SUBSTANCE: remote section of the rotary cultivator comprises a movable frame of the rotary cultivator section with working elements, and a hydraulic cylinder of section lifting. The movable frame is made rotary and is provided with a roller and a sidewall fixed to it, mounted at the side of the processed plants, a parallelogram linkage mechanism, an apron fastened to the lower part of the frame, a drum of the working elements with a hydraulic motor, a hydraulic distribution valve, at least two hydraulic cylinders of deflection and inclination of the section and the probe.

EFFECT: grinding of plants in inter-trunk space of fruit trees together with the milling operation is provided.

The invention relates to the agricultural industry, in particular to remote sections of the mill garden, and is designed to handle mistvale zone between the rows of garden plants.

It is known tool for the launch of the soil in the orchard (Patent RU No. 2462014, IPC A01B 39/16, 2011), containing the disk section is made in the form of a battery mounted on the frame, providing meglumine and offset sections in a transverse vertical plane.

The disadvantages of the known tools are limited functionality of disk operating bodies (the weapon can be used only in cultivation), high metal content of the device, the low quality of the processed surface of the soil (because meglumine and displacement of the sections is not simultaneously), and increased damage plantings due to the displacement of the disk section in a transverse vertical plane.

The closest in technical essence to the claimed device (prior art) is a front milling cultivator Magdacesti processing vineyards (Patent RU NO. 2471322, A01B 13/04, 39/16, 2011), which includes a lifting cylinder and a movable frame section with the working bodies. They are made in the form of vertical mills, driven by a rotating, which allows the processing aisle vineyards.

Nedostatki� known devices is the inability to handle mistvale zone between the rows of garden plants.

An object of the invention is to enable processing mistvale zone between the rows of garden plants.

The technical result consists in increasing the accuracy and quality of processing mistvale zone between the rows of garden plants.

The technical result is achieved in that remote section of the mill garden, containing a movable frame section mill with working bodies and the lift cylinder section, according to the invention, provided with a roller attached thereto and a sidewall that is installed from cultivated plantations, parallelogram hinge mechanism, an apron mounted on the bottom of the frame, a drum of working bodies of the hydraulic motor, the hydraulic control valve, at least two hydraulic cylinders retract and tilt of the section and the probe.

Remote section of the cutter is illustrated by drawings.

Fig.1 is a perspective view of the extension section of garden cutters; Fig 2 is a side view.

Movable frame 1 remote sections are pivoted and is a welded construction in the form of a U-shaped box, which rests on the ground by means of the rink 2, which serves to adjust the cutting height of the plants. It is a tube, the ends of which there are rings which are mounted bearing units consisting of the bearing housing, the protective ring� bearing. The mounting rings to the side walls 3 of the rotary frame 1 by two bolts on each side.

Remote section of the cutter is attached to the cutter garden by means of parallelogram hinge mechanism 4. In the front section mounted rubber apron 5 and the sidewalls of the drum 3 is mounted working bodies 6 with knives 7. The mobility of the extension section is provided by a hydraulic cylinder 8 of the lifting section, a hydraulic cylinder 9 tilt adjustment of the extension section in a horizontal plane and a hydraulic cylinder 10 exhaust extension section relative to the longitudinal axis of the tractor.

The drive of the working bodies of the extension section (multiaudio) is supplied from the hydraulic motor 11 mounted on the frame 1 of the extension section and included in the work by moving the arm (the number on the picture is not designated) of the control valve 12. The handle is mounted on the frame of the mill garden in the operating position. To avoid damage to trees during the operation section is provided with a servo system. The tracking device is the stylus 13 - double rod, is connected to a hydraulic distributor 12, which activates the hydraulic cylinder 10 exhaust section of the cutter, while hitting an obstacle (tree trunk). The control valve 12 is protected from damage by a casing 14.

On the sidewalls 3 are mounted bearing units knives drum 6. On the left side along the DV�tion placed the hinge mechanism 4 remote section on the main frame of the mill garden, representing a parallelogram mechanism. On the left side panel 3 is mounted a hydraulic motor 11 of the drive pulley 6 and the control valve 12 manage the extraction section. Extension section is provided with packer roller 2 having two positions to adjust the height of cut. The front part of the section has rubber pads to prevent the ejection of soil residues.

