Pack of cigarettes and method of making pack of cigarettes

FIELD: packaging industry.

SUBSTANCE: pack of cigarettes comprises an inner package for a group of cigarettes wrapped in a sheet of packaging material comprising a tear-off line forming a tear-off upper part, which seamlessly extends along a single part of a sheet of packaging material, and a rigid outer package. The group of cigarettes is parallelepiped-shaped and comprises two parallel major side walls, two minor side walls and two end walls, four longitudinal edges are formed between the two major side walls and two minor side walls, four major transverse edges are formed between the two major side walls and two end walls, and four minor transverse edges are formed between the two minor side walls and two end walls. The sheet of packaging material is folded around a group of cigarettes by superposition of two opposite flaps of the sheet of packaging material to form a tubular wrapper covering a group of cigarettes, without seams at all four sides and having on the small side walls of the panel of cigarettes two lateral ends folded to complete creation of the inner container. The opposite flaps of the sheet of packaging material are applied only to the first major side wall of the group of cigarettes with formation of a tubular wrapper and before folding the two lateral ends of the tubular wrapper.

EFFECT: pack provides easy access to cigarettes.

The technical field

The present invention relates to a pack of cigarettes and a method of manufacture of a pack of cigarettes.

The present invention is particularly preferred for the manufacture of retractable cigarette pack containing two partially detachable containers with the possibility of inserting one into the other, to which the following description refers purely as an example.

The level of technology

Hard retractable pack of cigarettes contains a first container, which accommodates the inner tank (containing a certain number of cigarettes, placed in the inner receptacle from a sheet of foil material) and placed inside a second container slidable relative to the second container between a closed position in which the first container is inserted into the second tank, and an open position in which the first container is partially extended from the second vessel. The first container can be moved with the slide relative to the second container directly or by rotation about the hinge rod (paper strips attached) connecting the two tanks. Some embodiments of the retractable hard packs of cigarettes described in FR 2499947 A1, US 4534463 A1, US 5080227 A1 and IT 1169163 B, and one version of the retractable hard pack of cigarettes described in WO 2006/021581.

Inner tank made of sheet folderband the second material contains a tear-off top portion, bonded so-called tear strip and tear off for access to the cigarettes when the pack is printed. In the variant with retractable hard pack of cigarettes only part of the upper wall of the inner container is available for the user (in contrast to conventional hard pack of cigarettes with a hinged lid), thus tear the top part also contains only a limited portion of the upper wall of the inner container.

Internal capacity of the sheet of foil material is usually made in the shape of an elongated rectangle and is initially folded in the form of the letterUaround a certain number of cigarettes. Depending on the design (sigareti)packing machines, which are manufactured cigarettes, the sheet material of the inner receptacle may be first folded transversely in the form of the letterUor longitudinally around a certain number of cigarettes. When the sheet material of the inner receptacle retractable hard pack of cigarettes initially rolled across the letterUaround a certain number of cigarettes, tear-off top portion placed on one side of the sheet material of the inner receptacle, sealed one tear tape.

On the contrary, when the sheet material of the inner receptacle retractable hard pack of cigarettes original roll in the form of the letterUin the longitudinal napravleniiakh a certain amount (hereinafter the group) cigarettes, tear-off top portion defined by two separate pieces of sheet material of the inner receptacle, located on the opposite ends of the sheet, which is limited to two respective tear strips, as described, for example, in U.S. US5060227A1. Tear off the top part that contains two separate pieces of sheet material of the inner receptacle is impractical, forcing the user when the print tutu, tear off the top part of two consecutive actions (one for each part of the tear-off top) as differences from a single action.

In addition, elements of tear-off top retractable hard pack of cigarettes can tear off the rest of the inner receptacle and pressed against the inner surface of the outer vessel, making thus difficult (if not impossible without tearing the packaging material) print tutu. (This issue applies only when printing the stack, so when you print tutu tear the top part is removed).

In WO 010892A1 described carton to accommodate the many packs of cigarettes and containing a shell and a movable structure; one end of the shell is partially open, to allow the user to move a sliding cover, which contains a pack of cigarettes, in the open state is.

In WO 2007128822A1 disclosed method of folding the sheet of packaging material around a group of cigarettes, which includes direct line break option and hard pack with hinged lid that covers only the lateral part of the hard pack and hard pack with hinged lid that covers the entire top of the hard pack.

