The invention relates to the field of aviation and rocket technology, namely the steering surfaces of aircraft, particularly aircraft weapons.

The prior art discloses a collapsible steering surface of the aircraft (patent RU№2446988 dated 10.04.2012, IPC VS 9/34, F42B 10/14) containing a root part and the console, while in the folded position of the console against the side of the square collapsible steering surface facing the axis of rotation of the root portion, to a portion of the square collapsible steering surface situated behind the axis of rotation of the root portion is from 1:1 to 3:1.

The disadvantages of collapsible steering surfaces of the aircraft are broken centering the steering surface in the folded position of the console.

The prior art discloses a steering surface missiles (patent US No. 6578792 of 17.06.2003 G., IPC F42B 10/64, F42B 10/14, VS 5/10) closest to the proposed invention and is selected as a prototype. The steering surface is composed of a rotary part of the root, which is equipped with folding console, with the possibility of rotation, as a means of unfolding used torsion spring. Rotary root part has a shape similar to a parallelepiped.

The disadvantages of the prototype are: lack of reliability and low power the torsion spring p comparison with the tension spring, low controllability of the rocket, as well as broken centering the steering surface in the initial flight phase of the missile to the complete unfolding of tail surfaces.

The objective of the proposed invention is to provide a collapsible steering surface air weapons, equipped with simple and reliable means of unfolding sufficient power, and rational alignment and in folded and unfolded positions of the steering surface.

The problem is solved due to the fact that the foldable steering surface aviation means of destruction with spring folding mechanism comprises a base steering surface made of two symmetrical halves in the form of airfoils airfoil rotatably about the axis perpendicular to the surface of the aircraft, console, with bracket, made with an aerodynamic profile, mounted in the base can be rotated in such a way as to ensure its unfolding against the flow, with sufficient scope for the management of aviation means of defeat, together with the base, a spring disposed in the base, one end of which is fixed on the base, the other on the console bracket, and a means of fixation of the bracket in the folded position, the spring is made the form of a tension spring, its length in the deformed state is 50-150% of the length of the console, and at any position on the console, the angle between the root chord of the base and the axis of the spring does not exceed ±30°.

Foldable steering surface aviation means of destruction with spring folding mechanism allows to maintain the necessary alignment as in the folded position of the console, and when decomposed by two objects changing position when unfolded console and springs, as well as to provide the necessary torque and high reliability unfolding through the use of extension springs.

The essence of the invention is illustrated by drawings:

Fig.1 shows a main view of a collapsible steering surface aviation means of destruction with spring folding mechanism (hereinafter steering surface) in the folded position of the console.

Fig.2 shows a main view of a steering surface in the unfolded position of the console.

Fig.3 shows a frontal section of a steering surface in the folded position of the console, wherein the surface of the half-base is located in the section plane indicated by the solid light gray color.

Fig.4 shows a frontal section of a steering surface in the unfolded position of the console, wherein the surface of the half-base is located in flatSTI section marked by a solid light gray color.

The steering surface consists of a base 1 and console 2, is provided with means for securing the folding and means for securing and locking in the folded and unfolded positions, the most significant of which is a coil spring 3, ensuring the unfolding of the console 2 and located at the base 1.

The base 1 is mounted on the fuselage of the aircraft weapons (hereafter TSA) rotatably about the axis perpendicular to the surface of the fuselage, and is made of two symmetrical halves, which are connected by fasteners, such as screws. The outer surface of the assembled base 1 is an aerodynamic surface, which is involved in the management of the TSA, and that the base 1 is formed with an aerodynamic profile. The scope of the base 1 is insufficient for the effective management of the TSA. The inner surface of the base 1 is formed with a complex shape adjacent to each other surfaces of its halves, a semi-circular cavity and has a size and shape sufficient to console location 2, springs 3, their fastening elements (Fig. not designated) and move the console 2 and the spring 3 when unfolded steering surface. For example, in the base 1 is made: the slot for placing the console 2 in logincomplete and move it, representing a gap made between the halves of the base 1; a recess for placement of the spring; the hole for pivotally mounting console 2, and, in a particular embodiment of the invention, the guide groove to limit the rotation angle of the console 2.

The console 2 is an aerodynamic surface of a certain scale, performed, in the present embodiment of the invention, in the form of a solid monolithic parts. The console 2 is formed with an aerodynamic profile. The composition of the console 2 includes a hinge 4 and the bracket 5. The console 2 is installed in the base 1 by a hinge 4 can be rotated about the axis of the hinge 4 so that in the folded position do not go (or go slightly) beyond the base 1 on the scale, in the unfolded position, the magnitude of the console was enough for the effective management of the TSA, and the unfolding console 2 could be launched against the incoming stream.

