SUBSTANCE: water quality improvement compound imparts antioxidant properties to water and is represented by a mixture of dihydroquercitin and glucose, taken at a ratio of 1:1 at a concentration of 1 mg/ml.

The invention relates to the field of food industry, in particular to a new composition of antioxidant compositions for improving the quality of drinking water. Antioxidant composition consisting of a mixture of digidrokvercetina and glucose in the ratio 1:1 in drinking water, can prevent the development of free radical processes and violations of the antioxidant system of the organism.

Currently proven that the antioxidants contained in foods, beverages and dietary SUPPLEMENTS that can prevent oxidative stress and prevent the development of certain diseases (cancer, diseases of the cardiovascular system).

Effective antioxidants are vitamins A, B, C and E, coenzyme Q10 and dihydroquercetin. The most powerful of all antioxidants is dihydroquercetin (vitamin P), contained mostly in plants. This is a reference antioxidant, tens of thousands of times superior to the activity of the antioxidants vitamins a, C and E.

Fig.1 shows the structural formula of dihydroquercetin.

The object of study is water, because it is one of the most important components of everyday consumption for humans and has a significant impact on health. As a supporting component for the development of the composition of an antioxidant composition to improve the quality�STV drinking water selected glucose.

Fig.2 shows the structural formula of glucose.

Thus, an important development of antioxidant compositions for improving the quality of drinking water.

Currently, the antioxidant compositions of water known invention - "the beverage Composition containing CLA" (patent of the Russian Federation 2491837, publ. 10.09.2013). In the present invention, the beverage composition contains fat, which includes at least 40 wt.% conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) in the form of triglyceride, protein from 2 to 8 mass%, the thickener and the aqueous phase. As an antioxidant acts as conjugated linoleic acid (CLA). In the invention described scheme of allocation from CLA fat emulsion of vegetable origin. However, a disadvantage of the invention is the absence of recommendations for application of the composition of the drink, and specifies a method for evaluation of antioxidant activity of a specified composition.

A method of producing antioxidant water for cleaning the body (patent RF 2297982, publ. 27.04.2007). The invention relates to the field of chemistry, in particular to a method for producing antioxidant therapeutic water of natural origin - antioxidant glacial melt water to clean the body of toxins. To obtain antioxidant water is taken melt water at the foot of glaciers, located at an altitude of 3-4 km above sea level and it added 0.04-0.05% peroxide �odorata of the total volume of selected glacial meltwater. The disadvantage of the invention is that the improved therapeutic properties and water quality is not related to the presence of antioxidants in it. In addition, the invention specifies a method for evaluation of antioxidant activity of water.

A new technical challenge is to develop an effective antioxidant composition composition containing natural antioxidants to improve the quality of drinking water.

The task is achieved by the fact that to obtain the most efficient antioxidant composition composition selected drinking water and saturate it with a mixture of dihydroquercetin and glucose in the ratio 1:1 by dissolving. To do this in 1 liter of drinking water at room temperature (25°C) dissolve 1 mg of dihydroquercetin and glucose.

For effective evaluation of the antioxidant composition of the composition of drinking water method was used cathodic voltammetry, allowing to measure the antioxidant activity of water containing antioxidants. For the evaluation of antioxidant activity of water by voltammetry was used for the process of electroreduction of oxygen (EV O2) in the absence and in the presence of antioxidant in the solution from time to EV O2. The results were calculated ratio of the antioxidant activity of the kinetic criterion (K, mmol/l min) for the studied sample. To confirm the development of effective antioxidant composition of the composition for improving water quality, consisting of dihydroquercetin and glucose in the ratio 1:1 at concentrations: dihydroquercetin - 1 mg/ml glucose, 1 mg/ml, was studied other individual antioxidants and their compositions, consisting of several individual antioxidants. The obtained voltammetric results were calculated antioxidant activity coefficients (K, mmol/l min) individual antioxidants and their compositions (table 1).

As seen from table 1, all of the investigated substances and their compositions are shown to have some antioxidant activity. However, the greatest antioxidant activity showed composition - dihydroquercetin+glucose (1:1) at concentrations of 1 mg/ml.

