SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a beverage cartridge that is used in a beverage dispensing system. The cartridge contains a body and a container (intended for accommodation of fluid food substance and the driven element, the container positioned inside the body) a driving hole (through which torque is transferred to the driven element) and a fluid medium outlet hole (through which fluid substance may be removed from the cartridge. The fluid medium outlet hole and the driving hole are positioned on the same side of the body.

The present invention relates to a cartridge for a beverage for use in the system of issuing drink and directly to the issue of drink.

It is well known that machine issuance drink use of drinking fluid substances that are used in the preparation of the beverage to the user. Fluid substance may constitute not limited to, extracts of coffee, tea extracts, chocolate drinks and concentrates for their preparation, milk, flavorings, etc. Drinking fluid substances are served in the machine issuing the print cartridges for drinks. Since issuing machine will usually have a number of cartridges for drinks, and heavily used machine issue will need to be repeated replenishment, the mechanical boundary between the cartridge for drinks and machine issue is a key issue of the design.

The present invention in General refers to such issues.

EP 1806314 discloses packaging for beverage, which is attached with the possibility of removal to the machine issuing the drink. Packaging for beverage includes a container for the liquid and mixing device having a built-in pump. The pump is started by the operation of the machine for issuing, when it prepared the beverage out of the mixing device from the release at the bottom of the mixing condition the device.

With this introduction according to the first aspect of the present invention can provide a cartridge for a beverage for use in the system of issuing drink, containing:

the housing and located inside a container to hold drinking fluid substance and a driven element;

drive a hole through which the resulting torque is transmitted to the driven element; and

the discharge outlet of the fluid through which the fluid substance may be removed from a cartridge

while the discharge outlet of the fluid and drive a hole placed on the same side of the body.

The placement of the required input (drive) holes and the desired output (hydraulic) holes on the same side of the device, the present invention provides both connections connecting the cartridge with dispenser, a relatively short direct connections, which is favorable in terms of simplicity of design and reliability.

According to the second aspect of the present invention can provide a system for granting drink, containing:

cartridge for a beverage according to the first aspect of the invention; and

the dispenser containing the node issue with the mixer,

the system contains a driving connection for transmitting torque from the La issue driven element and a hydraulic connection for moving the flowable substance from the container to a site issue.

Preferably, the driving connection has a longitudinal axis, and a hydraulic connection has a longitudinal axis, the longitudinal axes are essentially parallel.

By providing parallel connections, which are placed on the same side of the housing, the design of the unit of issue can be compact (compared to a system in which connections are connected through different sides of the cartridge). In addition, the present invention provides a dispenser and cartridge, is connected by means of a socket structure in which the direction of pushing is the direction of the longitudinal axis of the connection.

Hydraulic connection may include a connecting portion of the ejector and the connecting part of the cartridge, and a driving connection may include a connecting portion of the ejector and the connecting part of the cartridge. Both the connection between the connecting part of the unit of issue and the connecting part of the cartridge may be located inside the cartridge case from outside of the cartridge or in the respective hole. Additionally, for one of the other connections connecting both parts of the ejector can be covered in part, and connecting parts of the cartridge may be covering part, or Vice versa.

Additionally, it is preferable that the driven element is a pump for removing and dispensing flowable substance from the cartridge. In this respect, the pump preferably is a rotary positive displacement pump such as a gear pump.

Thus, it is advisable to rotation of the drive connection of the drive unit in the dispenser provides leading torque for rotation of the pump placed inside the cartridge for a drink.

The system 10 further comprises a disposable cartridge 50 for a drink. The cartridge 50 includes an external housing 52 having the shape of a regular six-sided elongated boxes. The cartridge 50 further comprises a located inside the housing 52 of the container (not shown), which holds drinking fluid substance. Drinking fluid substance may contain extracts of coffee, tea extracts, conc what you chocolate or ready-to-use fluid substance, for example milk. The cartridge 50 further comprises a located inside the housing 52 of the pump (not shown). These pumps are traditional, but in combination with the present invention the discharge volumetric piston pump is preferred to ensure accurate dosing. One of the surfaces indicated by the position 52a, housing 52 provided with a driving hole 53A and the hole 53b of the release fluid. The pump comprises a drive covering the connecting part (not shown), which is made capable of receiving the end of the drive axle 60. In this regard, the injection piston pump preferably is a rotary volume pump such as a gear pump. The cartridge 50 further comprises a covering hydraulic fitting (not shown), which is made capable of receiving the end of the intake pipe 30.

