FIELD: rescue operations.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises an enclosing structure made of a solid material, in the form of a bottom (1) and a side wall (2), made with the ability to be folded in a vertical direction under the action of gravity with its support in the bottom and folding it in the same direction when being suspended by its upper part, cords (3) designed for connecting the upper part of the side wall to the outer suspension (4) of a davit, a frame (5) with a protective cover (6) fixed to the bottom. Racks (7) of the frame are made in the form of sealed tubes (8) filled with compressed air. The bottom is made in the form of an inflatable raft (9), the inflatable raft and the bellows are made of silicone rubber, at that the inflatable raft protrudes beyond the dimensions of the bellows and the protective cover.

EFFECT: rescuing people from the water surface, safety of the rescued when lifting them aboard the ship, increase in the reliability of the enclosing structure due to the presence of an accordion-type compliance structure.

The invention relates to rescue equipment and is intended for evacuation of people from the water surface, for instance in a shipwreck and distress at loose ice floes.

The closest in technical essence to the proposed invention is selected as a prototype device for rescue operations, containing the walling in the form of a bottom and side walls adapted to fold in a vertical direction under the action of gravity when the support her bottom and folding in the same direction when the suspension is over the top, slings, designed to connect the upper part of the side wall with external load helicopters, and fixed on the bottom support frame with protective roof

(see RF patent 2224692, publ. 27.02.2004).

The disadvantage of the prototype is the inability to use escape device for the intake of the victims from the water surface in case of accidents and catastrophes at sea and river vessels, as well as insufficient security walling when lowering on a solid surface, the bottom does not provide the cushioning with a sharp blow, such as the hull or the deck of the ship, because it is made of solid material.

The technical result is to increase operational capability,�capabilities of the device for rescue operations by creating opportunities rescue people from the water surface by providing buoyancy and rescue devices and security save when lifted aboard of the vessel by reducing the bottom when lowering to the deck and side impacts cladding on the hull, while improving the reliability due to the presence of the compliant structure type "accordion", eliminating the chafing of the material of the side wall when folding and unfolding.

The technical result is achieved in that the device for carrying out rescue operations, containing made of a solid material envelope in the form of a bottom and side walls adapted to fold in a vertical direction under the action of gravity when the support her bottom and folding in the same direction when the suspension is over the top, slings, designed to connect the upper part of the side wall with the outer suspension of the davits and secured to the bottom frame with protective roof rack frame made in the form of sealed tubes filled with compressed air, the bottom is made in the form of an inflatable raft also filled with compressed air, wherein the side wall is made in the form of covering the bottom of the bellows, and tubes, inflatable raft and the bellows is made of silicone rubber.

Fig.1 shows a device for carrying out rescue operations with the open side wall, Fig.2 - a device for holding SPASATEL�x operations with a closed side wall, Fig.3 is a longitudinal section of a fragment of the bottom and the rack device for carrying out rescue operations.

The device for carrying out rescue operations contains are made from solid material envelope in the form of a bottom 1 and side walls 2, made with the possibility of folding in the vertical direction under the action of gravity when the support her bottom and folding in the same direction when the suspension is at the top, 3 slings, designed to connect the upper part of the side wall of external suspension 4-davits (not shown) and secured to the bottom 1 of the frame 5 with a protective cover 6. The rack 7 of the frame 5 is formed as a hermetically closed pipe 8 is filled with compressed air. The bottom 1 is in the form of an inflatable raft 9, also filled with compressed air, wherein the side wall 2 is formed as covering the bottom of the bellows 10. The pipes 8, 9 inflatable raft and the bellows 10 is made of silicone rubber.

The device for carrying out rescue operations is as follows.

The device for carrying out rescue operations suspended on the sling 4-davits and falls on the water surface. Due to the fact that the bottom 1 is in the form of an inflatable raft 9, which is filled with compressed air, it keeps us on the surface of the water. To mitigate Boko�'s shocks when lifting (lowering) of the device to rescue people in the water on the hull of the vessel (not shown) 9 inflatable raft perceives the impact and absorbs the impact, due to the fact that it is filled with compressed air and stands for the dimensions of the bellows 10 and the protective roof 6. When the device is placed on the water surface to further weaken the lines 3 and together with them under the action of its weight is composed of a side wall 2, opening the entrance to a device for carrying out rescue operations. After filling with people devices for rescue operations, it rises to the vessel. When lifting slings 3 tensioned and raise the side wall 2 to the clamping of the upper contour of the bellows 10 with a protective cover 6, forming together with it a closed volume that is protected from external influences (wind, fire, smoke, etc.). After installation of the device for rescue operations, for example on the deck of a ship or other surface, external sling suspension davits 4 is waning, and only then begin to fall 3 slings, and with them, under the action of its weight is composed of a side wall 2, opening the outlet of the device for carrying out rescue operations.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to underwater equipment and may be used at submarines. Proposed method comprises locating solid containers with rescue rafts aboard the submarine. Said containers are located at stem mid plane mast lifting device protection. Method of using consists in evacuation and boarding of submarine crew in said life rafts. The latter are released on submarine deck in compliance with schedule of screw boarding. Rafts are equipped with halyards with length required for "dry" boarding with the help of one-two crew members at lee face.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rescue of surface trim emergent submarine crew by "dry" method. Proposed complex consists of tight containers accommodating rafts. Containers provided with driven front covers are located in enclosure of submarine lift mast device. Rafts are deployed by particular device operated by submarine compressed method. Rafts initial boarding position are arranged on submarine hull inclined side. Rafts with rescued crew are put afloat by appropriate device.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to shipbuilding, particularly to rescue floating appliances. Proposed lifeboat comprises propulsion device incorporating electric current generator. In compliance with one version, stator is secured in lifeboat, while rotor can oscillate about its axis driven by waves acting on lifeboat. In compliance with another version, rotor is arranged in lifeboat while stator, suspended on rotor shaft, can oscillate about its axis driven by waves acting on lifeboat. Rotor in first version and stator in second version are statically unbalanced because of eccentric shift of the center of masses from axis of rotation. Generators may be arranged in lifeboat in lines along its axis with their axes either parallel or perpendicular to lifeboat axis. Proposed lifeboat can be used for electric power generation aboard the ship.

