FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, in particular, to device of torque transfer. The controlled coupling contains barrel-type body, its top cover has installed half-coupling containing disc with cavities and shaft. In the bottom cover the driven half-coupling is installed, it contains cone sleeve and shaft with flange. In the sleeve a flexible membrane is installed, its top part at the sleeve end face is pressed by the cross-arm located under the disc with round clearance C. On the sleeve bottom there are holes covered by discs build in bottom of the membrane. Balls in the membrane fill it till cross-arm. To the left of the casing the branch pipe with valve is installed, it is pneumatically connected with the compressed air system, and to the right of the casing there is branch pipe with valve connected to atmosphere.

EFFECT: reliability of torque adjustment.

The invention relates to torque transmission, for example from the wind turbine to a working machine.

Known pulsation dampeners pressure, comprising a housing with inlet and outlet cords, in which the perforated pipe and covering its elastic membrane, separated from each other by an elastic element made in the form of a set of longitudinal plates (A. S. 1204855, 1986, USSR). Known pulsation damper pressure is not intended to be transmitted from one device to another.

A device for simultaneously cleaning the interior surfaces of several tubular workpieces, comprising a container with a lid, the drum is driven for rotation, performed with decreasing cross-section, and the container lid mounted cross member with an annular stop interacting with the workpiece pipe (A. S. 307204, 1970, USSR). The known device is not intended to be transmitted from one device to another.

Known operated clutch, consisting of leading and driven coupling halves, between which the bulk material, and a control rod for pressing the granular material, and the ends of the coupling halves is made hollow, both coupling halves placed in a cylindrical sleeve (A. S. 486165, 1970, USSR). Known coupler is used in a horizontal position, the piston is spring loaded, unreliable regulates the amount of torque to send to the coupling.

The technical result is to eliminate the above disadvantages is achieved and that the proposed controlled clutch, consisting of leading and driven half-couplings mounted in the housing, between which the bulk material and the supply to it of compressed air through the pipe. According to the invention, the upper cover of the housing has a leading hub containing the disk with the depressions and the shaft flange and the lower cover of the housing has driven half coupling containing cone glass balls and shaft with flange. In a glass of installed flexible membrane, the upper part on the side of the glass pressed against the head plate, is placed under the disk cavities with a circular gap S. At the bottom of the Cup is provided with holes, lockable wheels, mounted in a membrane. Balls in a Cup placed in the membrane up to the traverse. To the left of the hull is a pipe with a valve, and the right pipe with the valve, and the left tube pneumatically connected to the compressed air system, and the right pipe is communicated with the atmosphere.

The coupling consists of a barrel-shaped housing 1, a top cover 2 which is installed on the leading coupling half, aderasa� disc 3 with depressions 4, the shaft 5 with a flange 6 for connection to e.g. a wind turbine (not shown). In the bottom cover 7 of the housing 1 is mounted the driven half coupling containing the conical sleeve 8, the shaft 9 with a flange 10, for connection to the working machine (not shown). In a glass 8 installed flexible membrane 11, the upper part of the end face of the sleeve 8 is pressed against member 12 positioned below the disc 3 with a circular gap S. At the bottom of the Cup 8 is provided with holes 13, lockable wheels 14, mounted at the bottom of the membrane 11. The balls 15 located in the membrane 11, fill it up to the yoke 12. To the left of the housing 1 is mounted a nozzle 16 with a valve 17, and the right inlet 18 to the valve 19. The port 16 is pneumatically connected to the compressed air system (not shown). The size of the depression 4 must be not less than the diameter of the ball 15, and a circular gap should be in the range 3-5 mm. Diameters of the discs 14 3-5 mm larger than the upper hole portion 13 to maintain the integrity of the membrane 11.

The action of the coupling is as follows. In the absence of compressed air in the housing 1 of the balls 15, which fills the driven coupling half, not impede the free rotation of the leading coupling half. When opening the valve 17, the compressed air flows into the housing 1, and through holes 13 and wheels 14, the membrane 11 is lifted upwards together with the balls 15. The top layer of balls 15 penetrates into the cavities 4 of the disk 3, and thereby led �alouatta is rotated and rotates the working machine. To stop the clutch enough to open the valve 19, the compressed air is removed from the housing 1. The membrane 11 with the balls 15 is lowered to form a gap. Slippage between the coupling halves is resumed, the machine will stop working. For commissioning of the driven half coupling is necessary to close the valve 19 and opening the valve 17, i.e. to let the body 1 is compressed air. The cycle of operation of the coupling is repeated. The pressure of the compressed air depends on the coupling of the two coupling halves and transfer the required torque. By reducing the air pressure torque can be reduced to the desired value.

Crankshaft has splines, on which drive half-coupling is movably installed as flywheel with gearing elements. Slave half-coupling is fixed on gearbox shaft, and this half-coupling comprises coupling cavities equipped with rolling paths, configuration of which has shape of joined cone tops, and gearing elements of slave half-coupling may move along these tops. Drive half-coupling is connected to crankshaft with the possibility of centrifugal control of automatic engagement and disengagement of half-couplings. Slave half-coupling may move in splines and is spring-loaded by elastic element depending on high sensitivity of unit to overloading processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention is relevant to mechanical engineering, and more specifically to clutch couplings of kinematic mechanisms. Two-mode coupling includes frequency-dependent device (FDD) for switching and safety devices that include internal and external fixtures, separator and rolling elements. Internal fixture (1) is provided with slots (12); each of them includes tangentially located surface and groove made on this surface (13). External fixture (2) includes counter-bore (1). Rolling elements (4) are placed one-by-one in each groove (13).
