SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a package (1) for smoking articles, comprising a first container (100) for smoking articles, a second container (200) for smoking articles, and a lid (300) for closing the first and second containers from the upper side, pivotally connected to the second container. The first and second containers are hingedly connected at the bottom side. The first and second containers are connected at the longitudinal side with the first and second bendable flaps (402, 403) made with the ability of rotation of the second container relative to the first container when opening the lid.

The invention relates to the packaging of Smoking articles, and more particularly to a package containing two containers for receiving Smoking products.

The LEVEL of TECHNOLOGY

Smoking products often contained in disposable containers having an essentially parallelepiped shape formed from a bottom wall, four side walls extending from the bottom wall, and an opening opposite the bottom wall, through which you can extract Smoking products out of the pack. This cigarette packet consists of: a first part and a second part pivotally connected with the first part; and the upper part pivotally connected to the moving part that is located with the possibility of sliding inside the second part. The moving part is used to increase the distance between the cover and the packaging with which it is connected. Otherwise it would be difficult to extract a cigarette, at least from the first packet.

In document WO 94/26625 disclosed a package containing the outer container with an open top and an interior container. On the inner container maintenance force acts in the direction of its opening during the opening of the outer container. The outer container consists of two halves that are elastically connected with each other by a common bottom wall.

However, all of these packages require manual force to move the packages relative to each other and to provide features such as automatic access at least to one of the packages open. In addition, it would be desirable to provide additional accessible space inside the package to accommodate smart cards or other items.

Summary of the INVENTION

The task of the invention is to provide a cigarette package with improved access, according to møn�Shea least one of the two tanks. An additional objective of the invention is to provide a package for Smoking articles containing additional compartment for receiving other items in its open state.

The present invention provides a package for Smoking articles containing the first container for Smoking articles and other receptacle for Smoking products. The package contains a cover for closing the first and second containers from the top side of the package. The cover is pivotally connected to the second capacitance. The first container and the second container is pivotally connected on the lower side. The first and second containers are connected at their longitudinal sides bent valve, designed to (elastically) turned the second vessel from the first vessel when the cover is raised.

In an embodiment, the first container may be in the form of a parallelepiped. It can contain a bottom wall, front wall, rear wall, right wall and left wall, which extend from the lower wall. The first and second containers preferably contain are at right angles to the vertical edge and located at right angles to the horizontal edge or, in other words, are at right angles to the longitudinal edges and arranged at right angles transverse edges. Bent valves can be performed in such a way that they provided (elastic) force to rotate (drain) of the first container from the second container relative to the lower hinge. The cover may be attached to the first container by a hinge. The cover can be rotated from the open state to the closed state and Vice versa. The cover is favorably performed with the possibility of coverage of the upper parts of the first container and second container in the closed state. Packaging according to the invention is favorably performed in such a way that the force (e.g., elastic force) is a function of the opening angle of the package. The opening angle is the rotation angle around the lower hinge of the first and second containers relative to each other. Strength can also be equal to zero until the maximum possible opening angle. This is done by allowing only a partial uncovering of packing under the influence of forces to ensure access to the Smoking articles, but do not call too much uncovering of the package.

In addition, the second capacitance, the first and second bent valves can be performed with the possibility of the formation of separation between the two tanks. The office is ideally located between the two bent valves and the rear wall of the first container and the front wall of the second container. Access to the compartment is provided when the open state of the package.

The separation between the first and second containers are preferably given such a size that it was possible to contain the object(s) with a credit card or a smart card. Longitudinal and transverse dimensions of the package or, more specifically, the dimensions of the first and second containers can thus be adapted to the size of these cards. The opening angle of the packing is thus a function of (or depends on) the angle of the fold line. In other words, in a closed or partially closed state, the fold line of the first fold of the valve passes from the right lower corner of the lower hinge line upwards and inwards [towards the left (opposite) side of the package]. The bend line of the second bendable valve passes from the lower left corner of the lower hinge line upwards and inwards [towards the right (opposite) side of the package].

Russ�oanie between the upper ends of the first fold line and second fold line may favorably be a function of the opening angle. The upper ends of the fold lines can come closer to each other when approaching by rotation of the first and second containers to each other from an open state to a closed state. When reducing the opening angle of the distance between the upper ends of the fold lines may favorably decrease (with decreasing opening angle). However, the upper ends of the first fold line and second fold line is additionally made in such a way as to reduce (a) the distance between them in the closed state of the package.

