FIELD: packaging industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a pack (1) with a hinged lid for smoking articles. The pack (1) has a housing (2) and a lid (9) pivotally connected to the housing along the rear wall of the pack so as to form a clamping line between the lid (9) and the housing (2), extending from the rear wall transverse to opposite side walls and the front wall of the pack. The clamping line (8) has a first part (30) extending from the rear wall transverse to each lateral side at a first angle ('A', 'C') relative to the rear wall. The clamping line (8) also has a second part (31) extending from the first part to the front wall of the pack, at that the second part (31) makes with the rear wall the second angle ('B', 'D').

EFFECT: according to the invention, the pack has a higher strength and rigidity and provides firmer adherence when the lid is in a slightly open state, which reduces the possibility of loss of moisture in the articles contained in the pack, and their partial falling out.

The present invention relates to a packet for Smoking products.

Smoking products such as cigarettes, is usually stored in bundles, whose main function is to store and protect the cigarettes from damage under the influence of mechanical factors and the environment. In the prior art discloses various designs of cigarette packs, including packs with hinged lids and packs poltsyanova type with sliding inserts or frames. A pack with hinged lid comprises a housing and a cover forming a space in which is placed a bundle of Smoking articles. The lid is attached to the rear panel along the hinge line so that can be rotated between open and closed positions. In the closed position the lower edge of the front wall of the lid rests on the upper edge of the front panel of the housing so that it forms a line of closure. Line closure typically takes a back wall packs diagonally down the side walls and the front wall of the pack parallel to the hinge line.

The disadvantage of packs with hinged lids is that they have a low resistance in the manufacturing process and flexible, and therefore there is a need to improve the design of packs with hinged lid for receiving bundles of higher strength and stiffness in bending process.

Other insufficient�mended packs with hinged lid, they have a tendency to gapping, with the lid slightly ajar condition and in extreme cases can be opened fully. This can lead to the loss of moisture contained within the product, and there is also the risk of loss of part of the content. In WO 08/087378 attempts to overcome this drawback by using reeds that are separated from the side walls of the cover held by a friction clutch to the housing. The present invention provides an improved bundle described in this document, alternative or additional means to achieve increased strength and rigidity of the stack.

The present invention attempts to create a pack for Smoking articles, which overcome or substantially mitigated the above-mentioned disadvantages.

In accordance with the present invention, the proposed packet with a hinged lid for tobacco products, having a housing and a cover pivotally connected with the housing along the rear wall of the pack so to form a line of closure between the lid and the housing, extending from the rear wall transversely opposite side walls and front wall of the pack and having a first portion extending from the rear wall across each side wall at a first angle relative to the rear wall, thus whether�ia has a second clamping portion, extending from the first portion to the front wall packs at a second angle relative to the rear wall.

Preferably, the first angle relative to the rear wall of the pack is 90°.

In one embodiment, the first angle relative to the rear wall of the pack is at least 60°.

First angle relative to the rear wall packs can be greater than 90°.

Preferably, the second angle was less than the first angle.

The line of closure may be formed of a third part extending from the rear wall toward the first part so that the first portion is located between the third part and the second part, the third part is formed at a third angle relative to the rear wall.

Preferably, the third angle of the third part was similar to the second angle of the second part.

In one embodiment, the first and third parts of the line of closure run across at least half the width of each side wall.

In another embodiment, the first part of the leaves directly from the back wall of the pack. It is desirable that the first part took place across at least half the width of each side wall.

Side walls formed of the cover can be waste from these tabs, with the tabs capture the side panel when opening and closing the lid.

In accordance with another� feature of the invention, also provides a blank for forming the invention mentioned above.

Below is a description of the private embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which:

Fig.1 and 3 shows the proposed in the present invention, the bundle 1 to bundle of Smoking articles. Fig.2 shows the workpiece 20 to form bundles, shown in Fig.1, where solid lines are cut lines or the outer boundary of the workpiece 20, and the dashed lines are lines that are formed flexible. The unit 1 has a case 2 and the cover 9, which form a line 8 clamping unit, shape which provides increased strength in the manufacturing process and flexible, as will be shown below.

