SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a mounting profile for tiling a facade from stone material. A device for mounting of facade tiles of any type, in which on their rear side there is a retaining ledge facing downwards, and on their front side there is a grooved slot and a comb facing downwards, which are made as capable of placement on the building facade one above another with vertically adjacent tiles arranged as overlapping with each other on their upper and lower edges so that the comb of each upper tile extends into the grooved slot of the adjacent tile located below, besides, the device comprises an extended mounting profile with a substantially flat narrow part and a pair of shelves, arranged on opposite edges of its long sides, besides, each comprises an inner part of the shelf, which is connected with the narrow part, and a split outer part of the shelf, which extends from the narrow part along the support plane to retain rear sides of the facade tiles, and which represents evenly located mounting hooks for retention of facade tiles by means of their retaining ledges, besides, at least one of outer parts of the shelf comprises fixing ledges to fix facade tiles in horizontal direction and to prevent them against side displacement, and fixing ledges stretch from the appropriate shelf inside along the support plane to the centre of the narrow part and comprises an end part bent outside, which is located to rest against the inner side edge of the tile, besides, the narrow part and the shelves together form a vertical discharge channel to send downwards any moisture, which gets between inner side edges of two tiles.

The invention relates to a mounting profile that is capable of attachment in an upright position on the facade of the building for hanging tiles on the outer wall, especially tiles of this type, which contains a horizontally longitudinal tiles for facade cladding of stone material.
Such systems are facade cladding are known, e.g. from EP 1027507 B1 and EP 0556264 B1.
Tiles or stones that are covered by this description, are rectangular in shape and typically have a width more than height. In a widely used variant of implementation of the stones have a size of 600 mm×100 mm, but there is also the need for large stones, so the stones became available with double height, ie, which is 600×200 mm.
The weight of the stones ensures that once they are installed, they are well fixed to the profile and perhaps usually are not damaged by bad weather conditions. The only thing that can typically displace them, is a blow or a push, especially those that affect the top or the side. In EP 0556264 B1 describes a fixing protrusion that is designed to prevent shifting of the tiles. However, still there is no solution that protects the stones from shifting in a lateral or horizontal direction.
In systems facade cladding according to the prior those�Nicki stones are installed with a certain gap therebetween. There is a vertical overlap in the lower part of the tile that rests on the top edge of a nearby rock so that to prevent the ingress of moisture, etc. between the stones. This overlap, however, impossible in the horizontal direction, and therefore, usually there is a vertical gap between the stones, into which moisture can penetrate.
The task of the invention is to provide a mounting profile and system for facade cladding, which contains improvements relative to the prior art, given the lateral location and preventing the ingress of moisture.
The present invention relates to a device for installation of facade tiles of this type, in which at their rear side is directed downward, the retaining protrusion and the front side of the front retaining ledge has sportowy groove and downward-pointing crest, which is made with possibility of accommodation on the facade of the building, one above the other with vertically adjacent tiles arranged overlapping each other at their upper and lower edges so that the crest of each upper tile continued in sportowy groove located below the adjacent tiles, wherein the device includes an elongated mounting profile with a substantially flat narrow part and a pair of shelves, located on the opposite� the edges of the long sides of the narrow part, and each contains an internal part of the flange, which is connected to the narrow part, and split the outer part of the flange that extends from a narrow portion along the reference plane to hold back facade tiles and that represents equally spaced mounting hooks to hold the facade tiles by holding protrusions. At least one of the outer parts of the shelf contains a fixing protrusions for fastening of facade tiles in the horizontal direction and prevent them from lateral movement in which the fixing protrusions extend from a respective shelves in the reference plane inward to the center of the narrow part and contains unbent outward end portion, which is positioned to bear on the inner side edge of the tile, which is narrow and shelves together form a vertical output channel to transfer any moisture that gets between the inner side edges of two adjacent tiles.
The task is achieved by the device according to the invention, which is that prevented lateral movement of the tiles in a certain way. Additionally, the fact that the fixing protrusions directed inwardly towards the center of the mounting profile, contributes to the fact that creatures�describing the gap between two adjacent tiles is located in the center relative to the vertical output channel, composed of narrow and shelves in such a way that prevented the ingress of moisture between the two mounting profiles.
Other advantages of the invention will become apparent from the detailed description and from the dependent claims.
Below the invention is described relative to specific embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which:

