SUBSTANCE: this invention relates to a capsule for production of infusions such as espresso coffee or beverages from water soluble products; the capsule contains an inner output flow channel and is designed so that to enable tight sealing by means of a sealing element; though water injection under pressure into the capsule the sealing element is raised thus becoming separated from the upper part of the inner output flow channel and opening the inner through hole of the inner output flow channel so that the infusion or beverage flows to the outside through the inner through hole. Additionally, this invention elates to a machine for application of the capsule as per this invention; the machine contains an accommodation means for accommodation of at least one capsule during the dispensing phase and injection means for injecting water under pressure into the capsule through the side wall of the capsule so that to obtain an infusing or beverage flowing from the capsule through the inner through hole of the capsule.

The technical field to which the invention relates.

The present invention relates to the field of capsules manufactured by injection molding or by thermoforming, hermetically sealed and filled with infusion products, such as coffee, espresso, and/or a water-soluble products, such as milk powder or cocoa, and related machines using these capsules.

The level of technology

Some types of capsules manufactured by injection molding, containing an internal channel of the output stream is filled with infusion products, such as espresso, or a water-soluble products. Some of these well-known capsules are bulky, expensive and cause difficulties in their manufacture, because they are complex and very detailed, which slows production. Other types of known capsules sealed negerlein. Therefore, the quality of the product contained in the capsules, deteriorates over time. T is thus, the flaw, which need to be addressed is the implementation of capsules manufactured by injection molding or by thermoforming, compacted and streamlined, which can easily be produced, thereby reducing costs, and which gives a high quality beverage products extract and water-soluble products. All the disadvantages mentioned above about the size and cost, is eliminated in the present invention.

In addition, the proposed solution guarantees a high quality product as being made with the possibility of a hermetic seal, it provides the ability to store over time organoleptic properties of the contained product and allows the passage of water flow, after its transformation into an espresso coffee or a drink in the Cup after a pre-infusion under controlled pressure.

The invention

The present invention is based on the idea of providing a capsule in which the injection of water under pressure into the capsule sealing element rises, opening the inner through hole, so that the beverage flows through the internal through hole.

Alternatively, the bend could be made so that the formed bend angle was greater than 90°.

The implementation of the invention

In the description below, the present invention is presented in the specific implementation options shown on the attached drawings. However, the present invention is not limited to a particular variant implementations disclosed in the following detailed description and shown in the drawings, but rather described the embodiments are simply presented as examples of several aspects of the present invention, the scope of which is defined by the claims.

In Fig.3 shows an axial section of a capsule 1 according to an additional variant of the invention. In Fig.8 shows an axial section of the capsule 1 with Fig.7, inside which are injection machine tools intended for use capsules implementation variant of the present invention. Injection means include a needle 11, which side penetrates the capsule near the bottom 16 through the flat surface 2, and a vertical plate 12 carrying the needle 11 and tightly compacted on the corresponding flat surface 2 of the side wall of the capsule.

In Fig.9 shows the formation of water under pressure received in the capsule 1 through the needle 11, turbulence, which increased the pressure inside the capsule 1 by lifting the sealing element 10 and initiating the process of dissolution of the product 13 in the water.

In Fig.10 shows that, in consequence of the further increase of the internal pressure of the capsule 1, the sealing element 0 is separated from the upper part 7 of the inner channel 3 output. By lifting the sealing element 10 for a drink 15 open the way to the hole 4 of the inner channel 3 output, through which the beverage flows out.