Below is a description of the overall design of the packs 1 in the folded state with reference to Fig.1 and 3, however, some elements that are not visible on these figures, as shown in Fig.2. The formed body packi 1 is located against each other front and back panels 3, 4, separated by opposite left and right side panels 21a, 21b and the base pad 10. The ribs 7 formed on the joints of the front panel 3 and side panels 21a, 21b, can be rounded. Front panel 3 and side panels 21a, 21b are formed so that their upper edges 5 rest against the corresponding lower edge 15 of the cover 9, thus forming the line 8 of the clamping unit. Thus, line 8 of the closure extends from the rear wall 4, 14 packs of 1 transversely rounded ribs 7, opposite side walls 16a, 16b, 21a, 21b and the front wall 3, 13 packs. Rear panel 4 of the housing 2 is attached to the rear wall 14 of the cover 9 to line 11 of the hinge. In addition, the cover 9 has an upper wall 12 extending between the rear wall 14, front wall 13 and the left and right side walls 16a, 16b of the cover 9. The lower edge 15 of the front wall 13 and side walls 16a, 16b of the cover 9 are aligned with the upper edges 5 of the housing 2, when the pack 1 is closed.

As shown in Fig.3, line 8 has a first clamping portion 30 extending from the edge 7 of the rear wall 4, 14 across at least half the width of the side wall 16b, 21b. The first part 30 is at an angle 'A' relative to the rear wall of the pack. Preferably, the first part 30 is held at a 90° angle to the back of the pack, however it can take place under an angle of less than 90°, although the angle should not be less than 60°. In alternative�m option, the first part can be held up at an angle 'A' greater than 90°. Line 8 of the clamping unit also formed the second part 31 extending from the first portion 30 to the front wall 3,13 packs 1 angle 'B' relative to the rear wall 4, 14 packs of 1. Preferably, the second angle 'B' was less than the first angle 'A'. It should be clear that the line of the clamping takes place across a rib 7 of the rear wall 4, 14, and opposite side wall 1BA, 21 and the stack 1 is similar to that described above.

The advantage that the first part of line 30 8 clamping unit, in accordance with the above description, tilted at an angle relative to the rear wall 4, 14, is that it is much more stable during manufacture and is more flexible packs 1 in comparison with conventional bundles, generally having a diagonal line of closure perpendicular to the side walls from the rear wall to the front wall of the pack is usually at an angle of approximately 30° to the back of the pack.

Shown in Fig.2, the workpiece 20 has an elongated shape and includes a housing 2 and the cover 9 packs of 1, described above. The formed body 2 of the preform 20 has a front panel 3, the panel 10 of the base and rear panel 4. Front panel 3 is formed with left and right side walls 21a, 21b, which overlap with the side flaps 22a, 22b extending from the rear panel 4, when the blank 20 is folded. The dotted lines on the workpiece located between the front wall 3 and side walls 21a, 21b, as shown in Fig.2, show that the ribs are formed during bending of the workpiece, rounded.

Cover 9 of the workpiece 20 has a side wall 14, top wall 12 and front wall 13, as described above. Top and rear walls 12, 14 of the cover 9 is formed with side flaps 18 which overlap with the side walls 16a, 16b of the front wall 13 of the cover 9, when the workpiece 20 is in the folded state. The front wall 13 of the cover 9 also has a valve 17 extending from the bottom edge 15 of the front wall along a fold line 19. The valve is bent inward so that it rests on the inner surface of the front wall 13 of the cover 9. The valve 17 provides cover stability and strength, since it forms together with the front wall of the cover 9 dual layer. The cover is also formed with tabs 50 extending from the side walls 16a, 16b, when the pack is in the folded state. These tabs 50 are formed if desired, and their purpose will be described in more detail below.

In an alternative embodiment, shown in Fig.4, packs of 40 no rounded edges, as in the embodiment described with reference to Fig.1 and 3. Instead, the ribs 41 formed by the intersection of 90° rear wall 42 of the pack with its side walls 43a, 43b. Sledovat�till then, the first part 44 line 45 clamping departs directly from the back wall 42 packs of 40 across at least half the width of the side walls 43a, 43b packs of 40, under the first angle 'C' relative to the rear wall 42 packs of 40. The second part 46 of the line clamping unit passes from the first portion 44 to the front wall 47 of the bundle at a second angle " D " relative to the rear wall 41 packs of 40. By analogy with the variant of implementation, described with reference to Fig.1 and 3, it is desirable that the second angle 'D' was less than the first angle 'C', and the length of the first part 44 was at least half the width of the side walls 43a, 43b.