Description of the invention

The purpose of the present invention is to offer a pack of cigarettes and a method of manufacturing a pack of cigarettes, which are designed to eliminate the aforementioned disadvantages and at the same time are inexpensive and legkoizvlekaemymi.

According to the present invention proposed a pack of cigarettes and a method of manufacturing a cigarette pack, as claimed in the attached claims.

Preferred embodiments of the inventions

Reference number 1 in Fig.1 indicates as a whole a rigid packet of cigarettes, open from moving in the forward direction with the slide.

Packet 1 of cigarettes, is shown in Fig.1, contains the inner receptacle 2 containing a group of cigarettes wrapped in a sheet of foil material of the inner receptacle; and a rigid outer container 3 made of thin cardboard or something similar, and accommodated the inner receptacle 2. The external container 3, in turn, includes a rigid inner receptacle 4, usually enclosing the inner container 2; and a rigid outer container 5, enclosing the inner container 4 to provide the ability to move with the sliding of the inner container 4 with respect to the outer tank 5 and the forward (progressive) movement between a closed position (Fig.1), in which the inner container 4 is fully inserted into the outer tank 5, and an open position (Fig.2), in coloronline tank 4 is partially removed from the outer tank 5 for direct user access to the interior of the container 2.

As shown in Fig.3, the inner container 4 is made with the shape of a parallelepiped and includes a bottom wall 6, top wall 7, two opposite large parallel side walls 8, and two parallel minor lateral walls 9a,9b, located between the major lateral walls 8. Next to minor lateral wall 9a of the upper wall 7 includes a hole 10 for extraction, which also continues on the major parts of the side walls 8, and when the inner container 4 is in the open position, is located with a location outside the outer tank 5 in order to provide the user the ability to open the inner receptacle 2 and remove the cigarette from the inner container 4. The locking lug 11 is embedded in every major lateral wall 8, next to a small side wall 9b, and stands back from the inner container 4 from the edge between the corresponding large side wall 8 and a small side wall 9b. Four longitudinal edges formed between the major lateral walls 8 and minor lateral walls 9, and eight transverse edges are located between the side walls 8, 9, and walls 6,7.

As shown in Fig.3, outer tank 5 is also moulded into the shape of a parallelepiped and has a bottom wall 12, top wall 13, two opposite large parallel side walls 14, minor lateral wall 15 and the opening 16 opposite minor lateral wall 15 and through which moves with the sliding of the inner receptacle 4. The locking lug 17 is connected with the edge of each large side wall 14, a limiting hole 16, and is inside the outer tank 5 from the corresponding large side wall 14, and when pulling the inner receptacle 4, when it is engaged with the corresponding locking tongue 11 of the inner container 4 to limit the movement in the outward direction from the inner container 4 and to prevent separation from the external tank 5 completely. Two longitudinal edges are located between the large side walls 14 and minor lateral wall 15; and six transverse edges are located between the side walls 14,15 and walls 12,13.

Minor lateral wall 15 of the outer tank 5 has a Central hole, made with a shape and size that provides the user the ability to exert pressure through a small side wall 15 on the small side wall 9b of the inner container 4 to move with the sliding of the inner container 4 in the open position.

In one embodiment, the non-drying glue weak adhesion (i.e. non-permanent adhesive, which provides the opportunity to separate the parts and repeated re-gluing without losing its adhesive properties) is applied between the minor lateral wall 15 of the outer tank 5 and minor side wall 9b of the inner container 4 (that is, small is the iron wall, based on the small side wall 15 of the outer tank 5 in the closed position) so that in the closed position of the small side wall 9b was poorly glued to minor lateral wall 15 for reliable retention of the inner container 4 in the closed position.

In the embodiment of Fig.1-3 all longitudinal and transverse edges of the containers 4 and 5 are direct. In other embodiments, the execution, not shown, at least one of the edges of the containers 4 and 5 may differ from the straight line (edge), for example, be rounded or beveled.

Tanks 4 and 5 packs of 1 cigarette according to Fig.1-3 is formed by folding the respective known blanks 19 and 20, indicated by the reference positions 4 and 5, respectively. Each of the blanks 19 and 20 contains, among other things, the number of panels, which are indicated, where possible, using the same position, only with accents, as for the corresponding walls of the respective containers 4,5.

