FIELD: rescue operations.
SUBSTANCE: device for rescue people on water comprises an enclosing structure made of a solid material, in the form of a bottom (1) and a side wall (2), made with the ability to be folded in a vertical direction under the action of gravity with its support in the bottom and folding it in the same direction when being suspended by its upper part, cords (3) designed for connecting the upper part of the side wall to the outer suspension (4) of a davit, a support frame (5) with a protective cover (6) fixed to the bottom. The side wall is made of heat-resistant silicone rubber in the form of bellows (7) covering the bottom. The device is provided with an inflatable raft (8), the external dimensions of which are greater than the external dimensions of the bellows and protective cover.
EFFECT: opportunity to rescue people from the water surface, safety of the rescued when lifting them aboard the ship, in addition, the increase in the reliability of the side wall due to the presence of an accordion-type compliance structure.
The invention relates to rescue equipment and is intended for evacuation of people from the water surface, for example, in a shipwreck and distress at loose ice floes.
The closest in technical essence to the proposed invention is selected as a prototype device for rescue of people on water containing made of a solid material envelope in the form of a bottom and side walls adapted to fold in a vertical direction under the action of gravity when the support her bottom and folding in the same direction when the suspension is over the top, slings, designed to connect the upper part of the side wall with the outer suspension of the davits and secured to the bottom support frame with protective roof (see RF patent 2224692, publ. 27.02.2004).
The disadvantage of the prototype is the inability to use the device for the intake of the victims from the water surface in case of accidents and catastrophes at sea and river vessels, as well as insufficient security walling when lowering on a solid surface, the bottom does not provide the cushioning with a sharp blow, such as the hull or the deck of the ship, because it is made of solid material, and lack of reliability of the side wall at its permanent skladyvaniyu unfolding.
The technical result is to enhance the operational capabilities of the device for rescue of people on water by creating opportunities rescue people from the water surface by providing buoyancy and rescue devices and security save when lifted on Board the vessel, by reducing the bottom when lowering to the deck and side impacts cladding on the hull, while improving the reliability of the side wall due to the presence of the compliant structure type "accordion", eliminating the chafing of the material of the side wall when folding and unfolding.

Device for rescue of people on water contains is made of a solid material envelope in the form of a bottom 1 and side walls 2, made with the possibility of folding in the vertical direction under the action of gravity when the support her bottom and folding in the same direction when the suspension is at the top, 3 slings, designed to connect the upper part of the side wall 2 external suspension 4-davits (not shown) and secured to the bottom 1 of the supporting frame 5 with a protective cover 6. The side wall 2 is made of heat-resistant silicone rubber in the form of covering the bottom 1 of the bellows 7, the device is equipped with an inflatable raft 8 filled with compressed air and mounted below the bottom 1 of the enclosing structure.
Device for rescue of people on water works as follows.
Device for rescue of people on water suspended on the sling 4-davits (not shown) and is lowered to the water surface. The bottom 1 is in the form of an inflatable raft 8, which is filled with compressed air, whereby it UD�rivet on the surface of the water. To mitigate side impacts when lifting (lowering) of the device to rescue people in the water on the hull of the vessel (not shown) inflatable raft 8 perceives the impact and absorbs the impact due to the fact that it is filled with compressed air and stands for the dimensions of the bellows 7, and a protective roof 6. When the device is placed on the water surface to further weaken the lines 3 and together with them under the action of its weight is composed of a side wall 2, opening the entrance to the device to rescue people in the water. After filling with people device for rescue of people on water, it rises to the vessel. When lifting slings 3 tensioned and raise the side wall 2 to the closure of its upper contour with a protective cover 6, forming together with it a closed volume that is protected from external influences (wind, fire, smoke, etc.). After installation of the device for rescue of people on water, for example, on the deck of a ship or other surface, external sling suspension 4-davits weakens and only then begin to fall 3 slings, and with them, under the action of its weight is composed of a side wall 2, opening the outlet of the device to rescue people in the water. SUBSTANCE: live-saving appliance on an external suspension of a helicopter includes an enclosing structure in the form of a bottom and a side wall made with a possibility of being folded in a vertical direction under action of a gravity force at its being supported from below and unfolded in the same direction at its being suspended with its upper part. Slings attach the upper part of the side wall to the external suspension of the helicopter and a supporting frame provided with a protective cover plate and fixed at the bottom. The bottom has a round shape, and the side wall is made in the form of bellows enveloping the bottom and tightly fixed with an inner diameter of one of its corrugations along outer diameter of the round bottom with formation of an upper chamber for arrangement of objects being rescued. A lower damping chamber is filled with compressed air. A valve with a controlled throttle is installed in the bellows.
EFFECT: increasing safety by damping of the bottom at landing and softening of side impacts with projecting parts of corrugations of the side wall.
FIELD: fire safety.
SUBSTANCE: method with use of the device comprises the following steps: determining the coordinates of the fire source and determining the class of fire, the calculation of the required amount and type of extinguishing agents, the analysis of information about meteorological conditions in the area of fire, and availability of aviation vehicles, selection of the type of missile carrier and obtaining the permit for its launch, the launch of missile carrier, detachment of the container from the missile carrier when it reaches the specified coordinates, the container descent by parachute to the desired height, unloading the container containing the mobile devices, transporting extinguishing agents to the fire area, in mini-parachutes equipped with infrared receivers and propelling units for moving the quenching substances to the zone with the maximum gradient of infrared radiation, monitoring of the current satellite information on the condition of the situation after the application of extinguishing agents, the use of repeated impacts when necessary.
EFFECT: ensuring operational efficiency of delivery of extinguishing agents to the fire source, the security of personnel involved in fire- extinguishing, and effective use of extinguishing agents.