In another alternative embodiment, shown in Fig.5, the stack 50 is formed with a rectangular ribs, similar to the stack shown in Fig.4, however, the line has a third clamping portion 53 extending from the rear wall 54 to the first part 51 so that the first portion 51 is located between the second part 52 and the third part 53. The third part 53 has an angled 'E' relative to the rear wall 54 of the stack. Preferably, the angle 'E' is less than the first angle 'C', under which passes the first part 51. In addition, it is contemplated that the third angle 'E' is similar to the second angle 'D', under which passes the second part 52.

Also provided, that the above-described embodiments of packs 1, 40, 50 can be formed with prongs 50 extending from Bo�lateral walls 16a, 16b, 48a, 48b, 55a, 55b of the cover 9, 47, 56. The tabs 50 capture the inner surfaces of the side panels 21a, 21b, 43a, 43b, 57a, 57b of the housing 2, 49, 58, thereby reducing the possibility of gapping and accidental opening packs of 1, 40, 50. Unit 1 shown in Fig.1 and 3, and the corresponding workpiece 20 shown in Fig.2, has the tabs, and then will be given a description, although it should be borne in mind that bundles 40, 50 shown in Fig.4 and 5, can also be fitted with reeds and to proceed by analogy with the following description.

Advantage packs 1, line 8 clamping unit which has a first part 30 is held at an angle to the rear wall 4, 14 packs of 1, as described above, is that the tabs 50 are capturing the inner surface of the side panels 21a, 21b of the housing 2 within the larger opening angle compared to conventional packs, the line of closure which is under considerably smaller angle relative to the rear wall 4, 14 packs of 1. In this section of the side panels 21a, 21b of the housing 2, forming the first part of line 30 of the clamping unit, together with the side walls 16a, 16b of the cover 9, allows you to more reliably set the tabs inside 50 packs 1 into the desired position with its closing, compared with conventional packs. The action of the reeds 50, exciting side panels 21a, 21b of the housing 2 within the large opening angle, is also achieved due to the fact that feathers�the second part 30 passes across at least half the width of the side walls 16a, 16b, 21a, 21b packs 1. This is due to the fact that the farther the first part 30 passes across the side walls 16a, 16b, 21a, 21b packs of 1, the earlier the tabs 50 will grab the inner surface of the side panels 21 a, 21b of the housing 2 when you close the lid 9. However, in a preferred embodiment, the first portion 30 does not pass across the entire width of the side walls 16a, 16b, 21a, 21b packs 1 at an angle of 90° relative to the rear wall 4, 14 packs of 1, since this would interfere with the tabs 50 when the tailgate is closed. Instead, formed the second part 31 at the angle smaller than the angle 'A' of the first part 30 in order to provide close cover 9 and put the tabs 50 near the inner surface of the side panels 21a, 21b of the housing 2.

Another advantage of the line of closure, having ledges formed by the first and second parts and the third part, is that the angles 'A', 'B', 'C', 'D' and 'E' can be made less acute than the angle of the diagonal line of the clamping unit normal bundle. Become not as sharp ends or corners formed by these corners, and minimizes the risk of damage to or delamination of the cardboard at these points.

It appears that any of the above variants of implementation may include a frame, wherein the frame is inserted into the stack to provide additional protection of the Smoking products.

A pack with hinged lid for tobacco products, having a housing and a cover pivotally connected with the housing along the rear wall of the pack so as to form a line of closure between the lid and the housing, extending from the rear wall transversely opposite side walls and front wall of the pack and having a first portion extending from the rear wall across each side under the first angle ('A', 'C') relative to the rear wall, and a second part extending from the first portion to the front wall packs at a second angle ('B', 'D') relative to the rear wall, wherein the second angle ('B', 'D') is less than the first angle ('A', 'C').

2. A pack with a hinged lid according to claim 1, in which the first angle ('A', 'C') relative to the rear wall of the pack is 90°.

3. A pack with a hinged lid according to claim 1, in which the first angle ('A', 'C') relative to the rear wall of the pack is at least 60°.

4. A pack with a hinged lid according to claim 1, in which the first angle ('A', 'C') relative to the rear wall of the pack is more than 90°.

5. A pack with a hinged lid according to any preceding paragraph, to�Torah line clamping unit has a third part, extending from the rear wall to the first part so that the first portion is located between the third and second parts, and the third part is formed below the third angle ('E') relative to the rear wall.

