SUBSTANCE: decorative product manufacturing method includes preparation of a mixture based on a mineral binding substance, its pouring into the mould and maintenance until complete hardening, further retrieval and drying of the product; the mixture based on a mineral binding substance is represented by gypsum diluted with water at the ratio of 1:1.5; the mould is represented by 0.2-0.4 mm fraction quartz sand moistened with water at a ratio of 10-15 ml of water per 1 kg of quartz sand with an imprint of a relief image corresponding to that of the decorative product being manufactured.
EFFECT: simplification of the decorative product manufacture process, enhancement of decorative and aesthetic appeal of the resultant product due to a clearer, deeper 3D image on its surface.

The invention relates to the field of production of art and decorative items, namely, a variety of gypsum products, art panels, etc., and can be used for the manufacture of Souvenirs and various ornaments, as well as on children's creativity.
In the manufacture of decorative products, in particular in the process of casting pieces of art made of plaster, use a specially made form. The manufacture of such forms is quite time-consuming. In some cases it is impossible to create a form that allows you to realize any fantasy artist.
A method for manufacturing panels, including dosing of binder, water, color filler, mixing them to a paste, forming the surface of the product, exposure to drying and curing at room temperature. Before molding to a rigid substrate is applied to a contour line of the future image. Pre-prepared color paste compositions are sequentially applied to the substrate along the contour lines, limiting the surface composition of a certain color in accordance with Fig. Subsequent color composition on an adjacent circuit is applied, not allowing to dry previous composition, with partial overlap of compositions of different colors and their mixing at the boundaries�of stavy with each other. After drying and curing process the surface of the product by grinding (patent RU 2371325 C1, B44C 5/04, B44C 1/20, publ. 27.10.2009).
The disadvantages of this method are its complexity, the limitation in obtaining various products, as well as the inability to obtain distinct three-dimensional picture of complex products.
The closest in technical essence to the claimed is a method of manufacturing decorative products, comprising preparing a mixture based on mineral binder, fill in the form and endurance to complete setting, further extraction and drying of the product (patent RU 2320479 C1, B28B 1/00, C04B 14/38, publ. 27.03.2008).
The known method does not allow to obtain three-dimensional decorative products with a complex pattern, any size and complex configuration. The product obtained in this way are not decorative.
The technical result of the claimed invention is to simplify the process of manufacturing decorative products and the enhancement decoration and aesthetics of the resulting product due to the more precise, deep and three-dimensional drawing surface.
The claimed technical result is achieved in that in the method of manufacturing decorative products, comprising preparing a mixture based on mineral binder, fill in the form and an excerpt DOPOMOGA hardening, further extraction and drying of the product, as a mixture based on mineral binder used gypsum diluted with water in a weight ratio of 1:1.5, and as a form used quartz sand fraction (0.2-0.4 mm, are wetted with water in a ratio of 10-15 ml of water per 1 kg of quartz sand and is made with the impression of the relief image of the product corresponding to the image produced decorative items.
In this quartz sand is poured into a container of waterproof material or fill layer on a horizontal surface.
An imprint of the embossed image in the form can be obtained by using one or more natural objects or man-made templates that have different shape and size.
As natural objects can be used shells, or plants, or leaves.
As artificially made templates can be used animal figurines or sculptures.
In quartz sand before pouring the mixture can be based on the subjects of natural origin.
The extract is poured into the sand-gypsum mixture is carried out for 30-45 minutes.
After it extracted from quartz sand its remains are removed from the product by brush or wash off with water.
After drying, the product can be carried out protections�about decorative treatment products.
As a protective and decorative treatment of the product can be applied to paint, or varnish, or paint on the surface.
The invention is illustrated by photos of decorative products produced using the inventive method.