The lower ends of the first and second bend lines may be located near the lower ends of the joint where the two receiving branches are connected to each other. The distance between the lower ends (opposite upper ends) of the first and second bend lines can thus be maintained (i.e., this distance may be equal to the widths of the first and second tanks) both when opening and when closing the packaging. Previously, certain aspects of the invention are favorable for opening and full closing package and to provide a useful separation between the vessels.

The first and/or second valves can be performed in such a way that they are additionally represented or covered the right side wall and/or left side wall of the first container and/or the second capacitance. The right side wall and left side �tenki containers can be double or single walls. The valves can thus contain (longitudinal) continue by size (length) of the right and/or left side walls of the containers. These may continue to serve for connection of valves to the tank and can be used to simplify the manufacturing process of the package.

According to a favorable aspect of the invention, the valves are designed so that the first and second bend lines (or hinge line), which are connected by respective two wings of each valve were less than the length of the right and/or left side walls of the containers. In an embodiment, the entire top edge (each) valve may be located at a distance from the top edges of the first and second containers. In other words, the valves are shorter than the container and do not pass through the entire length of the package. In addition, the valves can be performed in such a way that the length of the valve along the fold line (along which connected the two wings) was less than the hinge lines along which the wings are connected with the side walls of the containers. Previously defined two aspects of the invention can be favorably combined. This can be prevented the possibility of collision of the upper ends of the fold lines in the closed state of the package.

The first and second containers may also be called offices, drawers, boxes or containers. The packaging is usually also referred to as "p�containing with hinged on the hinge cover". Materials that can be used for the manufacture of packaging, can be: cardboard, thin cardboard, plastic and/or metal. The packing may be formed of bendable laminated billet. The workpiece can be made of laminated cardboard. Smoking products inside the package can be located in kit form, and the most frequently used way - in the form of the wrapped set oblong tobacco products/cigarettes. Additionally, it may be used outer wrap (or outer, or surface wrap) packaging. The outer wrap can be shrink wrap or any other surface wrap using a transparent or opaque polymeric film, e.g. a polyethylene or polypropylene film. The outer wrapper may include a tear-off strip. Inside of the first container and/or second container may be provided with a cuff or an internal frame. The direction from the bottom to the upper tank here called the longitudinal direction. The direction from the left side to the right side or from right side to the left side of the package here is called the transverse direction.

Each of the packs may contain a cutout/window or aperture in the cuff/frame to allow easier extraction consumer of cigarettes from cigarette packs.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION of PREFERRED embodiments of the

Fig.1 shows a perspective view of the packaging 1 according to the invention. Package 1 is designed so as to contain Smoking products, in particular oblong Smoking products, like cigarettes. Packaging 1 comprises two receiving branches 100 and 200. The first container 100 has essentially the shape of a parallelepiped. It contains: a bottom wall 105, a front wall 101, the right wall 102 and the left wall 103. It has a top side 106, which has a cutout 108 that shows the Smoking article or wrapper of Smoking articles (usually a metallic material, or a metal foil, or similar material). The package 1 further comprises a second container 200. The second vessel 200 is designed so as to contain Smoking products, in particular oblong Smoking products, like cigarettes. The first container 100 and the second tank 200 may contain the same tobacco products or herbal Smoking products shadowtype.

The second vessel 200 includes: a bottom wall 205, the right wall 202, the left wall 203, a rear wall 204 and a front wall 201. Top side 206 may not be covered. The second tank 200 may include a cutout 208, through which can be accessed wrapped or neobiota the Smoking products.

In addition, a lid 300. Cover includes: a front wall 301, the right wall 302, the left wall 303, a rear wall 304 and the upper wall 306. Lid 300 is connected to a second tank 200, and more specifically to a back wall 204 of the second container 200 by a hinge line 307. The first container 100 and the second tank 200 are connected to each other via the lower hinge line 107. In fact, the bottom wall 105 of the first container and the bottom wall 205 of the second containers may be formed from a single blank, or panel, and thus were secured at the same time the bottom wall 105 and the bottom wall 205 of the two containers and the hinge 107.

There is a first valve 402 and the second valve 03. The first valve 402 is connected to one longitudinal side to the right side 102 of the first tank 100 and the opposite longitudinal side from the right sidewall 202 of the second container 200.

The second valve 403 is connected to the first longitudinal side with the left wall 103 of the first container, and the opposite longitudinal side of the left wall 203 of the second container 200.

