SUBSTANCE: product contains an external element represented by an article of clothing including the front base panel, the rear base panel and a crotch panel made of an elastic rolled material. The shorts also contain an absorbing core, side seams connecting the front base panel to the rear base panel, two leg holes and dangling pant legs. The shorts leg holes are made in the crotch panel and fail to stretch into the also front and the rear base panels with the said side seams stretching into the crotch panel. The crotch panel width in the elastic rolled material relaxation condition, measured between the side seams of the product, exceeds that of either the front or the rear base panels in the relaxation condition of the corresponding elastic rolled material by at least 7%. The invention also relates to a method for manufacture of a shorts-type absorbing product.

AREA of TECHNOLOGY

The present invention relates to absorbent articles in boxers containing outer element in the form of garment that includes a front main panel, rear main panel, a crotch panel arranged between the front and rear main panels, absorptive core is located at least in the crotch panel, a front waist edge, a back waist edge, side seams connecting the front part of the rear panel with the main panel, two leg openings and hanging legs. In addition, the invention relates to methods of manufacturing absorbent articles in the form of boxers.

Background of the INVENTION

Products in the form of absorbent pant-like diapers pant, hygienic cowards and the cowards used in case of incontinence, characterized by the easy fit and is made with the possibility of pulling up and tightening down the hips of the carrier to provide the carrier or person, caring, easy donning and removal of the product when it is soiled. Products representing absorbent underpants, in the form of boxers, resemble conventional undergarment, and many users prefer. Outer element boxers, having the form of a garment made from a flat canvas with holes for the legs. Flat canvas narrow in the crotch area for the formation of a hanging leg, and the side seams form to create a pant type boxers.

In European patent 1793780 disclosed boxers and method of their manufacture. Perineal area and/or rear area contain extensible material in the form of a separate piece of material attached to the canvas, forming the outer element in the form of a garment, in its front and/or rear area.

However, there is still a need for improvement of the product design for absorbent products such as boxers, especially with regard to comfort and fit in the area of the leg openings and hanging legs.

A BRIEF SUMMARY of the INVENTION

One task n�standing of the invention consists in providing the solution to the above problems, thus, in accordance with the invention each of the front main panel, rear main panel and crotch panel formed of an elastic web material, the holes for the legs are situated in the crotch panel and do not extend to the front and rear main panels, and the side seams extend into the crotch panel, and the width of the crotch panel in a state of relaxation elastic web material, as measured between the side seams of the product by at least 7% greater than the width of either of the front and rear main panels in the state of relaxation of the respective elastic web material, as measured between the side seams of the product.

The width of the crotch panel in a state of relaxation elastic web material, as measured between the side seams of the product may be at least 10% greater than the width of either of the front and rear main panels in the state of relaxation of the respective elastic web material, as measured between the side seams of the product.

The width of the crotch panel in a state of relaxation elastic web material, as measured between the side seams of the product may exceed the width of any of the front and rear main panels in the state of relaxation of the respective elastic web material, as measured between the side�trolled seams of the product not more than 100%, preferably 10-70%, and more preferably 20-40%.

Elastic web material in the crotch panel may be a single elastic web material attached to an elastic roll material the front and rear main panels.

Elastic web material in the crotch panel may be attached to the elastic roll of material in said at least one of the front and rear main panels at a time when at least the elastic web material of the specified at least one of the front and rear main panels is held in an elongated condition and the elastic web material in the crotch panel is in a state of relaxation or less elongated compared with the elastic roll of material in said at least one of the front and rear main panels.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION of PREFERRED embodiments

The invention will be described in more detail with reference to some variants of implementation, shown in the accompanying drawings.

