FIELD: packaging industry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to cigarette packs, and more particularly to cigarette packs with attached advertising samples. The object of the invention is to provide a cigarette pack with an advertising sample attached to it so that these packs may then be placed in a standard box for cigarette packs. A pair of the cigarette packs, each of which has a rear wall with the packs located adjacent to each other, facing each other with the rear walls. A sachet is detachably attached to the rear wall of each pack. One sachet is detachably attached to the upper part of the rear wall of one pack, and another sachet is detachably attached to the lower part of the rear wall of the other pack in the pair. The advertising pouch of smokeless tobacco is placed inside each sachet. Pairs of such packs are placed into boxes of a standard size. Each pack and the attached sachet may comprise an outer wrapping material.
EFFECT: creation of a cigarette pack with an advertising sample attached to it so that these packs may then be placed in the standard box for cigarette packs.

The present invention relates to cigarette packs and more particularly to cigarette packs with attached promotional samples, in particular, are grouped for placement in a standard carton for cigarette packs.
Cigarette packs tightly fit a standard carton for cigarette packs, in which a little free space for additional materials. After completion of the packaging operations of the box then re-open for applying tax stamps on packs using standard marking machines. Labeling cigarette packs with excise stamps is economically important, and in all countries are used franking machines, and similar tools for appropriate application of excise stamps on every sold a pack of cigarettes.
Advertising samples, such as samples of smokeless tobacco, for example, often circulate separately and not attached directly to the cigarette packs, because the increased size tutu will also require to increase carton for cigarette packets, which causes problems with standard marking machines. Consequently, there is a need for other methods of distribution of such samples among consumers. Thus, the advertising samples should be attached to the cigarette pack�m, to cigarette packs could fit in a standard carton for cigarette packs. Therefore, when such boxes are then re-open for the application of excise stamps, can be used standard marking machines.
Summary of the invention
One of the objectives of the present invention is to provide a cigarette package with a promotional sample attached to it in such a way that these packs can then be placed in a standard carton for cigarette packs.
Another object of the present invention consists in providing a plurality of cigarette packs, each of which has a promotional sample released attached to it, and these bundles are grouped to fit in a standard carton for cigarette packs.
In accordance with the present invention box for cigarette packs contains ten cigarette packs arranged in two rows of five cigarette packs in each row. Each pack has a rear wall, and rear wall packs in one row are positioned adjacent rear walls of the packs of the second row. To the rear wall of each tutu is detachable attached sachet or bag, and a bag of smokeless tobacco is in each sachet. One bundle of each adjacent pair of cigarette packs arranged in a box "back-to-back", is Sasha, is detachable attached to the upper teaching�weave back wall packs and another pack of each adjacent pair of cigarette packs which are positioned back-to-back, is Sasha, is detachable attached to the lower portion of its rear wall.
In addition, the present invention relates to individual cigarette packs with Sasha, detachable attached to it. A small pouch of smokeless tobacco is detachable attached to Sasha.
Cigarette packet has a rear wall and preferably sachets of smokeless tobacco pouch, detachable attached to the upper portion of the rear wall of the cigarette packs. Alternative is a sachet with a bag of smokeless tobacco can be detachable attached to the lower portion of the rear wall of the stack.
The present invention further includes a pair of cigarette packs, each of which has a rear wall with the bundles arranged adjacent to one another, facing each other, a rear wall, in the "back-to-back". Sasha is detachable attached to the rear wall of each pack. One sachet is detachable attached to the upper portion of the rear wall of one bundle, another Sasha detachable attached to the lower part of the upper wall of the other packs of this pair. Each sachet includes a small pouch of smokeless tobacco inside the sachet.

Detailed description of the invention
Referring more in detail to the drawings, a standard box of 10 for cigarette �ACEC contains ten cigarette packs 12 in two rows of five packs each. Every cigarette pack has a container part 14, which accommodates a group of ten cigarettes in a foil (not shown), and the cover 16 is pivotally attached along a hinge line 18. A cigarette packet includes front and rear walls 20, 22 respectively, as well as the top wall 24, bottom wall 26 and an oppositely placed side walls 28.
Advertisement sample in the form of a sachet or bag 30 is detachable fixed to the rear wall 22 of each cigarette packs 12. Bilateral adhesive 32 can be used for this purpose, but can also be any convenient means of attachment for released. Each sachet contains two layers 33, fastened together at the outer border of these layers.
The bag 34 smokeless tobacco is inside each sachet 30. Bags 34 can be located in sachet of disordered or their location can be specified if required. By way of example, and as partially shown in Fig.5, the pouches can be placed in a sachet horizontally, vertically, or unordered.
As shown best in Fig.4 and 5, two cigarette packs 12 facing the rear walls to each other to be placed in the box 10. One sachet packs attached in a detachable upper portion 36 of the rear wall of the pack, sachet 30 is attached to the bottom section 38 of the rear wall adjacent packs in this pair. T�some arrangement reduces the width of the adjacent pairs of cigarette packs, allowing you to place the pack in a standard carton for 10 cigarette packs, mainly because the bags 34 does not abut each other. Contacting of bags can easily increase the width of the adjacent pair packs of 12 and could require increased box for cigarette packs.
As disclosed above under "prior art", the box containing cigarette packs, then re-open for the application of the relevant tax stamps on each pack in a carton. The marking device has a design that can work with boxes for cigarette packs, having a standard size, and any increase in the size of the box would require a special marking equipment. In the present invention the location and orientation of 30 sachets and pouches 34 allows them to have packs of 12 inside standard carton 10, and the subsequent processes of applying marks easily accomplished standard marking machines.
Fig.6 and 7 shows an alternative embodiment of the present invention in which the wrapping material 50 is located around each bundle 12 and attached sachet 30. Except for the wrapping material 50 of Fig.6 and 7 is similar to Fig.4 and 5, and the same positions are used to designate similar parts.
Wrapping material 50 is continued around the front and rear glass�OK 20, 22 packs, and around the opposite side walls 28. The top and bottom borders 52, 54 near the upper end and bottom walls 24, 26 of the bundle, whereby these walls remain uncoated wrapping material. If required, provide on the wrapper tear strip 56 and a weakened line 58 to remove the wrapper when opening packs of 12. The tab 56 and a weakened line 58 is preferably located adjacent one of the three opposing side walls 28 of the stack.