Packaging 1 shown in a partially opened condition. The cover is folded back, and the first vessel is partially rotated (reserved) relative to the lower hinge 107 at the angle α. The first valve 402 and the second valve 403 to form the side walls of the compartment 500, opened by rotation of the first container 100.

The first valve 402 includes a fold line (or hinge line) extending from the right (first) bottom side of package upward and inward (toward the opposite side) compartment 500. The second valve 403 contains a fold line (or hinge line), extending from the left (second) bottom side of the hinge 107 upward and inward (toward the opposite side) compartment 500.

As soon as the cover 300 is opened, the first vessel 100 moves in a partially expanded state shown in Fig.1. This happens because the force (elastic force) of the first valve 402 and the second valve 403. These provide very easy access to the Smoking articles in the first tank 100 and the compartment 500. Fig.2 shows a side view of the packaging 1 according to the invention in the closed state. Cover worn over 300 pieces of the first tank 100 and the second tank 200. Fig.3 shows a packaging 1 according to the invention in a fully opened condition. Packaging 1 shows on the left side like it is shown in Fig.2.

The first container 100 is rotated relative to the lower hinge 107 at the angle α. So packing took it fully expanded state, the first container 100 must be drawn manually to overcome the pulling in the opposite direction forces the valves 402 and 403. This left visible only the valve 403. However, the packaging likewise looks to the right.

Valve 403 contains two to�yla: the first wing 411 and the second wing 421. The first wing 411 and the second wing 421 are connected to each other by a fold line (pivot line) 408. This fold line 408 extends from the lower hinge 107 to the upper sides of the packaging and inside the compartment 500. The first wing valve 411 403 is also connected by a longitudinal hinge line 406 with the first container 100. Second wing valve 421 403 are connected by longitudinal side by a hinge line 405 with the second container 200. Length L403 this hinge line 405 is equal to or less than the total length L200 second container 200. The length of the hinge line 406 of the first wing 411 is equal to or less than the length L100 of the first tank 100. In this state, the cover 300 is rotated about the hinge 307 on the angle γ. The angle γ is the angle between the edge line 209 of the second container 200, which cover tightly, and an " edge of the lid. The angle γ can be set to about 180° when the cover is fully extended and rotated. There are additional angles α and β. The angle α is the angle between the first 100 and second receptacle 200. In an intermediate position disclosure, the angle α is between 20° to 50° (the cover can optionally be folded, but only through p�of Imogene force). The angle β is the angle between the hinge line 408 (middle hinge valve 403) and the upper edge of the valve. The angle β may be 90° or more. The angle β does not change the fact, whether there is packing in the open and/or closed state, while when considering the drawings may give the impression that he is changed.

The upper connection point between the first wing 411 and the second wing valve 421 403 called the upper end P403 second fold line 408 (the same applies to the other valve 402). It is obvious when considering Fig.3 that the upper end P403 bend line 408 is located below a straight line connecting the point P100 (upper end of the hinge line 406) and P200 (the upper end of the hinge line 405). The distance between the upper points of the P100 and P200 and the upper end of P403 fold line designated as DE. The distance DE is defined as the length of the line perpendicular to a straight line connecting the point P100 and P200. Moving P403 is an important factor for various aspects of the invention and it is further considered with reference to other drawings. The fold line 404 (not shown) and 408 may be provided with lines of perforations.

Fig.4 shows a top view of the packaging 1 according to the invention. Lid 300 is opened and visible only to the front wall 301 of the cover 300. Shows the upper side 106 of the first container 100. The D100 thickness of the first container is also specified. Visible ve�hnaa side 206 of the second container 200. Thickness D200 second container is also specified. The width of the first container 100 is specified as W100, and the width of the second container 200 is specified as W200. Width W100 and W200 are equal.

The first valve 402 includes two wings: the first wing 410 and second 420 wing. The first wing 410 is connected with the second wing 420 (first) fold line (or hinge line) 404. The bend line 404 extends from the lower hinge 107 to the upper sides 106, 206 of the first and second containers 100, 200 and inside the compartment 500.

The second valve 403 contains the first wing 411 and the second wing 421. The first wing 411 is connected with the second wing 421 (second) line bending (or hinge line) 408, which passes from the lower hinge 107 to the upper sides 106, 206 of the first and second containers 100, 200 and inside the compartment 500. The upper end of the hinge line 408 is named point P403. The upper end of the hinge line 404 of the first valve 402 is named point P402. The opening angle packaging denoted as α (not shown). The lower end of the fold line 408 and the lower end of the fold line 404 is connected to the lower ends of the hinge line 107.