Fig.1 shows one embodiment of the absorbent underpants 10 is in the form of boxers. The term "absorbent underwear" refers to the product as pants, which are placed near the skin of a carrier for absorbing and retaining body exudates, like urine, faeces and menstrual fluid. Front and rear panels 12 and 13 are connected together at the side seams 19 and 20 for the formation of three-dimensional configuration of panties with a hole 21 for the waist and two holes 22 and 23 for the legs with dangling legs 24 and 25. The side seams may be formed by any conventional method, such ultrasonic welding, thermoscreen, bonding or the like.

The holes 22 and 23 for the legs are situated in the crotch panel 14 and extend in the front and rear main panels 12 and 13. The side seams 19 and 20 extend into the crotch panel 14, which forms the hanging legs 24 and 25. The side seams 19 and 20 preferably extend at least 10 mm, preferably at least 20 mm in the crotch panel.

Front main panel 12, the rear main panel 13 and the crotch panel 14 is formed of an elastic web material, which will be described below in more detail. The crotch panel 14 may be a single elastic web material attached to an elastic roll material the front and rear main panels 12 and 13 along the seams 26 and 27, as illustrated, for example, Fig.1 and 2A, B. the Seams 26 and 27 can be formed by Luba� in the usual way, such ultrasonic welding, thermoscreen, bonding or the like. In an alternative embodiment, the crotch panel 14 is integral with the front and rear main panels 12 and 13, as illustrated in Fig.3.

The Central zone 15 containing the absorbent core 16 is located in the crotch panel 14 and extends into the front 12 and rear panel 13. Absorbent core 16 is enclosed between permeable to liquids top sheet 17 and is not permeable to liquids rear sheet 18.

Briefs 10 may further comprise an elastic belt 21A. The belt 21A may include a nonwoven material, which lactiferous by means of the elastic elements 14, such as elastic threads, mounted with the possibility of puckering between layers of materials, such as nonwovens. The belt 21A is attached to the waist edges of the front and rear panels 12 and 13 by any conventional method, such ultrasonic welding, thermoscreen, bonding or the like.

Pants have a longitudinal direction y and a transverse direction x.

Further description will be given of the various components of the pant.

Top sheet

Absorbing core

Absorbent core 16 may be an absorptive core of any conventional type. Examples of commonly occurring absorbent materials are Susanna powdered cellulose, layers of tissue paper, polymers with high absorption capacity (so called superabsorbents), absorbent foam materials, absorbent nonwoven materials or the like. It is well known "Association" spasennoy powdered cellulose polymers with ultra-high absorption capacity in absorbent core. Polymers with ultra-high absorptive capacity presented�represent yourself having the ability to swell in water, water-insoluble organic or inorganic materials capable of absorbing an aqueous solution of 0.9 weight percent sodium chloride, in an amount of at least about 20 times their own weight. Organic materials suitable for use as a material with ultra-high absorbing ability, can include natural materials such as polysaccharides, polypeptides and the like, and synthetic materials such as synthetic polymers that form hydrogels. Such polymers forming hydrogels include, for example, alkali metal salts and polyacrylic acids, polyacrylamides, polyvinyl alcohol, polyacrylates, polyacrylamides, polyvinylpyridine and the like. Other suitable polymers include hydrolyzed starch grafted with Acrylonitrile, starch grafted with acrylic acid and copolymers of isobutylene and maleic anhydride, and mixtures thereof. Forming the hydrogel polymers preferably have a low degree of crosslinking in order to make the material is essentially insoluble in water. In addition, preferred materials with ultra-high absorptive capacity are provided with surface crosslinking, so that the outer surface or shell of the particle, fiber, flake element of the it sector.d. with ultra-high absorptive capacity has a greater crosslinking density/density of cross-links than the inner portion of the superabsorbent. Materials with ultra-high absorptive capacity can be in any form that is suitable for use in absorbent composites including particles, fibers, flakes, spheres and the like.

High absorptive capacity is provided through the use of large quantities of material with ultra-high absorptive capacity. For absorbent cores containing a base of hydrophilic fibers such as cellulose fibers, and the material with ultra-high absorbing capacity, the proportion of material with ultra-high absorptive capacity is preferably from 10 to 90 weight percent, more preferably from 30 to 70 weight percent.