In the folded position console 2 scale steering surface is such that the steering surface does not exceed any position limits when storing or transporting the TSA, such as transport-launch containers or restrictions when placed under the wing of the aircraft or void inner fuselage placement. In the unfolded position, the console 2 razmahovoj surface is sufficient for effective management.

The spring 3 is in the form of a tension spring located in the recess of the base 1, one end fixed on the base 1, and the other end connected to the bracket 5 console 2 so that the force of the spring 3 creates the moment of unfolding relative to the axis of the hinge 4. In the folded position of the console 2, the spring 3 is deformed (stretched) condition, and the magnitude of the moment of unfolding sufficient for folding console 2. The time of sowing is determined by the elasticity of the spring 3 and the distance relative to the axis of the hinge 4, the elastic force depends on the properties of the spring 3, including material, and the arm - from the geometric parameters of the console 2, in particular, from the length of the bracket 5. These parameters are chosen based on the required value of the moment of unfolding, which is determined individually for each TSA and its operating conditions, such as the value of the velocity head. As a variant, the spring 3 can be made of steel.

The length of spring 3 in a deformed state is equal to 50÷150% of the length of the console 2. At any position of the console 2, the angle between the root chord and the base 1 and the axis b of the spring 3 does not exceed ±30°.

The console 2 is provided with means of fixation in the folded position 6, preventing the unfolding console 2 under the action of the elastic force rugini 3, for example, the cable connecting the console 2 case with TSA (the specific form of implementation of the locking means in the folded position of Fig.1-4 are not reflected). Also the console 2 is provided with means of fixing in the unfolded position, in the present embodiment of the invention the role that media play stop surface on the base 1, which prevents further rotation guide groove to limit the rotation angle of the console 2 and the spring 3, precluding recovery in the folded position.

The mutual arrangement of the base 1, console 2, spring, the axis of rotation of the base relative to the housing, the TSA and the axis of the hinge 4 is such that in both positions the console 2 - folded and unfolded - remains necessary centering of the steering surface. As shown in figure 1-4, this can be achieved by positioning the end of the spring 3, is fixed on the base 1, the rear of the axis of rotation of the base 1, and the end of the spring secured to the bracket 5 console 2, and the axis of the hinge 4 console 2 - in front of the axis of rotation of the base 1 (in this case to TSA direction "front" means "closer to the bow or in the direction against the flow", and "rear" - "closer to the tail or in the direction of the flow"). That is, when unfolded console 2 (which, as noted above, is against the flow), the mass center console 2 cmnot be changed forward about the axis of rotation of the base 1, and the center of mass of the spring 3 - back, thus the selection of mass and geometric parameters of the base 1, console 2 and spring 3, you can retain the overall alignment in the folded and unfolded positions of the console 2.

Foldable steering surface aviation means of destruction with spring folding mechanism works as follows:

Have TSA at an aircraft carrier, for example, hung under the wing launcher or have vnutripuzarno. Conduct flight program aircraft carrier, in the process which produces the start of TSA.

Free surface from the steering locking means 6, whereby the spring 3 is compressed, which, in turn, leads to the movement of the console 2. The console 2 is rotated about the axis of the hinge 4, stops unfolded and locked. In further decomposed steering surface is rotated about the axis of rotation of the base 1, carrying out flight control TSA.

Foldable steering surface aviation means of destruction with spring folding mechanism is designed for use in the field of aviation and rocket technology, namely for the control surfaces of aircraft, particularly aircraft weapons. Foldable steering surface aviation means of destruction with spring IUunisom folding allows you to save the alignment as when folded, and at the unfolded position, the console, and also provide the necessary torque and high reliability unfolding through the use of extension springs.

Foldable steering surface aviation means of destruction with spring folding mechanism, containing the base of the steering surface, made with the possibility of rotation about the axis perpendicular to the surface of the aircraft, the console with aerodynamic profile, mounted in the base can be rotated with sufficient scope to manage aviation means of defeat, together with the base, a spring disposed in the base, one end of which is fixed on the base, and the other on the console bracket, and a means of fixation of the bracket in the folded position, characterized in that the base of the steering surface is made of two symmetrical halves in the form of airfoils with aerodynamic profile the console is made with the bracket and installed in such a way as to ensure its unfolding against the flow, the spring is made in the form of a tension spring, its length in the deformed state is equal to 50÷150% of the length of the console, and at any position on the console, the angle between the root chord of the base and the axis of the spring does not exceed ±30°.
