The invention relates to a device for preparing a beverage from a substance contained in a capsule with an annular flange, using a liquid medium.

Devices of this type are used for a long time, for example, coffee or tea. Capsules may be relatively rigid Cup-shaped containers made of, e.g., plastic or aluminum, including multilayer materials. Meanwhile, form an individual package with an annular flange may be different, for example, in the form of a flat container.

Such capsules are disclosed, for example, in documents EP 1500357 and EP 1944248. Described in these documents, the capsules are the main body with preferably axially symmetric capacity and lanceolatum rim adjacent to the mentioned capacity. Capacity sealed with foil for hermetic packaging of the product, and the film or foil is welded to the rim or attached in any other way depending on the material.

In addition, for example, in documents EP 1757212 or WO 2008/004116 disclosed a device in which the capsule is retained in an intermediate position between the two parts of the camera using the installation block before mentioned of the camera for the process of brewing closed. In both cases, the lateral guide profiles are in �the direction of the clamping parts of the camera whereby the two parts of the camera can cling tightly to each other. When part of the cell opened, the capsule falls under the action of gravity, wherein the setting unit does not preclude the process of falling. A significant drawback of such guide profiles is that you have to use a large number of moving parts which increase the complexity and cost of construction. Furthermore, for lateral movement requires space, so the compact design is becoming elusive.

The object of the invention is to provide a device of the same type, which is simpler in terms of functionality and performance. In such a device should be a minimum number of moving parts, thus it should be reliable in operation. The design should ensure low operating cost and compact design. In addition, upon release capsules from a distribution block on the annular flange of the capsule, if possible, should not impact any efforts or they can act only minimal effort, since the deformation of the flange can adversely affect the tightness of the brew chamber. During the deformation of the flange for the removal of used capsules after brewing process can be difficult.

This problem is solved in resolv�as, characterized by signs of paragraph 1 of the claims.

The asymmetrical design of the two opposite rails of the parts, one of which is turning the guide and the other guide release neck, can release the capsule from the installation of the block very easily, without the use of moving sideways parts and almost without any appreciable force to the annular flange. The capsule, which is held freely in the installation unit, by closing the parts of a camera moves through a winding path as a result of exposure to one of the parts of the camera, with a similar move on a winding path can essentially be divided into two stages. Meanwhile, as a variant or as a complement, the guide groove may also have a flexible section of the wall in the area of the intermediate position, whereby the guide groove can expand to turn or tilt of the capsule.

One of the parts of the camera are preferably fixedly mounted on the frame, and the other part of the camera installed on the frame to move. The dimensions of the capsule holder and the mounting block is preferably selected so that the two rails of the section could be pushed on top of the capsule holder from both sides when closing the cavity. Due to this capsule can be installed in the cavity of the preferred manner before the two parts of the camera will be tightly pressed against each other.

In order to simplify the extraction cap�uly after re-opening tea is especially important to one of the parts of the camera was equipped with a spring which can be compressed in a closed position when inserting the capsules. The rolling surface allows slightly lift the capsule from guide release after release the edges of the capsule, and, accordingly, the extraction of the surface can be hooked with the edge of the capsule during the breaking movement.

Most preferably a pivoting guide has an inclined guiding�Yu, which causes the capsule to make a lateral move when it is released from the turning of the guide on the first stage of the move. This ensures that the flange of the capsule will not stay in the guide groove of the turning of the guide and is pushed in a lateral direction of the inclined guideway. Due to this, the capsule returns to its normal position relative to the two parts of the chamber. Lateral movement could be facilitated by the inclined surface available to release the guide in the recess area. Such inclined surface does not allow the flange of the capsule rests against guide release during lateral return movement.

One of the parts of the camera affects the capsule in order to make it move along a winding path, and consequently, to release the said capsule from a distribution block. To this end the said portion of the chamber may have an element associated with it. Most preferably, the impact on the capsule carried a compressible spring, which simultaneously facilitates the extraction of the capsule from the cavity. An additional advantage of this is that once the spring is in contact with the capsule, the pressure starts to increase gradually until, �of an eye, finally, do not start the movement on a winding path. This further reduces the likelihood of damage to the capsule.

Additional features and advantages of the invention will become more apparent from further description of example embodiments with reference to the drawings.

As shown in Fig.1, the device, indicated overall by 1, comprises a frame 12 on which is fixedly mounted holder 4 capsules. On the frame movably mounted locking element 5, which may be tightly pressed against the holder 4 capsules. Fig.2 and 3 show details of the device according to the invention. The holder 4 of the capsule shown in these figures schematically. The mounting block 6 contains the turning guide 7 release guide 8. Both guides made in the form of the cheeks and are located on both sides of the locking element 5. At the shut-off element 5 is shown perforating elements 23, which are used to pierce the film or foil of the capsule 2, is attached to the annular flange 3. Installation unit 6 at the same time forms a guide carriage 21, which directs the tool in a straight line.