SUBSTANCE: processing of liquid hydrocarbon-containing wastes is carried out in water solution in aerobic conditions with biopreparation, which contains hydrocarbon-oxidating microorganisms in amount1 kg of biopreparation per 10 kg of hydrocarbons. Volume ratio of wastes to water constitutes from 1:4 to 1:50. Then, macroelements - salts of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium and microelements - salts of iron, manganese, copper, zinc are introduced into mixture, mixture is mixed with air supply at temperature from 28°C to 36°C and pH from 4 to 7. 0.5-2.0 vol % of oxygen are supplied together with air. Neutralisation is carried out in presence of polyfunctional catalyst with composition, wt %: manganese oxide 22-26; molybdenum oxide 4-7; chrome oxide 4-5; nickel oxide 3-5, high pressure polyethylene as carrier - the remaining part. After completion of the process, discharge of neutralisation product is realised, with not less than 25% of work suspension volume being left in working reservoir, with the following repetition of the entire cycle of neutralisation without addition of biopreparation. In preferable version loading of catalyst is realised in amount 2-10% of working reservoir volume.

EFFECT: intensification of the process of biological neutralisation of liquid hydrogen-containing wastes due to increased speed of biochemical processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in microbiology and agriculture in the purification of water zeolite solutions. To realise the method of purification the prepared water zeolite solution is alternately twice subjected to freezing, then melting at room temperature with further discharging or siphoning the supernatant into another reservoir at the first stage, and obligatory siphoning after expiry of not less than 12 hours at the second stage.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to obtain the zeolite solutions, free from suspended particles, application of which in microbiology in the production of nutritional media and in agriculture for irrigation provides the growth-stimulating effect.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to separation of fluids by distillation and evaporation and can be used in food industry, essential oil production, chemical industry, etc. Device comprises heat-insulated evaporator tank with initial fluid, heat source, condensate collector vessel, pump to feed initial fluid to accumulator tank connected with evaporator tank. Steam discharge pipe made of high heat conductivity material is arranged inside two watertight heat-insulated interconnected jackets. Initial fluid forced through automatic air offtake and level regulator is fed in counter flow with steam and condensate into accumulator tank. Pump is set to maintain constant pressure via built-in ACS. First jacket is connected with top part of second jacket and arranged horizontally with minor inclination toward second jacket to facilitate distillate drain. Initial fluid is forced by pump at constant pressure into vertical second jacket via its lower section. Steam offtake pipe free end is located under distillate level in condensate accumulation vessel.

EFFECT: lower power consumption of production of distillate.

The method envisages performance of electrochemical activation of water till the level of oxidation-reduction potential is equal to no less than 450 mV at a pH value equal to 7-8, electro activated water purification by way of water passing through a column filled with activated carbon and finish filtration. The finishing filtration is performed with usage of filtering elements with pores diameter equal to no more than 1 mcm; then one performs introduction of "Antioxilen -1 BV" food additive and fruit essential oil.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to beverage preservation systems. According to one version, the beverage includes a drinking component, a pimaricin cyclodextrin complex with pH equal to 2.5 - 4.6 and is placed into a sealed container. Pimaricin is present in an amount of at least from approximately 25 mg/l to approximately 400 mg/l. The ratio of pimaricin to cyclodextrin is equal to 1:4 - 3:1. The beverage may additionally contain dimethyl dicarbonate with initial concentration equal to from approximately 75 mg/l to approximately 250 mg/l., as well as a sweetener, a sequestrant represented by EDTA or mixture of the latter.