The cartridge 50 may be connected to node 19 of issuance, the initial positioning of the cartridge 50 so that the drive axle 60 is aligned with a drive hole 53A, and the inlet conduit 30 is aligned with a hole 53b release the fluid, and further movement of the cartridge 50 in the direction of node 19 issue along axis f, d, thereby leading axle 60 passes through the drive hole 53A and pushed in leading engagement with the cover drive coupling cha is part of the pump, and the inlet pipe 30 passes through the hole 53b release the fluid and is pushed into engagement with the covering hydraulic connection part of the container, thereby including the mixer 20 in a message on the fluid container. In this regard, when the drive unit 58 is activated, the drive axle 60 rotates in the direction indicated by the arrow R around its longitudinal axis d. Rotation of the axle 60 provides leading torque for actuation of the pump, which pumps the fluid substance from the cartridge 50 via the inlet conduit 30 to the node 19 of issue, where it is used in the preparation of the drink. In this regard, preferably fluid substance injected in precise quantities to precise it in the mixer 20.

The system 10 further comprises a refilled cartridge 50 drink. The cartridge 50 includes an external housing 52 having a front side 52a, rear side 52b and four sides s-f. Lateral side 52f is not visible in Fig.3(a)-(b), and thus the reference position is not shown in the drawings. The cartridge 50 further comprises a located inside the housing 52 of the container (not shown), which holds drinking fluid substance. The cartridge further comprises a located inside the housing 52 of the pump (not shown). Such pumps are usually traditional, but in the present invention preferably uses a rotary volumetric piston type pump. Front side 52a contains two surfaces 52a1and 52a2. Drive hole 53A is provided on the surface 52a1and the hole 53b of the release fluid is provided on the surface 52a2. The pump comprises a drive covering the connecting part (not shown), which is made capable of receiving the end of the drive axle 60. The cartridge 50 further comprises ohvatyvayutsya connecting part 55, which stands out from the sides 52a2and configured to receive the end of the intake pipe 30.

The cartridge 50 may be connected to node 19 of the issuance of the initial placement of the cartridge 50, as shown in Fig.3(a), and further pushing of the cartridge 50 at its rear side 52b in the channel 16A. Because there is tight alignment between the external dimensions of the form sides s-f and the inner profile of the channel 16A, the cartridge 50 is made with the possibility of a tight fit inside the cartridge 16A. Continuous pushing of the cartridge 50 provides its sliding in the position shown in Fig.3(b), in which the drive axle 60 passes through the drive hole 53A with the possibility of leading engagement with covering the drive coupling part of the pump, and the inlet pipe 30 is engaged with covering hydraulic connection part 55 in the hole 53b of the production fluid, thereby including the mixer 20 in a message on the fluid container. In this regard, when the drive axle 60 rotates in the direction indicated by the arrow R, the fluid substance is pumped from the cartridge 50 and preferably in a unit dosage quantity of the intake pipe 30 to the node 19 of issue, where it is used in the preparation of the drink.

The cartridge under item 1, in which the drive hole and the discharge outlet of the fluid located in the first and second surfaces of the body on the same lateral side, and which includes a connecting part that is connected with a driving hole, to form part of rivadeo connection with which the actuator is actuated, and a connecting part connected to the discharge outlet of the fluid to form a part of the hydraulic connection through which the fluid substance is removed from the cartridge.

7. The cartridge under item 1, which contains a connecting part that is connected with a driving hole, to form a part of the driving connection, through which the drive element is driven, and a connecting part connected to the discharge outlet of the fluid to form a part of the hydraulic connection through which the fluid substance is removed from the cartridge, and in which each of the said connecting parts is elongated and has a longitudinal axis, the connecting part protruding from their respective holes so that their respective longitudinal axes are essentially parallel to each other.

8. The cartridge under item 1, in which the drive hole and the discharge outlet of the fluid located on the same surface of the housing and which includes a connecting part that is connected with a driving hole, to form a part of the driving connection, through which the drive element is driven, and a connecting part connected to the discharge outlet of the fluid for the formation of travelchacha connection through which the fluid substance is removed from the cartridge, the said connecting part protruding from their respective holes so that their respective longitudinal axes are essentially parallel to each other.

9. The cartridge under item 1, in which the drive hole and the discharge outlet of the fluid located in the first and second surfaces of the body on the same lateral side, and which includes a connecting part that is connected with a driving hole, to form a part of the driving connection, through which the drive element is driven, and a connecting part connected to the discharge outlet of the fluid to form a part of the hydraulic connection through which the fluid substance is removed from the cartridge, the said connecting part protruding from their respective holes so that that their respective longitudinal axes are essentially parallel to each other.

10. The cartridge according to any one of paragraphs.1-9, in which the driven element is a pump for removing a fluid substance from a cartridge.

11. The cartridge according to any one of paragraphs.1-9, in which the actuator is a pump for removing a fluid substance from a cartridge and the pump is a rotary positive displacement pump such as a gear pump.

First sheet is made to pass water at atmospheric pressure or when is pierced by means of piercing device, and second sheet is made to pass water only if gauge pressure of 0.1 to 3 bar is built inside cartridge in process of extraction.

The hole is closed with a cover having two sectors: one of them covers collecting chamber and the other - storing chamber.
