FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to finishing building materials and to a laminated decorative board. It includes a core from fibrous material or chip material. At least on one side of the core - an intermediate resin-containing layer from liquid adhesive hardened under action of heat and/or pressure, as well as a decorative layer with graphic display of the simulated material surface, which is not saturated with resin.

The invention relates to a laminated decorative plate according to the restrictive part of paragraph 1 of the claims.

These decorative plates are known, for example, from WO 03/095202 A1. They consist of a plate-like core of fibrous material, which has on one side containing a resin intermediate layer, a decorative layer and provided relief cover layer, and on the other side of the stabilizing layer. The decorative layer is a graphic image of the surface of an imitated material. The topography of the coating layer must be located with precise register on the pattern of the decorative layer. This is achieved in that typically consists of printed decorative paper layer is applied preferably without coating the adhesive on the intermediate layer, thereby preventing the change in the relative size of the embossed stamp top coat.

While containing resin intermediate layer before hot pressing is carried out in a stationary coating on the core or as a separate pre-fabricated adhesive layer. The glue content of this layer must be selected in accordance with the adjacent absorbent layers during hot pressing. In addition, you have printed decorative paper before hot pressing Narshow and with precise registration to be laid on a prepared plate of the core.

The basis of the invention is to create a laminated decorative plate, which is simple and economical to manufacture.

This problem is solved by using the decorative sheet according to the independent, paragraph 1 of the claims.

It was found that the separate manufacture containing resin of the intermediate layer is no longer required, if used liquid that hardens under the action of pressure and/or heat glue. This adhesive can be applied in the same working operation, in which the decorative layer is applied and may cover layer. Cutting of the coating layer becomes unnecessary, since precise registration can be achieved by conventional measures of printing technology. This ensures a significant simplification and cost reduction of the manufacturing method.

The absorbency of the core and the cover layer can in this case be taken into account directly in the manufacturing process by applying glue. No need of storage of specially coated materials of the core and the intermediate layer.

Hardens under the action of pressure and/or heat the adhesive is preferably a urea glue. Such adhesives are usually supplied in the form of two-component systems and are mixed immediately before use. They can be subjected to curing at the expense of naprtion. However, certain foods harden already at ambient temperature under pressure sufficient to fix the decorative layer. A suitable product is the adhesive 1206 with hardener 2547 firm Casco Adhesives, Stockholm, Sweden.

Also, the preferred adhesive is a melamine-formaldehyde glue. It is preferred and provides a simplified method of manufacturing if apply the same type of product for manufacturing a finishing layer. Suitable for use also melamine urea adhesives.

In one preferred embodiment of the cover layer is made without the cellulose content. He has, in particular cellulose-containing fibers bearing layer such as paper or the like, the Preferred material for the coating layer are melamine resins or acrylic paints. Fit is also PVC (polyvinyl chloride). In these materials the coating layer can include fine powder of hard solid materials, thereby increasing abrasion resistance. For this purpose, suitable, for example, corundum.

Not containing cellulose coating layers have the advantage of greater transparency. In addition, they are simpler and more economical to manufacture because it does not require containing fibers bearing material and eliminates the need for separate impregnation.

Cover layer can be applied in the form of a film of thermoplastic material or a liquid on the decorative layer.

As a decorative layer is particularly preferred is printed on paper. Printed side can be coated with a thin film of varnish, which, however, does not impregnate the paper layer and does not change its size.

As the core material of suitable fiber materials such as fiber Board with high (HDF) or medium (MDF) density or particle Board. Especially preferred are HDF plate.

When and decorative cover layer is only available on one side of the core, it is advisable to put on the other side of the so-called stabilizing layer to prevent warpage or bending of the finished plate due to the influence of temperature or humidity. The thickness of this layer should be aligned with the coating of the other side. For this layer is suitable, for example, a neutral paper with a solid or liquid resin as a glue.

Laminated decorative sheet according to the invention can be manufactured in a simpler way compared with the prior art, because it can be performed in one or two operations. Namely, the application of a liquid that hardens under the action of pressure and/or heat glue, overlay and presstion of a decorative layer and it is possible to apply a stabilizing layer to perform a work step in the bonding process then apply a top coat in the form of a liquid layer or film and then expose the entire layered structure is cured under pressure and when heated, thus simultaneously forming a relief structure in the surface coating layer by using a appropriately made of press tools. In the first working operation can be operated without the application of heat. The second working operation can immediately follow the first working operation, so that provides the possibility of continuous operation. In the first working operation can be applied, for example, calender press, which is provided with appropriate feeding devices for the core material and a decorative layer, and possibly a stabilizing material, and device for applying liquid adhesive. After calendering plate can optionally be separated and to provide the press with a short cycle coating layer and expose solidification under pressure and heating. This second working operation can also be performed continuously in a heated dual-belt press and plate can optionally then be separated.

The pressing tool (for example, a plate or roll) for the formation of surface relief can be oriented in accordance with the pattern of the decorative layer, for example, using cardphotovoltaic units by way of registration marks on the decorative layer. Thereby improving the simulation of the material in which the pores of the surface are correlated with a visible pattern, such as wood. The work can also be performed continuously, since the cover layer is no longer cut and, if necessary, manually does not fit into core.

Naturally, the product after the first step, if necessary, also the intermediate store.

Decorative plate according to the invention also enables the production of particularly deep surface structures, when the intermediate layer during embossing is still pliable, and/or select an appropriate thickness of the coating layer.

The product and method according to the invention also do not require the use of particularly high-quality base paper for the decorative layer to achieve good coordination pattern and surface topography.

The following is a description of two exemplary embodiments of the laminated decorative sheet according to the invention and used in its manufacture method.

A) a Multilayer structure decorative plates with urea glue (top to bottom):

1) Applied in liquid form cover layer of melamine or pre-impregnated with a lidding film. In both cases, the cover layer sealed corundum, which is sdersVaeth abrasion.

2) Printed decorative paper, which in dry form (i.e., without treatment) or in the form of decorative film, coated with a thin layer of lacquer.

3) Layer with urea glue.

4) HDF Board.

5) Layer with urea glue.

6) Roll paper to cover the bottom layer of glue (optional).

In the method of manufacturing such plate layers 2)to (6) is firmly glued to each other in the way of bonding. Then molded on layer 1 in the press with a short bar or in a continuously operating double band press, with some strong resistance melamine layer covers the surface. In this process simultaneously extrude a relief structure.

C) Multilayer structure decorative plates with liquid melamine as a connecting layer of glue on polymer-based (top-down):

1) Applied in liquid form cover layer of melamine. It capped corundum, which inhibits the abrasion.

2) Printed decorative paper: this decor paper is dry, however, when pressing the paper can from below and from above to penetrate melamine resin.

3) Applied in liquid form a layer of melamine.

4) HDF Board.

5) Stabilizing the layer, as in PP. 5 and 6 of example A.

In the manufacture of this plate can only be in one working operation dry decorative paper to press on pITU-basis (for example, the HDF Board) by means of a press, respectively, stacking the above layers 2)-5) in the first partial operation cold between two calender rolls, and then pressing each other in the press with a short bar or in a continuously operating double band press under heat and pressure. The working operation of impregnation in this process is no longer required.