FIELD: aeronautical and marine engineering for rescue of people in distress at sea; life-saving service of sea fleet.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes delivery of life-saving appliances to area of sea disaster by target indication received from people in distress or from watercraft by aircraft carriers (aircraft, helicopter or another flying vehicle); life-saving appliances are delivered to point of disaster by self-guidance submersible vehicle by signals of hydroacoustic beacon belonging to person in distress. Person in distress is caught by trawl net thrown from submersible rescue vehicle. Life-saving appliances are actuated by gas delivered from reservoir-raft. Life-saving appliances charged with gas are made from elastomer material; they are stowed in submersible rescue vehicle in initial position. Device proposed for realization of this method includes hydroacoustic beacon which is given to person before disaster and submersible rescue vehicle equipped with trawl net connected with it by means of strength-power-communications cable and reservoir-raft with gas source secured on it.

SUBSTANCE: proposed shipboard rescue facility includes hermetic capsule secured on ship for release of it in case of flooding of ship; capsule is provided with saloon for persons with survivability units, emergency lighting fixtures and communication means. This capsule is located in trough-shaped recess of ship under detachable part of upper deck plating. This part of deck plating has positive buoyancy; capsule is provided with ballast reservoirs in its lower part which are filled with water when respective command is received from capsule.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises displacing the liquid up by the body immersed in it under the influence of its gravity and returned to the initial upper position by gravity of liquid displaced by it, acting on the lever that raises the drowned body upwards, and also displacement of liquid between the well tanks in the siphon tubes. According to the invention the liquid is pushed from the housing both under the action of gravity of the immersed body and the gravity of the storage container mounted on it with the displaced liquid stored in it, the displaced liquid is first used for additional loading of the body immersed in the liquid, and after reaching the limit depth of immersion of the drowned body the load of the displaced water is removed from it and the long lever is loaded with it, that lifts the drowned body at a distance from the bearing point of the lever, corresponding to compliance to the energy conservation principle on the lever, which is expressed in equation of moments of forces acting on the lever of the opposite direction relating to the bearing point of the lever.

EFFECT: device consisting of a housing, an immersed body, and the means for its reciprocating motion enables to remove water from flooded sites due to gravity of the immersed body and the lifted water and thus provides resource saving.

The device for self-escaping of people in the snow avalanche comprises an avalanche cord, a signal cartridge and a parachute. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for chuting people and cargo under action of gravity, in particular to life saving equipment for self-evacuation during fires and for descending mountain-rescue men and spidermen. Device for gravitational chuting people and cargoes includes body, flexible load carrier made as resilient steel band placed on drum, movable and immovable pins between which the load carrier is moved. According to the invention the device contains speed limiter located between two immovable pins and consisting of plank set on axis, right and left pins located on the plank at different sides from axis, rod with piston which rod is shifted down by left pin, spring squeezed by piston and bolt serving to adjust spring flexibility. To stabilise speed the device additionally contains a gear set transmitting rotation from drum to gear wheel interacting via balancer axis with pendulum and pendulum weight, herewith the balancer can also be of spring type.

EFFECT: improved safety of device for gravitational chuting people and cargoes at constant speed in automatic braking mode.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fire and rescue vehicle comprising automobile chassis with a support-rotating platform on which the telescopic boom is located, consisting of sections, at the end of the last of them a cradle is mounted, besides this a telescopic ladder with fencing is located, which sections are adjacent to the last boom section, characterised in that two rotary ramps are adjacent to the cradle symmetrically to the longitudinal axis of the telescoping boom, which are pivotally mounted on the last section of the telescopic ladder, at that each ramp has a slide section with a mechanism of extension in the form of a pair "tooth wheel-rack" and the pivot arm, at that the tooth wheel is provided with a spring clamp, and the fencing of the ramps and slide sections is made of hingedly mounted railing of tubular section, which handrails enter into the handrails of the railing of the ramps.

SUBSTANCE: device relates to the field of life-saving appliances based on the car with a basket on boom with working telescopic sections with the guide frames on their end, which are fixed on top to the transport telescopic sections of closed profile with a slot on the upper surface on the entire length, and below they are fixed to supports, inside which the spring-loaded latches are mounted for connecting the working sections between each other, also along the sides the protrusions are made for gripping sections in their lifting-descending and for fixing section on the boom. The drive of sections lifting is made in the form of two hydraulic cylinders connected with jumpers installed on the sides of the boom with the ability to be moved along its axis, is equipped with a controller of the extreme positions of the piston for positioning on the stops by a step-type drive, their rods are connected by the plate equipped with mechanisms of gripping the stops. The basket from the outside of the barrier is equipped with the lodgment for portable standalone flame retardant means and a cartridge with capsules for the descent of the injured people, equipped with grippers of the rope thrown over the block on the upper section and connected to the working and auxiliary winches. The device for quick installation and removal of capsules from the transport sections is equipped with a staple and receiver, respectively.

EFFECT: this scheme of the device by increasing the number of sections enables to reduce its length, to increase the number of floors of lifting the basket, to reduce by the use of multiple capsules the time of rescuing the injured people, and the use of fire-retardant device enables to increase the chance of their survival in the fire seat.