In the following detailed description of the described embodiment of the device according to the invention is formed from an elongated mounting profile 1, located to maintain the rectangular facade tiles 20, see in particular, Fig.2. Each facade tiles 20 includes a rectangular front side 25, which is made with the possibility of being drawn from the building and be visible façade of the building. The back side 26 of the tile contains a downward retaining protrusion 21 for hanging the tiles, and the front side of the tile contains� sportowy groove 22 and downward-pointing crest 23. Facing tiles 20 is made with the possibility of placing one above the other on the facade of the building 30, and vertically adjacent tiles 20 overlap each other with their upper and lower edges so that the ridge 23 of each tile continues in sportowy groove 22 downstream adjacent tiles. These tiles actually known and therefore not described in detail here. The invention relates to a mounting device, which in Fig.1 shows in the form of an elongated mounting profile 1 sheet metal with essentially narrow part 2 and a pair of shelves 3, which are located at its opposite sides. Shelves 3 each contain the inner part 4, which is connected to a narrow part of 2, and split the outer part 5 shelves, which continues parallel to the narrow portion 2 and forms a reference plane (S) to hold the rear side 26 of each facing tiles 20. Mounting hooks 6 are evenly distributed for the retention of facade tiles 20 by the retaining protrusions 21.
In the depicted embodiment of the mounting hooks are bent as part of the split outer part 5 shelves. Usually instead of mounting hooks are arranged as a continuation of the inner part 4 shelves. Since this arrangement is feasible within the volume image�etenia, but this would imply an increase of waste due to cutting of the metal around the mounting hooks 6. Further preferably, the mounting hook was placed in the center of the outer part 5 shelves, since the retaining rings 20 reference plane S thus been improved.
In accordance with the invention, at least one of the external parts 5 includes a fixing protrusion 7 for fastening of facade tiles horizontally and 20 prevent them from lateral movement after installation. In the depicted embodiment of the fixing protrusions 7 extend from both 3 shelves inside to the center of the narrow part 2. Fixing protrusions 7 each contains unbent outward end portion 8 adapted to support the inner side edges 24 of the tiles 20 and thus prevent lateral displacement of the tiles. Narrow 2 shelves and 3 together form a space which forms a vertical outlet channel for removing the moisture that enters between the inner side edges 24 of the two tiles 20.
In the depicted embodiment of the outer part 5 shelves contain opposite fastening lugs 7 of equal length for horizontal placement of facade tiles 20 so that the space between two adjacent tiles is located at the center with respect to �appropriate mounting profiles 1 and is essentially in line with the narrow part 2 mounting profiles 1, as shown in Fig.2. The length of the fixing protrusions 7 is relatively narrow 2 mounting profiles that formed a small gap, of the order of 5-10 mm between the end parts 8 of the two opposite fixing protrusions.
In neizabranog embodiment of the length of the fixing protrusions 7 instead, this is a relatively narrow portion 2 of the mounting profile, which is bent outward end of the fixing part 8 of the projections 7 in the horizontal direction is placed at or near the center of the narrow portion 2 of the mounting profile. In such an embodiment, the tile is arranged to be positioned in the opposite direction from the end portion 8 in which the distance between two adjacent tiles 20 that rest on the opposite side unbent outward of the end parts 8 is regulated by the thickness of the end portion 8. When the end portion of the fixing protrusion is placed essentially in the center of the narrow part 2 mounting profiles, tile 20 will also be posted on the cent relative to the corresponding mounting profile 1 so that the space between them will end along the center of the narrow portion 2 of the mounting profile 1. By providing the end portion 8 of the fixing protrusions 7 additional protrusion of the desired length (not shown) adapted to be located between two p�itcame 20, the gap between the two rings 20 can be adjusted to desired width.
As shown in Fig.1 and 2, the mounting profile 1 further comprises a vertical fixing lug 9, to prevent vertical movement of the tiles after they have been installed.
To simplify transportation and installation profiles 1 and to reduce the space required during transport, installation profiles are located so as to be at least partially bent in place. Therefore, fixing protrusions are preferably not bent before the end of the transport profile. Therefore, and due to the fact that the inner part 4 shelves and mounting hooks 6 is tilted, the profiles can be placed inside each other, whereby the space required for them, are greatly reduced.
Above the invention was described with reference to the depicted and nesovershennye implementation options. These implementation options, however, are not limiting for the invention, which on the contrary is only limited by the appended claims of the invention.