Absorbent articles typically have an absorbent core containing layers with different properties from the point of view of the ability to take fluids, ability to distribute the liquid and holding ability. The thin absorbent bodies, which are widely used, for example, diapers for children and protective devices used in case of incontinence, often contain a compressed mixed or layered structure of spasennoy shredded cellulose and polymer�in ultra-high absorptive capacity. The size and absorbent capacity of the absorbent core may be varied to suit different applications, such as applications for babies or for adults suffering from incontinence.

Absorbent core may further include receiving a distribution layer, which is placed on top of the main absorptive body and which is adapted to quickly receive and temporarily holding the selected fluid before it will be absorbed by the primary absorbent core. Such host distribution layers are well known in the art and may be composed of porous fibrous wool or foamed materials.

Elastic roll material

Front and rear main panels 12 and 13 and the crotch panel 14 of the outer element 11 in the form of the garment contain elastic web material, which is elastic at least in the transverse direction x of the product. The elasticity in the x direction must be at least 30%, preferably at least 50%, more preferably at least 70%, when measured by testing the elasticity specified below.

Elastic laminate material may also be elastic in the y direction of the product. However, the elasticity in the y direction, the assumption�plant less elasticity in the direction X.

Elastic web material may be an elastic laminate material. Such elastic laminate may consist of at least two layers of materials with the shape of the canvas, having the form of layers of nonwoven and/or film layers. At least one of the layers with the shape of the canvas in the laminate is elastic. In an alternative embodiment, the elastic laminate material may comprise a plurality of elongated elastic elements such as elastic threads or strips, which are fixed in a stretched state with the possibility of contraction between the materials having the shape of the canvas, for example, non-woven materials. In a variant implementation, shown and described below, the elastic laminate comprises first and second outer layers of fibrous material and a middle layer of elastic film, placed between said fibrous layers.

The outer fibrous layers must give the laminate the ability to create the feeling soft and similar fabric material. Examples of suitable materials used as the outer fibrous layers are canvases, received caracasana, the spunbond material mode of production and creped etc or folded non-woven materials. The surface density of the layers of fibrous material should be from 10 to 35 g/m preferably from 12 to 30 g/m2, more preferably from 15 to 25 g/m2. Examples of suitable polymers used in the fibrous materials are polyethylene, polyesters, polypropylene and other polyolefin homopolymers and copolymers. Natural fibers, for example cotton, may also be used provided that they provide the required properties. The mixture of polymers can contribute to a higher flexibility of the layer of nonwoven material and thus provide a greater degree of elongation of the nonwoven fabric at maximum load. It was proved that the mixture of polyethylene and polypropylene polymers gives good results in this regard. It is also possible to mix fibers of different polymers. Can also be used conjugate fiber in which two or more polymers are arranged in a certain order in certain areas of the cross-section of conjugated fibers. Conjugate fibers are also known as two-component or multicomponent fibers.

The middle layer in accordance with one variant of implementation of the invention may be an elastic film with holes having a surface density equal to from 20 to 80 g/m2preferably from 20 to 60 g/m2. The film can be formed by any suitable�of elastic polymer, natural or synthetic. Some examples of suitable materials for the elastic film are polyethylene with a low degree of crystallinity, catalyzed by metallocene polyethylene with low crystallinity, copolymers of ethylene and vinyl acetate (EVA), polyurethane, polyisoprene, copolymers of butadiene and styrene, block copolymers of styrene, such as a copolymer of styrene and isoprene with alternating blocks (SIS), a copolymer of styrene and butadiene with alternating blocks (SBS) or a block copolymer of styrene and ethylene/butadiene with alternating blocks. Can also be used a mixture of these polymers, as well as other modifying elastomeric or elastomere materials. One example of a suitable film is three-layer elastomeric film with holes, having the structure of PE-SEBS-PE (polyethylene (PE) is a block copolymer of styrene and ethylene/butadiene with alternating blocks (SEBS) - polyethylene (PE)).

