A brief summary of the invention

Problems, to solve which the invention is intended

It is known that the device for mounting the rack Assembly onto the vehicle body using the installation plate, on which rests one end of a piston rod of a hydraulic shock absorber, but when using such a device requires not only the installation plate on which rests the end of a piston rod, which complicates the design and increases the cost.

In this regard, in patent document 6 proposes the thrust bearing and the combined device of the thrust sliding bearing and piston rod, in which instead of the mounting plate of the device for mounting the rack Assembly onto the vehicle body rests one end of a piston rod, which allows to simplify the installation of the device and reduce the cost.

The proposed thrust bearing contains made of synthetic resin annular housing having an upper annular surface and the outer annular boundary surface; manufacturingblenny from synthetic resin other annular body, superimposed on the said housing with the possibility of relative rotation about its axis and having a lower annular surface, opposite the upper annular surface; the node thrust sliding bearing which is located between the upper annular surface of the bearing housing and the lower annular surface of the other bearing housing and at least the bottom surface or top surface which is in sliding contact with at least the upper annular surface of the bearing housing or the lower annular surface of the other bearing housing; an upper annular cap having an inner annular edge of the bonding surface is meshed with the outer circumferential edge of the bonding surface of the bearing housing; and an annular metal plate located between the upper annular surface of the other bearing housing and the lower surface of the upper annular cap, wherein the bottom surface of the annular metal plate is brought into contact with the upper annular surface of the other bearing housing, and its upper surface comes into contact with the lower surface of the upper ring of the lid. This thrust bearing annular metal plate has an inner annular boundary surface, having a smaller diaETP, than the internal diameter of the inner annular edge surfaces of the two bearing blocks and the upper annular cap, thereby effectively overcome the above disadvantage.

However, because a flat annular metal plate is proposed thrust sliding bearing is designed for installation on the threaded part of the piston rod through the nut, the annular metal plate through the piston rod can act with great force, capable of deforming the annular metal plate, whereby upon relative rotation of the piston rod occurs abnormal noise.

In addition, the drawbacks of the thrust sliding bearing is the large number of component parts, but also weight gain and height of such a thrust sliding bearing, resulting in increases of the installation of the device on which rests one end of a piston rod, which requires a large space for installation.

The present invention was developed taking into account the above features, and it is based on the task of creating a thrust sliding bearing and the combined device of the thrust sliding bearing and piston rod with the possibility of preventing deformation of the annular metal plates, attenuation of abnormal noise due to relative rotation of the piston rod and reduce the height by reducing the number of component parts even when exposed to great efforts on the annular metal plate.

Node 36 of the thrust sliding bearing has an upper annular surface 82 of the hollow cylindrical portion 4, i.e. the upper annular surface 81 of the housing 16 of the bearing, which is in sliding contact with the lower annular surface 35 of the outer disk portion 32 in the direction R, and the upper annular surface 83 of the annular comb-like portion on a level with the upper annular surface 82; an annular deep groove 84 n upper annular surface 82 with the inner edge of the upper annular surface 81; annular shallow grooves 85 and 86 on the upper annular surfaces 82 and 83 with a radially outer side of the annular deep groove 84, surrounding the annular deep groove 84 and having a similar, but lesser depth than the annular deep groove 84; and contains lubricant 87, such as grease, which fills the annular deep groove 84 and an annular shallow grooves 85 and 86. Annular shallow groove 85 is made on the upper annular surface 82, and an annular shallow groove 86 is made on the upper annular surface 83 of the radially outer side annular shallow grooves 85 and surrounds the annular shallow groove 85. The node 36 of the thrust sliding bearing, the upper annular surface 81 which is distributed lubricant 87 comes into contact with the lower annular surface 35 of the outer disk portion 32 of the annular metal plate 34 for rotation in the direction R around the axis O.