SUBSTANCE: pack of cigarettes comprises an inner package for a group of cigarettes wrapped in a sheet of packaging material comprising a tear-off line forming a tear-off upper part, which seamlessly extends along a single part of a sheet of packaging material, and a rigid outer package. The group of cigarettes is parallelepiped-shaped and comprises two parallel major side walls, two minor side walls and two end walls, four longitudinal edges are formed between the two major side walls and two minor side walls, four major transverse edges are formed between the two major side walls and two end walls, and four minor transverse edges are formed between the two minor side walls and two end walls. The sheet of packaging material is folded around a group of cigarettes by superposition of two opposite flaps of the sheet of packaging material to form a tubular wrapper covering a group of cigarettes, without seams at all four sides and having on the small side walls of the panel of cigarettes two lateral ends folded to complete creation of the inner container. The opposite flaps of the sheet of packaging material are applied only to the first major side wall of the group of cigarettes with formation of a tubular wrapper and before folding the two lateral ends of the tubular wrapper.
EFFECT: pack provides easy access to cigarettes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a package of tobacco products, a preform for the package of tobacco products, and a method of the preform folding to form the package of tobacco products. The object of the invention is to create a package of tobacco products which is cheap and easy to manufacture. SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a container having a novel surface texture. The container has a surface containing at least one highly frictional surface region having a coefficient of friction of from about 0.63 to about 2.00. This at least one highly frictional surface region comprises a coating layer comprising flock. At that the said flock is adhered to the sheet material by an adhesive layer. The technical result of the invention is to provide a container having a highly frictional surface region which increases the friction between the movable parts of the pack, eliminating its unintentional opening, increased resistance to opening, closing due to smooth braking the movement during closing caused by friction.

The pack comprises a bundle of cigarettes, an inner package which accommodates the cigarettes and having a front wall and a rear wall, an outer container for the inner package having a hinged lid along the hinge, a front wall and a rear wall opposite the front wall and having the hinge. Inside the outer container between the outer container and the inner package a coupon is placed. The coupon comprises a first part which is located in contact with the rear wall of the inner package, between the rear wall of the outer container and the rear wall of the inner package, and a second part perpendicular to the first part and located in contact with the upper wall of the inner package, between the upper wall of the outer container and the upper wall of the inner package.

SUBSTANCE: pack of parallelepiped shape has hinged lid and comprises side surface, flat upper and lower ends facing each other, located parallel one to another and defining side surface thereof. Side surface includes two parallel flat minor side walls, two parallel major side walls facing each other, low cap-shaped container, upper lid pivotally connected to the container in parallel to minor side walls. At least one side wall has profile extending outwards and forms corresponding obtuse dihedral angles with adjacent side walls. The side wall comprises central part and two side strips located from both sides of the central part. Each side strip comprises inner area contacting with central part and previously weakened by longitudinal weakened lines, and flat outer area extending along corresponding preformed fold line. Each side strip is curved so that concave part thereof faces inward to connect corresponding central part with adjacent side walls. Each side strip defines sharp edge with corresponding side wall, the first obtuse dihedral angle with corresponding minor wall and the second obtuse dihedral angle with corresponding central part, wherein the second obtuse dihedral angle exceeds the first one.
EFFECT: improved ability to remove the first cigarette from the pack after opening thereof, possibility to apply transparent coating without deforming thereof, prevention of pack wearing out during contact with user's clothing, reduced manufacturing cost and decreased time of pack production, minimal modernization of packing machine.

SUBSTANCE: proposed packing with two main walls, two side walls and two end face walls has envelope with smoking articles made of sheet protective material and hole made in sheet material to take smoking articles out of packing. Said hole is located on upper end face wall and terminates on one of main walls of packing being provided with cover with nondrying glue layer on one of surfaces by means of which it attaches to protective material envelope at edges of its hole. Said envelope is provided with lip non-covered with layer of glue which makes it possible to hermetically close the packing after taking out smoking article. Packing is furnished with outer wrapper made of sheet material arranged from outer side of envelope and covering part of cover and part of envelope. Wrapper does not preclude access to lip non-covered with layer of glue. To open the wrapper for the first time and open the hole closed by cover to take out smoking article, it should be torn off or removed from packing.

Invention makes it possible to create rigid cigarette packs of parallelepiped form from which cigarettes can be easily taken out without damage to cigarettes and pack.

Each side wall has fold line extending in parallel to longitudinal edge of side wall. Fold line is doubled in two lines directed to corners located at corresponding side wall base to provide deformation of above side wall inside the package.

SUBSTANCE: box comprises lower base having lower wall and front, rear, right and left side walls. The container is provided with lid having front, rear, right and left side walls. Insert is secured into the lid so that the insert passes in the base to elevate box content after box opening. Side walls have lengths equal to multiple heights thereof. Lid is pivotally connected the base along rear side walls so that lid and base may perform, mutual rotation one relative another. The insert is connected to inner side of rear side wall of the lid and is not connected to the base.