Device consists of transporter-launcher container secured on structural elements along SC fuselage. The container is provided with window at rear butt end for payload passing through. Payload is placed on at least two guides with creation of pneumatic chamber in front part of container interior. The payload is attached to container by fastener made with possibility of fastener release. Fastener release system includes high-pressure gas source provided with electrically operated drive, and drop control system. The device is equipped with at least payload partial exit signalling device and at least one high-temperature gas jet source with launcher.
EFFECT: reduced time of payload dropping without increasing container weight and maximum longitudinal acceleration.
SUBSTANCE: multipurpose aerostat system for accelerated placing on target altitude consists of balloon shell with payload, two-stage braking and stabilisation parachute system, set of pyrocartridges and mechanical sensors, aerostat part delivery device in the form of missile, and subsystem of aerostat part with payload separation from missile. The aerostat part includes target flight altitude change and maintenance system consisting of compressor, flexible pipelines, valves, control system, pressure and temperature sensors, altimeter and soft ballast containers. Subsystem of aerostat part separation includes docking unit consisting of two-way electric segment and two-way informational segment.
EFFECT: creation of system with possibility of payload quick change.

SUBSTANCE: proposed ejector comprises the spring contracted at initial position to be retained in said as-contracted position between airframe and cargo bed with the help of locking mechanism. Locking mechanism comprises self-releasing screw pair fitted on rod, sleeve being secured to cargo bed while sleeve can turn about said rod and to press the cargo bed against contracted spring. Lever is rigidly secured to said sleeve, lever end being connected with retainer. Locking mechanism comprises the appliance which can destruct said retainer.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft (AC) equipment for inflight dropping, launching and detachment of objects. Device for dropping payload (PL) from AC includes longitudinal transporter-launcher container, PL, high-pressure gas source with trigger provided with electrically controlled drive, and dropping control system communicating by electric line with electrically controlled drive of trigger. Container is placed and fixed on AC structural components along its fuselage, provided with window at the side of rear butt end for PL passing through. PL is positioned inside container on two guides with formation of pneumatic cell in the front part of container inside cavity and attached to container by attachment mechanism made with possibility of lock release. Gas source with trigger are connected with pneumatic cell by gas feeding line. Also, the device contains PL partial exit indicator. The gas source is provided with one additional trigger equipped with electrically controlled drive connected by electric communication line with dropping control system which is additionally connected by electric communication line with PL partial exit indicator. Gas source with additional trigger are connected with pneumatic cell by additional gas feeding line. The device can be provided with additional gas source with trigger.
EFFECT: reduced PL dropping time without increase in container mass and longitudinal load, high reliability of device operation.

SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to aerostatic flight vehicles. In compliance with first version, this method consists in installation of transporter-launcher container along aircraft fuselage. Said container has opening for payload exit and guides that make air chamber at cavity front part. Gas jets are forced into said air chamber from high-pressure source. After partial forward-displacement of payload second gas jet is forced into air chamber. Flow rate of first jet and combined flow rate of first and second jets are set proceeding from pressure constriction inside transporter-launcher carrier. In compliance with second version, second gas jet is forced from extra high-pressure source.
EFFECT: accelerated dropping of payload without increased in container weight, maximum lengthwise overload.