With reference to Fig.4 billet 19 contains two longitudinal lines 21 bend and a number of transverse fold lines 22, forming between the longitudinal lines 21 bend the panel 7', forming part of the upper wall 7; panel 8', forming one of the upper side wall 8; panel 6' forming the bottom wall 6; panel 8", forming a second upper side wall 8; and the panel 7", which forms the rest of the upper level is key 7.

Panel 8' has two side wings 9', which represent the inner part of the small side wall 9 located on opposite sides of the panel 8, and is separated from the panel 8' longitudinal lines 21 bend. Panel 8" includes two side wings 9", which represent the outer part of the auxiliary side walls 9, and are located on opposite sides of the panel 8 and are separated from panel 8" longitudinal lines 21 bend. Each side wing 9' panel8' has a tongue 23 which is separated from the side of the wing 9' transverse fold line 22. And the opening containing the corresponding locking tab 11, is made in each panel 8',8".

With reference to Fig.5, the blank 20 includes two transverse fold line 24 and the number of longitudinal lines 25 fold, containing between transverse lines 24 bend the panel 14', forming one large side wall 14; the panel 15', forming the minor lateral wall 15; and the panel 14" forming another big side wall 14. And each panel 14',14" contains the locking lug 17 located on the opposite side relative to the panel 15' and being separated from the corresponding panel 14',14" longitudinal bend line 25.

Panel 14' contain two rectangular end of the wing 12' and 13", which are located at opposite ends of panel 14', are separated from panel 14' transverse lines 24 of the bend is formed corresponding to the outer part 12 and 13 of the walls. Panel 15' contains two end wings 12 and 13, which are located at opposite ends of the panel 15', are separated from panel 15' transverse lines 24 bend, are triangular in shape with rounded outer top and form the corresponding inner part 12 and 13 of the walls. Panel 14 contains two trapezoidal end of the wing 12"' and 13"', which are located at opposite ends of the panel 14", separated from panel 14" transverse lines 24 to bend and form the corresponding inner part 12 and 13 of the walls. And end wings 12",12"' and 13",13"' attached to this form, so they are not connected with overlapping when folded, at the end wings 12' and 13' to form walls 12 and 13 of the outer tank 5.

As shown in Fig.6-8, the inner receptacle 2 is formed into the shape of a parallelepiped with a rectangular cross-section and made of a rectangular sheet 29 of foil material of the inner receptacle (shown expanded in Fig.7), wrapped around properly laid, essentially in the form of a parallelepiped 30 of cigarettes (Fig.8) with a rectangular cross-section. The inner receptacle 2 contains a single tear-off top portion 31 bounded by a line 32 gap continues seamlessly on a single section of sheet 29 of the packaging material (as shown in Fig.7), and when the print packet 1 of cigarettes, detached for l is Gogo access to the group 30 of cigarettes. Tear-off top portion 31 preferably has a tongue 33, which is pressed down to the great wall of the inner container 2 and can be raised and captured by the user for pulling the tear-off top portion 31 of the inner container 2. In other words, the pull-tab 33 is made of tear-off top portion 31 and forms an integral part thereof and can be raised and captured by the user for pulling the tear-off top portion 31 of the inner container 2.

As shown in Fig.7, the sheet 29 of the packaging material is in the shape of an elongated rectangle with two parallel opposite long sides and two parallel opposite short sides.

As shown in Fig.8, a group 30 of cigarettes has essentially parallelepipedal shape with a rectangular cross-section and has two parallel, opposite, large rectangular side walls 34 (only one shown in Fig.8) formed by the cylindrical lateral walls of the cigarettes; two parallel, opposing, and rectangular, small side walls 35 (only one shown in Fig.8) formed by the cylindrical lateral walls of the cigarettes, and which is less than the large side wall 34; and two parallel, opposing, and rectangular end wall 36 (only one shown in Fig.8) formed by the ends of the cigarettes (more specifically od is and end wall 36a is formed by the flat ends of the cigarettes, and the other end wall 36b are formed by the ends of the filter).

Four longitudinal edge 37 formed between two large side walls 34 and two small side walls 35; four large transverse edge 38 is formed between two large side walls 34 and two end walls 36; and four minor transverse edges 39 is formed between the two small side walls 35 and two end walls 36.

The method by which the sheet 29 of the packaging material, wrapping up around the panels 30 cigarettes for the formation of the inner container 2 described below with reference to Fig.9-19.