The capsule 2 is inserted into the annular flange 3 in the guide grooves 10, and then under the action of gravity slips into the intermediate position shown in Fig.3. In this position, the capsule is retained by the flange portions 3, which are located diametrically opposite each other. Wherein the flange is located at a certain distance from the ends of the perforating elements 23. It is clear that in the open position of the holder 4 capsules should be diverted from the guide grooves 10, so that the capsule 2 could easily be in the end position. In this case, the flange 3 location�wives in a vertical plane, which passes through two guide grooves 10. To ensure a certain centering effect of the guide grooves 10 are narrowed down. The design of the turning guide 7 and guide release 8 asymmetric, as will be discussed in more detail below. The lower end of each guide groove has the shape of a support 11 for holding the capsule 2 over its flange in an intermediate position.

Details of the turning guide 7 and guide release 8 will be described with reference to Fig.11-14 before considering the sequence of individual movements. As shown in Fig.11, an inclined guide rail 15, which corresponds to the outer radius of the flange and which is inclined outward from the guide groove 10 adjacent to the guide groove 10 in the area of the intermediate position of the capsule. The purpose of this inclined guide will be discussed in more detail below.

Release guide 8 shown in Fig.12, also has a guide groove 10, the construction of which in the upper part of the identical design of the guide grooves 10 in the turning guide 7. However, at the bottom, in the area of the intermediate position of the capsule, there is a cutout 9, which opens the guide groove 10 on its side than the base of the groove. Although the cutout 9 is also consistent with external�th radius of the flange of the capsule, it is made so that it can be used to push the flange of the capsule from the intermediate position. The neck 9 is directly adjacent inclined surface 16 that allows the flange of the capsule to continue lateral movement immediately after the passage of the notch 9 so that the said flange of the capsule never touched.

An additional feature guide release 8 is the presence of a wedge protrusion 14 from the bottom of the notch 9 in the area of the support 11. Such wedge-like protrusion has a lapping surface 24 which is inclined relative to the horizontal or vertical loading plane, and extracting surface 25, which runs approximately parallel to the loading plane or the guide groove 10. When the flange of the capsule is pushed through the cut-out 9, he rises a little on the incident surface 24 before he falls again after passing through the extraction surface. When the chamber parts are in the unlocked position, extract the surface 25 forms a stop which engages with the flange of the capsule and pull the said flange from the holder 4 capsules.

The sequence of the moving parts of the camera and capsules described with reference to Fig.4-10. As shown in Fig.4, the holder 4 of the capsule forms a cavity 26, the shape of which coincides approximately with the shape of the capsule 2. PR�bunye elements 23, which pierce the base of the capsule 2 when closing the camera, located at the base of the cavity. On the basis of the cavity also there is a spiral spring 13 compression, which is compressed after you install the capsule and promotes recovery of the capsules after brewing process. On the locking element 5 is located an annular seal 27, ensuring a tight closing of the brew chamber.

Fig.4 capsule is shown in an intermediate position before locking. In this position the longitudinal Central axis of the capsule coincides approximately with the longitudinal Central axis 29 of the two parts of the chamber. The annular flange 3 of the capsule is supported turning and release the guide rails 7 and 8, but there is only the last.

Fig.5 the locking element 5 has already moved some distance in the direction of arrow "b" to the holder 4 capsules. Position 2 capsules about turning and release the guides 7 and 8 have not changed yet, but the capsule is already partially included in the cavity 26.

Fig.6 the base of the capsule 2 concerns the end of the spring 13 acting on the capsule 2 with a force in the direction of arrow "b" against the closing forces. Since the flange 3 capsules still held firmly turning guide 7, but it may take a recess 9 for the release of the guide 8, �of upsula slightly rotated around a rotating rail 7. As a result, during the first stage of movement of the capsule is in an inclined position at an angle α relative to the longitudinal Central axis 28.

As the locking element 5 continues to move in the direction of arrow "b", the slanting guide 15 provides lateral movement of the capsule in the direction indicated by arrow "C", whereby the flange 3 is also released from the turning guide 7. This promotes lateral movement inclined surface 16 on the release of the guide 8. Now the locking element 5 close to the holder 4 of the capsule so that the released capsule can no longer fall.