In the thrust bearing 1 slide the housing 16 of the bearing ring and the cover 28 are superposed on each other and connected to each other through the annular metal plate 34 sandwiched between them in the axial direction (vertical direction) by an elastic coupling (snap connection) saralaya of the protrusion 27 and siteplease protruding part 14 for Fund use the flexibility of the synthetic resin. During rotation of the annular metal plate 34 relative to the housing 16 of the bearing around the axis O in the direction R, the slide in the direction R between the upper annular surfaces 82 and 83 of the node 36 of the thrust sliding bearing which is located between the housing 16 and lower bearing annular surface 35 of the outer disk portion 32 of the annular metal plate 34, and the lower annular surface 35 of the outer disk portion 32 of the annular metal plate 34, which is in contact with the upper annular surfaces 82 and 83, and thereby the rotation of the annular metal plate 34 relative to the housing 16 of the bearing around the axis O in the direction R with a low friction torque.

As shown in Fig.14, the thrust bearing 1 slide applies when the suspension rack 93 type comprising a hydraulic shock absorber (not shown) with a piston rod 91 and a cylindrical spring 92 surrounding this hydraulic shock absorber is mounted on the vehicle by using a distribution device 94.

In addition to hydraulic shock absorber and coil springs 92 suspension rack 93 the type of vehicle, such as four-wheeled vehicles, includes upper connector spring 95, which includes one end of the coil springs 92, and the OgreUchitel 96 aftershocks, surrounding the piston rod 91. The installation device 94 includes an elastic element 98 of rubber having embedded in it a metal core 97 and 99 of the spacer that fits between the upper nest of the spring 95 and the annular comb-like part 6 of the housing 16 of the bearing, on the one hand, and the relevant lower annular surfaces 41 and 42 of the annular protruding part 8, on the other hand. The thrust bearing 1 slide by means of spacers 99 is placed between the resilient member 98 of the adjusting device 94 and the upper socket 95 suspension springs 93 column type. In addition, the lower end of the hollow cylindrical portion 4 is inserted into the Central through hole 100 of the upper socket 95 of the spring and thus is set to the preset position of the upper socket 95 of the spring relative to the direction perpendicular to the axis O, i.e., in the radial direction, and the inner edge surface of the spacer 99 is in contact with the outer edge surface 5 of the hollow cylindrical part 4. The inner boundary surface of the elastic element 98, covering the thrust bearing 1 slide, in contact with the hemispherical outer edge surface 53, the upper annular surface 55 and a cylindrical outer edge surface 57 of the annular cap 28.

The piston rod 91 includes a portion 111 of large diameter, passing chego through hole 2, part 112 of small diameter, having a smaller diameter than the part 111 of large diameter, integrally made with part 111 of large diameter and passing through the through hole 69 in the annular metal plate 34, and the threaded portion 113, which is made on the part of small diameter 112. The inner disk portion 33 of the annular metal plate 34 is clamped annular stepped surface 114 and an annular surface 116 between the annular stepped surface 114 located between the part 111 of the large diameter part 112 small diameter of the piston rod 91, on the one hand, and the annular surface 116 of the nut 115, screwed on the threaded portion 113, on the other hand.

The outer boundary surface 121 of part 111 of large diameter rotatably in the direction R in contact with the inner edge surface 3 of the housing 16 of the bearing, forming a through hole 2, and the outer edge surface of the nut 115, in contact with the inner annular edge surface 122 of the elastic element 98, screwed on the threaded portion 113 without the possibility of rotation in the direction R relative to the elastic element 98 and is attached to the piston rod 91. The elastic member 98 holds the annular cover 28 through the annular metal plate 34, the inner disk portion 33 which is clamped an annular stepped surfaceSTU 114 and the annular surface 116 without the possibility of rotation in the direction R relative to the piston rod 91.

When in the process of steering a cylindrical coil spring 92 describes the combined device of the thrust bearing 1 slide and piston rod 91 is rotated around the axis O in the direction R, the housing 16 of the bearing similarly rotates in the direction R relative to the annular metal plate 34. This rotation of the housing 16 of the bearing is ensured by the sliding contact in the direction R between the upper annular surfaces 82 and 83 of the node 36 of the thrust sliding bearing and lubricant 87, such as grease, which is distributed to the upper annular surfaces 82 and 83 and fills the annular deep groove 84 and an annular shallow grooves 85 and 86, on the one hand, and adjoining them the lower annular surface 35 of the outer disk portion 32 of the annular metal plate 34, on the other hand, whereby the steering is done without resistance.

