Method of production of separated fibres with low flammability

FIELD: textiles, paper.

SUBSTANCE: cuttings and/or textile flap is impregnated with a solution of flame retardant composition based on formaldehyde its concentration in the solution of 150-155 g/l, with addition of urea at a concentration of 150-200 g/l in the solution. The impregnation is carried out at a closed turnover cycle of the impregnating agent by downloading the material into the horizontal centrifuge with turnover of not less than 1200 per minute. Then the working solution of flame retardant composition is fed, followed by settling and spinning the impregnated material to the residual moisture content of not more than 5%, and then the material is unloaded from the centrifuge and sent for cutting and fibre separation with spiked rollers. In the process of fibre separation, the flame retardant composition is additionally fed to the material through the nozzles. With poor capillarity of the textile wastes the water-soluble surfactant (Prevocell, Sulfosid) is added to the solution as a wetting agent at a concentration of 0.3-1 g/l in the solution.

EFFECT: method enables to obtain the fibre separated pulp from the textile wastes with reduced flammability for subsequent use in the production of nonwoven materials for automotive industry.

The invention relates to fire-resistant fibers, reprocessed and treated to make them flame retardant properties.

A method of processing the flap fibers, including cutting of raw materials to the flap with continuous stirring under a knife cutting machines, razvlechenie flap on separate pieces, and then yarn and fiber, NV And. Lebedev, V. F., Krotkov, T. I. Simonenko, a Review of “Technological processes and equipment for the regeneration of secondary textile materials” [1, p. 35-37].

The disadvantage of this method is to obtain fiber, which has flame-retardant properties.

The known method of fire-retardant finishing of textile materials by treatment of the fibers anionic coordination compound with titanium additives in aqueous solution, SU 576971, D06M 3/00, 13/50.

The disadvantage of analogs is the insufficient degree of fire protection.

The technical result and the task of the invention to provide a spongy fibrous mass of textile waste (flap, trimmings) with reduced Flammability for use in the production of nonwovens for the automotive industry.

The technical result provides a method for production of spongy fibers with reduced Flammability comprising the production of a spongy fibrous mass from the textilegovernmental waste flap, trimmings, characterized by the fact that scraps of fabric and/or textile flap before surgery razvlecheniya subjected to impregnation with a solution of flame retardant composition based on formaldehyde, such as Mazagran-CL, LAMENTIN VPF (firm tor), Tubigan (firm CHT) concentration in a solution 150-155 g/l, with the addition of urea at a concentration of 150-200 g/l in solution, and the impregnation is carried out at a vicious cycle of turnover of the impregnating reagent by loading the material in a horizontal centrifuge with a speed of not less than 1200 per minute and the subsequent flow of the working solution of flame retardant composition, followed by the storage and the drying of the impregnated material to a residual moisture content of not more than 5%, then the material is discharged from the centrifuge and sent to the tower, and razvlechenie tolkovymi drums.

In the process of razvlecheniya on material further serves flame-retardant composition through the nozzle.

And at worst, the capillarity of textile waste in solution is added as a wetting agent (Prevotella, Sulfacid) water-soluble surfactant with a concentration of 0.3-1 g/l in the solution.

The invention consists in the following: scraps of fabric and textile flap before surgery razvlecheniya undergo surgery impregnation of the non-flammable compositions of Mazagran or others on the basis of formaldehyand with the addition of urea.

Example 1.

First, raw materials are subjected to impregnation by a solution of the flame retardant composition based on formaldehyde, Mazagran-CL, with the concentration in a solution of 150 g/l, with the addition of urea at a concentration of 150 g/l in solution.

The impregnation is carried out at a vicious cycle of turnover of the impregnating reagent by loading the material in a horizontal centrifuge with a speed of 1200 per minute.

Then carry out the storage and the drying of the impregnated material to a residual moisture content of not more than 5%.

The material is then discharged from the centrifuge and sent to the tower, and razvlechenie tolkovymi drums.

The next stage - getting spongy fibrous mass of textile waste (flap, trimmings).