In the closed position S, shown in Fig.8, part of the chambers 4 and 5 is tightly pressed to each other so that the outside flange is o-ring 27. Perforating elements 23 pierced the base and the lid of the capsule 2, whereby, for example, hot water can pass through the capsule (Fig.8 not shown). The distance between the turning guide 7 release guide 8 is selected so that in the cloistered position of the S the holder 4 capsules could fit between these two guides.

As shown in Fig.9, after the process of brewing Zap�Rai element 5 is removed from the holder 4 capsules in the direction of arrow "d". Immediately after perforating elements 23 on the locking element 5 away from the capsule 2, a helical compression spring mounted on the base of the cavity, applies force to the capsule 2 in the direction of arrow "d". Furthermore, the aforementioned wedge protrusion is hooked over the rear surface of the flange 3 and pull the capsule from the cavity.

Fig.10 shows that the locking element 5 has again reached the open position O, and the capsule 2 is held between the rotating and release the guide rails 7 and 8, and in the absence of support she can fall into a holding tank.

5. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that two guide rails (7, 8) form a support (11) to the flange (3) to hold�number of capsules (2) in an intermediate position.

6. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that one of the parts (4) camera mounted in a fixed position on the frame (12), and the other part (5) camera is installed on the frame to move.

The device for product retrieval from a capsule with extractible material or extract has the capsule adjoining surface and at least one perforating element projecting from the adjoining surface, such perforating element containing a perforating prick and/or perforating edge for perforating the capsule. According to the invention, the adjoining surface is at least partially determined by the flat sieve holder containing at least one throughput hole and the sieve installed on the sieve holder with adjoining across the whole surface and covering the throughput hole which ensures the possibility to retrieve the extraction product outgoing from the capsule through the said sieve, with the said extraction product outgaining from the capsule through the hole made by the said at least one perforating element.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a brewing device to prepare beverages or other food products from capsules, in particular, from disposable capsules. The brewing device comprises a brewing chamber with the first part and the second part capable of displacement relative to each other, besides, there is a seat for capsules in one of the parts. In this seat there is at least one perforator for capsule perforation. The first channel supplies a brewing fluid medium into the chamber, and the second channel provides for food product release from the brewing chamber. In the seat there is an alignment element for capsules, which may elastically move in axial direction and is equipped with a guiding and aligning surface for capsules facing the second of the brewing chamber parts. Besides, the aligning element is elastically loaded so that it partially protrudes from the seat while the brewing chamber is open, and may move inside the seat as the brewing chamber closes, besides, when the brewing chamber is closed with a capsule arranged inside, the aligning element is fully inserted inside the seat.

EFFECT: development of a new brewing device with a brewing chamber formed by two parts that may move relative to each other and a system that makes it possible to improve coaxiality of a capsule relative to a perforator or perforators and makes it possible to easier remove the capsule after brewing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to improvements of brewing units for making beverages which use capsules, boxes, or other pre-packaged single portion packages, in particular for making coffee. The brewing unit comprises in combination: a support, a drawer which is, at least, a slot for single portion package, sliding relative to the said support and movable between the position of loading of the single portion package and the brewing position and the outputted element to supply water under pressure to the said single portion package. The brewing unit also comprises a lever to control the movement of the said drawer and mechanical connection between the said lever and the said outputted element. The lever action causes movement of the drawer from the loading position to the brewing position and presses the outputted element to the single portion package. The brewing unit is provided with a locking member blocking the single portion package in the brewing position, preventing it from movement in the direction of loading position when the said drawer is moved from the brewing position in the loading position. The said slot is partially restricted with a pair of swinging arms that move relative to the said drawer to enable disposal of the used single portion package from the said slot during movement of the drawer from the brewing position to the loading position.

The machine for preparing beverages with a brewing unit for preparing beverages for accommodation of the disposable capsule comprises a node of the capsule retention, designed for retention the capsule in the given position during insertion of the capsule under gravity in the brewing unit, and a water injection node for at least a partial closing the capsule and the water supply to the capsule. The part retaining the capsule forms the front part of the unit and is attached to the node of liquid injection with the ability to move along essentially a horizontal trajectory, while the water injection node is a rear fixed part of the unit. The machine for preparing beverage comprises a housing. One of these nodes of the brewing unit can be movable or slide telescopically out of this housing for insertion/removal of the capsule with the ingredient and to be placed in the housing to bring the brewing node in the position of the capsule extraction.

The device additionally comprises a control means, a detection means for measuring at least one characteristic of the flow when the flowing medium flow is created, the memory tool for storing the group of the predetermined flow characteristics connected to different types of elements that contain a flow ingredient, and an injection device for injecting fluid. And the predetermined flow characteristics which are stored in the memory tool are characteristics of the operating point.
