FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: friction article contains a metal framework with holes, moulded-on friction element, antinoise metal plate with bend elements, polymer dampening layer secured on the surface of the metal framework, opposite surface on which the friction element is moulded-on. Friction element is equipped with shoulders arranged inside the holes of the metal framework. The bend elements are made as sides and are secured in holes of the metal framework on the shoulders of the friction element. Damping layer surface facing the aforesaid antinoise metal plate is made with shoulders. On surface of the antinoise plate, opposite surface in contact with the dampening layer the additional dampening layer is secured, its surface is made with shoulders.

EFFECT: increased noise-attenuating ability of the article due to location on the article of the additional noise-attenuating layer.

The invention relates to mechanical engineering, namely for friction products containing a reinforcing metal frame, for example pads of disc brakes of cars, friction products for various machines and equipment, etc.

The analogue of the claimed invention is a friction article containing a metal frame with holes and reformovanii to it a friction element is provided with projections which are placed inside the holes of the frame, wherein on the surface of the metal frame, opposite the surface to which preferowan polymer composite friction element placed anti-noise metal plate in which the holes of the metal frame is fixed unbent elements as a metal frame, and a friction element (to his shoulders), while on the surface of the metal plate facing the surface of the metal frame, fixed damping polymer layer (see MST molded shim technology, www.nucap.com). The essential features of the analogue metal frame with holes, reformovanii to it a friction element is provided with projections which are placed inside the holes of the frame, anti-noise metal plate fixed to the projections of the friction element coincide with the essential features of the claimed�th invention.

The disadvantage of analog is the complexity of manufacturing the anti-noise plate for fixing on the surface of the layer of polymeric damping material, the complexity of simultaneous fixation of the polymer layer having a metal plate and a metal frame in the holes (ledges-"latches"), and to the projections of the friction element, and the lack of sound reduced the ability of the product due to the lack of fixation of the damping layer directly on the surface of the metal frame of the product.

The prototype of the claimed invention is a friction article containing a metal frame with holes, reformovanii to it a friction element is provided with projections which are placed inside the holes, anti-noise metal plate with bent elements made in the form of boards and fixed in the holes of the metal frame to the tabs of the friction element, and polymer damping layer is fixed on the surface of the metal frame, opposite the surface to which preferowan friction element, wherein the surface of the damping layer facing the antinoise metal plate made with protrusions (see RF patent №2 482 232, IPC F16D 69/02, 2013). The essential features of the prototype "friction article containing the metal�s frame with holes reformovanii to it a friction element is provided with projections which are placed inside the holes, anti-noise metal plate with bent elements made in the form of boards and fixed in the holes of the metal frame to the tabs of the friction element, and polymer damping layer is fixed on the surface of the metal frame, opposite the surface to which preferowan friction element, wherein the surface of the damping layer facing the antinoise metal plate made with ledges" coincide with the essential features of the claimed invention.

The disadvantage of the prototype is the lack of sound reduced the ability of the product due to the presence of only one damping layer.

The problem to be solved by the claimed invention is to improve noise-absorbing ability of the product by placing the product additional noise suppressing layer.

To achieve the said technical result in friction article containing a metal frame with holes, reformovanii to it a friction element is provided with projections which are placed inside the holes of the metal frame, anti-noise metal plate with bent elements made in the form of boards and establish�specified in the holes of the metal frame to the tabs of the friction element, polymer damping layer is fixed on the surface of the metal frame, opposite the surface to which preferowan friction element, wherein the surface of the damping layer facing the antinoise metal plate made with the protrusions on the surface of the anti-noise plate, the opposite surface in contact with the damping layer, recorded an additional damping layer, the surface of which is made with projections.

The essential features of the claimed invention on the surface of the anti-noise plate, the opposite surface in contact with the damping layer, recorded an additional damping layer, the surface of which is made with ledges" are distinctive features of the prototype signs.

The drawing shows a section a-a part of the friction products (in the area of one of the holes in the frame and a corresponding protrusion of the friction element).

Friction product contains a metal frame 1, which may be flat or curved (e.g., in the form of a part cylindrical shells or more complex shape). The frame is made 2 holes (one or more). The holes can be round, oval, rectangular or other shape. To the frame preferowan friction element 3 is provided with projections 4, �sootvetstvuyuschimi for its location to the holes in the frame. The number of protrusions may be equal to the number of holes in the frame or smaller. The shape of the protrusions can replicate the form of holes or differ from it, and the height of the protrusions may be equal to or less than the depth of the holes. The friction element can be manufactured, for example, from a polymer composite friction composite containing a polymer matrix and dispersed, including fibrous fillers. On the "rear" surface of the frame (the surface 5 opposite to the surface 6 to which preferowan friction element) is placed polymer damping layer 7 (layer of mastic, primer, etc.), fixed (for example, by adhesion, gluing, etc.) on this surface. On top of the damping layer placed anti-noise metal plate 8. The shape of the metal plate may conform to the shape of the metal frame or differ from it. The surface 9 of the damping layer facing the antinoise metal plate, provided with projections (between which are placed the basin). In anti-noise metal plate provided with holes angled, that is, has bent elements 10 in the form of boards, which are placed in the holes of the metal frame and fixed to the protrusions of the friction element. The damping layer in contact with any metal place�other mainly in the areas of the projections of the damping layer. Anti-noise metal plate is not fixed to a metal frame (flanging does not function as "latches"). On the surface 11 of the anti-noise metal plate (the surface opposite to the surface of the anti-noise metal plate that is in contact with the damping layer) is fixed (by gluing, adhesion, etc.) an additional damping layer 12, the surface of which is made with projections.

A specific example of the claimed invention is a disc brake pad of car VAZ comprising a flat metal frame with holes. To the frame preferowan friction element is provided with projections corresponding to the holes in the frame. The element is made of polymer friction composite. As materials of both polymer damping layers used antinoise mastic (material protective hearing protector brand AR 746 SKL). The thickness of the layer of mastic damping in each layer ≈0.1 mm and ≈0.15 mm in the areas of the projections of the damping layers. Anti-noise plate is made of sheet thickness ≈0.5 mm, the height of the flanging ≈3 mm. Strip can be painted (except the working surface of the friction element), for example, polymer powder dye.

The inventive design of the pad allows for the two damping layers to effectively absorb the shaking of the metal frame. Due to the fact that the damping layer comes to anti-noise plate only in the areas of the projections of the layer, and the additional damping layer covers the entire surface of the anti-noise plate, the vibrations transmitted to the anti-noise plate is dramatically reduced. While the anti-noise metal plate securely fixed in the product by suvorovka flanging in the tabs of the friction element. The result is improved sound reduced capability.�efficiency of the product.

A disc brake comprises a body arranged on a spring-loaded frame of the vehicle with a tong parallel-link motion, an amplification mechanism, shoes and friction pads interacting with the brake disc. The tong parallel-link mechanism is made by H-shaped levers. The body is made as a monoblock body with two coaxially arranged braking cylinders of a service and automatic parking brake. The body may freely rotate on an axis located horizontally in the plane of braking disc rotation. The amplification mechanism is located inside the monoblock body and is made as single-link in the form of a swinging stem contacting with a leash. The piston of the service brake is made with a stiffly attached guide and a swinging stem, and the piston of the automatic parking brake is equipped with a stem having a plug, a nut and a bolt. The stem with the plug acts at the service brake piston, and the nut and the bolt provide for manual disconnection of the automatic parking brake.