The obtained spongy fibrous mass of textile waste (flap, trimmings) has reduced Flammability and is suitable for use in the production of nonwovens for the automotive industry.

Example 2.

Raw materials are subjected to impregnation by a solution of the flame retardant composition based on formaldehyde, LAMENTIN VPF (firm tor) concentration in a solution of 155 g/l, with the addition of urea at a concentration of 200 g/l in solution.

The impregnation is carried out at a vicious cycle of turnover of the impregnating reagent by loading the material in a horizontal centrifuge with speed 1240 per minute.

ZATm carry out the storage and the drying of the impregnated material to a residual moisture content of not more than 5%.

The material is then discharged from the centrifuge and sent to the tower, and razvlechenie tolkovymi drums.

In contrast to Example 1 in the process of razvlecheniya on the material is further supplied flame retardant composition through the nozzle.

Example 3.

First, raw materials are subjected to impregnation by a solution of the flame retardant composition based on formaldehyde, Tubigan (firm CHT) concentration in a solution of 153 g/l, with the addition of urea at a concentration of 180 g/l in solution.

The impregnation is carried out at a vicious cycle of turnover of the impregnating reagent by loading the material in a horizontal centrifuge with a speed not less than 1210 per minute.

Then carry out the storage and the drying of the impregnated material to a residual moisture content of not more than 5%.

The material is then discharged from the centrifuge and sent to the tower, and razvlechenie tolkovymi drums.

Unlike Examples 1, 2 in low capillarity of textile waste in solution is added as a wetting agent of Prevotella (in another experience added Sulfoxide) is a water-soluble surfactant with a concentration of 0.3 (in another experiment - 1) g/l in solution.

Environmentally friendly, halogen-free, formaldehyde preparation of Mazagran-CL intended for impregnating cotton or hlopkopryadeniya (attachment PEF 50%) fabrics available in the solicitationWii with THE 2484-008-77518115-02. According to the results of Toxicological studies (sanitary-epidemiological conclusion No. 37.CI.02.248.P.000585.10.09 from 05.10.2009) drug Mazagran-CL belongs to the 4th class of hazard “low hazard substances”.

Tests carried out by measuring the oxygen index (GOST 12.1.044-89 “SSBT. Fire and explosion hazards of substances and materials. The range of indicators and methods for their determination”) and fire resistance (GOST 11209-85 “cotton and mixed for protective workwear”) found that cotton fabric treated with the flame retardant Mazagran-CL, belong to the category of low-combustible and have an oxygen index of 35% (the ratio of not less than 28%).

Fire resistant drug Mazagran-CL is a light powder color is soluble in water (at a temperature of 40-50°C), the drug concentration in the working solution is 150-155 g/l, the solution must also enter the urea at a concentration of 150-200 g/L.

An additional result is that in the process of razvlecheniya chopped mass is heated, and the removal of residual moisture and that, in turn, lowers the temperature of the working bodies razvoloknyayuschee equipment, and reduced loss of material due to formation of dust.

Impregnation of the starting material is produced in a horizontal centrifuge SS 800. A distinctive feature use. centrifuge is an area of pressing, turnover of not less than 1200 per minute and a vicious cycle of turnover of the impregnating reagent. First the loading of the material, then the supply of the working solution of flame retardant reagent. Next is the storage and subsequent extraction of the impregnated material. Residual moisture of the material is not more than 5%. Soaked and dehydrated material is discharged from the centrifuge and sent to the plot of razvlecheniya consisting of successive cutting machines, and machinery for subsequent razvlecheniya with tolkovymi drums.

To improve flame retardant properties of the fiber pulping possible additional supply of flame retardant reagent in the process of razvlecheniya on machines later razvlecheniya through nozzles.

In the process of razvlecheniya chopped mass is heated and for removing residual moisture and that, in turn, lowers the temperature of the working bodies razvoloknyayuschee equipment and reduced loss of material due to dust formation, which allows to obtain materials with desired properties.
