Method to fix architectural elements from polystyrene foam using auxiliary device for fixation
SUBSTANCE: on a facade to the place of element adhesion before application of glue on its rear surface they fix auxiliary devices that represent a rectangular metal plate with extended holes for attachment to the facade. The plate is equipped with two rows of sharp cogs arranged along large edges of the plate perpendicularly to its plane. Tips of cogs have process nicks-and-burrs. Auxiliary devices are fixed on the wall so that cogs are arranged perpendicularly to the facade plane, with sharp ends outside. Afterwards glue is applied onto the rear surface of the element, and the element is strongly pushed onto protruding cogs so that the rear plane of the element and the plane of the facade contact each other, and excessive glue is squeezed out. Excessive glue is removed. The auxiliary fastening device provides for necessary temporary fixation of the element until complete drying of glue.
EFFECT: invention improves quality and reduces cost of assembly.

Description of the invention
The invention relates to low-rise and cottage construction, in particular to a method of mounting the architectural elements of the facade decoration of expanded polystyrene to the facades of the building and construction mounting technique used to carry out relevant installation works (CL E04F 13/00).
A well-known method of fastening architectural elements EPS using special adhesives and sealants for foam polystyrene. The disadvantage of this method is that, since the drying time of these adhesives is a few hours, during this time it is necessary to provide a tight clamping element to the wall. For medium to large architectural elements to do this is difficult.
The known method of fastening architectural elements EPS using glue for polystyrene and cross-cutting anchor fasteners. He is bonding architectural element to the facade and its additional fixation using end-to-end anchor fasteners (stud screw, screw or disc dowels depending on the physical properties of the wall). This method is described, for example, in the "rules and regulations for the installation of overhead architectural elements EPS and finishing with the use of materials "LES" (TR-11018049-011-2009, 2010 edition with the changing 1-2010 and supplemented. CJSC "LAES", ,Samara). It has the following major drawbacks:
- If additional fixation architectural element with anchor fastener element has to make a through hole that violate the decorative covering element and spoil its appearance. After drying, these holes usually incorporated various glue and finishing compositions, however, despite this generally designated anchoring remain visible, and the quality decorative coating deteriorates. In addition, the need to plug the holes adds cost and complexity to the installation process.
- When fixing architectural element using anchor fasteners, adhesive composition between the wall and the item is still wet. Polystyrene foam, of which the element does not have sufficient strength and elasticity. Therefore, when tightening the screws directly into the clamping element can snuggle up to the wall stronger, and in those places where no fastening, can move away from the wall. In the adhesive layer voids, and inside the element internal stresses, which lead to cracks in the adhesive layer and at joints. This is especially the case when mounting on not-so-smooth walls. All this significantly affects the reliability and quality of installation.
The known method mount the Oia architectural elements made of polystyrene foam to glue, assuming the presence of horizontal edges of the element protruding pieces of reinforcing mesh (U.S. Patent No. US 7296387 B2, CL E04F 13/00, 2007). Architectural element is glued to the wall by pressing to the wall and spackling the walls on the adjacent reinforcing mesh element which projects from its edges. The disadvantage of this method is the need for subsequent puttying and painting the surface of a wall mounted around decor. Also, you must have protruding from the edges of the architectural elements of the grid, which complicates their manufacture.
Also known fastening with concealed fasteners fixing attachable to the structure of the decorative element (patent WO No. 9712111, publ. 03.04.1997). It is mainly used for fastening decoration to frames glazing, but in some cases can be used as an auxiliary device for fastening architectural elements. This fixture has a U-shaped cross section and is made in the form of a long solid profile that its base with concealed fasteners attached to the wall. This shelf profile come into hidden cavities on the back side of the ornamental element. The disadvantage of this method is the necessity of having, on the opposite side of the architectural element in the hidden recesses of the respective U-shaped prof is Liu. This complicates the installation and restricts the use of the method of fastening long molded elements.
The proposed method of attachment of the architectural elements EPS using the auxiliary fastener is intended to address these shortcomings. Namely, to simplify the process of assembling, to avoid violation of the decorative surface of the architectural element in its fixation on the facade and to eliminate the possibility of occurrence of internal stresses in the element, as well as voids and microcracks in the adhesive composition and the joints between the individual elements. The proposed method of attachment using the auxiliary fastener is as follows.
Before applying to the back surface of the architectural element, the adhesive composition on the facade of place bonding element attach multiple accessories fasteners. This accessory is a rectangular plate 1 with elongated holes 2 for fastening to the front. The plate is provided with two rows of sharp types 3, located on major edges of the plate perpendicular to its plane (Fig.1). The characteristic size of the plate is 85×35 mm or more, and finger length of 14 mm or more, depending on the size of the subject installation of architectural elements. Depending on the material of the facade surface supporting the disorder can be fixed by using a small dowel-wood-screws, dowels, screws, and adhesives type "liquid nails". Auxiliary device fixed on the wall so that the spikes were located perpendicular to the plane of the facade, the pointed ends stick out. Depending on the size of the architectural element supporting device fixed to the wall of the calculation 2-3 pieces on one element (Fig.3). Further, on the back surface of the architectural element of the applied adhesive composition for foamed polystyrene. Then a decorative element with a force is placed on the protruding spikes previously attached auxiliary devices of the fastener so that the back plane of the decorative element and the plane of the facade came into contact, and the excess adhesive composition for foam polystyrene acted out. Speaking outside the glue is removed with a spatula and wet cloth. Thus, the auxiliary device hardware to provide the necessary temporary fixation element in place of its attachment to the complete drying of the adhesive composition. To improve the quality of temporarily fixing a decorative element thorn assistive devices fastener is of the form shown in Fig.2. When the tip of a thorn has technological burrs 4 (Fig.2).

