Method of production of thread connection of parts made of felt

FIELD: textiles, paper.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to light industry and can be used for production of sealed joints in the manufacture of products from felt to increase the heat-protective and deformation and strength properties of the products. The method of production of thread connections of parts made of felt comprises forming thread connection and its sealing, comprises additional preparing the part edges by deflating their thickness at an angle of α=30°-45°, which is set according to the properties of the materials used, such as: type of felt, its structure and thickness; making thread connection in the form of 4 or 5-thread flat seam with a frequency of stitching of 3-6 stitches/cm, and the sealing of thread connection is carried out by uniform applying of the sealant in the seam area with the flow of 0.03-0.04 g/cm2 followed by drying. The proposed method enables to improve the hygienic, operational and aesthetic properties of the thread connection. Sealing is carried out without additional mechanical, thermal or chemical effect on the joined materials, and also without the use of additional auxiliary materials, namely, adhesives, sealing tape, which enables to reduce material costs in the manufacture of the perform of shoe upper of felt.

The invention relates to light industry in the manufacture of products from felt and can be used to obtain tight joints, improves thermal and deformation-strength properties.

A method of producing a waterproof seams, according to which thread the line served continuously a solution of sealant in parallel with the formation of string lines [1]. The disadvantage of this method is the lack of sealing air gaps between the layers of material in the seam.

A method of producing a waterproof model compounds [2], including the use of multiple materials, the introduction of adhesive into the joints between the joined parts and subsequent hot pressing with two punches. Under the action of pressure and temperature of the adhesive mass hardens, providing durable waterproof seam. The disadvantages of this method are the high complexity, the need for temperature effects on the surgical area to ensure its tightness, material, stiffness of joints, the complexity of technical performance.

The known method of education thread connection by introducing between the joined layers of self-adhesive sealing films while grinding parts [3]. The gluing of the sealing Le�you carried out simultaneously with the formation of thread connections. Before applying the sealing tape to the surface of stitched material applied to the adhesive and carry out heat-sealable details.

The disadvantages of this method is the need to use auxiliary adhesive substances, sealed ribbon, special equipment to transfer the tape to a thermoplastic state and the device for applying the adhesive. Joints formed in this manner, contact with the sealing tape on the seam surface, with a weak diffusion of the sealant into the joint, which can lead to loss of waterproof properties, by mechanical or chemical damage to the tape or when it comes to peeling from the base material in the operation of the product. Nevertheless, this method is applicable in the unlikely joining of parts made of such fibrous-porous material such as felt.

The closest analogue of the claimed technical solution is the method of connection of webs [4], including the formation of threads of the connection and sealing, and edge parts are joined canvases tilted down and grind off the threads of the seam.

This method does not provide a seal punctures, formed as a result of grinding parts and the necessary flexibility of the connection.

The technical objective of the proposed method is the simultaneous increase in UD�of inane and strength of thread connection parts of felt, the expansion of the variety used in the Shoe industry seams to bond the fibrous materials, in particular parts made of felt, and increase thermal resistance and air-tight seam.

The technical problem is solved as follows:

The method of producing a thread connection parts of felt, including the edge preparation the edges of the parts to be joined by deflated, grinding and sealing, with the edges flush to the width of 5-6 mm at an angle greater than 30 degrees, stitching is carried out in a 4 or 5 thread flat seam with the frequency lines 3-6)/cm, and sealing is carried out by rubbing silicone sealant "Gleo-PRO" region of the seam with a flow rate of 0.03-0.04 g/cm2followed by natural drying with a duration of 10-20 minutes.

The advantages in using this method of producing thread seams are to increase strength, reduce stiffness, improve the aesthetic and hygienic characteristics: beautiful appearance of weld, improving hydrophobic and thermal properties. After grinding parts sealant is applied and rubbed it, causing it penetrates deep into the fiber material and fills in the holes from punctures with a needle. It seams not worse, as formed on the surface of the weft line of the film is transparent and colorless (figure 1). G�mediterannee thread seams have a high level of vodovoroty, continuing over a long period of operation.

Sealing the weft seam this method allows to reduce heat loss due to punctures and destruction of the fibers by a needle in the grinding process.

An example of practical implementation of the method

As objects of study we selected fine wool felt GOST 11025-78, physico-mechanical characteristics of the material are presented in table 1. For fastening use a thread type AHL - reinforced with polyester braid, mark LH (see table 2). To join parts made of felt used machine JUKI-7723 with a flat base for 4 - or 5-thread flat seam.

