FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: method to manufacture haydite concrete blocks with a face texture layer includes preparation of a moulding mass, its laying into a mould in the form of split or detachable casing with a replaceable process tray installed in it and made in the form of a texture matrix. The moulding mass is applied for the face texture layer. At the same time the moulding mass is glass fibre concrete, which is first applied by spraying onto the texture matrix with a layer of 2-4 mm. The moulding mass for the main layer is prepared from the mix of haydite with fractions of 10-20 mm with concrete at the ratio of 65-75% haydite, balance is concrete. The specified mass is poured into the mould in 25-35 minutes after application of the face texture layer to the upper edge of the mould. The contents of the mould are exposed to vibration pressing for 1-2 minutes. The available free space in the mould of 1-2-5 cm to the edges of the mould is poured with concrete without haydite fractions. Afterwards the moulded mass is exposed to additional short-term (several seconds) vibration pressing. The moulded mass is exposed to drying in a drying chamber with subsequent withdrawal of the block from the mould.

EFFECT: expansion of functional capabilities due to production of blocks with stable size, their increased strength and reduced weight.

The invention relates to the construction, in particular the production of expanded clay concrete blocks having front textured layer that can be used in the construction of external walls of buildings and structures.

A known method of manufacture of building products with a relief surface finish by laying in a form with moulded pallet matrix forming mixture, seal it, hardening and subsequent cutting of the received workpiece on individual items /1/

However, to obtain products of the desired thickness, the molding process is repeated many times, which dramatically reduces the efficiency of application of the known method.

A known method of manufacturing concrete products, including the preparation of the molding composition, laying it in the form of relief matrix, vibration and heat and humidity treatment /2/.

To obtain a clear elevation of the first surface in a known way to produce a finishing layer laid directly on the relief-forming matrix, with the obligatory vibroplates it, after which the finishing layer stack base layer of concrete. However, double-layer formation does not provide a sufficiently strong coupling between the layers, resulting in chipping, delamination and fracture embossed finish. In addition, the vibration is relatively thin (not more than 3 when) finishing layer causes a shift matrix in the form that dramatically reduces the quality embossed finish.

A known method of manufacturing concrete products, including concrete mix, laying it in the form of relief matrix, vibration and heat and humidity treatment, while for the preparation of concrete mixes using mechanically activated cement and paving mixture is performed simultaneously with the vibration with the frequency of 35-40 Hz and an amplitude of 0.2-0.5 mm /3/

The disadvantage of this method is the low quality concrete products.

The closest in technical essence to the present invention is a method of manufacturing a wall products with facial textured layer comprising preparing a molding material, laying it in the form, the preparation of the molding composition for facial textured layer of cement-sand mixture with the addition of micaceous iron pigments of different colors, while the molding composition for the base layer is made from lightweight concrete mixture comprising natural or artificial porous fillers, which is placed in the form of a collapsible or removable casing has mounted therein a removable technological pallet, and then produce a seal down lightweight concrete mixtures and in the form, remaining after compacting lightweight concrete mixture, the latter is placed a layer of cement-sand mixture is added micaceous iron pigments, on which is mounted the upper punch and the matrix, the size and shape of which is identical to the mold and set it replaceable technological pallet, after which produce a molding, comprising the simultaneous squeezing and making the layers are in the form of /4/.

The disadvantage of this method is limited functionality, as the blocks do not provide high-quality training to the inner surface of a building or structure under finishing work; low strength of blocks, a relatively large weight.

The technical result of the invention is the extension of functionality by obtaining a stable size, improving their durability and weight reduction.

The technical result is achieved by a method of manufacture of expanded clay concrete blocks with front textured layer comprising preparing a molding material, laying it in the form of a collapsible or removable casing installed therein a removable technological pallet made in the form of textured matrix, applying a molding material for facial texture layer, at the same time as the molding material for facial texture layer using the GRC, which originally applied by spray on textured matrix layer 2-4 mm, with comformational mass for the base layer is prepared from a mixture of clay fractions 10-20 mm with concrete in the ratio of 65-75% expanded clay, the rest of the concrete, and poured into a mold after 25-35 minutes after applying the facial texture layer to the top of the form, the contents of the form are making within 1-2 minutes caused the free space in the form of 1-2,5 cm to the side of the mould pour concrete without fractions of clay, after which the formed mass is subjected to additional short-term (few seconds) the making, after which the formed mass is subjected to drying in the drying chamber, followed by removing the block from the form.

The proposed method, which is schematically illustrated by the drawing - Fig.1, is as follows.