Manufacturing FD�we on the basis of quartz sand fraction (0.2-0.4 mm and water taken in the ratio of 1 kg of quartz sand at 10-15 ml of water, and the execution of a print of a relief image corresponding to the image of the final product, allows to obtain three-dimensional art in any size and any shape, it does not require a lot of energy and the use of complex mechanisms.
In the manufacture of molds for casting plaster mixture used quartz sand fine fraction of 0.2-0.4 mm. the Use of quartz sand over a large fraction (more than 0.4 mm) does not allow to create a clear pattern, as pour the plaster mixture percolates through the coarse sand. And the use of quartz sand is too fine fraction (less than 0.2 mm) is unprofitable because it is less accessible.
For a mold can be used, colored quartz sand.
While making the quartz sand is poured into a container of waterproof material. To obtain the bulk products container must be deep enough. To obtain a flat work (including large sizes) quartz sand fill layer on a flat horizontal surface.

An example of the finished composition using several objects (the leaves) is shown in Fig.2.
As the template can be used artificially made objects (figurines of animals, fish, etc.) various shapes and size. Example (photo) of the finished product, imitating people's faces and obtained using as template the sculpture shown in Fig.3.
After running the imprint of the embossed image in quartz sand used objects, patterns or other elements (through which perform print) removed.
An example of the form of quartz sand before pouring the gypsum mixture is shown in the photo of Fig.4.
Extract mixtures based on mineral binders (gypsum mixture) is carried out for 30-45 minutes. Extract m�her 30 minutes does not allow the gypsum mixture sufficiently to solidify. If the plaster mixture to leave for longer than 45 minutes in wet quartz form, the gypsum can lose its strength and the product will become brittle. The dwell time of the gypsum mixture may also depend on the quality of the gypsum and its concentration. For more durable products can be applied, for example, gypsum brand G-16.
Remnants of quartz sand after extraction of the product from the mold (quartz sand) can be easily removed with a brush or wash off with water.
Drying products are best to implement in a vertical position to eliminate deformation of the product.
After drying, the product can be left in the form in which it was received, without further processing (see, for example, in the photo of Fig.1), or may be made of protective and decorative treatment of the product.
As a decorative treatment of the product can be applied gilding, toning, aging, staining (see for examples Fig.5 and Fig.6), etc. Also on the surface of the finished product can be coated with paint, varnish, lacquer coating. To increase the strength of the product it can be impregnated with various compounds that prevent the hygroscopic properties of the plaster.
The claimed method allows you to create castings that mimic natural forms. The gypsum in this case absorbs small particles of sand from the mould surface and looks like a stone. Stated m�TOD greatly expands the creative possibilities of the artist, allowing you to produce complex relief images, relief for example a composition that imitates ridges (see photo of the product in Fig.7) In this case the claimed method of making decorative articles are quite simple to use.
Also to create complex interesting composition decorative products in quartz sand (in the form) before pouring a mixture of plaster you can put solid objects of natural origin, such as seashells, starfish, etc. by pouring a mixture of plaster in quartz sand (shape) objects of natural origin are not immersed in the plaster, as the sand protects them, as if they sunk into the sand and the plaster is poured around them. An exemplary embodiment of such a variant of the composition of the product using the starfish shown in Fig.8.
The inventive method allows to produce not only flat, but the bulk of the product. The exercise of such options shown in the example of the manufacture of the bird (Fig.9) and wheels (Fig.10).
A method of manufacturing decorative products is as follows.
Initially preparing a mixture based on mineral binder and is made form for subsequent casting in plaster mixture. As mixtures based on mineral binders use gypsum, which is diluted with water in a weight ratio of 1:1.5 and feathers�mesilat until you obtain a smooth paste. Thus, the claimed method allows to obtain decorative products, imitating natural forms, including close in appearance to natural stone, wood or any vegetable Mat�the chart. Using the proposed method it is possible to recreate images of wind, waves, create vegetable and other theme song. You can make the form of sculptural clay or whatever and print in the sand, creating a mold.
This method gives the surface of the gypsum species of Sandstone, as tiny particles of sand remain in the upper layer of plaster. You can use colored sand, creating with white color gypsum interesting effects without coloring.