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of industrial and civil construction, namely to structures of building and facility curtain wall systems installed in construction and reconstruction of buildings. A curtain wall system comprises brackets for fixation of the system to a construction base, guides installed onto brackets for fixation of facing panels, and also elements of fixation of facing panels, connecting inserts and closing cramps, besides, guides are made as shaped and are of open shape in the cross section, each connecting insert is also made as shaped, is installed inside two adjacent guides, between ends of which there is a gap, and is fixed at the end of one of adjacent guides, and inside the second adjacent guide the connecting insert is installed tightly to ensure coaxiality of adjacent guides, besides, at this end of the second adjacent guide there is a closing cramp, besides, each guide is fixed on the bracket, at the same time gaps between ends of guides are at the distance from areas of guides fixation on brackets and preferably at the such distance, when in guides along their length there is minimum bending torque, sent from facing panels via elements of their fixation, besides, connecting inserts in areas of their fixation at guides create closed surfaces jointly with inner surfaces of guides, and closing cramps in areas of their fixation on guides create closed surfaces jointly with outer surfaces of guides.
EFFECT: increased bearing capacity and reliability of a curtain wall system.

SUBSTANCE: decorative board represents a composite material and differs by the fact that the base is veneer, binder is polyester resin of PN-1 grade, accelerator is cobalt naphthenate, catalyst is metyl etyl keytone peroxide, decorative layer material is wood chips with length of not more than 5 mm and moisture of at least 10%.

A bracket for profiles of hinged facade systems includes a rear wall and plates of L-shape, on the first flange of which there are holes for attachment of profiles of the hinged facade system; with that, the second flanges of plates are directed from the bracket symmetry axis. Besides, the bracket includes a U-shaped profile located between the plates so that its middle flange is located in one plane with the second flanges of plates, and side flanges are parallel to the first flanges of the plates and rigidly attached to them; with that, the middle flange of the U-shaped profile and the second flanges of the plates form the rear wall of the bracket; besides, on the second flanges of the plates there are bracket attachment holes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a painting canvas based on glass fibre intended to be applied on the inner surface of a building, which contains an agent capable of trapping formaldehyde, as well as a method of making said painting canvas. The painting canvas contains an impregnating agent and an agent capable of trapping formaldehyde which is selected from compounds with active methylene groups, hydrazides, tannins, amides, amino acids, peptides and proteins. The method of making the canvas involves feeding the canvas into a padding machine or device having two rollers, each having a centre tube for feeding the impregnating agent under pressure, followed by drying and collecting the canvas. The method includes a step of treating with an agent which is capable of trapping formaldehyde.
EFFECT: use of the canvas reduces the amount of formaldehyde inside buildings.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the methods of production of the raw mixture for manufacture of the finishing and ornamental construction products. The technical result of the invention is manufacture the finishing and ornamental products having the balneologic effect with the heightened emission of the aeroions of an iodine, magnesium and bromine during the long period of time of operation and at keeping the basic operational performances - such as the strength and crack-resistance. The method of production of the raw mixture for manufacture of the finishing and ornamental products includes intermixing the caustic magnesite with the sawdust, with the subsequent dampening of the mass with the bischofite water solution, the final intermixing. At that the mixture is introduced with iodinolum with amount of 0.3-0.6 volumetric shares, which is beforehand stirred with the water solution of bischofite. The alternative version of the method includes intermixing of the caustic magnesite with the sawdust and the subsequent dampening of the mass with the bischofite water solution and the final intermixing. At that the mixture is added with the crystals of the carnallite mineral of 2 mm to 10 mm size in the amount of 0.25-0.4 vol. shares. The crystals of the carnallite mineral are added right after the final intermixing of the basic components of the mixture, and stir during no more than 1.5 minutes.
EFFECT: the invention ensures manufacture the finishing and ornamental products having the balneologic effect with the heightened emission of the aeroions of an iodine, magnesium and bromine during the long period of operation and at keeping the basic operational performances - such as the strength and crack-resistance.

