FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport, particularly, to disc brake pads. Brake pad comprises friction elements with grooves secured at metal butt. Said friction elements are composed of two separate pad halves making a mirror image. Every pad half has at least one lengthwise blind slot and one crosswise blind slot. Metal butt of every pad half does not cover the entire rear surface but only at pad securing points of brake assy.

EFFECT: longer life, higher reliability.

The invention relates to railway transport and relates to the design of the brake linings of disc brakes.

The closest analogue of the claimed technical solution is adopted as a prototype brake pad disc brake (see USSR author's certificate No. 462754, publ. 03.05.1975 G., BI No. 9.) Brake pad disc brake mainly for railway rolling stock contains fixed on Telnice separate friction segment elements with channels between them. The channels are arranged obliquely to the radial edge of the segment, and in the locations of the channels on Telnice through openings. Performing covers of separate segmental elements mounted on a common metal Telnice in operation, particularly due to repeated heating, cooling and bumps when turning on the brake, leads to cracking and destruction of the attachment of individual segments and reduce the overall strength of the lining, which leads to premature failure of the overlay.

The technical result of the claimed invention is to increase operational life and reliability of the pads while reducing the effects of temperature on the brake disc.

To achieve the technical result of the brake lining for disc brakes�and railway rolling stock contains fixed to the metal Telnice friction elements with grooves. Friction elements represent two separate half lining, made in the form of a mirror reflection of each other. Each half of the plates has at least one non-through groove along the length and one non-through groove width. This increases the overall strength of the product at the expense of the integrity of the construction and reduce local temperature overheating of the brake disc surface, resulting in increased durability. A groove along the length of the lining is made with a tolerance of 3 to 15° from the axis of attachment of the lining. This reduces local temperature overheating of the brake disc surface, to reduce wear of the composite friction element of the overlay due to a more complete removal of the products of wear of the friction zone. The result is increased operational durability and reliability of the overlay. Metal tylenol each half lining is made not on the whole back surface, but only to secure the pads into the brake hub. Thus, the achieved reduction of metal and weight of the finished product, improving the vibration resistance of the product by increasing the contact area of the composite friction element of the brake unit. The result is an increase in operational durability and reliability of the overlay.

Brake pad for disc brakes of railway rolling stock contains friction components, representing the two separate halves of the plates 1 and 2, are fixed to the metal mylnicaj 3. Each half of the brake linings for disc brakes of railway rolling stock is a mirror image of each other. The two halves of brake pads for disc brakes of railway rolling stock, made of composite friction element in a polymer binder with powder and fibrous fillers. Each half of the brake linings for disc brakes of railway rolling stock has at least one non-through groove 4 along the length of the overlay and at least one non-through groove 5 in width. The groove 4 along the length of brake pads for disc brakes of railway rolling stock is made with a tolerance of 3 to 15° from the axis of attachment of the lining. Grooves formed by forming or machining. Composite friction element may be formed as a single layer and two layers, various�featuring on thermal conductivity. Less thermally conductive layer is made of a composite friction material having a large adhesion to metal and strength, compared to the layer located at the working surface of the lining. Thickness less thermally conductive layer is less than the minimum lining thickness permitted for operation, but greater than the thickness of the layer on the back surface of the lining. Metal tylenol 3 is formed not on the entire surface of the rear halves of brake pads for disc brakes of railway rolling stock, and only to secure the brake node.

When braking is achieved reducing local temperature overheating of the brake disc surface, reducing wear of composite friction lining element at the expense of more complete removal of wear products from the zone of friction, increase the overall strength of the structure. The result is an increase in operational durability and reliability of the overlay.

The inventive brake lining for disc brakes of railway rolling stock can be made available technical means on the existing equipment.

1. Brake pad for disc brakes of railway rolling stock, containing mounted on a metal Telnice friction elements with grooves, the friction elements of PR�astavliaut two separate half lining, made in the form of a mirror reflection of each other, each half of the plates has at least one non-through groove along the length and one non-through groove width, characterized in that the metal tylenol each half lining is made not on the whole back surface, and only in places of fastening of a brake lining of the node.