As a sealant composition used "Cleo-PRO" (France), the characteristics are given in table 3. The advantages of its application are that it has high hygienic properties, is well absorbed into the structure of the material, its composition does not have organic solvents, non-toxic and does not cause allergies. The stated set of essential distinctive features allows to reduce the stiffness of the seam while maintaining its strength and makes it possible to improve thermal properties of model compounds, reducing heat loss due to sealing of puncture resistant material with a needle. W� evaluation criteria quality of the proposed method of producing welds with high hydrophobic properties obtained: tensile strength R kN, breaking elongation L, mm and thermal resistance R.

Example 1

Edge details from felt drained angle £=30°. Connect parts made of felt with a sewing machine 4 thread flat seam, with a frequency of stitch 3 stitch 1 cm Obtained thread compound is treated with a sealant, applying a thin even layer, with a uniform distribution over the entire area of the connection, the thickness of the layer of 0.5-0.9 mm, width 12 mm, the flow rate of 0.03 g/cm2providing complete overlapping holes puncture needle sealing composition. After natural drying, lasting 10-20 minutes, the sealant is completely absorbed. Using a flat seam in the blank footwear uppers made of felt to reduce the stiffness of the seam while maintaining its strength and makes it possible to improve thermal properties of model compounds, reducing heat loss due to sealing of puncture resistant material with a needle. The results are presented in table 4.

Example 2

Machining of parts is carried out according to example 1, but using 5 thread seam, frequency stitch 4 stitch at 1 cm. the Results are presented in table 4.

Example 3

Machining of parts is carried out according to example 1. Edge details from felt drained angle £=45, frequency stitch 6 stitches per 1 cm seam Sealing was carried out after grinding parts one-component silicone�new sealant "Cleo PRO", France, a layer thickness of 0.5-0.9 mm, width 12 mm, the flow rate 0.04 g / cm2. The results are presented in table 4.

For evaluation criteria quality of the proposed method of producing welds with high hydrophobic properties obtained: tensile strength R, breaking elongation L and thermal resistance R.

Table 4 presents the rates of deformation and strength and thermal properties thread seams, depending on the technological parameters of the grinding illustrating examples. Values of strength and breaking elongation were obtained on a machine RT-250 (GOST 28073-89). Investigation of thermal properties was performed by unlimited flat layer.

Table 5 presents comparative characteristics of deformation and strength of heat-shielding properties and the properties of analog with our method, example 1.

The proposed method allows to improve hygiene, performance and aesthetic properties of a model compound. Sealing is carried out without additional mechanical, thermal or chemical stimulation of bonded materials, and without the use of additional auxiliary materials, namely: adhesives, sealants tape, which allows to reduce material costs in the manufacture of uppers made of felt. This method provides full� penetration of the sealant into the material, due to good adhesion of the sealant to the material. Thermal resistance of bonded according to the method, materials of felt, compared to the analogue increased by 24%.

For evaluation criteria quality of the proposed method of producing welds with high hydrophobic properties obtained: tensile strength R kN, elongation L, mm and thermal resistance R.

SUBSTANCE: method for formation of waterproof filar joint consists in application of sealant onto shuttle thread, closing segments of garments by shuttle stitching and curing. Sealant is represented by aqueous solution of acrylic lightly crosslinked thickener and self-cross-linking binding preparation with concentration of 40-80%. When interacting with water, chemical composition swells, increasing in volume, and after drying it returns into initial volume state, which provides for high hygienic properties of clothes due to change in water impermeability of filar joints as ambient humidity changes.

EFFECT: composition binds large amount of water, in process of thermal treatment it produces spatial net structure, which pierces chains of acrylic thickener and provides for adhesion of polymer film to fibre of sewing thread.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to clothing equipment and can be used to manufacture special-purpose garments and domestic water-resistant clothes made of textile materials having waterproof finishing workmanship as well as of the materials with film coatings. The device has a tank for the sealing compound, compressor, pressure controller, pipeline system, air suction system and nozzles. In order to ensure a required level of point positioning of the sealing compound in places where the thread joints get penetrated by the needle along the thread seam the device structure houses an additional controller connected to the rotation angle sensor installed on the sewing machine shaft. The controller uses its other outlet to connect to an air solenoid valve that uses the air-driven pipeline to connect to the tank containing the liquid-phase sealing component.