The total surface density of the laminate is preferably 120 g/m2or less, preferably not more than 110 g/m2and more preferably not more than 100 g/m2.

One example of an elastic laminate made in accordance with the method disclosed in document WO 03/047488 in which a single layer of nonwoven spunbond material mode of production (spunbond) are placed on the sticky tape in comp�anii, and thus, it will adhere to a layer of film, while the other layer of non-woven spunbond material mode of production is attached to a layer of film by laminating by adhesive, using, for example, bonding with pressure, hot-melt bezrastvornoy glue. In an alternative embodiment, the laminate made in accordance with a modified variant of this known method, a modification is that the stretch laminate a step by step manner (through the intermeshing with each other, gears, IMG) to a level that is less than the elongation at maximum load of at least one of the layers of inelastic non-woven material to save some strength for at least one of the layers of nonwoven material. Another layer may also be stretched to a level that is less than its relative elongation at maximum load, or to a level at which it will rupture during stretching.

The method disclosed in document WO 03/047488, involves stretching the laminate so as to exceed the level at which rupture of the fibrous material, so that the inelastic layers are completely destroyed. Therefore, as described in document WO 03/047488, elongation of the laminate is not limited �oblem of elasticity tensile inelastic material.

In accordance with the modified method, unlike the method described in document WO 03/047488, at least one, preferably both fibrous layers, which are attached to the elastic film, not completely torn in the manufacture of the laminate according to the present invention. Selection of fibrous materials which have an elongation at maximum load greater than the elasticity of the elastic laminate, creates the possibility of stretching the elastic film without resistance from the fibrous layers. This choice also ensures that the fibrous layers will contribute to the resistance of the laminate puncture, since they are not completely torn or destroyed during manufacture. Fibrous layers or at least one of the fibrous layers preferably have (has) elongation at maximum load that is at least 10% greater than the elasticity of the laminate. This is described in more detail in document WO2005/122985.

In an alternative embodiment of the laminate is made by applying a first fibrous layer in the form of canvas non-woven material designed to implement the connection gap and through the extrusion forming a molten elastic film of the polymer through a die into the gap. First�lokniti layer and elastic film to form a first laminate. On the second operation of the laminating film side of the first laminate coated with adhesive or film side of the first laminate spray adhesive, and subsequently passed through a second designed to implement the connection, the gap together with the second fibrous layer to form a laminate. In an additional embodiment of the first layer of fibrous material and a layer of elastic film forming areas of the first elastic laminate, which was given elasticity by incremental stretching and partial tearing of the first layer of fibrous material, and wherein the first elastic laminate was attached to the second layer of fibrous material, when the first elastic laminate was stretched. In this case, the resulting laminate will have the ability to the elastic stretching.

In yet another embodiment of the first and second layers of fibrous material have been attached to a layer of elastic film, when the elastic layer of the film was in a stretched state. The resulting laminate will have the ability to the elastic stretching.

Embodiments of the boxers

Boxer briefs in accordance with the invention have a greater width, when viewed in the transverse direction x, in the area of the crotch panel 14 than the front 12 and rear 13 of the main panels, in the state of relaxation of the elastic web material. This will ensure the fit and comfort in the area of the leg openings, which usually requires a greater width than the waist. Width A and b, as illustrated in Fig.4 measured as the distance between the side seams 19 and 20 products in the form of panties, wherein the measurement is performed in the state of relaxation of the respective elastic web material. Width between side seams 19 and 20 in the crotch panel of at least 7% greater than the width of either of the front and rear main panels. Usually the width of the front and rear main panels are essentially the same. However, if the width of the front and rear main panels will not be the same, the width of the perineal area �Aneli must be at least 7% greater than the width of the widest of the front and rear main panels.