First, as shown in Fig.9, one large side wall 34b of group 30 of cigarettes is in contact with the expanded sheet 29 of the packaging material so that the longitudinal edges 37 of group 30 of cigarettes are parallel to the long sides of the sheet 29 of the packaging material, and large transverse edge 38 of group 30 of cigarettes are parallel to the short sides of the sheet 29 of the packaging material. Large side wall 34b of group 30 of cigarettes located symmetrically in the center of the relatively long sides of the sheet 29 of the packaging material, but asymmetrically relative to the short sides of the sheet 29 of the packaging material (more specifically located on the centerline closer to the tear-off top portion 31). The sheet 29 of the packaging material then SG is but around a group 30 of cigarettes, and two opposite flapper valve 40 and 41 of the sheet 29 of the packaging material is combined with overlap for the formation of tubular wrapper (Fig.13) containing the group 30 of cigarettes and contains two open lateral end 42,43 on the small side walls 35 of group 30 of cigarettes. Opposite the valves 40 and 41 of the sheet 29 of the packaging material are overlapped on the second major side wall 34a of group 30 of cigarettes, so that the tear-off top portion 31 is located in the upper quarter of the inner container 2, as shown, for example, in Fig.2.

Finally (Fig.14-17), open lateral ends 42,43 sheet 29 of the packaging material is bent to complete the creation of the inner container 2. More specifically, the sheet 29 of the packaging material is bent to a relatively small transverse edge 39a of group 30 of cigarettes in tear-off top portion 31 for education together with a plot of tear-off top portion 31 of the pull-tab 33 on both sides of the minor transverse edges 39a (as shown in Fig.17).

For the formation of the tongue 33 of the sheet 29 of the packaging material bend, and on the open side end 42 that contains a tear-off top portion 31, with respect to the longitudinal edges 37a on the small side wall 35a, without first bending the relatively small transverse edges 39a (Fig.16); and then bend at the open lateral end 42 relative to the second longitudinal edge 37b on the small becauuuuse 35a. In a preferred embodiment of to bend relative to the longitudinal edges 37a on the small side wall 35a, the sheet 29 of the packaging material bend relatively small transverse edge 39b of the small side wall 35a.

Outdoor side end 43 is preferably initially bend by bending the sheet 29 of the packaging material relative to the two small lateral edges 39, and then on the two longitudinal edges 37.

As mentioned, the pull-tab 33 Flex relatively small transverse edges 39a on the end wall 36b of group 30 of cigarettes (as shown in Fig.18). In a preferred embodiment of the pull-tab 33 is temporarily fixed with the rest of the upper part 31, the closing end wall 36b of group 30 of cigarettes. This can be accomplished by applying the adhesive with a weak adhesion (i.e. non-permanent adhesive that enables easy separation of the panels) between the tongue 33 and the rest of the detachable upper part 31 for attaching the pull tab 33 at the time with the rest of the detachable upper part 31; or adhesion peel-off stickers 44 (Fig.20), adhesive covered with a weak adhesion (i.e. non-permanent glue, which enables easy separation of the panels) on top of the tongue 33 and the rest of the tear-off top portion 31 for insertion of the tongue 33 to temporarily rest a tear the top part 31. In one embodiment, the tear-off label 44 is attached to the tongue 33 and the rest of the tear-off top portion 31 with the use of adhesive with high adhesive ability (that is, permanent adhesive, which makes possible the breaking of the panels). In this embodiment, as a tear-off top portion 31, and a tear-off sticker 44 can be removed by the user at the same time. For easy removal of the label 44 may be provided with nepriklausoma tongue to capture (not shown). Tear-off label 44 may also be glued on top of the tongue 33 and the rest of the tear-off top portion 31 with the use of adhesive with high adhesion to a solid fixation of tongue 33 to the rest of the tear-off top portion 31.

In an alternative embodiment, shown in Fig.21, the external container 3, in particular the inner receptacle 4 from an external reservoir 3 contains a tear-off lid 45, which tear when printing the stack 1 of cigarettes, and at least partially closing the hole 10 for the extraction of the inner container 4 (and therefore almost all of the tear-off top portion 31).

Tear-off lid 45 is U-shaped and includes a top wall 46, which forms a natural continuation of the upper wall 7 of the inner container 4; and two lateral walls 47, coplanar with large side walls 8 of the inner container 4. Tear-off lid 45 (i.e verdaasdonk 46 and side walls 47 a tear-off lid 45) is connected with the rest of the inner container 4 through lines 48 of the gap. More specifically, the top wall 46 of the tear-off lid 45 is connected to the upper wall 7 of the inner container 4 through line 48 gap; and each side wall 47 a tear-off lid 45 is connected with a corresponding large side wall 8 of the inner container 4 along two lines 48 gap on opposite sides of the side wall 47.