Since the housing 16 of the thrust bearing 1 slide for rotation in the direction R relative to the lower annular surface 35 of the annular metal plate 34 extends along the upper annular surfaces 82 and 83 of the node 36 of the thrust sliding bearing with distributed thereon lubricant 87, the thrust bearing 1 slide can be constructed from three parts, luchshih the housing 16 of the bearing, the annular metal plate 34 and an annular cover 28. As a result by reducing the number of component parts can be reduced height of the thrust bearing 1 slide and space for installation of the thrust bearing 1 slide and reduced overall costs. In addition, one end of a piston rod 91 can rest on the annular metal plate 34 and the device for installation of the suspension rack 93 type on the vehicle body can be eliminated with the installation element, on which rests one end of a piston rod 91, which allows to simplify the installation of the device and reduce costs.

In addition, since the annular metal plate 34 of the thrust bearing 1 slide has an inner disk portion 33, through an inclined connecting portion 61 formed integrally with the outer disk part 32 and fits in the through hole 21 formed by the inner edge surface 22 of the annular cap 28, the inner disk portion 33 serves as a stiffener to the outer disk portion 32. The result can be prevented deformation of the annular metal plate 34 and to weaken the abnormal noise due to relative rotation of the piston rod 91 in the direction R, which may be a deformation of the annular metal plate 34, even when nearunder great efforts on the annular metal plate 34 by means of a piston rod 91.

In addition, the wall thickness of the annular comb-like portion 6 and the annular protruding part 8, integrally formed on the underside of the outer edge surface 7 of the annular comb-like part 6 of the thrust bearing 1 slide, can be unified through the bottom of the recesses 43 and 44 on the lower annular surface 41 of the annular comb-like portion 6 and the lower annular surface 42 of the annular protruding part 8, which allows to overcome the forming defects and deviations in size, are caused by the uneven thickness of the molding. However, in cases where it is not specifically required, the lower recesses 43 and 44 may be missing.

In addition, since the annular protruding portion 62 of the thrust bearing 1 slide adapted to grasp the outer edge surface 7 of the annular comb-like portion 6 of the housing 16 of the bearing, to maintain the relative radial position of the annular metal plate 34 and the housing 16 of the bearing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the thrust journal bearings, which one work surface is out of siliconised graphite (or other antifriction material with similar characteristics), and can be used in assemblies of the electric machines and hydraulic machines with large-size thrust bearings (diameter up to 900mm), mainly in motors driving the main circulating pump units of the reactor plants, for example at NPS. The feature of the mentioned axial bearing is that the support disc if made with alternating supporting shoulders and grooves from the side looking towards a set of sectors out of antifriction material. On outside and internal diameters of the supporting disc the seating surfaces are made, the outside and internal rings are installed in them and secure the sectors via the resilient elements. The sectors locking against rotation relatively to the supporting disc is ensured by the intermediate planks installation between the sectors, they are locked by the plank axle in holes of the supporting disc. The sectors are made with steps for outside and internal rings, the sector top part has radial roundings, and bottom part has grooves ensuring mutual securing. Lead-in edge of the sector has shape similar to parabolical shape. Cooling and lubrication are performed via the alternating channels created by the planks, sectors, outside and internal rings.

EFFECT: decreasing of possibility to damage the antifrictional components out of siliconised graphite due to bend stresses and thermal deformations due to non-uniformity of heat removal from the contact zone when solid gusset is used; improvement of the cooling and lubricating water circulation on crown surface of the axial journal bearing; improvement of feasibility of the gusset manufacturing and assurance of its reparability; reliability improvement; fire risk decreasing; rotation prevention of the set of sectors over the supporting disc.
