The invention relates to the extraction devices for making beverages, or similar products contained in the capsule raw material for extraction, for example of ground coffee. The invention relates to a sealing system for such raw materials and the brewing unit.

The task of the claimed invention is to provide an extraction device with a sealing system that is not dependent on a specified form of glass with a peripheral cuff, suitable for various forms of capsules for different mechanisms of brewing chambers and provides a proper seal.

The extraction device comprises a brewing unit for insertion into it of the capsule with the raw material for extraction. Seal of the type described is located in the inlet device. 3. The device under item 1, characterized in that the at least one sealing lip (61.8, 62.9) covers the capsule (51) on the peripheral surface and due to its elasticity so pressed against the wall of the capsule that the seal holds the specified capsule.

Device according to any one of paragraphs.1-3, characterized in that the inlet seal (62) contains a group peripheral sealing lip (61.8, 62,9) and/or the sealing rollers, which due to its elasticity hug the wall of the capsule to the internal contents of the capsules, and in any case between adjacent sealing edges or sealing rollers is deepening that when operating between adjacent sealing edges or sealing rollers and the capsule is formed of the peripheral cavity.

Device according to any one of paragraphs.1-3, characterized in that the at least one peripheral sealing lip (61.1, 62.1) or sealing roller is pressed to the end face of the capsule and at least one peripheral sealing lip or one of the sealing rollers (61.2, 61.8, 62.9) is pressed to the peripheral surface.

The first channel supplies a brewing fluid medium into the chamber, and the second channel provides for food product release from the brewing chamber. The brewing unit comprises in combination: a support, a drawer which is, at least, a slot for single portion package, sliding relative to the said support and movable between the position of loading of the single portion package and the brewing position and the outputted element to supply water under pressure to the said single portion package. The brewing unit also comprises a lever to control the movement of the said drawer and mechanical connection between the said lever and the said outputted element.
