Comparative evaluation of amino acid composition of mycelium and fruit bodies of T. versicolor showed that the content of essential amino acids in the fruit bodies of the fungus from the total number of amino acids is superior to almost 30% of this figure in the mycelium. And in the mycelium is observed prevalence of these essential acids like isoleucine, leucine and tyrosine, while in the fruit bodies - leucine and tyrosine.

It is known that T. versicolor contains a large amount of polysaccharides, and the number of easy-hydrolyzed carbohydrates in mycelium is significantly different from the number of difficult-hydrolyzable carbohydrates. The content of total lipids in the mycelium of this strain is of 1.02 to 1.49%. Lipid fraction includes neutral lipids, glycolipids and phospholipids. There is a predominance of neutral lipids. From the presented data indicate that the proportion of biologically active substances in the biomass of mycelium of the studied strain exceeds their content in the fruit bodies and contains all the necessary components to create a biological active additives.

The device includes a dish with a drain pan for growing of the microorganism, provided with a transport net freely dropped on its bottom. The transport net is made from a neutral material and is fastened by its ends to drive drums, which ensure lifting of the transport net from the dish bottom. The device also contains a reception device with a valve for the connection to a mixer-doser and supply of the liquid culture medium mixture with mother culture into the dish, rotary flaps, placed on butt ends of the dish for the regulation of air exchange in the dish, a drain device for pouring out the culture liquid, a pipe branch for the supply of a drying agent under the net, a sampling instrument and removable colour filters on lamps for the regulation of illumination, placed on side walls of the dish, a lid, which hermetically closes the dish, made with a possibility of its opening and/or removal, equipped with injectors for spraying the SAS solution above the surface of biomass growing in the dish and washing heads for the realisation of sanitary processing of the device. The method involves treating the sensitive layer of a biosensor with solution of a common fraction of protease of hepatopancreas of king crab in a buffer comprising tris-HCl 50 mM, CaCl2 3 mM, NaCl 100 mM, pH 8.0 at solution temperature of 35-40°C. The process is carried out in multiple successive steps with a solution of a solution of a common fraction of protease of hepatopancreas of king crab in said solvent at temperature of 35-40°C followed by exposure. The sensitive layer of the biosensor is successively washed with dodecyl sulphate dissolved in the same buffer in concentration of 0.1% and then with water at each step. The treatment process is carried out three times.

SUBSTANCE: method of obtaining an antiviral preparation is carried out by preparation of an inoculation mycelium of basidiomycete Enokitake Flammulina velutipes (Curtis) Singer, preparation of a liquid nutritional medium, which contains water, vegetable oil and molasses as a carbon source, as a nitrogen source - corn flour, as mineral salts - potassium dihydrophosphate and magnesium sulphate, its sterilisation, inoculation of the sterile nutritional medium with the prepared inoculation mycelium, cultivation of basidiomycete in it in an aerobic conditions; the obtained submerged culture is divided into basidiomycete biomass and a culture liquid, from which a clot is separated by addition to the latter of ethyl alcohol, which is pressed, dried and crushed with obtaining the antiviral preparation under specified conditions.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to simplify technological process, increase the output of the antiviral preparation, possessing higher activity.

SUBSTANCE: method of producing a carbon sorbent with antibacterial and antimycotic properties includes impregnating granules of a carbon hemosorbent with 10-50% aqueous solution of glycolic acid for 7-9 hours at room temperature. The ratio of the hemosorbent to the modifier solution of glycolic acid is 1:1. Further, drying is carried out for an hour at 100-110°C. Polycondensation of glycolic acid on the carbon hemosorbent is carried out in two steps: at 185-205°C for 1 hour, at 215-235°C for not less than 5 hours, on a sand bath. The disclosed modified carbon sorbent with antibacterial and antimycotic properties is granules with a round shape, contains not less than 5% polyglycolide, characterised by a specific adsorption surface area of less than 250 m2/g and total pore volume of less than 0.50 cm3/g.