The box is provided with stiffening ribs located in cross-section corners. Longitudinal guiders, which provide insert sliding, are symmetric about stiffening ribs and arranged on vertical box walls. Horizontal box walls are made as double-sided bends formed in upper and lower flanges and fixedly connected with each other. Transversal surface for device connection to wall is secured to vertical walls by means of bends, which create two vertical stiffening ribs, and is provided with longitudinal slot. The insert is U-shaped and has longitudinal guiders at bends thereof. Vertical profile is U-shaped and has stiffening ribs located in sides thereof. The stiffening ribs are made as bends folded through 180°. Horizontal support profile is made of sheet steel material and has vertical rear wall and horizontal support flange provided with orifices. Vertical face wall has double thickness and created as bend folded through 180°. Face bend is folded through an angle equal to that of face bend of straight clamping profile. The straight clamping profile is formed of steel sheet material and has vertical rear wall, horizontal support flange and face bent folded through, for instance, 45°. The straight clamping profile has spacing member.
EFFECT: increased easiness and reduced labor inputs for facing assemblage, simplified structure, increased load-bearing characteristics and improved performance, decreased material consumption and costs.

SUBSTANCE: facing structure comprises the first facing tile set including tiles having flat interior surfaces, which define common facade plane. Facing structure includes horizontal profiles fastened to vertical ones and connection members, which are secured to vertical profiles and provide visible or concealed facing tile connection. The connection members fix upper, lower tile parts or two adjacent tiles. Facing structure also comprises support flanges of tile edge fastening members. Tile edge fastening members adapted for concealed tile fastening are to be inserted in corresponding grooves made in tile edges. The facing structure additionally has arch module projecting out of common building facade plane. The arch module is preliminarily assembled at building site and retained over arch formed in building wall by means of anchoring bolts passing through orifices of the supports. The facing structure also has the second tile set including tiles projecting out of common facade plane and having different cross-sections. Edges of the second tiles are supported by support flanges, which provide visible or concealed tile connection and have similar grooves adapted to receive wings of fastening members for concealed tile fastening. Arch module including facing tiles, connection members for visible or concealed tile connection, which secure lower tile parts and two adjacent tiles, and support flanges for tile edge fixation. The support flanges, which provide concealed tile fastening pass in corresponding grooves made in tile edges. The arch module is made as frame including holders with box-like cross-sections and connected one with another by means of stiffening components. The holders have support for holder connection to wall. At least two members to secure lower tile parts and at least one member to retain two adjacent tiles are fastened to facial holder sides and define pockets for radially formed tiles receiving made in exterior frame part between the holders. Members for lower tile part fixation extend along longitudinal holder axes. Members for simultaneous fastening of two adjacent tiles are transversal to longitudinal holder axes.
EFFECT: possibility to change appearance of buildings including ones having arch openings.

SUBSTANCE: bracket comprises holder connected to building wall and provided with longitudinal guiders made as flanging with inside directed edges to receive insert so that the insert may slide in horizontal direction. The insert is made as profile closed in horizontal plane and fixedly connected with the holder by means of at least two rivet pairs. Insert and holder are made of stainless steel or of galvanized steel. Holder flanging and insert flanging are formed on mating holder and insert edges. The insert also has additional flanging with inwards directed edges. The additional flanging has width exceeding that of holder flanging.