In a preferred embodiment, unlike the closing of all openings 10 for extracting, tear-off lid 45 leaves open at least part of the holes 10 to extract to form a means to facilitate gripping and removal of the tear-off lid 45. Each part of the hole 10 for extracting left open tear-off lid 45, preferably located on the corresponding upper side wall 8 of the inner container 4. That means that with a tear-off lid 45 can be left uncovered two separate parts of the holes 10 to retrieve, placed symmetrically on two large walls 8 of the inner container 4, or only one part of the hole 10 for extracting located symmetrically on one large wall 8 of the inner container 4. Alternative or in addition, the upper wall 46 of the tear-off lid 45 is less than the upper wall of the inner container 2 (as shown in Fig.32) in order to create additional foot by which it is easy to grasp and remove a tear to the cap 45.

As shown in Fig.22, tear-off lid 45 is formed by combiningand gluing together two separate elements 45' and 45". Element 45' contains two parts 46',47', divided by a transverse fold line 22; element 45 contains two parts 46",47" divided by transverse fold line 22; and part 46' panel 45' is superimposed and glued to part 46" panel 45" for the formation of the upper wall 46 of the cap 45.

Tear-off lid 45 is also used for holding the tongue 33 is pressed down to the rest of the tear-off top portion 31, the closing end wall 36b of group 30 of cigarettes. In one embodiment, the tear-off lid 45 is glued to the tear-off top portion 31 of the inner container 2 (i.e. the bottom surface of the tear-off lid 45 is glued to the tear-off top portion 31) using adhesive with high adhesive ability (that is, permanent adhesive, which makes it possible only breaking panels), so that the tear-off top portion 31 and a tear-off lid 45 can be removed by the user at the same time.

Embodiment of Fig.23 differs from the embodiment of Fig.1-22 (especially scenarios in Fig.21) in regard to the forms tear-off top portion 31 and the manner in which the sheet 29 of the material of the inner receptacle bend around a group 30 of cigarettes. In the embodiment of Fig.23 tear-off top portion 31 includes the t in an internal portion of the sheet 29 of the packaging material; and the sheet 29 of the packaging material bent without forming the tongue 33. Comparison of the sheets 29 of the packaging material of Fig.6 and 25 and the inner tank 2 of Fig.18 and 24 clearly shows the differences between the variants of execution of Fig.23 and Fig.1-22.

It is important to note that in an embodiment, also shown in Fig.23, the sheet 29 of the packaging material is bent around a group 30 of cigarettes through the application of valves 40 and 41 on the large side wall 34a of group 30 of cigarettes so that the tear-off top portion 31 was located in the upper quarter of the inner container 2, as shown in Fig.24.

In the embodiment of Fig.23 (as in the embodiment of Fig.21) tear-off lid 45 is glued using adhesive with high adhesive ability (or with the use of heat sealing) with detachable upper part 31 of the inner container 2, so that the tear-off top portion 31 and a tear-off lid 45 can be removed by the user at the same time. (Fig.23b shows the packet 1 of cigarettes, from which the tear-off lid 45 is removed along with the detachable upper part 31 to open the cigarettes in the group of 30 inside of the inner container 2). In one embodiment, the tear-off lid 45 in the embodiment of Fig.23 replaced by a tear-off sticker 44 (as in the embodiment of Fig.20), glued adhesive with high adhesive ability (or with the use of heat sealing) with the upper part 31 in the morning the vessel 2.

It is important to note that the packet 1 of cigarettes (and its variants) described above, the tear-off top portion 31 can be removed quickly and easily in one motion, and there is no glue on the inside of the inner container 2. The latter is a potentially important feature, in this case, some types of glue are believed to have a negative impact on the organoleptic properties of cigarettes, if you put it too close to them.

In an alternative embodiment, shown in Fig.26-28, the sheet 29 of the packaging material (Fig.28) contains two lines 32a,32b of the gap defining the respective tear-off top portion 31a,31b located on opposite edges of the sheet 29 of the packaging material and which is laid with overlapping (as shown in Fig.27), when the sheet 29 of the packaging material is bent in a known manner around a group 30 of cigarettes for the formation of the inner container 2. Tear the top part 31a,31b fully glued to each other using adhesive with high bonding strength, so that removal of any one part also removes another, making thus possible to remove both tear-off top portions 31a,31b.