6. A pack with a hinged lid according to claim 5, in which the third angle ('E') of the third part of the second corner ('B', 'D') of the second part.

7. A pack with a hinged lid according to claim 5, in which the first and third parts run across at least half the width of each side wall.

9. A pack with a hinged lid according to any one of claims.1-4, in which the first part departs directly from the back wall packs across at least half the width of each side wall.

10. A pack with a hinged lid according to any one of claims.1-4, 6-8, in which the side walls of the lid depart the reeds, exciting side panels of the housing when opening and closing the lid.

11. A pack with a hinged lid according to claim 5, in which the side walls of the lid depart the reeds, exciting side panels of the housing when opening and closing the lid.

12. A pack with a hinged lid according to claim 9, in which the side walls of the lid depart the reeds, exciting side panels of the housing when opening and closing the lid.

The object of the invention is to provide a cigarette pack with an advertising sample attached to it so that these packs may then be placed in a standard box for cigarette packs. A pair of the cigarette packs, each of which has a rear wall with the packs located adjacent to each other, facing each other with the rear walls. A sachet is detachably attached to the rear wall of each pack. One sachet is detachably attached to the upper part of the rear wall of one pack, and another sachet is detachably attached to the lower part of the rear wall of the other pack in the pair. The advertising pouch of smokeless tobacco is placed inside each sachet. Pairs of such packs are placed into boxes of a standard size. Each pack and the attached sachet may comprise an outer wrapping material.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a package of tobacco products, a preform for the package of tobacco products, and a method of the preform folding to form the package of tobacco products. The object of the invention is to create a package of tobacco products which is cheap and easy to manufacture. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a smoking products package, first of all, to a cigarette package with a front (1), a back (2) and two opposite side surfaces (3, 4); in the package inner space limited by these surfaces, at least on one side surface (3, 4) a hollow space (5) is created; the hollow space spreads between the side surface (3, 4) and the space (6) for smoking products placement and is limited by the surfaces (31, 32, 33, 41, 42, 43) being a part of an integral package semi-product. At least one of the surfaces (31, 32, 33, 41, 42, 43) limiting the hollow space projects outside the upper edge of the semi-product (34, 44) surface positioned outside on the package side surface (3, 4).

EFFECT: according to the invention, the package allows to ensure packaging of a non-standard cigarettes quantity or non-standard format cigarettes without readjustment of the whole packaging machine.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a container having a novel surface texture. The container has a surface containing at least one highly frictional surface region having a coefficient of friction of from about 0.63 to about 2.00. This at least one highly frictional surface region comprises a coating layer comprising flock. At that the said flock is adhered to the sheet material by an adhesive layer. The technical result of the invention is to provide a container having a highly frictional surface region which increases the friction between the movable parts of the pack, eliminating its unintentional opening, increased resistance to opening, closing due to smooth braking the movement during closing caused by friction.

SUBSTANCE: container (2) (300) for consumer goods (12) comprises a box (4) and a lid (6). At least one wall (36) of the flap (34) comprises two layers of material, the outer layer (36a) and the inner layer (36b), at that the outer layer (36a) has a smaller surface area than the inner layer (36b).

EFFECT: invention enables to take the product from the container in two ways: either through the upper end or through the lower end of the box.

FIELD: packaging.

SUBSTANCE: in a cigarette pack of the type "flap" (Hinge Lid) the side walls (24) of the box part and the side walls (25) of the lid consistently consist of at least five wall segments (27, 28, 29) adjacent to each other at an obtuse angle. And the middle wall segment (29) is directed transversely towards the front side and the rear side of the package, and on either side of it there are at least two wall segments (27, 28) positioned at an angle to the middle wall segment (29) and each other. All wall segments (27, 28, 29) are made of equal width and are directed towards each other at the same angle equal to 30°.

EFFECT: outline of the package according to the invention is adjusted better to the shape of the content, namely, a block of cigarettes, and the package can be manufactured on a cigarette-packaging line.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cigarette box. Box with rotary cap comprises rectangular box-like case with bottom wall, front wall, rear wall and two sidewalls, rectangular cap fitted on said box-like case from above. Said cap comprises top wall, front wall, rear wall and two sidewalls mating with bottom wall, front wall, rear wall and sidewalls of box-like case, and rotary device jointing box-like case with cap to allow said cap to move back from box-like case and to incline cap rear wall down when cap front wall is lifted from box-like case. Note here that said rotary device comprises moving section of rear wall formed by the part of box-like case rear wall and hinged to box-like case bottom wall, and connecting flap extending from rear wall moving section top edge and jointed to cap inner surface.