7. A method according to claim 1, characterized in that the shutter speed of the mixture is carried out for 30-45 minutes.
8. A method according to claim 1, characterized in that after extraction of the product from silica sand residue is removed from the product by brush or wash off with water.
9. A method according to claim 1, characterized in that after drying the product is produced of protective and decorative treatment.
10. A method according to claim 9, characterized in that as a protective and decorative treatment products are made applying paint, or varnish, or paint on the surface.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of construction boards with wood core. Proposed method comprises the steps that follow. 1) Sputter of wood fibers or ships coated with glue to make chipboard. 2) Compaction of said chipboard at high temperature to make large-size board with shagreen layer at, at least, its top surface. 3) Application of primer of melamine-based liquid resin on board surface to be coated. Note here that said resin penetrates, at least partially, into board surface layer to impregnate said shagreen and improve its properties. 4) Primer draying and 5) application of primer on the pad. 6) Primer drying and 7) application of at least one varnish saturated with painting water-based pigments to create the pattern. 8) Pattern drying and 9) application of sealing layer saturated with wear-resistant particles and resin cellulose melamine-based fibres. 10) Sealing drying and 11) application of liquid resin pad on board bottom layer. Note here that said resin penetrates, at least partially, into board bottom surface layer. 12) Pad drying and 13) application of stabilizing layer on said bottom surface. 14) Compaction of sandwiched structure by high temperature and pressure and 15) separation to panels of required width and length. 16) Application of bonding means and fixing elements on opposite lateral edges for flue-free joint and fixation of several panels to the floor floating structure.

EFFECT: invention provides creation of composite materials with decorative finish having the characteristics of impact elasticity, strength and fire resistance which are comparable with laminate materials comprising glass fibre non-woven fabrics for reinforcement.
SUBSTANCE: fire-resistant laminate has low combustion heat of ≤3 MJ / kg according to ISO 1716 and due to the multilayer structure has excellent mechanical properties and has extremely good stability in variable climatic conditions (hot / wet / cold / dry). Contains several nonwoven fabrics made of mineral and glass fibres, having different functions and composition. These include high-filled nonwoven fabrics, bridging C-stages and other additives.
EFFECT: production of fire-resistant laminate, used in various fields, where exclusively laminates have been applied up to date in accordance with standard EN 438 and superior.

Note that in pouring the binder absolute pressure is kept in said mould not exceeding 30 kPa. Note that pouring is carried out from below while, after pouring, absoluter pressure of up to 100-300 kPa is created to complete hardening. Note that pressure feed moment is selected to make binder viscosity be increased by not over 30% at said moment. After extraction, the articled is sliced into thin plates.

FIELD: construction materials industry; production of the moldable decorative laminated material.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the moldable complicated decorative laminated material, which contains the polymer impregnated decorative layer made out of the bilateral expansible decorative paper and the core polymer impregnated layer formed out of the bilateral extendable kraft-paper. The laminated material is used for production of the different products requiring the molding concerning the surface of the complicated form, in particular, to the packet made out of the laminated material. The board made out of the laminated material has the moldable base in addition to the decorative layer. The method of manufacture of the moldable decorative laminated material includes the following operations: treatment of the decorating paper, its impregnation, the treatment and impregnation of the kraft-paper, the layer by layer stacking and joining of the layers of the decorative and kraft-paper under pressure with their preliminary impregnation with the phenol-formaldehyde polymeric compound. The technical result of the invention is improvement of the surface properties of the decorative laminated material.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises applying a lining material on the surface of the panel, gluing the lining material to the surface of the panel, pressing, and conditioning. Before applying the lining material, the panel is dampened and treated with steam. Pressing is performed at a temperature 127-132°C and at a pressure of 170 bar for 4-6 min.

SUBSTANCE: prior to delivery of PVC blank to working area, its surface is subjected to loosening for increase of surface activity and for enhancing adhesion by applying solution of primer; use is made in working area of contra-shaft for holding-down the blank to drive guide transporting wheels and for rolling-on the facing material and connecting it with front surface; used as hold-down device is hold-down shaft with its own program-controlled shaft which is made from soft elastic material for copying the configuration of front and side surfaces of blank at the moment of connection with facing material at simultaneous stretching of it for avoidance of folds; its longitudinal axis is located at angle of from 0 to 90° relative to delivery of blank.
EFFECT: improved quality of facing; simplified construction of device; increased productivity of process.