SUBSTANCE: beam holder contains casing with pyro actuator inside it which actuator is connected with casing by hydraulic cylinder functionally connected with front and rear hydraulic pushers with load fastening units. Functional connection between hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic pushers is performed via controlled solenoid-operated hydraulic valves, and beam holder is additionally provided with closed-loop control system for forced load dropping which system is made in the form of linear accelerometers attached to casing and to hydraulic pushers. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the means which enable people to escape or draw attention to themselves when in contact with the snow avalanche. The device for self-escaping of people in the snow avalanche comprises an avalanche cord, a signal cartridge and a parachute. At that the signal cartridge, the parachute and the avalanche cord are connected in series with each other.
EFFECT: invention is directed at the salvation of a person when in contact with an avalanche by preventing its covering with the avalanche material - snow, ice, and removal of a person out of the avalanche flow to the surface of the snowdrift.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for chuting people and cargo under action of gravity, in particular to life saving equipment for self-evacuation during fires and for descending mountain-rescue men and spidermen. Device for gravitational chuting people and cargoes includes body, flexible load carrier made as resilient steel band placed on drum, movable and immovable pins between which the load carrier is moved. According to the invention the device contains speed limiter located between two immovable pins and consisting of plank set on axis, right and left pins located on the plank at different sides from axis, rod with piston which rod is shifted down by left pin, spring squeezed by piston and bolt serving to adjust spring flexibility. To stabilise speed the device additionally contains a gear set transmitting rotation from drum to gear wheel interacting via balancer axis with pendulum and pendulum weight, herewith the balancer can also be of spring type.
EFFECT: improved safety of device for gravitational chuting people and cargoes at constant speed in automatic braking mode.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fire and rescue vehicle comprising automobile chassis with a support-rotating platform on which the telescopic boom is located, consisting of sections, at the end of the last of them a cradle is mounted, besides this a telescopic ladder with fencing is located, which sections are adjacent to the last boom section, characterised in that two rotary ramps are adjacent to the cradle symmetrically to the longitudinal axis of the telescoping boom, which are pivotally mounted on the last section of the telescopic ladder, at that each ramp has a slide section with a mechanism of extension in the form of a pair "tooth wheel-rack" and the pivot arm, at that the tooth wheel is provided with a spring clamp, and the fencing of the ramps and slide sections is made of hingedly mounted railing of tubular section, which handrails enter into the handrails of the railing of the ramps.

SUBSTANCE: device relates to the field of life-saving appliances based on the car with a basket on boom with working telescopic sections with the guide frames on their end, which are fixed on top to the transport telescopic sections of closed profile with a slot on the upper surface on the entire length, and below they are fixed to supports, inside which the spring-loaded latches are mounted for connecting the working sections between each other, also along the sides the protrusions are made for gripping sections in their lifting-descending and for fixing section on the boom. The drive of sections lifting is made in the form of two hydraulic cylinders connected with jumpers installed on the sides of the boom with the ability to be moved along its axis, is equipped with a controller of the extreme positions of the piston for positioning on the stops by a step-type drive, their rods are connected by the plate equipped with mechanisms of gripping the stops. The basket from the outside of the barrier is equipped with the lodgment for portable standalone flame retardant means and a cartridge with capsules for the descent of the injured people, equipped with grippers of the rope thrown over the block on the upper section and connected to the working and auxiliary winches. The device for quick installation and removal of capsules from the transport sections is equipped with a staple and receiver, respectively.
EFFECT: this scheme of the device by increasing the number of sections enables to reduce its length, to increase the number of floors of lifting the basket, to reduce by the use of multiple capsules the time of rescuing the injured people, and the use of fire-retardant device enables to increase the chance of their survival in the fire seat.

FIELD: rescue operations.
SUBSTANCE: inflatable rescue chute of closed section comprises an outer, middle and inner airtight elastic shells separated by airtight elastic partitions into several compartments (inner and outer compartments ) with the possibility of pressure injection in each of the outer compartments of separately heated noncombustible gas or a mixture of gases, and in each of the inner compartments - of air separately with the temperature of human comfort under higher pressure but not greater than the strength of the chute material. At least one of the inner compartments in the upper part of the chute comprises an opening for discharging air into the chute, and the opening of the closed section for entry into the chute comprises a door - the valve mounted with the ability of opening and slamming from inside by air pressure. Furthermore, at least one of the inner compartments in the upper part of the chute comprises a gas valve for connecting the hose with a mouthpiece or mask for breathing, and at least one of the outer compartments in the upper part of the chute comprises a gas valve for connecting the hose to the hose nozzle.
EFFECT: invention enables to provide to the rescued people the fire protection during the descent from the altitude object inside the chute and while waiting on the altitude object for their priority of descent.

SUBSTANCE: system includes an auxiliary database which receives information recorded in a personal medical database and a device for determining vital signs and which records said information. The system also includes a unit for computing a safe condition, which computes information on safety evaluation, wherein a safe condition of a person is evaluated by comparing clinical information and information on vital signs recorded in the auxiliary database. The system includes a portable terminal which accesses medical insurance information recorded in the auxiliary database, information on safety evaluation computed by the unit for computing a safe condition, and information on vital signs and clinical information recorded in the auxiliary database. The portable terminal displays medical insurance information, information on safety evaluation, information on vital signs and clinical information.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus has carrier casing with member for connecting to individual to be descended, power-type descending speed regulator comprising power block embraced with cable, rotary lever and sliding friction member. Carrier casing is made in the form of semi-circle adapted for arrangement in vertical plane and is equipped with slots for passage of cable through cavities thereof, and handle. Power block embraced with cable is rigidly fixed on rotary lever positioned for angular displacement relative to axis, arrangement along generatrix of cylindrical surface of carrier casing, and is equipped with self-braking screw-type descending mechanism. Descending mechanism has power screw with flywheel positioned at one end and semi-spherical member arranged at other end of power screw for contacting with semi-spherical receptacle at end of rotary lever, and threaded opening made in carrier casing wall and extending perpendicular to descending direction.