For the manufacture of expanded clay concrete blocks on the proposed method using form 1 in the form of a collapsible or removable casing with the installed interchangeable technological pallet 2, made in the form of textured matrix. As the molding material 3 for facial texture layer using the GRC, which originally applied by spray on textured matrix layer 2-4 mm. Molding composition 4 for the base layer is prepared from a mixture of clay fractions 10-20 mm with concrete in the ratio of 65-75% expanded clay, the rest of the concrete. Internal surface of the mold may include grooves and depressions to be formed in the wiring groove-ridge (not shown).

The use of GRC has a positive impact on the quality of the blocks. Indeed, the GRC combines the positive properties of both components - concrete and steklovary. From the first he had inherited a high compressive strength, the second is higher, compared to conventional concrete, resistance to cracking, resistance and wear resistance.

It is known that concrete has a low tensile resistance efforts. The GRC in comparison with conventional concrete of the same brand has:

greater 4-5 times the ultimate tensile strength in bending (R);

increased 3-4 times the tensile axial extension (Rp);

excess toughness 15-20 times.

It is very important that art is clofibrate, the products are environmentally friendly, aesthetically pleasing and durable. A significant advantage of this material is the lack of escape abilities, that is, electromagnetic transparency.

Broader functionality at the expense of obtaining a stable size, improving their durability and weight reduction is dignity and advantage of the proposed solution compared to the prototype.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to methods and ways to erect and construct cast-in-place concrete frame buildings with different number of floors with multilayer walls that do not require insulation, additional treatment and finishing of internal and external surfaces, from multi-layer panels with longitudinal internal cavities, and also to equipment for production of construction materials, to large-panel folding formworks. In the method to manufacture multi-layer panels, the decorative layer is applied by the method of concrete guniting, and longitudinal through channels are formed in a heat insulation layer. In the multilayer panel they arrange a strengthened layer between the decorative layer and the heat insulation layer, and the heat insulation layer is equipped with through longitudinal channels. In the folding formwork they arrange additional end boards with folding, non-folding and collapsible boards, and upper end boards are equipped with fixators for longitudinal pipes. SUBSTANCE: thermal squared beam comprises wooden parts-lamels, connected to each other by means of pins, with deepening of the latter by 1/3 of part thickness, and a sealant between parts-lamels. The sealant is a thermal insert either from foam polyethylene or from polyethylene with a single-sided or double-sided reflecting coating using foil and/or metallised lavsan, either from a different heat-sound insulating material. Dimensions of the thermal insert by length and width are equal to dimensions of wooden parts-lamels, and its thickness is taken within the 3 mm and above. Plastic spacer rings are installed onto pins, with thickness less than thickness of the thermal insert by 0.5-1 mm, in which holes are made for these rings in advance. SUBSTANCE: multi-layer thermal block for construction comprises a stiff spatial element - a matrix, besides, the block comprises three bearing concrete layers and two thermal insulation layers from foam plastic arranged between them, for instance, foam polystyrene, having holes for connection of three concrete layers into a single monolithic structure with the help of formation of solid links during pouring, besides, heat insulation layers are shifted relative to bearing layers along the vertical line and along the horizontal line for production of a slot and comb connection of blocks, which insulates bearing layers from each other by thermal insulating layers along edges of the block in the zone of contact with an adhesive mixture. FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to flaky items used in construction for heat insulation of buildings and premises in it. The heat and sound insulation unit comprises filler webs laid one onto another, every of which comprises a corrugated sheet with corrugations of zigzag shape and a flat sheet connected to it. In each filler web, at least at one longitudinal side of the filler web, the flat sheet is arranged with a transverse size below the corrugated sheet by value of at least half of a pitch of a zigzag-shaped corrugation, thus producing a compensator from corrugations protruding beyond the flat sheet, capable of being compressed in transverse direction for gapless laying of the filler web into a building structure. A serrated line of corrugated sheet bend matches the edge of the flat sheet of the web. In the first version of block laying into a building structure the block is pressed with its longitudinal side with a compensator to the element of the building structure, and in this condition it is installed into the filled space of the building structure. The block compensator due to action of springing forces fills a gap produced between the block and the element of the building structure. In the second version, in case of layer-by-layer installation of block filler webs into a building structure, block filler webs that are adjacent along the height of the building structure are laid with a rotation relative to each other by 180°, and thus the compensator of the below block filler web is covered with a flat sheet of the filler web sheet. In the third version, in case of layer-by-layer installation of block filler webs into a building structure with equal longitudinal and transverse dimensions, block filler webs that are adjacent along the height of the building structure are laid with a rotation relative to each other by 90°, and thus gapless laying of the block is provided at all sides of the building structure.

