The invention relates to the construction, in particular to the design of the node interfaces of elements of metal structures. On these grounds the classification of the invention in effect at the time of filing the application edition of the International patent classification (IPC-alvex 2014.01) corresponds to the index ES/02.

The level of technology.

Known methods of bearing runs on the main load-bearing structure using the lap-joints of purlins on the support to ensure they nerazreznoy (standard organization HUNDRED 0061-2008 Girders and crossbars from galvanized steel cold-formed profiles are C-shaped and Z-shaped cross-section for coating systems and walls of buildings; introduction. 29.12.2008. - Moscow: zniipsk them. Known methods of connection of Z-shaped purlins providing their nerazreznoy, are widely used in practice currently. However, the existing methods have certain disadvantages. The connection runs on the support through their overlap is a complex structural systems in the design and cannot be represented in the form of a simple mechanical model. To work such a compound is influenced by many factors: local effects, in particular, in compressed zones of holes associated with the local stable�ivascu, the possible eccentricities of load application, the asymmetry of the cross section used types of bolts and mounting inaccuracies. As a result of the impact of these factors, the rigidity of the connection can drop and not always acceptable to consider a run as a continuous when using this connection runs at the pole.

The aim of the invention is the provision of guaranteed properties and the reliability of the reference nodes runs from holodnodeformirovannyh profiles.

Summary of the invention.

It is proposed to perform the bearing runs on the underlying multilayer structure, wherein the developer is that there are some additional Z-shaped elements stacked under runs on the support and connected between themselves and with purlin bolts through the oval holes in the walls of the elements. In this case, the transmission occurs directly from element to element without loading the fasteners in the oval holes. The fastener elements are not calculated and are used only for mutual fixation of the bearing elements of the node. The roundness of the holes provides the possibility of shifting elements relative to each other. This so-called reference node "spring type". The number puts additional elements (number of layers) and their length is determined by calculation. The actual run is�I upper element and by leaning on the "spring" can be made continuous over a support (hard site) or have a gap (elastically pliable support).

This approach allows us to redistribute the bending moments in the girder on the elements of "spring" to significantly reduce the cross section of the girder and thus to significantly improve connection reliability and stability to influence of random factors.

Technical advantages of the proposed solution is to increase the reliability and carrying capacity of the connection.

The invention is illustrated by drawings, where Fig.1 shows an example of node spring type rigid bearing of Z-shaped purlins, Fig.2 - example of node spring-type elastic-malleable support of Z-shaped purlins and Fig.3 - example of a node of the spring type of Z-shaped purlins with bending edges.

Information confirming the possibility of carrying out the invention. The implementation of the invention and its technical advantages are confirmed by the results of experimental and numerical studies.

Unit bearing Z-shaped purlin bearing capacity, including additional elements of a Z-shaped cross-section, characterized in that the additional elements of Z-shaped cross-section, nested one into the other, is mounted on a support at the run, and are connected with the purlin fasteners, bolts passed through the oval openings formed in the walls of the additional elements and run with transfer efforts directly with girder to complement�further elements without loading the fasteners in the oval holes.

Each flange has a rectangular opening with rounded angles, besides, the longitudinal axis of the opening and the longitudinal axis of the stop are matched with the longitudinal axis of the flange, and one end of the stop and short side of the rectangular opening are matched with each other and the transverse axis of the flange. Ratio between inner cartridge diameter and connection member diameter is equal to dc,in/dcm = 1.5 - 2.0, where dc,in is inner cartridge diameter, dcm is metal connection diameter. Wherein resting outline is formed in area of metal cartridge abutment to flange. Resting outline has ledge of not less than 5 mm when connection member diameter is 10 - 30 mm, which prevents shear deformation development, increases squeezing degree and blocks metal connection. Cartridge has length Lc = (10-12)·dcm, which prevents slip of metal connection.
