FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to removal of poisonous gases. Absorber comprises housing with dusty and cleaned gas branch pipes, sprinkler, support grids with nozzle arranged there between, and sludge removing device. Note here that said adapter is composed by cylindrical coils. Side surface of said rings has two cutouts made in direction parallel with cylindrical surface generatrix and cutout in direction perpendicular to ring axis. Note here that said cutouts close up to form U-like cutout. Lobes that result are bent toward ring axis. Note here that lobes are provided with bent flanges in direction perpendicular to ring axis. Similar lobes are spaced through 90 degrees from previous lobes. Said elements differ from known designs in that ring cylindrical surfaces with two cutouts made in direction parallel with generating lines of said surfaces and cutout in direction perpendicular to ring axis are perforated.

The invention relates to gas cleaning from toxic components or separation of the target component.

The known apparatus for cleaning dust-Laden air by the patent RF №2279905, CL B01D 47/06, comprising a housing, voorspelbaar, the input gas stream, the outlet of the purified gas and a device for the release of sludge.

The disadvantage of the prototype is the relatively low efficiency of the process of dust collection due to the insufficient surface nozzle.

The technical result - improving the efficiency and reliability of the gas purification process, or the selection of the target component, as well as the decrease of metal and vibroacoustic activity of the device as a whole.

This is achieved in that in the absorber, comprising a housing with connections for dusted and cleaned gas, irrigation device, support grid, between which is located the nozzle, and a device for discharging the sludge, the nozzle is formed in a toroidal shape having a cross-section of a circle, in which the non-through groove with the one from the other side of the diameter, and the notches have in cross section an elongated shape in a direction parallel to the axis of the torus, and the notch on one side is located between two adjacent recesses made on the other side.

Fig.1 shows an absorber with transverse irrigation, Fig.2 shows protiviti�tion absorber, Fig.3 - nozzle in the form of non-through recesses on the surface of a torus.

The absorber comprises a housing 1 with the pipes 2 and 3 for dusted and cleaned gas, irrigation device 6, the support grid 4, between which is located the nozzle 5, and a device for discharging the sludge (Fig.1 and 2).

To increase the degree of purification of the gas stream from dust or target component by increasing the area of contact between the dust-Laden flow with a nozzle, the nozzle 5 is formed in a toroidal shape (Fig.3) having a cross-section of a circle 7 with the axis of symmetry 8, in which the non-through recesses 9, 11, 13, 15 on one side and not through the recesses 10, 12, 14, 16 on the other side of the diameter. The notches have in cross section an elongated shape in a direction parallel to the axis of the torus, and the notch on one side is located between two adjacent recesses made on the other side.

The nozzle 5 is made of porous polymeric materials, glass, porous rubber, composite materials, wood, stainless steel, titanium alloys, noble metals.

To increase the degree of purification of the gas stream from dust or target component by increasing the area of contact between the dust-Laden flow with a nozzle 17 (Fig.4 and 5), it is made in the form of cylindrical rings on the side surface 19 which is provided with two opposed slots 20 and 21 in a direction parallel to form a cylinder�nticeship surface, and one of the slits in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the ring, wherein the occluding slot form a U-shaped slot. The resulting petals are folded in the direction of the axis of the ring, and the petals do the legs in the form of shelves 22 and 23 in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the ring. Similar to the petals get in the direction spaced at an angle of 90 deg. from the first two, i.e. the two lobes 24 and 26 with the legs in the form of strips 25 and 27. It is possible to perform limb in the form of a spiral of Archimedes.

The nozzle 17 may be made of porous polymeric materials, glass, porous rubber, composite materials, wood, stainless steel, titanium alloys, noble metals.

The nozzle 17 may be formed as a perforated cylindrical rings on the side surface 19 which is provided with two opposed slots 20 and 21 with perforations in a direction parallel to generatrices of the cylindrical surface, and one with perforation slits in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the ring, and the slot closing up, form a U-shaped slot (Fig.4 and 5).