EFFECT: invention provides for higher heat and sound insulation properties of blocks due to elimination of gaps between elements of building structures and fillers.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: multilayer building block consists of a decorative face layer, a bearing layer and a heat insulating layer provided in between, which are fixed to each other with polymer rods. The block is arranged in the form of a prism, trapezoid bases of which are ends of the block, and non-parallel prism faces of identical area are upper and lower bases of the block. The parallel side face of the prism of larger area is an outer side of the decorative layer of the block, the parallel side face of the prism of smaller area is an inner side of the bearing layer of the block, besides, the angle between planes of prism bases and the outer side of the face decorative layer makes 89 and less degrees, on one of bases in the decorative and bearing layers there are slots, axes of which are in planes parallel to the face side of the decorative layer, with the area of section of each slot of more than 5 sq. cm., on the other base there are ledges arranged as complying with slots. FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: tape is designed to fill seams between construction slabs. It contains a non-woven base, containing fibres, selected from a group made of natural cellulose fibres, synthetic polymer fibres, glass fibres and their combinations. At the same time the nonwoven base has the following properties, determined according to ASTM C474-05: relative swelling in cross direction is below approximately 1.3%; relative swelling in longitudinal direction is below approximately 0.2% and breaking strength in cross direction is at least approximately 2625 N/m. Besides, a method is proposed for finishing treatment of a seam between slabs, including the following: (1) application of a tape for filling seams onto a seam between slabs by submersion of a tape for seam filling into the first layer of the composition for filling seams; (ii) application of the second layer of the composition for filling seams above the tape, besides, the stage (ii) is carried out before the tape for seam filling and the composition for seam filling applied at the stage (i), have dried substantially, and if required, (iii) application of the third, filling or final layer of the composition for filling seams above the tape, besides, the stage (iii) is carried out before the tape for seam filling and the second layer have substantially dried.

EFFECT: improved quality of the tape due to high strength and reduction of swelling during moistening at simultaneous acceleration of seams filling.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: high-speed method of manufacture of building products with high void ratio provisions the volumetric vertical moulding of building products at separate forced filling of meshes with heterogeneous mixes with alternating use of vane mixers with slotted gates. Some meshes of the moulds with partitions are filled, while others are overlapped. And the meshes intended for formation of longitudinal voids, are temporarily filled with neutral cementless pulpous mix, and the meshes intended for moulding of products, are filled with liquid multicomponent concrete mix. During extraction of partitions from the mould give they are oscillated at high frequency in vertical direction, and after drying of products they are washed from pulp. Building products, such as wall panels obtained by the given method, have longitudinal voids and at least one channel intended for moulding of a concrete column of a monolithic frame of a building, and are designed with stops on side walls for installation of window openings. The process line for manufacture of building products with high void ratio is also described.

EFFECT: increase of productivity of the process line, increase of rate and quality vertical moulding and of building products from heterogeneous mixes, simplification of manufacture, tumbling and transportation of products.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: swollen perlite is used, which is first saturated with water, water that is not retained by a swollen perlite granule is filtered, the water-saturated perlite is mixed with gypsum, the produced mix is supplied into a die mould for further pressing, and pressed at 10 MPa at least.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, namely, to devices and methods for laying liquid paste onto a moving shaping web. The device comprises a discharge box installed as capable of rotation for laying of liquid paste at the inner lower surface of the discharge box from the inclined drain in the form of a continuous flowing web onto the moving web. The discharge box is installed across the direction of moving web movement. The discharge box is made with vertical edge boards, including the rear edge board of the discharge box and two opposite side edge boards, with pivots installed on the external surface of two opposite side edge boards of the discharge box, for installation of the discharge box on the appropriate opposite side walls of the conveyor for the moving web, with vertically adjusted forks and with facilities for adjustment of the angle of inclination of the discharge box up and down for adjustment of the flow of liquid paste from a drainage facility. On the external surface of at least one vertical edge board of the discharge box there is a vibrator installed.

EFFECT: invention will make it possible to ensure evenness and continuity of discharge of liquid cement paste along entire width of an item.