The blade drum 6 is a shaft with welded staggered ears for fastening tilling blades (paws). Number of blades - 10 pack Shaft 6 is mounted in bearing assemblies on the left side it has the slots for connecting the hydraulic motor 11.

The hinge mechanism 4 includes a sidewall, an upper crossbeam and the Central spacer (not shown). Mount hitch 4 to the support platform cutters garden through the longitudinal strap is bolted. The upper cross member has a finger to connect the Central thrust of the suspended system of the tractor. The lower arms of the hinged system of the tractor are connected to the brackets mounted on the rectangular pipe cutters.

The hydraulic system includes an oil pump drive control of the working bodies of the extension section (multiaudio), oil tank with filter element, the dispenser 12 to enable and disable the motor 11 of the actuator of the working bodies and management of hydration�rum 10 drainage section at the mill when hitting an obstacle, the inclusion of which is through the probe 13, the hydraulic cylinders 8, 9, 10 controls the position of the extension sections in different planes and high-pressure hoses.

The motor 11 comprises a housing with a discharge pipe and drain pipe and working gear of the drive shaft 6.

The valve 12 includes a housing and a plunger system steam and valves.

Oil tank includes a housing with a filter element, a bracket on the frame of the cutter.

The device operates as follows.

When you turn the handle of the control valve 12 in the cutter body in the working position, the oil is fed into the intake manifold of the motor 11. The shaft 6 with the blades 7 of the extension section starts to rotate at high speed, and as the translational movement of the unit carries out mowing and shredding of vegetation in mistvale space. During the beating of the probe 13 on the trunks of trees comes into effect removal system extension section (multiaudio) in the direction of a special hydraulic cylinder 10.

The use of portable devices cutters can shred the vegetation in mistvale space fruit trees in conjunction with basic milling operation, the performance of this device is 1.5 times higher compared to a conventional cutter.

SUBSTANCE: tillage cutter comprises a frame, a reducer with a vertical shaft, a stationary housing of the rotor, a rim, a rotor with blades. On the stationary housing of the rotor the sprayer of working fluid is mounted. The rim is made of sections and is provided from the top with an elastic coating. In the formed surface between the inner surface of the elastic coating and the outer surface of the rim, the rolling elements are arranged with the possibility of their movement along the perimeter of the rim. The rolling elements are made in the form of balls or rollers. Each section of the rim has a pressure device. The pressure device is located between the stationary housing of the rotor and the rim.

EFFECT: enhanced functional and technological capabilities of the device, reduction of energy consumption of production processes and increase in their efficiency.

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: system comprises spring loosening the soil to a depth of 12-15 cm, compacting, inter-bush processing, autumn ploughing and fertilising once every 3 years. The roots of growing weeds for the spring and summer period are pruned 2-3 times, and their aerial part is compacted, creating a compacted thick grass layer. The inter-bush processing of soil is carried out without breaking the compacted grass layer. After harvesting grapes the soil is processed with a combined unit, enabling to mix the entire grass layer accumulated over the spring and summer period, with the entire thickness of the ploughed horizon. Mineral fertilisers are applied once every 3 years in the root zone of the vine.

EFFECT: technology enables to prevent the destruction of the soil structure, to reduce evaporation of moisture and to provide soil with organic fertilisers.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agricultural machinery industry, in particular, to devices for treatment of inter-bush bands of vineyards. The device comprises a propeller and its frame. On the frame there are console-rotating beams with rods. On the rod a working element is fixed. The working element drive is actuated by the electric motor with a gear. On the gear housing a sleeve is mounted. A cup is attached to the sleeve. Inside the cup an electromagnetic coil with winding is placed. The coil is connected by a current distributor and a switch with a probe with the launch protection equipment and a generator. On the output splined shaft of the gear a core spring-loaded relative to the sleeve is placed. The core is rigidly connected to the cylindrical housing of the working element and is mounted with the ability to move along the axis of the gear shaft.

