SUBSTANCE: this device comprises electrical drive of remote control, motion transfer system, actuators and at least one video observation chamber. Besides, two electrical drives located at operator room transmit rotation by shafts through radiation protection wall to research "hot" chamber. Note here that first motor drives via worm gearing the remote control device. Second motor displaces flat rack with video camera in circle in plane perpendicular to horizon.

The invention relates to a surveillance device and can be used for monitoring of technological processes in radiation-protective hot cells.

A Device security cameras, a method of controlling a device camera and software for device security cameras (see the Patent for invention of the Russian Federation No. 2376725, CL IPC H04N 5/232, publ. 2012.2009 g), which includes remote control swivel base on which the surveillance camera.

For reasons that impede the achievement of specified following technical result when using known devices include the fact that it cannot be installed and used in radioactive cells. Furthermore, tracking in these cells is provided by rotation of the rotary Foundation in a plane that limits the range of video surveillance.

The device consists of electric actuators 1 and 2, the shafts 3 and 4, a flat arcuate rack 5, the guide rollers 6, gears 7, the worm wheel 8, the worm 9, platform 10, the fixing elements 11, the worm wheel 12, the worm 13, the video camera 14, radioprotective wires 15, the plug 16.

The device operates as follows: the platform 10 of the remote tracking device using the fixing element 11 is mounted to the ceiling in a research hot cells. From the operator's premises is used for remote regulation of the position of the video camera 14. Moreover, the electric actuator 1 through the shaft 4 and the worm gear 13 and 12, the operator provides a circular rotation of the plug 16 is fixed thereto with an arc-shaped rail 5 and the video camera 14. Electric actuator 2 is driven in the movement of the shaft 3, and through a pair of worm 9 and 8, and then the teeth 7 and the flat arc-shaped rail 5 is provided by the movement of the video camera 14 through an arc in a plane perpendicular to the horizon.

Power supply CCTV camera 14 and the transmission of video from her carrier� the premises is carried out by radioprotective wires 15.

Thus, the above description shows the implementation of the use of the claimed invention, the following set of conditions:

- the means of embodying the claimed invention in its implementation is intended for video surveillance and can be used for monitoring of technological processes in "hot" (radioactive) cameras;

- for the claimed device in the form as it is characterized by set forth in the claims, confirmed the possibility of its implementation using the described in the application of tools and methods;

- means embodying the claimed invention in the implementation, able to achieve perceived by the applicant of the technical tasks (wider range of video surveillance due to rotation of the actuator in two mutually perpendicular planes; use in radioactive hot cells).

Therefore, the claimed invention meets the condition of "industrial applicability".

1. Device remote tracking research in radiation shielding chamber, comprising an electric actuator remote control system transmission movement actuators, CCTV camera, characterized in that the device includes at least one ka�ERU surveillance electric actuators in the amount of two units, located in the operator's room, transmit the rotation of the shafts through radiation protective wall research in a "hot" camera, and the first electric drive through a worm gear provides a circular rotation of the remote tracking device and the second electric actuator - moving flat slats together with a surveillance camera in an arc in a plane perpendicular to the horizon.

The result is achieved due to that statistics logic may determine a coarse position which indicates an optimal focus area which, in one embodiment, may be determined by searching for the first coarse position in which a coarse auto-focus score decreases with respect to a coarse auto-focus score at a previous position. Using this position as a starting point for fine score searching, the optimal focal position may be determined by searching for a peak in fine auto-focus scores. In another embodiment, auto-focus statistics may also be determined based on each colour of the Bayer RGB, such that, even in the presence of chromatic aberrations, relative auto-focus scores for each colour may be used to determine the direction of focus.

Vectors of motion between reference image in sequence and one or several nest images in sequence are defined. The next forecast image is generated by application of motion vectors to reconstructed version of reference image. Difference between next actual image and next forecast image is generated. Image in sequence from set to set is decoded and SR technology is applied to every decoded set for generation of higher-resolution image by rime interpolation and/or spatial interpolation of reference and difference images. Compression of sequence of images includes steps of determination of vectors of motion between reference image and at least one of extra image of sequence of images. Note here that obtained vector of motion is applied to forecast at least one extra image to calculate difference in mages between at least one extra image and forecast of at least one extra image, respectively.

Movable readout device contains light framework made from light-protective material. Two colour video cameras equally spaced in vertical direction relative to each other, lighting devices installed at an angle, are fixed on the framework. Angle provides the direction of light flows to the readout section and independent controlled power supply unit. Control is performed from remote picture processing equipment by means of wire or wireless communication line, for example through modem which is structurally combined with power supply unit.

SUBSTANCE: device includes mirror labyrinth in radiation-proof material, with deflecting mirrors and inlet channel to which protective casing with inlet opening is adjacent on the side of "dirty" room, in which there arranged is system of deflecting mirrors. System consisting of two inlet and two outlet mirrors provides the possibility of projecting the view angle which is large enough at considerable deflection of labyrinth axis from direction of observation to relatively small hole of inlet channel of mirror labyrinth. To outlet channel of mirror labyrinth there adjacent is recording unit with the projection lens and photoreceiving digital matrix connected by means of cable to external processor control unit and visualisation of image. Owing to the matrix structure of photoreceiver used, the high quality of output image is provided. At that, photoreceiving matrix of digital photorecorder of the image is protected as much as possible against penetration of ionising radiation to it because mirror labyrinth performs the function of radiation collimator.

EFFECT: rigid connection of optic system of image transfer to certain section of the observed area provides uniformity of the image perception and allows using it for shaping the appropriate control commands.

FIELD: means for identifying fuel assemblies, mainly spent ones, taken out of nuclear reactor or cooling pond and meant for next storage and recovery.

SUBSTANCE: numbered fuel assembly identification zone is illuminated at different angles with different-wavelength pulsed light sources at a time and their image is transferred to several separated color video cameras. Then color images obtained are separated by means of computer according to color of light sources and images obtained are identified including estimation of each number symbol probability. Data obtained are integrated and each of number symbols is finally checked for probability of compliance with this or that value by conducting common analysis.
