FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: releasable leak-tight electric connector of wet contact type is intended for electric connection of cable line in conductive medium. The connector consists of lower and upper parts; the upper part consist of a body, bellows with chamber filled with insulating fluid, contact group with required number of contacts, which is connected to a cable line by means of geophysical head and protective housing with pull-back spring and two-piece gripper, at that the two-piece gripper is placed in lower part of the body and cavity of the gripper is filled with insulating fluid. Lower part of the connector consists of the body with groove for two-piece gripper, wherein a block of contact rings is placed and the latter connect with a cable line by means of geophysical head, bellows with chamber filled with insulating fluid, protective housing leak-tight pressed by a spring and a rod with a groove for two-piece gripper. Sealing elements are installed between protective leak-tight housings and bodies of the upper and lower parts of the connector.

EFFECT: improving reliability of both electrical and mechanical leak-tight connection of the line, including connection at dual completion of oil wells.

The invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used for the connection of electric lines in the process of exploitation of oil wells for connection of electric valves and sensors controlling the operation of the reservoirs and well control in dual and sequential operation of several productive layers and interlayers and management of "smart wells" and in other cases requiring the connection of electric lines in a conductive medium. Known hermetic electrical connector (analog) [1] (copyright certificate №2320850 published 1980.30.12).

The connector includes a plug with pin contacts, placed in isolation, and centering sleeve telescopically covering the socket with the slots, the inner cavity of which is filled with insulating liquid and is closed from the junction of the elastic diaphragm, the node mutual fixing plugs and sockets, Elements of the angular orientation of the longitudinal groove and located in it the finger, made in centering the sleeve and in one of the parts of the connector and the power supply. which is provided with a cylindrical part, having a weight providing puncture the diaphragm pins, one end of which is fixed to the socket, the latter is connected with the conductor, on part of its length is placed in the cylindrical, Uzes� mutual fixation is made in the form of a fixedly mounted on the free portion of the current lead, opposite the outlet of the sleeve, on which is hinged a pair of shoulder levers pivotally connected with two shoulders levers, one ends of which are interconnected by a spring, while others interact with the annular projection formed on the inner surface of the centering sleeve, wherein the groove has a lead-in portion and formed on a cylindrical part, and the pin in the centering sleeve, wherein the insulating liquid has a density less than the density of the washing liquid, and the insulator plug is made of a hydrophobic material. The disadvantages of this solution are the possibility of ingress of well fluid into the internal cavity of the connector, resulting in contact failure of the connected parts of the Shoe, the inability to perform reconnection. Known cable connector (analog) [2] (US Patent No. 4570709, published in 1986), comprising a housing consisting of two parts (pin and socket) in which the contact elements. Contact elements made in the form of metal pins, mechanical connection which provides an electrical contact. Socket part of the connector is part of the housing of the geophysical instrument being lowered into the well on drill pipe. In operation, pin part of the connector is lowered into the well through the drill rough on wireline. At the junction of�VKE both parts of the connector electrical contacts are connected, providing electrical power blocks geophysical instrument and the passage of information from him by logging cable to the surface.

The disadvantage of this connector is the possibility of ingress of well fluid into the internal cavity of the connector that leads to the violation of the contacting parts of the connector.

Known cable connector for operation in a conductive medium (prototype) [3] (Patent RF 2260231 C1, published 10.09.2005), consisting of a pin and socket parts with contact elements and the membrane, characterized in that the socket part is formed as a cylindrical body, the inner cavity of which is made stepwise, with contacts made in the form of a resilient split rings, mounted on a flexible beam, elastic membrane, located from the junction with pin part, and a spring-loaded sealing ring mounted in the housing is movable, moreover, the internal cavity nesting parts filled with insulating fluid, the whip portion is cylindrical with a conical end, the diameter of the cylindrical part of the pin, the inner diameter of the sealing ring.

The disadvantages of this cable connector are insecurity pin part from the effects of borehole fluid, the absence of mechanical fixac�and connections, the limited scope of the use, inability to use in producing wells.

The object of the invention is to increase the standardization of applications sealed electrical connector electrical lines in conductive media, the reliable implementation of both electrical and mechanical connections, for the connection of electric lines in dual wells.

This object is achieved in that the releasable sealed electrical connector according to the "wet contact" is made of two parts - upper and lower.

Fig. 1 shows the structure of the detachable sealed electrical connector according to the "wet contact".

The upper part of the detachable sealed electrical connector according to the "wet contact" consists of a housing 5, a bellows or rubber or compensator piston 2 with chamber 3 is filled with an insulating liquid, the contact group 6 with the required number of contacts, which connect a cable line using geophysical instrument head or sealed inputs 1, sealed protective casing 7 with the return spring 4 and a collet gripper 8. In the bottom of the housing comprise a collet gripper 9, the cavity of which is filled insulating grease.

While docked insulating grease in the cavity of the collet top "wet contact", displaces borehole fluid between the two parts of the separable sealed electrical connector according to the "wet contact", the upper part of the rod 10 the bottom of the "wet contact" is grasped by the collet 8 the upper part of the detachable sealed electrical connector according to the "wet contact", and there is a mechanical coupling of upper and lower separable parts sealed electrical connector according to the "wet contact". The contact group of the upper and lower parts of the detachable sealed electrical connector according to the "wet contact" protected from the ingress of well fluid and ready for re-use.

Technological and technical result when using the sealed electrical connector according to the "wet contact" is achieved with the possibility of connection of electric lines in a conductive medium, including in wells with dual completion and production, and also due to the possibility of repeated disconnection and connection.

The economic effect from the use of the invention can be achieved by accelerating the repair and maintenance work, as the possibility of removing only part of the equipment.

SUBSTANCE: sealed electric connector contains a cable terminal, a receptacle, a swivel nut and two bushings with conic surfaces for fixation of the logging cable armature; the cable terminal is designed to be composite, consisting of an upper and a lower bodies, thread-connected. The swivel nut and the two bushings with conic surfaces are attached in the upper body upper part wherein boring is done for installation of a thrust washer and sealing elements. On the external conic bushing a facet is made, the thrust washer made of a metal less hard than the cable armature wire. In the lower body an insulator-confined contact is positioned whereon the bushing is fitted that protects against breakdown and serves as the support assimilating the force of coupling with the receptacle. The socket is designed to be removable and represents a body wherein a female contact and a shank are pressed-in, on one side and on the other side respectively, the contact and the shank forming a sealed lead-in. The bushing, insulator and sealed lead-in are interfaced in a stepped manner. The receptacles is mechanically connected to the body with the help of the swivel nut.

SUBSTANCE: electric connector consists of a plug receptacle (1) with male contacts positioned (31) within its cavity and movable plug head (2) with female contacts (32) for electric conductors ends connection (25, 26). Tightening nut with terminal compresses projection between support flange and circular clip to obtain proximal tightness.