Device for installation of facade tiles (20) of this type, in which at their rear side (26) has a downward retaining protrusion (21) and the front side (25) has sportowy groove (22) and downward-pointing crest (23), which �ispolneny with the possibility of placement on the facade of the building (30) one above the other with vertically adjacent tiles (20), arranged overlapping each other at their upper and lower edges so that the ridge (23) of each upper tile continued in sportowy groove (22) located below the adjacent tiles, wherein the device includes an elongated mounting profile (1) with a substantially flat narrow part (2) and a pair of shelves (3) located at opposite ends of its long sides, and each contains an internal portion (4) shelves, which are connected with the narrow part (2), and split the outer part (5) shelves, which extends from the narrow part (2) along the reference plane (S) to hold the rear side (26) facing tiles (20), which is an evenly spaced mounting hooks (6) for the retention of facade tiles (20) through the retaining protrusions (21), characterized in that at least one of the external parts (5) shelves includes fixing lugs (7) for fastening of facade tiles (20) in the horizontal direction and prevent them from lateral movement, and a fixing lugs (7) continuing from the respective shelves (3) inside along the reference plane (S) to the center of the narrow part and contains unbent outward end portion (8) which is positioned to bear on the inner lateral edge (24) of tiles (20), and the narrow part (2) shelves and (3) together form a Vert�local output channel for transmission down any moisture which falls between inner side edges (24) of two tiles (20).
2. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that each outer part (5) shelves contains a bent fixing lugs (7) of equal length to accommodate facade tiles (20) in a horizontal direction so that the gap between two adjacent tiles (20) was located in the center relative to the mounting profile (1) and ended on the merits by a relatively narrow center portion (2) mounting profile (1).
3. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the length of the fixing protrusions (7) is relatively narrow (2) mounting profile, which is bent outward end portion (8) fixing protrusion (7) is located in a horizontal direction that she essentially is in line with the center of the narrow part (2) mounting profile, wherein two adjacent tiles that rest on the opposite side unbent outward of the end portion (8), are centered relative to the mounting profile (1) thus, the gap between them ends in a relatively narrow center portion (2) mounting profile (1).
4. Device according to any one of claims.1-3, characterized in that the mounting hooks (6) part of the split outer parts (5) shelves and the area of the outer parts (5) shelves continue int� inner part (4) shelves and mounting hook (6), moreover, the specified area forms part of the reference plane (S) and located to hold the rear side (26) facing tiles (20).
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, in particular, to structures of complex volumetric and spatial ceilings and walls. The novelty of the invention consists in the method to develop a volumetric and spatial structure using standardised composite modules. In accordance with the proposed method the standardised modules are manufactured in advance, at the specialised production plant, not taking into account their specific use. Further on the construction object they assemble a complex volumetric and spatial structure from the modules in accordance with the specific project. Development of the complex volumetric and spatial structure from the set of modules is possible due to usage of standardised dimensions of coupled parts and collections of previously developed standard projects.
EFFECT: advantage of the proposed invention consists in simplification and cheapening of design and production of complex volumetric and spatial structures on a construction object, reduction of material wastes.

SUBSTANCE: on a facade to the place of element adhesion before application of glue on its rear surface they fix auxiliary devices that represent a rectangular metal plate with extended holes for attachment to the facade. The plate is equipped with two rows of sharp cogs arranged along large edges of the plate perpendicularly to its plane. Tips of cogs have process nicks-and-burrs. Auxiliary devices are fixed on the wall so that cogs are arranged perpendicularly to the facade plane, with sharp ends outside. Afterwards glue is applied onto the rear surface of the element, and the element is strongly pushed onto protruding cogs so that the rear plane of the element and the plane of the facade contact each other, and excessive glue is squeezed out. Excessive glue is removed. The auxiliary fastening device provides for necessary temporary fixation of the element until complete drying of glue.
EFFECT: invention improves quality and reduces cost of assembly.

A bracket for profiles of hinged facade systems includes a rear wall and plates of L-shape, on the first flange of which there are holes for attachment of profiles of the hinged facade system; with that, the second flanges of plates are directed from the bracket symmetry axis. Besides, the bracket includes a U-shaped profile located between the plates so that its middle flange is located in one plane with the second flanges of plates, and side flanges are parallel to the first flanges of the plates and rigidly attached to them; with that, the middle flange of the U-shaped profile and the second flanges of the plates form the rear wall of the bracket; besides, on the second flanges of the plates there are bracket attachment holes.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the methods of production of the raw mixture for manufacture of the finishing and ornamental construction products. The technical result of the invention is manufacture the finishing and ornamental products having the balneologic effect with the heightened emission of the aeroions of an iodine, magnesium and bromine during the long period of time of operation and at keeping the basic operational performances - such as the strength and crack-resistance. The method of production of the raw mixture for manufacture of the finishing and ornamental products includes intermixing the caustic magnesite with the sawdust, with the subsequent dampening of the mass with the bischofite water solution, the final intermixing. At that the mixture is introduced with iodinolum with amount of 0.3-0.6 volumetric shares, which is beforehand stirred with the water solution of bischofite. The alternative version of the method includes intermixing of the caustic magnesite with the sawdust and the subsequent dampening of the mass with the bischofite water solution and the final intermixing. At that the mixture is added with the crystals of the carnallite mineral of 2 mm to 10 mm size in the amount of 0.25-0.4 vol. shares. The crystals of the carnallite mineral are added right after the final intermixing of the basic components of the mixture, and stir during no more than 1.5 minutes.
EFFECT: the invention ensures manufacture the finishing and ornamental products having the balneologic effect with the heightened emission of the aeroions of an iodine, magnesium and bromine during the long period of operation and at keeping the basic operational performances - such as the strength and crack-resistance.