SUBSTANCE: proposed box comprises inner package and outer package partially enveloping the former. Said inner package may move in outer package. Said inner and outer packages are interconnected by actuator to swing out flap cover in relative displacement of aforesaid packages. Note here that flap cover may swing out on outer package while actuator allows swinging out of flap cover. In particular, push tab is arranged inside package to make connector between inner and outer packages and flap cover. Note that said push tab transmits pressure required to switch flap cover open. Besides said tab may open flap cover and consists of two parts separated by tab deforming linearly-shaped elements.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to foodstuff package. Proposed package comprises front wall 412 with slit 532 and cutout 530, rear wall, bottom wall and opposite lateral walls. Slit 523 confines first part 509 and second part 510 of the slit, while cutout 520 crosses first and second parts of the slit. Walls confine package inner part, while rear wall comprises moving flap 413 with work member 420 extending from rear wall. Said extending work member is adapted for coupling the front wall slit and closing package inner part. Note here that cutout is made and arranged to allow said flap to move between first and second parts of the slit. First and second parts of the slit may be either convex or concave.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the method of producing a flapper-cover box, in particular to the method of attachment of a flapper collar to the box. The said method includes stages whereat the aforesaid collar is glued to the flapper-cover box neck by applying horizontal uniform glue layers on the said collar blank part and/or horizontal glue layers on appropriates part of the box blank part whereto the collar is to be attached. Note here that one glue line intersects horizontally the entire surfaces of the flapper collar blank part, the total number of horizontal lines being applied thereon making, at least two lines.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to packages with hinge covers and is related to package for rod-like smoking goods, which contains the following: internal packet with internal wrapper, in which group of rod-like smoking goods is wrapped, and rectangular parallelepiped casing for installation of internal packet. At that casing includes front wall, back wall, two side walls, bottom wall, top wall, hinge that is formed in top part of back wall, which passes across back wall and having two ends, separating line, which passes across front wall and both side walls and joins both ends of hinge. At that separating line allows to divide casing into external casing and cover, which is able to rotate around specified hinge, and internal frame, which is installed inside external casing and guides opening and closing of cover. At that both side walls, each one, have internal layer of side wall and external layer of side wall. Separating line includes front section, which is formed in the front wall, and side section that is formed in each one of side walls. Side section includes slot arranged in internal layer of side wall that separates internal side wall, and a row of perforations that are arranged in external layer of side wall that cover the slot, at that the front section of separating line is arranged in the form of perforations row. Also blank is suggested for manufacture of this package.

EFFECT: provides indication of opening without film cover and saving of package means.

FIELD: packing means, particularly boxes provided with lids or having no lids and adapted for food packing, transportation and storage.

SUBSTANCE: a box is produced of flat sheet blank having central rectangular zone, foldable side walls and foldable end walls connected to central rectangular zone through scored fold lines formed in inner side thereof. Corner areas between adjacent walls include foldable tabs divided in pairs by diagonal scored fold lines extending outwards and adapted to fold the tables so that tabs abuts adjacent wall and are connected to them. Pair of folded tabs may be folded against outer surface of adjacent end wall. Handles may be folded around end wall and act as a lever to press two adjacent walls one to another. In that case pair of foldable tabs are activated and handle is used to connect above pair of tabs to outer side. Common thickness thereof, elasticity and distances between tabs are used to provide increased gripping depth, where additional gripper cooperates with handle. Lid has flat main zone and adjacent border members. To create one or several reclosable packing means border members and main zone in one area have through cuts defining hinged score in-between. Hinged score connects ends of above cuts in main area through groove, perforation or similar members. Before hinge function performing through cuts are held along with adjacent lid part by protective band, which may be peeled away or repeatedly connected, or with the use of similar means and/or band comprises several transversal through draining orifices arranged in lower corner area of end walls and used as drainage orifices for molten ice in the case of box usage for packing fish with ice, wherein the box is adapted to transport fish by trackless or marine transport. Box production method is also disclosed. The box may be formed of disposable material.

EFFECT: increased stability and sanitary characteristics, possibility of heat insulation, simplified production, reduced manufacturing costs, possibility to obtain ready-to-use blanks, and to form optimally functioning lid if necessary.