The width of the crotch panel may be at least 10% greater than the width of either of the front and rear main panels. The width of the crotch panel is preferably greater than the width of any of the front and rear main panels not more than 100%, more preferably at 10-70% and most preferably 20-40%.

In one embodiment, the implementation illustrated in Fig.2A, the crotch panel 14 is a separate elastic web material attached to an elastic roll material the front and rear main panels 12 and 13 along the seams 26 and 27. Elastic roll material forming the front, rear and crotch panels, can be a materials of the same type or different types. The difference in width can be provided by connecting an elastic web materials each other along the seams 26 and 27 in a state where they lengthened/stretched in different ways, with elastic roll material forming the front and rear main panels, hold in a more elongated shape compared elastic roll material forming the crotch panel which is held in a less extended state or in a state of relaxation. Elastic roll material forming the front and rear main panels, with relaxation will be pulled together in Bo�LSA extent than elastic web material forming the crotch panel, so that different panels in a state of relaxation will have different widths, as indicated above.

Fig.5 illustrates the process of connecting elastic web materials 12A, 13A and 14a along the seams 26a and 27A. Elastic roll material will form the front 12, back 13 and the crotch panel. Elastic roll material 12A and 13A is held in a more elongated shape than the elastic web material 14a, while connecting them with each other. Elastic roll materials 12A, 13A and 14a are preferably joined to each other at the same stage of the process, although for clarity Fig.5 shows that connect them at different stages of the process.

In another embodiment, the implementation illustrated in Fig.3, the crotch panel 14 is integral with the front and rear main panels 12 and 13. To provide a given increase in the width of the crotch panel 14 it has been subjected to processing that provides stretching/extending or deforming it in such a way that it will not fully recover its original size in the constricted state. This elongation or deformation must be performed, at least in the transverse direction x of the product type cowards.

Fig.6 illustrates the process step-by-step stretching TSE�Central part of the elastic web material 27 by means of rollers 28, 29, with the intermeshing gears 30, 21 in their Central part, so that only the Central portion of the elastic web material intended for the formation of the crotch panel 14, will be incrementally stretch and deform with the provision of permanent deformation and to lengthen.

Test elasticity

The method allows to determine how an elastic material behaves under repeated cycles of loading and unloading. The sample is stretched to a predetermined elongation and perform a cyclic movement from 0 to a specified set extension. Set effort in loading and unloading register. Measure the residual, i.e. remaining, the elongation of the material from which the load is removed.

Use the appropriate device for tensile tests, Lloyd LRX, possessing the ability to perform cyclic movements and equipped with a printer/plotter or software to represent data. panel (14) is attached to an elastic roll of material in said at least one of the front (12) and rear (13) of the main panels, at a time when at least the elastic web material of the specified at least one of the front (12) and rear (13) of the main panels is held in an elongated condition, and the elastic web material in the crotch panel (14) is in a state of relaxation or less elongated compared with the elastic roll of material in said at least one of the front and rear main panels, or alternatively, the elastic web material in the crotch panel (14) is the same as the elastic web material in the front (12) and rear (13) of the main panels, and is integral with it, and was subjected to treatment which provided the elongation or deformation of the elastic web material in the crotch panel in the transverse direction (x) of the product type cowards, what is the width of the crotch panel will be larger than the width of either of the front and rear main panels.

2. Absorbing product type cowards according to claim 1,characterized in that the width of the crotch panel in a state of relaxation elastic ru�ssion material, measured between the side seams (19, 20) of the product by at least 10% greater than the width of either of the front and rear main panels in the state of relaxation of the respective elastic web material, as measured between the side seams of the product.

3. Absorbing product type cowards according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the width of the crotch panel in a state of relaxation elastic web material, as measured between
side seams (19, 20) of product, not more than 100% greater than the width of any of the front and rear main panels in the state of relaxation of the respective elastic web material, as measured between the side seams of the product.