The implementation of the petals bent in the direction of the axis of the ring and run legs in the form of strips in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the ring, allows to increase the efficiency of dust collection due to the fact that increases the contact area of sapil�steering flow showerheads.

The petals are made spaced by an angle of 90° from the previous one, allowing one side to increase the area of contact of the dust-Laden flow with a nozzle, and to maintain the throughput of the nozzle without collisions with each other, which generally increases the reliability of the process of dust collection.

The absorber operates as follows.

Dust-Laden gas stream enters the housing 1 through the input dusty gas stream 2, and encounters the veil from the nozzle 5, which is wetted with water or other absorbent from irrigation device 6. The flow of irrigating fluid in a counterflow Packed scrubbers taken in the range of 1.3 to 2.6 l/m3. In Packed scrubbers with lateral irrigation for better wetting of the nozzle 5, the nozzle layer is tilted by 7...10° in the direction of the gas flow. The flow of irrigating fluid in them is in the range from 0.15 to 0.5 l/m3. The process of dust flows under optimal hydrodynamic regime, because the hydraulic resistance of the nozzle 5 is 20% smaller than the flow resistance of the outlet pipe 3 purified gas. For reduction of vibroacoustic activity of the device and its metal consumption, and improve its reliability, the proposed device provides for the following measures: on the surface d�hoists a layer of soft vibrationfree material, such as mastic VD-17, and the ratio between the thickness of the metal and vibrationfree coating is in the optimal range of values: 1/(2,5...4). For sludge removal device used to remove the slurry in the form of a channel in the bottom of the housing or a separate mechanism.

The absorber can be applied for treatment of the fine fraction of dust and air humidification in air handling units and air conditioning units, as well as at the collection of mists, soluble dust, and the joint processes of the particulate cooling gases and the absorption of Packed Gazpromavia. The effectiveness of the proposed design Packed scrubber increases due to greater surface of the engagement nozzle in the above processes and is at the collection of dust particles larger than 2 µm is of the order of 95%.

SUBSTANCE: gas scrubber comprises the housing with mix supply branch pipes, outlet for separated phases located inside the housing behind the inlet branch pipe for input initial gas -liquid mix of volumetric gas distribution device, and the separation mounting attachment in its upper part. The diffuser receives dust catcher and nozzles for spraying water which are arranged along the axis of the diffuser. The bottom section of the diffuser is provided with the means for quenching the water jets sprayed by the nozzles that provide the jets to be interested in the quenching zone. The scrubber contains: the body, which has the conical and cylindrical parts and the slime-collector; the connecting pipe for the dusty gas inlet; the connecting pipe for the purified gas outlet; the spraying device including the external pipelines with the lower and upper nozzles cut in the body. The spraying device is made in the form of at least two external pipe ducts coupled to the common supply of the liquid, each of which has the cut in the body lower and upper nozzles having the opposite directions of the twist of the spraying liquid coming out of the spraying device. SUBSTANCE: the invention presents the centrifugal dust catcher for the wet dust catching and may be used in chemical, textile, alimentary, light and other industries for purification of the dusty gases. The centrifugal dust catcher contains the body, the slime-collector, the connecting pipe for the dusty gas feeding, the connecting pipe for the purified gas withdrawal, the spraying device. The spraying device is made of a hollow cylindrical chamber that is closed from one side and has tangential longitudinal groove for fluid discharging. SUBSTANCE: centrifugal gas washer comprises housing, branch pipe for supplying dusted gas, branch pipe for discharging cleaned gas, spraying device, swirler, device for smoothing the flow, and slime collector. The spraying device is made of a hollow cylindrical chamber closed from one of the sides and having tangential longitudinal groove for discharging of fluid. The spray trap is mounted downstream of the means for smoothing the flow. The direction of swirling of the gas outflowing from the swirler is counter to that of the sprayed fluid outflowing from the spraying device.