There is an additional 700 square cut, which is a valve, a positive cut from the back of the pack, which is then glued to the front of the pack. The valve is pivotally attached to neither�him the edge. With it connected the two halves of packs (first and second containers at the bottom so that the bottom of the pack was not disclosed. Fig.5 shows a side view of the packaging according to the invention in a partially opened condition. However, the packaging is now disclosed less, and this means that the first container 100 further rotated closer to the second tank 200, than in Fig.4. This means that�pollen point P402 and P403 bend lines 404 and 408 are close to each other and that separation is 500 more and more divided into two sub-offices 501 and 502. The distance DY between the ends of the bend lines P403 P402 and decreases with the decrease of the opening angle α of the packaging 1. The distance DY near the ends of the P402, P403 bend lines is a function of the opening angle α. If the package is in the closed position, the point P402 and P403 still spaced from each other at a distance DY. However, the distance between the lower ends of the fold lines 404 and 408 preferably remains unchanged (for example, it may correspond to the width W100/W200 tanks) regardless of whether the packaging is in the open or closed state (i.e., rotated about a hinge line 107).

Fig.7 shows a cross-section of the packing 1 according to the invention. This view is a view from the front of the packaging 1. However, the first container 100 is removed, to expose the first valve 402 and the second valve 403 in a fully folded state, when the package 1 is closed. Package 1 is closed, when the opening angle α is equal to zero. In this state, i.e. in the closed state of the packaging when the opening angle α is zero, the distance between the top of the second tank (the first tank) was equal to D0. The distance between end points P402 and P403 bend lines is reduced when closing the packaging. The first wing 410 of the first valve 402 is thus coplanar with the top of the second wing 420 of the first valve 402 and lies on it. �aervoe wing 411 of the second valve 403 is thus coplanar with the top of the second wing 421 of the second valve 403 and lies on it.

There are four angle η1, η2, η3 and η4. These angles determine the shape of the valves 403, 402 in the folded state. In this embodiment all four corners η1, η2, η3 and η4 is greater than zero. Angles η1, η2, η3 and η4 is determined by the opening angle α and, in particular, the maximum opening angle α in the fully opened condition. The opening angle α is a function of the angles η1, η2, η3 and η4, i.e. the form of the bent valves 402, 403 and, in particular, the slope η1, η2 bend lines 404, 408 bent valves. η1 and η2 can be equal and a positive value is from 10° to 30°. η3 and η4 can be equal and a positive value is from 10° to 30°.

The particular configuration of the package 1 according to the invention is additionally illustrated in Fig.8. The force FS (elastic force) created by the bent valves 402 and 403, shown in the diagram of Fig.8. The force FS, respectively adopts a certain value F0, if the opening angle α is equal to zero. This means that the force FS is always present and focused so that it pushed the first vessel to increase the angle α, i.e. to open a package by rotation of the first container 100 around the hinge 107 relative to the second tank 200.

However, once the first container 100 is rotated by the angle a1, the force FS becomes zero. This package takes an intermediate position disclosure. The first vessel �ri this is held in a certain position and it is additionally not repelled or not rotated in the direction from the second tank 200. To increase the opening angle α greater than the angle α1), it is necessary to exert additional force (e.g., manually) specified in the chart of Fig.8 in the form of a negative value of the force FS. This means that the first container 100 is held in this position and further rotation of the first container 100 relative to the second container 200 should be applied (manually) an additional force, until it reaches the maximum opening angle α2. In this position, the valves 402 and 403 are mainly located coplanar essentially perpendicular to the front wall 201 and the rear wall 104 of the containers 100 and 200 and almost fully exposed. This is the position shown in Fig.3. Force you need to apply for full opening of the packaging on the opening angle α2, denoted as Fe. The force FS is a function of the opening angle α. Between a closed condition (α=0) and a fully open state (α=α2, where α2 may be greater than 50°), there exists an intermediate position (α=α1, where, for example, 20°<A1<50°), in which the force becomes zero.

Fig.9 shows two views in perspective (A) and (B) the packaging according to the embodiment of the invention. On the first form in the future (A) presents the package 1 in a partially opened condition. Cap 300 is rotated in the open state and the first container 100 and the second tank 200 is rotated (reserved) from each other.Each of the containers contains the sealing means 110, 210, respectively. The sealing means made in the form of a coating or sealing means, which can be removed. This can be accomplished using a small handle 110 N or 210H. Each set can be separately sealed. Each container 100, 200 is opened by removal of the coating 110, 210, which break along lines of perforations 110L or 21OL. On the second view, in perspective, (B) presents the package 1 in the state in which the first sealing means 110 is removed. The length of each of the sealing means W110 corresponds to the width W100 of the first tank 100. Length W210 second sealing means 210 corresponds to the width W200 second container 200. This means that each receptacle may be opened over the entire width so that all cigarettes were easily accessible.