4. Absorbing product type cowards according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the width of the crotch panel in a state of relaxation elastic web material, as measured between the side seams (19, 20) of the product, at 10-70%, preferably 20-40%, exceeds the width of any of the front and rear main panels in the state of relaxation of the respective elastic web material, as measured between the side seams of the product.

5. Absorbing product type cowards according to claim 1, characterized in that the elastic web material in the crotch panel (14) is an elastic web material of the same type as the elastic web material in at least one of PHE�Edna (12) and rear (13) of the main panel.

6. Absorbing product type cowards according to claim 1, characterized in that the elastic web material in the crotch panel (14) is an elastic web material of this type, which is different from the elastic web material in at least one of the front (12) and rear (13) of the main panel.

7. Absorbing product according to claim 1, characterized in that said side seams (19, 20) are at least 10 mm, preferably at least 20 mm in the crotch panel 14.

8. Absorbing article according to claim 1, characterized in that
the specified elastic web material in the front (12), back (13) and perineal (14) panels is an elastic laminate that contains at least one fibrous layer and at least one layer of the film.

9. A method of manufacturing the absorbing product type cowards, having the form of boxers, according to claim 1, wherein the specified boxers contain outer element in the form of garment that includes a front main panel (12), rear main panel (13), the crotch panel (14) located between the front and rear main panels, the absorbent core (16) located at least in the crotch panel, the side seams (19, 20) connecting the front part of the rear panel with the main panel, two holes (22, 23) for feet and hanging leg� (24, 25), characterized in that said method comprises the following steps:
filing an elastic web material (14a) intended for specified education crotch panel (14), the supply of elastic web materials (12A, 13A) for the aforementioned front (12) and rear (13) of the main panels, attaching the roll of material (14a) of the crotch panel to each of the roll material (12A, 13A) of the front and rear panels, wherein at least one of elastic web materials forming the anterior (12) and rear (13) the main panel is held in an elongated condition, and elastic web material (14a) forming a shaped crotch panel, is in a state of relaxation or less elongated compared with the elastic roll materials (12A,13A) forming the specified at least one of the front and rear main panels when attaching them to each other, the openings (22, 23) for the legs in rolled material of the crotch panel, the attachment of the absorbent core (16), at least, to roll the material of the crotch panel, attaching the roll material of the front and rear panels to each other for the formation of these side seams (19, 20), these side seams are in the web material of the crotch panel.

10. A method according to claim 9,�lichudis, that the web material (14a) of the crotch panel is a roll of material of the same type as said at least one of the roll material (12A, 13A) of the front and rear panels, or a rolled material of a type that differs from the at least one of roll materials (12A, 13A) of the front and rear panels.

A method of manufacturing the absorbing product type cowards, having the form of boxers according to claim 1, wherein the specified boxers contain outer element (11) in the form of garment that includes a front main panel (12), rear main panel (13), the crotch panel (14) located between the front and rear main panels, the absorbent core (16) located at least in the crotch panel, the side seams (19, 20) connecting the front part of the rear panel with the main panel, two holes (22, 23) for the legs and hanging legs (24, 25), characterized in that said method comprises the following steps: feeding an elastic roll
material (27) intended for the aforementioned front (12), back (13) and perineal (14) panels, exposing the elastic web material in the area intended for the formation of the crotch panel, the processing that will provide the elongation or deformation of the elastic web material � direction, intended for the formation of transverse (x) direction absorbing shorts, so that the elastic web material in the area intended for the formation of the crotch panel, will have a size exceeding the size of the elastic web material in areas reserved for the formation of the front and rear main panels, the openings (22, 23) for the legs in the crotch area of the panel, attaching the absorbent core (16) to at least the zone of the crotch panel, the attachment zones of the front and rear panels to each other for the formation of these side seams (19, 20), these side seams extend in a zone of the crotch panel.