EFFECT: method enables to improve productivity of the device in treatment of inter-bush bands of vineyards.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises a frame mounted on a suspension device with the help of a self-aligned parallelogram mechanism. There are disc ploughshares fixed on the frame, and downstream there are rotor working elements and stabber feelers. Rotor working elements are equipped with elastic elements and a drive. Stabber feelers are equipped with branch lifting devices with vertical walls at the outlet, which are installed on a "П"-shaped frame arranged in the vertical plane. The "П"-shaped frame is kinematically connected with a hydraulic distributor that controls operation of the cylindrical cylinder. The device is equipped with guides installed in a range between disc ploughshares and rotor working elements. Guides are made in the form of bars fixed on brackets to the frame in direction of motion and creating a vertical slot with a socket in its beginning and embracing cutting edges of the ploughshares. The cultivator comprises a hinged frame, rotary groups 7 with working elements, dimensional and lifting hydraulic cylinders 4, a sensor with the control system. The hinged frame is mounted in front of the tractor and comprises a carrier 1 and two sliding frames 2. The rotary groups with working elements 13 are kinematically interconnected by rotary gears 11, and the working elements 13 are made in the form of vertical mills. The front cultivator comprises a lifting hinged frame 2, stands with working elements, probes, ratchets, a system of automatic control. The working elements 7 are made in the form of subsurface cultivators, and the lifting hinged frame 2 is mounted in front of the tractor 1 and is equipped with overall hydraulic cylinders 4, which rods 5 are connected to the sliding frames 3. And the stands with working elements 7 and ratchets 8 are mounted on the sliding frames 3. The ratchets 8 are actuated by rods 9 of drive hydraulic cylinders mounted on the sliding frames, and feeding speed of the rods 9 of the drive hydraulic cylinders is synchronised with the speed of the tractor 1 movement.