Fig.10 shows two views in perspective of a packaging according to the embodiment of the invention. Packaging 1 according to the invention is now provided with sealing means 110 for the first tank 100, which may be opened along the line of perforations 110L. The length or width of the sealing means 110 is now less than the total width W100 of the first container. This provides the condition under which the outer cigarettes in the first tank 100 is held inside the package two shoulders, even if the sealing means 110 is removed�. This is shown in the form in the future (B). To reduce the complexity and cost of manufacturing cigarettes in the second container 200 is wrapped in paper, metallized paper or metal foil 211.

Fig.11 shows two views in perspective of a packaging according to the embodiment of the invention. In this configuration, two coating or sealing means 110 and 210 are provided for each of the two containers 100 and 200. Each of the sealing means 110 and 210 contains a line of perforations. Unlike coatings or sealing means shown in Fig.9, both of the sealing means 110, 210 is now shorter (W110, W210) of the total width of the corresponding capacity. Exterior of cigarettes in both tanks now better kept inside containers.

Fig.12 presents a perspective view of the packaging according to the embodiment of the invention. The sealing means 110 has a width corresponding to the width of the first container 100. Kit cigarettes in the second container 200 is wrapped in metalized film or metal foil 211. This solution is cheaper for the second pack, then the pack is provided with sealing means, which can be easier to remove.

Fig.13 shows a perspective view of the packaging according to the embodiment of the invention. In this configuration, the package 1 according to the invention contains two additional comp�additional cover 110 and 210, which simplified re-sealing of containers after opening.

Although the invention is described above with reference to specific options for implementation, it is not limited to these embodiments of and the specialist will be obvious additional alternatives that are in the scope of the invention defined by the claims.

1. Packaging for Smoking articles containing the first container for Smoking articles and a second container for Smoking articles and a lid for closing the first and second containers with the upper side pivotally connected with the second capacitance; and the first and the second container is pivotally connected with a bottom side; wherein the first and second containers are connected at their longitudinal sides of the first and second bent valves, made to allow rotation of the second container relative to the first container when the cover is raised.

2. Packaging according to claim 1, in which bent the valves being configured to provide force for rotating the first container relative to the second vessel around the bottom hinge.

3. Packaging according to claim 1, in which the second vessel and the first and second bent valves are made so that they form a separation between two bent valves and the rear wall of the first container and the front wall of the second container in an open condition of the UPA�morning.

4. Packaging according to claim 3, in which the separation between the first and second containers attached to such dimensions that it is possible to contain the subject, having essentially the thickness and/or width and/or length of a credit card or a smart card.

5. Packaging according to any one of claims. 1-4, optionally performed such that in the closed condition of the package when the angle of the opening, equal to zero, the specified force is positive and greater than zero.

6. Packaging according to any one of claims. 1-4, is additionally made so that at the maximum angle specified disclosure power becomes negative.

7. Packaging according to any one of claims. 1-4, in which the first and/or second valves, in addition, are formed so that they form a right side wall and/or left side wall of the first container and/or second container.

8. Packaging according to any one of claims. 1-4, in which the first valve and second valve are designed so that they contain two wings respectively.

9. Packaging according to claim 8, in which the wings of the first valve and the wings of the second valve are connected by respective first and second bend lines.

10. Packaging according to claim 9, in which the distance (DY) between the upper ends (P402, P403) first fold line and second fold line is a function of the opening angle (α).

11. Packaging according to claim 10, in which the first fold line and second fold line located under Nakano� relative to the right and left side walls of the first and second containers in the closed state of the package.

12. Packaging according to claim 11, in which the upper ends (P402, P403) of bend lines approach each other during rotation of the first and second containers to each other from an open state to a closed state such that the distance (DY) between the ends (P403, P402) of bend lines decreases with decreasing opening angle.

SUBSTANCE: proposed packing with two main walls, two side walls and two end face walls has envelope with smoking articles made of sheet protective material and hole made in sheet material to take smoking articles out of packing. Said hole is located on upper end face wall and terminates on one of main walls of packing being provided with cover with nondrying glue layer on one of surfaces by means of which it attaches to protective material envelope at edges of its hole.
