The level of technology

This invention relates to a portion capsule for preparing a beverage, having a capsule body with a capsule and side fill, and between the bottom side of the capsule and fill the hollow space for accommodation of powdery or liquid substrate and drink and between the substrate and drink the bottom of the capsule filter element is located.

Such portions of the capsule are well-known in the art. This problem is solved by using a portion capsule for preparing a beverage, having a capsule body with a capsule and side fill, and between the bottom side of the capsule and fill the hollow space for powder or liquid substrate for a drink, and between the substrate for beverage and bottom of the capsule is a filter element, wherein the filter element includes having open pores of the nonwoven fabric and/or felt, and the felt and/or nonwoven material facing the substrate of the drink first region has an average first pore size, and facing the bottom of the capsule of the second region has a second average pore size, wherein the first pore size is smaller than the second pore size.

Preferably, the felt has a thickness of between 0.20 and 5 mm, particularly preferably between 1.5 and 3.5 mm, and quite particularly preferably essentially of 3.2 millimeters. The felt has such a structure that the air permeability of the felt at a pressure of 100 PA is in the range between 200 and 3000 l/(m2C), particularly preferably in the range between 200 and 1000 l/(m2with), and quite particularly preferably is, essentially, 600 l/(m2C). Preferably, the felt is on the bottom of the capsule so that it fits on most surfaces. Particularly preferably, the felt is attached to the bottom by heat sealing, primarily by means of ultrasound.

According to the next subject or the next form of the present invention the filter element has a felt structure. First of all, this is about the structure of non-woven products, obtained needle-punched method. Preferably, the filter element comprises at least one of a felt structure and a supporting structure, particularly a fabric structure, and, particularly preferably, a felt structure, at least in one partial section of the volume comprises a supporting structure. Preferably, the filter element has two felted patterns, which are separated from each other by the bearing structure. The thickness of both structures may be the same or different. The next subject of this invention is the use of a portion capsule for preparing a beverage, preferably for making coffee and/or tea beverage.

Examples of the invention depicted in the figures and explained in more detail in the following description. The figures described only and do not limit the General idea of the invention.

Description of figures

Fig.1 shows a longitudinal section through a portion capsule according to�but exemplary form of the present invention, which is designed for making coffee.

Fig.2 shows a longitudinal section through a portion of the chamber located in a closed chamber pot according to an exemplary form of the present invention.

On the different figures the same parts are always provided with the same reference positions and, therefore, usually called or referred to, in each case only once.

Fig.1 shows an exemplary form of the portion capsule 1 according to the invention. Portion capsule 1 comprises a housing 1 capsule in the form of a truncated cone with the bottom 3 of the capsule and placed on his side 4 fill flange 5 to which is welded or glued to the protective film 6. The bottom 3 capsules in the initial state is either closed or already has in its initial state the outlet 20, which is sealed, for example, by using a sealing film (not shown), contractible before the extraction process or puncked tea in the camera. The felt is either desacralize on the inner side 3A of the bottom 3 capsules or fixed, that is, preferably by means of a continuous connection, is connected to the inner side 3A of the bottom 3 of the capsule housing. In the second embodiment, the filter element 7 by means of a continuous connection is provided only in the outer region of the 3' DNA 3 capsules on day 3 capsules. Preferably, the felt contains made of polyester fine fibers of the felt material. The filter element 7, preferably by means of carving, laser cutting, water jet cutting, ultrasonic cutting and/or the like, is separated from the roll of fabric.

Fig.3A and Fig.3B shows the various forms of implementation of the filter element 7 of the portion capsule 1 according to Fig.1 and Fig.2 approximate form of the implementation.

Shown in Fig.3A, the filter element 7 has only a single felt layer in the first region 200 has a first pore size, and in its second region 201 has a larger second size of pores. Different pore sizes are achieved, for example, by the fact that in the first area 200 for the formation of the felt used fiber with a first average diameter of the fibers, whereas in the second area 201 for the formation of the felt used fiber with a second average diameter of the fibers, and the fiber diameter is larger than the first diameter of the fibers.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system, method and capsule for preparation of the preset quantity of beverage for consumption using an extractable product. The system contains a replaceable capsule, a device containing a receptacle for the replaceable capsule retention and a liquid dispensing device for fluid medium supply into the replaceable capsule under a pressure of 4-20 bar. The replaceable capsule contains a ring-shaped wall, a bottom part and a cover. The wall, bottom part and cover enclose the inner space containing the product being extracted. The bottom contains an inlet layer for supply of a certain quantity of liquid by means of the liquid dispensing device through the inlet layer into the capsule. The cover contains an outlet layer for supply of prepared beverage through the outlet layer from the capsule into the vessel. The capsule contains an additional wall element passing into the inner space to ensure additional rigidity.

EFFECT: invention allows to ensure constantly good quality of the ready beverage due to reduction of deformation during usage under exposure to fluid medium pressure.