In an embodiment of the invention in Fig.26 the external container 3 does not contain any tear-off lid 45. In the variant of Fig.29 the external container 3 contains atrivo the cover 45, partially closing the tear-off top portion 31a,31b, and which may be separate (i.e. not pasted) from the tear-off top portions 31a,31b, may be glued adhesive with high adhesive ability to tear-off top portions 31a,31b (in this case, the tear-off top portion 31a,31b should be glued to one another by adhesive with high adhesion), or may be glued adhesive with high adhesion to both tear-off top portions 31a,31b (in this case, the tear-off top portion 31a,31b can be glued to one another by adhesive with high adhesive ability, or not to be glued). When a tear-off lid 45 is glued adhesive with high adhesion to at least one of the tear-off top portions 31a,31b, as a tear-off lid 45 and tear the top part 31a,31b can be removed by the user at the same time.

In an embodiment of the invention in Fig.29 the external container 3 contains a tear-off lid 45, partially closing the tear-off top portion 31a,31b. In the variant of Fig.30 tear-off lid 45 is replaced by a tear-off sticker 44 attached using adhesive with high adhesive ability (that is, permanent adhesive, which makes it possible only breaking panels) at least one tear-off top portions 31a,31b. Packet 1 of cigarettes in Figs.31 and 32 is substantially different from the pack of Fig.1 and 2 in the part concerning the manner in which the inner container 4 is moved relative to the outer tank 5: packet 1 of cigarettes in Figs.1 and 2, the inner container 4 is moved relative to the outer tank 5, while in the packet 1 of cigarettes in Figs.31 and 32 of the inner container 4 is rotated relative to the outer tank 5.

Given the similarity between packet 1 of cigarettes in Figs.31 and 32 and the stack of Fig.1 and 2, for a detailed description of tutu 1 cigarette according to Fig.31 and 32, one who meets the description should refer to the above relatively bundle 1 of cigarettes in Figs.1 and 2.

In packet 1 of cigarettes in Figs.31 and 32 of the outer container 3, and more specifically the inner receptacle 4 from an external reservoir 3 contains a tear-off lid 45 (Fig.32), which should be removed when printing the stack 1 of cigarettes, and closes at least part of the holes 10 for the extraction of the inner container 4 (and, therefore,the upper wall of the internal pack 2). Preferably, the tear-off lid 45 closes the tear-off top portion 31 of the inner container 2, forming part of the upper wall of the inner container 2. It is important to note that the tear-off top portion 31 of the inner container 2 can be performed with this configuration, as described above (that is one part of a seamless sheet 29 of the packaging material, as clearly shown in Fig.7, with the tongue 33 or without it), or may be of conventional type, that is defined by two separate overlapping portions 31a,31b of the sheet 29 of the packaging material (as shown in Fig.27 and 28). In this case, two separate pieces 31a,31b, forming a tear-off top portion 31 of the inner container 2, can be glued to one another or not.

In Fig.33 shows the packet 1 of cigarettes with a tear-off lid 45 is removed from the inner container 4, and clearly showing the whole upper wall of the inner container 2, in which the tear-off top portion 31.

In the embodiment of Fig.31-33 inner tank 4 does not contain any of the top wall, so as soon as a tear-off lid 45 is remote from the inner container 4, the top wall of the inner receptacle 2 is fully open (as shown in Fig.33).

Tear-off lid 45 is U-shaped and includes a top wall 46, closing the upper wall of the inner container 2 (and which is formed b the natural continuation of the upper wall 7 of the inner container 4 when (upper wall)); and two side walls 47, the closing part of the large side walls of the inner container 2, and being coplanar with large side walls 8 of the inner container 4. Tear-off lid 45 (that is, the upper wall 46 and side walls 47 a tear-off lid 45) is connected with the rest of the inner container 4 through lines 48 of the gap. More precisely, the upper wall 46 of the tear-off lid 45 is not connected to the inner receptacle 4; and each side wall 47 a tear-off lid 45 is connected with the respective upper side wall 8 of the inner container 4 by a single U-shaped line 48 of the gap (as shown on the workpiece 19 in Fig.34), or on two lines 48 gap on opposite sides of the side wall 47.