SUBSTANCE: tillage tool comprises placed between its front and rear wheel drive knife rotor 1, which axis of rotation is tilted forward and towards the tractor 5, and the rotor 1 is mounted on the frame 3 provided with two support wheels and connected to the tractor 5 through the longitudinal axis of rotation 7 and the hydraulic cylinder 9. The support wheels are placed in front of the rotor 1, and their total width is about half of its diameter. On the opposite with respect to the tractor 5 side of the rotor 1 the fixed baffle panel 20 with a curved shape is mounted which surface is tilted in the transverse plane towards the tractor 5, and the rear edge is located closer to it than the front edge. SUBSTANCE: device comprises a frame mounted on the hitch attachment with the self-aligning parallelogram mechanism having a hydraulic cylinder, and a hydraulic distribution valve controlling it from copiers through kinematic connection, with the slide valve overlap. Weed removing units are mounted on the frame and behind them there are rotary working bodies with elastic elements and a drive. Over the rotary working bodies the retaining discs with fingers are mounted. The hydraulic cylinder of the parallelogram mechanism is equipped with a cage of valves containing two shutoff and pressure reducing valves. SUBSTANCE: rotary subsoil cultivator comprises a frame with a connecting device, the driveless ripper working bodies installed in series, forcibly rotating rotor with teeth on the horizontal shaft, the rotor drive mechanisms, and a compactor. The ripper working bodies are made in the form of spherical discs. The discs are mounted with an angle of attack in front of the rotor teeth and are facing with the convex to the longitudinal axis of the subsoil cultivator. The diameter of the rotor is at least one and a half times greater than the diameter of the discs. The removable sprockets are connected by a chain with the removable sprockets on the shafts of the rotary working bodies. The circumferential speed of the rotary working bodies of the first row is 1.03-1.1 of the speed of the tractor, of the second row is 1.05-1.15. The rows of the working bodies are installed perpendicular to the direction of motion of the tool with location in a checkerboard pattern. The working bodies are made in the form of wheel spiders. The needles of the wheel spiders are bent along the evolvent of circle. SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of agriculture, in particular to vegetable farming. The method is implemented by means of laying of milled soil for the formed furrows to the surface of unprocessed soil. For long-term provision of cultivated crop with accessible (capillary) water entering the soil mass with capillary porosity, formed within a long period after qualitative autumn treatment the dried surface layer of this mass id destructed and removed. Meanwhile newly formed surface layer additionally compacted, that prevents to excessive loss of capillary water. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agricultural machinery industry, particularly to machines for loosening soil and destroying weeds. The ripper-weeding unit is made in the form of a drum with the grasp width of 1.2-1.5 m and comprises a housing, a hexagonal shaft driven by power takeoff shaft. On the hexagonal shaft the rows of housings are mounted. On the peripheral part of the housings with the help of pins and holders the toothed blades are mounted. The toothed blades have the vertical angle of entry of the outer part of the blade into the soil, and the sharpening of the inner part at an angle of soil crumbling of 12-18°. The holders are fixed to each other by the compression springs and have in front part the wedge-shaped edge with a wedge angle equal to the angle of friction of the soil sliding on the steel. EFFECT: constructive solution is aimed at quality preparing of the field for crop growing and increase in productivity.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to forestry and can be used for preparation of forest soil to natural forest regeneration. The device comprises a frame of rectangular cross-section, a hollow cylinder, a shaft, ratchet mechanisms with hydraulic cylinders. On the lateral surface of the hollow cylinder the niches are made with plates with working elements mounted in them. The working elements are made in the form of openers and mounted between each other at a distance of 5 to 15 cm. The plates are mounted with the possibility of changing the position in the niches for providing processing the soil to a depth of 2.5 to 5 cm.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises two rotary milling chisel ploughs located vertically symmetrically along the direction of travel of the device, mechanically connected to a common driver. The rotary milling chisel plough is provided with an annular milling chisel plough. The annular milling chisel plough is provided with outer cutting elements, provided along its outer side at the side surfaces alternately on the left and on the right. In front of the cutting element a container for receiving soil is made. The container for receiving soil is simultaneously a cavity of engagement of the gear drive on the outer side of the annular milling chisel plough. EFFECT: this constructive implementation enables to improve cleaning the container for receiving soil of the annular milling chisel plough and the cutting element of the annular milling chisel plough from the extracted soil, to reduce the tractive resistance and energy consumption, to improve reliability of the device.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the agricultural machinery industry, in particular, to devices for subsoil milling. The device comprises two rotary milling chisel ploughs (2). The rotary milling chisel plough (2) is provided with a disc (4) of the milling chisel plough and an annular milling chisel plough (5). Over the milling chisel plough (2) the drive gear (15) of the drive is mounted. The gear (15) is located above the soil surface and is provided with teeth (14) of engagement. The teeth (14) alternately on the left and right interact with containers (12) for receiving ground of the annular milling chisel plough (5). On the container (12) surface rear in the direction of rotation of the annular milling chisel plough (5) the stop (13) is made. The surface of the tooth (14), which is rear in the direction of rotation of the drive gear (15) rests on the stop (13).

EFFECT: constructive implementation enables to reduce the draught resistance and energy consumption, to improve the reliability of the device.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agricultural machine building, in particular, to rotary operating tools of soil tillage devices. The operating tool comprises a shaft with rigidly fixed blades. Blades have rectilinear and elliptical cutting edges. The rear edge of each blade is made in the form of the elliptical curve and stretches via the spike of the blade and the rear end of its rectilinear edge. The direction of bulges in the elliptical and rear cutting edges is same, and their length is equal. Blades are fixed in pairs on opposite faces of the shaft with displacement by 90°. The spike of one blade and the rectilinear cutting edge of the other pair of blades are in the same plane perpendicular to the axial line of the shaft.

EFFECT: structural solution makes it possible to evenly till soil and provides for stable operation of a soil tillage device at slopes.

SUBSTANCE: proposed rotary tiller tine consists of two parts-base and point hinge connected to each other. Base is provided with slot to accommodate point. Point is fixed in working position by limiter which is provided with vertical slot for interacting with boss of point made conical as inner surface of limiter slot. Point is additionally fixed in working position by flat-spiral spring secured by one end in slot of base and by other end thrusting against end face of point for displacement. Base of tine is rigidly secured on disk.