What is developed is the method for facilitating the adjustment of the first and second portions (24, 26; 28, 30) of the side panels of the pull-up diaper (10) when supplying a piece part (36) of the pull-up diaper in the direction of a semi-finished workpiece in a machine through a workpiece-processing apparatus (58). The piece part of the pull-up diaper comprises a front edge belt (40), a back edge belt (44) and first and second side edges (46; 48); each of the first and second side edges has a first portion (24, 26) of the side panel in the front edge belt and a second portion (28, 30) of the side panel in the back edge belt. The method involves attaching tensed elastic elements (56) to a flat continuous cloth (62) having a preset width (W) in the transversal direction in relation to the direction of the semi-finished workpiece in the machine with the cloth forming either a back sheet, or an upper sheet of the pull-up diaper. As the front edge belt is not supported for a more extended period as compared to the back edge belt; the elastic element in the back edge belt can generate a greater folding force as compared to the elastic element in the front edge belt. Front edge and rear edge may be stretched practically in cross direction and they form opening for waist. Two lateral edges may be stretched practically in lengthwise direction and they form openings for legs. Material of elastic layer is arranged at least along perimeter of slips opening for waist and it may be stretched along the whole length from opening for waist till openings for legs. Material of elastic layer is secured to absorbing core practically in non-stretched state. It provides absence of wrinkles of slips before usage.

Liquid-permeable top sheet is located at least in the midportion from the absorbing centre turned to the carrier. The product has longitudinal and transverse direction. The product at least within the base contains external covering sheet in the form of elastic rolled material forming the only component of the base at least 20% of total product surface area. The elastic rolled material has the opacity at least 40%, and density (weight 1 m2), not exceeding 100 g/m2.

EFFECT: product combines comfort and user body conformability, softness and appearance, as well as feeling of cloth-like material close to that created by textile materials.

Each lateral flap has the proximal edge and the crosswise opposite ends, and the longitudinal elastic element of the flap fitting attached in the proximal edge; each lateral flap is attached within the ends and lifted in its with proximal edge with respect to the surface of the absorbent fitting herewith reducing the elastic element of the fitting to form the lateral barrier by the lifted lateral flap, and also attached by at least one longitudinal lateral gasket at least crosswise water-proof and arranged between the proximal edge of the lateral flap and the respective lateral edge of the shell structure to the internal surface of the shell structure. The lateral gasket is water-proof, at least crosswise. The shell structure comprises the crosswise opposite lateral cuts in at least the wedge shaped piece, thereby having a nonrectangular shape. Each lateral edge is formed of the front folded lateral edge segment in the front waist zone area wherein the back layer is crosswise folded-in, the back folded lateral edge segment in the back waist zone wherein the back layer is crosswise folded-in, and the cutout lateral edge segment that forms the lateral cut and joins the front folded lateral edge segment and the back folded lateral edge segment.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and to absorbing product in form of underpants, which contains first main part and second main part, said first and second main parts, being connected by means of lateral parts. Corresponding lateral part is formed by bridge element, which has first longitudinal edge part, connected to first main part, and second longitudinal edge part, connected to second main part. Before applying product said bridge is folded in form of pleats and can be stretched and opened, when it is necessary to use the product in such way as to form said lateral parts of the product. In one version of realisation at least one of said bridge elements is connected to one main part with possibility of repeated fastening, first fastening element being located on said bridge element on its one longitudinal edge part or near it, and additional second fastening element is located on corresponding main part.

EFFECT: group of inventions allows to separate and repeatedly connect connection of two elements without essential deformation or rupture and to simplify product manufacturing.

At least one elastic panel is formed by making separately a duplex laminate containing a first cloth of a nonelastic nonwoven fabric and an elastic film, activation of the duplex laminate by repeated extension, at least in one direction to ensure the elastic extensibility of the duplex laminate, extension of the activated duplex laminate by 10-200%, at least in one direction, introductions of the duplex laminate in the process of underwear formation and lamination attachment of the elastic film of the extended duplex laminate to the elastic or nonwoven component of the base piece.