SUBSTANCE: corbel comprises metal member to be fastened to building wall. The metal member is provided with longitudinal guiding means defined in cross-section thereof and adapted to direct insert installed in the guiding means. The insert has connection surface to attach curtain wall panels of building facing thereto. Metal member is made as box stamped of steel sheet and having rectangular cross-section. The metal member is provided with stiffening ribs located at box cross-section corners. Longitudinal guiding means are symmetric with respect to stiffening ribs and are arranged in vertical walls of the box. Horizontal walls of the box are made as double-sided bents created in fixedly connected upper and lower flanges. The insert is U-shaped and has longitudinal guiding means located at bents.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises holder for facing member connection. The holder is connected to wall by means of at least one fastening member. The holder includes metal member with longitudinal guiders defined in cross-section thereof and has insert to be installed in the guiders. The insert comprises connection surface for facing member connection. Device also has horizontal and vertical profiles. Device is provided with two clamping plates for each facing panel. The clamping plates contact with horizontal profiles. Metal member is made as stamped box having rectangular cross-section and created of steel sheet material. The box is provided with stiffening ribs located in cross-section corners. Longitudinal guiders, which provide insert sliding, are symmetric about stiffening ribs and arranged on vertical box walls. Horizontal box walls are made as double-sided bends formed in upper and lower flanges and fixedly connected with each other. Transversal surface for device connection to wall is secured to vertical walls by means of bends, which create two vertical stiffening ribs, and is provided with longitudinal slot. The insert is U-shaped and has longitudinal guiders at bends thereof. Vertical profile is U-shaped and has stiffening ribs located in sides thereof. SUBSTANCE: facing structure comprises the first facing tile set including tiles having flat interior surfaces, which define common facade plane. Facing structure includes horizontal profiles fastened to vertical ones and connection members, which are secured to vertical profiles and provide visible or concealed facing tile connection. The connection members fix upper, lower tile parts or two adjacent tiles. Facing structure also comprises support flanges of tile edge fastening members. Tile edge fastening members adapted for concealed tile fastening are to be inserted in corresponding grooves made in tile edges. The facing structure additionally has arch module projecting out of common building facade plane. The arch module is preliminarily assembled at building site and retained over arch formed in building wall by means of anchoring bolts passing through orifices of the supports. The facing structure also has the second tile set including tiles projecting out of common facade plane and having different cross-sections. Edges of the second tiles are supported by support flanges, which provide visible or concealed tile connection and have similar grooves adapted to receive wings of fastening members for concealed tile fastening. Arch module including facing tiles, connection members for visible or concealed tile connection, which secure lower tile parts and two adjacent tiles, and support flanges for tile edge fixation. The support flanges, which provide concealed tile fastening pass in corresponding grooves made in tile edges. The arch module is made as frame including holders with box-like cross-sections and connected one with another by means of stiffening components. The holders have support for holder connection to wall. At least two members to secure lower tile parts and at least one member to retain two adjacent tiles are fastened to facial holder sides and define pockets for radially formed tiles receiving made in exterior frame part between the holders. Members for lower tile part fixation extend along longitudinal holder axes. Members for simultaneous fastening of two adjacent tiles are transversal to longitudinal holder axes.
EFFECT: possibility to change appearance of buildings including ones having arch openings.

SUBSTANCE: building tile has laminated structure. Tile includes visible upper plate and lower plate made of ceramics, clay or cement and defining tile substrate. Upper and lower plates are connected one to another by glue. To provide uniform glue layer, and to prevent bubble formation in glue or frangible zone creation lower plate surface to be connected to upper plate is made as dome with central point projected over remainder plate surface and declining towards lower plate edges.
EFFECT: increased strength of lower and upper plate connection.

SUBSTANCE: bracket comprises holder connected to building wall and provided with longitudinal guiders made as flanging with inside directed edges to receive insert so that the insert may slide in horizontal direction. The insert is made as profile closed in horizontal plane and fixedly connected with the holder by means of at least two rivet pairs. Insert and holder are made of stainless steel or of galvanized steel. Holder flanging and insert flanging are formed on mating holder and insert edges. The insert also has additional flanging with inwards directed edges. The additional flanging has width exceeding that of holder flanging.
EFFECT: increased strength and reliability of hanged facing panel connection to building.