SUBSTANCE: mix comprising 20-1000 ppm of dimethyl carbonate and 100-30000 ppm of at least one organic acid is applied for sterilization and preservation of beverages. An organic acid is chosen from a group including dicarboxylic and tricarboxylic acids and their salts. Salts of alkali metals or alkaline-earth metals can be used as salts of dicarboxylic and tricarboxylic acids. Fruit juices or beverages containing fruit juices, or carbonated refreshers, still beverages, noncarbonated refreshers, and beverages containing tea or tea/fruit juice mix. This method provides injection of the above mentioned mix into the beverages subject to preservation. Such beverage contains 20-1000 ppm of dimethyl carbonate and 100-30000 ppm of at least one organic acid. Herewith, the acids are chosen from a group including dicarboxylic and tricarboxylic acids and their salts. Preservative agent for sterilization contains 20-1000 ppm of dimethyl carbonate and 100-30000 ppm of at least one organic acid.

EFFECT: enhancement of dimethyl carbonate antimicrobic effect to fungus spores, and improvement of a beverage taste.

SUBSTANCE: mixture is prepared of sugar powder, an organic acid, a grain or cereal crop milled into 0.01-0.25 mm sized particles, potato starch, a vegetable and/or fruit-and-berry powder milled into 0.01-0.25 mm sized particles, dry skimmed whey, culinary salt, a natural antioxidant and a flavouring agent. Then the components are mixed in a mixer, the mixing device rotation speed being 10-15 rpm, during 30-40 min. During mixing the process is commenced with the grain or cereal crop. Then one dosages potato starch, sugar powder, culinary salt, the vegetable and/or fruit-and-berry powder, dry skimmed whey, the natural antioxidant and the flavouring agent. The produced mixture is flavoured and dried. For preparation of 100 g of the powdery mixture one takes 31.0-37.6 g of sugar powder, 0.30-0.65 g of an organic acid, 26.8-28.4 g of a grain or cereal crop, 28.5-30.7 g of a vegetable and/or fruit-and-berry powder, 2.2-2.6 g of potato starch and 4.0-5.2 of dry skimmed whey. Additionally, during the mixture preparation one uses 0.035-0.450 g of a natural antioxidant and 0.5-0.65 cm3 of a flavouring agent. This allows to use the mixture as a health-improving product.

EFFECT: due to homogenous structure of the powdery mixture and "fluidity" of the powder the product is to be stored for 12-36 months.

SUBSTANCE: drinks are not sour and contain water and antibacterial agent which is monobasic antibacterial agent with pH value lower than 2.6 or polybasic antibacterial agent with pH value lower than 2.6 and pH value 2 lower than 3 or higher than 6 or both of them. The drink is in principle free from citric acid. Monobasic antibacterial agent is sodium bisulphate, potassium bisulphate, ammonium bisulphate, hydrochloric acid or mixture. SUBSTANCE: protein beverage composition includes from more than nearly 0 wt % to less than nearly 100 wt % of juice as well as from nearly 0.1 wt % to nearly 15 wt % of protein; the said protein does not essentially contain fat, lactose or casein; the said protein is non-hydrolysed. The composition has pH from nearly 2.0 to nearly 3.4. The protein beverage production method is as follows: one mixes in water juice, until juice content is from more than nearly 0 wt % to less than nearly 100 wt %, protein, which does not essentially contain fat, lactose or casein and is non-hydrolysed, and an agent regulating pH from nearly 2 to nearly 3.4; thus one produces a mixture not containing fat, lactose or casein. The produced mixture is heated, cooled and packed. The composition of concentrated protein beverage powder includes juice in the form of a dry juice powder concentrate and protein which does not essentially contain fat, lactose or casein and is non-hydrolysed. The composition of protein beverage concentrated syrup includes from more than nearly 0 wt % to nearly 60 wt % of juice concentrate having Brix value from nearly 20°Bx to nearly 75°Bx. The protein beverage may contain juice and/or an additive which ensures energy generation improvement. The protein beverage may be treated for pathogenic microorganisms inactivation in presence or absence of carbonisation which may be applied for ensure the beverage taste and mouthfeel. Pathogenic microorganisms inactivation treatment may be implemented in an individual package applied for protein beverage storage and consumption. The protein beverage may be produced of the protein beverage concentrate.

EFFECT: invention ensures production of a beverage with high protein concentration and stable during long-term storage outside a refrigerator for at least one year after packing.
