have different shapes and sizes, and the distance between the bend lines of the strips is equal to the sum of the lengths of the perimeters of geometric shapes pockets inner and outer surfaces of the rotor imparting raw material complex spatial motion, violates the stationarity of their movement, self-cleaning perforated surface of the rotor, reduces the machine dimensions length, expanding technological capabilities.

The novelty of the proposal lies in the fact that due to the design features of the rotor, made in the form of a perforated hollow cylindrical multiple-screw-shirts, is provided not only by crushing the fruits, melons and separation of seeds from fruit weight, but the movement of raw materials from loading to unloading, which increases the intensity and productivity, expanding the technological capabilities of the machine.

Machine for separation of seeds (Fig. 1, Fig. 2) contains four roller supports 1, which has a circular shells 2 and 3, which set forth the net body 4 of a cylindrical shape coaxially with and rigidly mounted therein by known means perforated hollow rotor 5. The rotor 5 is formed as a perforated hollow cylindrical multiple-screw-shirts and fitted with a receiver device 6 made in the form of a hollow perforated conical multiple-screw-shirts. Receiving a screw device 6 is rigidly fastened to the rotor 5 by known methods. The cell sizes of the perforations of the rotor 5 and the receiving devices 6 greater than the maximum size of the seeds, and the size of the mesh cells of the body 4 is less than the minimum size of the seeds. Housing 4, and with it the hollow rotor 5 with the receiving device 6 are rotated by the actuator 7. The machine is provided with site water supply, including a collector 8 and two pipes 9 and funnel 10 to the substrate, a discharge tray 11 for receiving ruined fruit, a discharge tray 12 for receiving seeds and a tray 13 for the collection of fibers and water. For collection and transportation of seeds to the discharge tray 13 inside the housing 4 smotrova�'y screw guide 14. The rotor 5 with attached rigidly receiving device 6 are mounted rigidly to the cylindrical housing 4 by tie rods 15.

The rotor 5 (Fig. 3, Fig. 4) is made on the perimeter in multistart screw perforated surface of the perforated tape 16, bent into cylindrical coils, connected by longitudinal edges 17 (shown in Fig. 3 dash-dotted line with two dots) by known methods, for example by welding, with the formation on the outer and inner surfaces of the rotor 5 is directed to one side at an angle of 10°-70° to the longitudinal axis of the rotor 5 spiral surfaces in the form of pockets curved shape along the inner surface 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 and pockets curved shape along the outer surface of 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, that perimeter can be different not only in size but also shape. Perforated tape 16 (Fig. 5, Fig. 6, Fig. 7) is bent along straight bend lines 28 disposed at the same angle α to the longitudinal edges 17 of the perforated tape 16 and placed at a distance L1from each other. The distance L1equal to the sum of the lengths of the perimeters of geometric shapes pockets, inside bend (Fig. 6) rolled into cylindrical coils (Fig. 7), connected to each other by longitudinal edges 17 by known methods in the rotor 5 with the multi-point screening surface.

Machine for separation of SEM�n works as follows.

Crushed cucurbits, for example pumpkin, go through the hopper 10 in a rotary screw receiving device 6 and then into the rotor 5. Moving the crushed raw material is due to the presence of spiral lines. This provides not only transportation melons along the horizontal axis and discharge in the discharge tray 11 crushed pumpkin without seeds, but the melon split pieces into smaller fractions due to the growth of energy intensity, the power and frequency of hypervelocity flows of crushed melon with one another and with the screw surfaces of the walls of the hollow fixture 6 and the rotor 5, resulting in intense separation of seeds. Separating the seeds are removed through the openings of the rotor 5 and the fixture 6 and fall into the inner cavity of the housing 4. The removal of adhering to the rotor 5 and the housing 4 seed and fiber is water supplied from the reservoir 8 and the nozzles 9. The seeds separated from the pulp of melons in the housing 4, are transported helical guide 14 to the discharge tray 12 of the reception of the seed. The use of the invention allows to increase the efficiency of the separation of seeds, expanding technological capabilities, simplifies manufacturing.

Housing is made in the form of box closed on all sides containing located in tiers, one above the other, and rigidly connected into a single process chain screw hollow perforated rotors, vibration exciter and elastic elements.