2. Brake pad for disc brakes of railway rolling stock according to claim 1, characterized in that the non-through groove along the length of the lining is made with a tolerance of 3 to 15° from the axis of attachment of the lining.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to braking equipment of railway vehicles, in particular, to disc brakes. A disc brake comprises a body arranged on a spring-loaded frame of the vehicle with a tong parallel-link motion, an amplification mechanism, shoes and friction pads interacting with the brake disc. The tong parallel-link mechanism is made by H-shaped levers. The body is made as a monoblock body with two coaxially arranged braking cylinders of a service and automatic parking brake. The body may freely rotate on an axis located horizontally in the plane of braking disc rotation. The amplification mechanism is located inside the monoblock body and is made as single-link in the form of a swinging stem contacting with a leash. The piston of the service brake is made with a stiffly attached guide and a swinging stem, and the piston of the automatic parking brake is equipped with a stem having a plug, a nut and a bolt. The stem with the plug acts at the service brake piston, and the nut and the bolt provide for manual disconnection of the automatic parking brake.

EFFECT: provides for reduced dimensions of a device with provision of required pressing force.

The friction disk comprises a metal frame with eight recesses along external contour of the frame and eight holes with composite friction cover plates secured thereto. The friction surfaces of the friction cover plates are provided with twelve grooves each. The frame holes and recesses alternate along the disk circumference. Four grooves are located at one of the cover plates in the area of frame recesses, while the other grooves are located beyond the area of frame recesses and holes. Four grooves are located at the other cover plate within areas of frame holes, while the rest grooves are located beyond the area of frame recesses and holes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport, namely, to mounts of brake shoes for railway cars. Mounting assembly is made with possibility to track lateral travel of wheel on axle truck. Wheel flange is made with possibility to press one side of brake shoe mounting assembly pushing it along axle and squeezing resilient displacing structure. When a wheel returns to central or neutral position squeezed resilient displacing structure expands and returns brake shoe mounting assembly to its initial or neutral position. Also, resilient displacing structure minimises lateral travel of brake shoe mounting assembly towards wheel taper under normal braking loads thus preventing shoe slipping off. Resilient displacing structure can be placed into casing made capable to prevent ingress of contaminants. Railway car braking system contains brake actuator of railway car and brake shoe mounting assembly. Method for installation of brake shoe mounting assembly consists in providing mounting bracket, articulated joint of suspended casing with mounting bracket by means of the first rotary axis, articulated joint of braking shoe holder with opposite sides by means of the second rotary axis, and installation of resilient displacing structure on the second rotary axis.

EFFECT: provision of somewhat braking shoe lateral travel to track wheel lateral travel on railway car truck frame.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport, namely, to railway vehicle braking clamps. Disc brake comprises case, brake plates, brake shoes with plastic linings, leverage with two bell cranks and their hinge pins. Brake discs are secured at both sides of running wheel. Leverage is engaged with brake souse on one side and, on that other side, with controlled pneumatic brake cylinders and springs to pull brake shoes from brake disc. Disc brake is equipped with friction discs fitted on both sides of running wheel, at brake discs ends. Inner friction discs are composed of segments fitted on axles at the case while outer friction discs are composed of segment rings secured by pins at brake disc with plates to connection of segments by screws. Friction discs comprises extra springs fitted at axles to make clearance over friction surface.

Clamp brake comprises brake shoe, brake shoe holder, main clamping body, two support pins and drive. Support pins hold said holder at main clamp body to allow its displacement toward brake surface and therefrom. Drive allows pressing brake shoe to wheel brake surface by aforesaid holder. Friction unit is composed of radial double-row thrust bearing with medium ring making the brake disc rigidly fitted on mounted axle while two thrust rings make linings. Said linings are pressed to medium ring by levers coupled with brake cylinder. Outer surface of medium ring and inner surfaces of thrust rings have taper grooves to accommodate the balls.

Revolving eccentric shaft makes crack moving eccentrically relative to body to drive brake support lever. Axial bearing transfers axial forces from brake support lever to body. Axial bearing is located in zone of crank, between brake support lever and body, or part secured thereon. Axial force flow is directed from brake support lever directly to axial bearing and, therefrom, to body, or part secured thereon.

SUBSTANCE: proposed disk brake drive fastening unit contains caliper mechanisms coupled with bogie frame supports, brake cylinder rod and housing of which are provided with vertical axles of hinge joints displaced in plane of caliper mechanisms, inner and outer levers of caliper mechanism hinge-coupled with supports of frame tie-rods hinge-connected by ends through vertical axles with inner levers for compressing the levers. Tie-rods relative to axle of brake cylinder are made in form of longitudinal movably interlocked rigid inner and outer systems with guides and jaws of supports of frames, cheeks centered by means of parts of shells connected in pairs and connected into systems by vertical axles of rod hinge joints, housing and inner levers.