SUBSTANCE: lined steel pipe intended for transfer of fluid comprises circular lining of concrete or mortar that makes pipe ID and metal shell enveloping said lining. Lining stays in direct contact with metal shell wall inner surface. Note here that said lining is prestressed by metal shell at initial state prior to putting said pipe in operation for transfer of fluid. After putting said pipe in operation for transfer of fluid lining prestressing at final state is in fact ruled out.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and specifically to methods of making slabs. The method of all-purpose making slabs involves mixing magnesia binder, organic filler, mineral filler and aqueous magnesium chloride solution, moulding articles, hardening and drying. The magnesia filler consists of two or more components, one of which is solid wastes from production of magnesia binder-based slabs and the second component is pearlite. Before adding to the mixture, all dry components are mixed to a homogeneous state, wherein components in the overall mixture are in the following ratio, wt %: magnesia binder 10-40, aqueous magnesium chloride solution with density of 1.1-1.3 g/cm3 40-70, organic filler 4-15, mineral filler 2-20.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of construction materials from loose materials polymer wastes and may be used for making tiles and roofing materials, chemically stable coatings for floors, etc. Proposed line comprises storage bin for initial crushed stock, dyes and additives fed in preset amount onto conveyor and into mixer. Therefrom mixed stock is transferred into heater to obtain fused polymer-bearing pulp to be transferred to finished sheet extrusion. Every storage bin incorporates a proportioner to output weight portion on initial stock into common mixing chamber. The latter is composed of rotary drum with ribbed inner wall and vanes on axle and having mixed stock discharge opening to force said mix onto conveyor for mix to be carried into mix heater to obtain viscous fused polymer-bearing pulp. The latter is carried by conveyor onto extruder rolls, extruder outputting finished sheets to be laid onto finished product acceptance station. Mix heater is composed of tubular extruder accommodating vaned shaft to transfer the mix. Extruder tubular housing outer wall is equipped with electric heaters arranged around said housing to heat polymer-bearing mix to pulp at housing outlet.

EFFECT: better manufacturability, simplified and efficient line.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of sandwiched reinforced concrete structures. Proposed assembly line comprises horizontally closed conveyor with process equipment arranged there along, thermal chamber at conveyor end with lifting-lowering unit, and transfer system composed of support and drive rolls and lifting rolls. Line incorporates top and bottom layer concrete pavers with table vibrator under pan in bottom layer concrete paver. Besides it incorporates roller and screed rail under pan to thrust there against in top layer concrete paver. Also it includes also the drying chamber, finishing gaging and outer surface finishing disc machines. Self-propelled lifting-lowering unit is arranged between two multi-tier section heat treatment chambers. Hydraulic pusher of formwork sides and tilting gear composed of flanged roll to lift the panel side through 75 degrees in traveller zone on parallel branch of the line. All section chambers are communicated by built in pipelines to make an integral heat system. Every tier of section chamber is equipped with shutter gates while heat treatment chambers have horizontal openings for passage of pans at conveyor line approach side.

Proposed line comprises sand and cement bins, water and surfactant tanks with dispensers, mixer interacting with loading bin via suspended tipping buckets, mortar filling assemble frame, moulds for wall elements, vibratory table mounted on separated frame, and thermal chamber. Besides, it comprises separate bay for preparation of moulds for filling and withdrawal of wall panels from moulds, bearing table of panel filling bay with carriage furnished with wall panel moulds to slide on rollers there along. Said bearing table consists of two sections, one being intended solely to carriage displacement. Another, two-level, section accommodates vibratory table arranged at second level provided with carriage guides. Vibratory table has locking mechanism to lock resilient supports on switching off the vibration. loading bin has resilient suspension and adjustable shutter and vibrator. Besides, proposed line comprises vibratory strip on resilient suspension and reciprocating smoothing strip.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: multilayer building block consists of a decorative face layer, a bearing layer and a heat insulating layer provided in between, which are fixed to each other with polymer rods. The block is arranged in the form of a prism, trapezoid bases of which are ends of the block, and non-parallel prism faces of identical area are upper and lower bases of the block. The parallel side face of the prism of larger area is an outer side of the decorative layer of the block, the parallel side face of the prism of smaller area is an inner side of the bearing layer of the block, besides, the angle between planes of prism bases and the outer side of the face decorative layer makes 89 and less degrees, on one of bases in the decorative and bearing layers there are slots, axes of which are in planes parallel to the face side of the decorative layer, with the area of section of each slot of more than 5 sq. cm., on the other base there are ledges arranged as complying with slots. The method of construction of the multilayer construction blocks is also described.

EFFECT: higher labour efficiency in erection of a building, elimination of damages on a decorative layer when erecting a building, compensation of uneven subsidence of a block during laying, strict dosing of mortar, reduced flow of concrete mortar in laying and reduced costs for erection of a building.

FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of construction materials and can be used for reconstruction and designing of brick soft-mud forming plants. Proposed line comprises extrusion press, open-frame automatic cutter, brick automatic stacker and drier. Note here that, additionally, this line is equipped with drying frames with T-like pillars and automatic stacker to place frames with bricks on drying frames. Automatic stacker consists of transition roll table, step conveyor, grouping conveyor and lifter with arms. Drying frames with bricks are fed into driers by means of stackers over smooth floor. Note here they are arranged in two tiers inside drying chamber over it height onto t-like pillars of said drying frames.

EFFECT: reduced production floor and amount of automatic hardware, lower metal input.