FIELD: sewing industry, in particular, construction of small-sized sewing machines with single-thread stitch.

SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing curved needle with thread inserted into needle eyelet into fabric layers to be joined; turning needle until it exits fabric at a distance from site where it was introduced, and forming loop from thread by moving said needle in reverse direction; seizing loop by its one side, providing running thereof around other side and drawing it through loop; thereafter, ceasing displacement of needle to the initial position and tightening node; repeating all mentioned steps at distance equal to stitch pitch. Sewing machine has needle guiding mechanism, looper mechanism and toothed rack. Needle guiding mechanism has base, guide fixed on base, rack movable along guide and pivotally connected with needle holder having curved needle. Needle holder is moved relative to rack by means of tie-rod and rack is also movable relative to base by means of tie-rod. Looper mechanism has base pivotally connected to bar, looper provided with nose part, and thread stretching hook with axis of rotation. Base is turned by means of tie-rod and hook is also turned by means of tie-rod. Upon passage of needle through fabric and turning of looper base around axis, looper nose part draws out thread. Once hook is turned, loop is formed, said loop being tightened on thread following it during reversal of needle.

EFFECT: increased precision in forming of single-thread stitch, provision for producing of readily unraveled stitch and reduced intensity of manual labor.

SUBSTANCE: edge overstitching machine has housing 1 incorporating main shaft 2 onto which are put connecting rod 3 of kinking device comprising ring 4, eccentric 5, bushing 6, and connecting rod 7 of stretcher comprising of ring 8, eccentric 9 and bushing 10, needle guide 11 with connecting rod 12 of needle guide 11, material advancement rocker comprising ring 13, eccentric 14, clamp 15 put onto rings 13. Working surface of clamp 15 is made in the form of toothed surface adapted for engagement with material and for reciprocation. Apparatus is further provided with transverse shafts 16, 17 connected with shafts 18, 19 caused to slide by means of levers 20, 21, 22, 23. Needle guide is fixed on upper right part of housing 1 through bushing 24 put onto shaft 25, and is formed as lever with needle clamp 26 arranged at lever end. Needle guide 11 is connected through pivot joint 27 with connecting rod 12 of needle guide 11 to provide for reciprocation.

EFFECT: simplified construction, reduced weight and dimensions, increased wear-resistance and service life of machine.

Sewing machine has needle guiding mechanism, looper mechanism and toothed rack. Needle guiding mechanism has base, guide fixed on base, rack movable along guide and pivotally connected with needle holder having curved needle. Needle holder is moved relative to rack by means of tie-rod and rack is also movable relative to base by means of tie-rod. Looper mechanism has base pivotally connected to bar, looper provided with nose part, and thread stretching hook with axis of rotation. SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of textile industry, in particular, to the method of production of the edge- two-thread buttonhole stitch and to the edge-overlock two-thread buttonhole stitch sewing machine for the method realization. The invention is dealt with the field of sewing and may be used at production of garments. The overlock two-thread buttonhole stitch is gained by the material edges-basting from below by the needle thread and from above by the looper thread with formation of the line of the stitches sequentially arranged along the edge of the material. For this purpose the needle thread by means of the needle arranged at an angle to the direction of the material movement is pulled through the material and from below in the formed overlock loop of the needle thread by the move from behind the needle introduce into it the thread of the looper moving in the plane perpendicular to the edge of the material. In order to ensure a required level of point positioning of the sealing compound in places where the thread joints get penetrated by the needle along the thread seam the device structure houses an additional controller connected to the rotation angle sensor installed on the sewing machine shaft. The controller uses its other outlet to connect to an air solenoid valve that uses the air-driven pipeline to connect to the tank containing the liquid-phase sealing component.

SUBSTANCE: method for formation of waterproof filar joint consists in application of sealant onto shuttle thread, closing segments of garments by shuttle stitching and curing. Sealant is represented by aqueous solution of acrylic lightly crosslinked thickener and self-cross-linking binding preparation with concentration of 40-80%. When interacting with water, chemical composition swells, increasing in volume, and after drying it returns into initial volume state, which provides for high hygienic properties of clothes due to change in water impermeability of filar joints as ambient humidity changes.

EFFECT: composition binds large amount of water, in process of thermal treatment it produces spatial net structure, which pierces chains of acrylic thickener and provides for adhesion of polymer film to fibre of sewing thread.