In a preferred embodiment, unlike the closing of all openings 10 for extracting, tear-off lid 45 leaves at least part of the holes 10 to retrieve unclosed to form a foot for engagement and removal of the tear-off lid 45 without difficulty. Each part of the hole 10 for extracting left open tear-off lid 45, preferably located on the corresponding upper side wall 8 of the inner container 4. That means that a tear-off lid 45 may leave open two separate parts of the holes 10 to retrieve, located symmetrically on the two upper side walls 8 internally the vessel 4, or only one part of the hole 10 for extracting located asymmetrically on one large side wall 8 of the inner container 4 (as the workpiece 19 in Fig.34).

As shown on the workpiece 19 in Fig.34, tear-off lid 45 is formed by overlapping and bonding together of two separate elements 45' and 45". Element 45' contains two parts 46',47', divided by a transverse fold line 22; element 45 contains two parts 46",47", divided by a transverse fold line 22; and part 46' panel 45' superimposed and glued to part 46" panel 45" for the formation of the upper wall 46 of the cap 45.

In a preferred embodiment, the tear-off lid 45 is no attached to the tear-off top portion 31 of the inner container 2, which means that when the tear-off lid 45 is removed, the underlying tear-off top portion 31 of the inner container 2 remains intact (as shown in Fig.33). In an alternative embodiment, a tear-off lid 45 is bonded to the tear-off top portion 31 of the inner container 2 (i.e. the bottom surface of the tear-off lid 45 is bonded to the tear-off top portion 31) using adhesive with high adhesive ability (that is, permanent adhesive, which can only break panel), so that the tear-off top portion 31 and a tear-off lid 45 can be removed by the user at the same time.

Tear-off lid 45 keeps the gap between the second upper portion 31 the inner container 2 is pressed against the upper wall of the inner container 2, preventing, thus, raising the panels tear-off top portion 31 up from the rest of the inner receptacle 2 and is clamped to the inner surface of the outer tank 5, making it difficult, therefore, (or making it impossible without tearing the packaging material) print tutu 1 cigarettes. (This problem occurs when you print tutu 1 cigarette when printing remove the tear-off top portion 31).

In Fig.36 and 37 shows the corresponding workpiece 19 and 20 to form a stack 1 of cigarettes, like the pack of Fig.31-33 (i.e. with the same design tear-off lid 45), but in which the container 4 is moved relative to the tank 5.

In one embodiment, the sheet 29 of the material of the inner container is made of foil; the inner receptacle 2 is generally not hardened either by ring or heat sealing; and (every) line 32 of the gap is performed by sequentially located at a distance (usually punched mechanically) through holes. In an alternative embodiment, a sheet 29 of the material of the inner container is made of multi-layered hot-melt material; and the inner receptacle 2 is hardened by means of heat sealing (i.e. superimposed pieces of sheet 29 of the material of the inner receptacle are TermoSanitari after bending). The hardening of the inner container 2 by means of heat sealing ensures hermetic sealing. The container has a surface containing at least one highly frictional surface region having a coefficient of friction of from about 0.63 to about 2.00. FIELD: packing.

SUBSTANCE: proposed packing with two main walls, two side walls and two end face walls has envelope with smoking articles made of sheet protective material and hole made in sheet material to take smoking articles out of packing. Said hole is located on upper end face wall and terminates on one of main walls of packing being provided with cover with nondrying glue layer on one of surfaces by means of which it attaches to protective material envelope at edges of its hole. Said envelope is provided with lip non-covered with layer of glue which makes it possible to hermetically close the packing after taking out smoking article. Packing is furnished with outer wrapper made of sheet material arranged from outer side of envelope and covering part of cover and part of envelope. Third wall is divided by two lines of bend into first section adjacent to second wall, and second section adjacent to fourth wall, and side walls contain two fifth walls located at opposite sides of front wall and forming side walls. Second wall has two first tops located on longitudinal lines of bend in contact with third walls. Preliminarily weakened line has central section parallel to cross lines of bend, and two side sections connecting central section with two first tops. Invention makes it possible to create rigid cigarette packs of parallelepiped form from which cigarettes can be easily taken out without damage to cigarettes and pack.

EFFECT: ease of taking cigarettes out of pack.

SUBSTANCE: rigid cigarette pack has hinged lid, container for holding cigarettes made as prismatic member with substantially longitudinal axis. Pack has triangular cross-section. Hinged lid connected to opened container end may rotate between opened container position and closed one. Cigarette package comprises rigid box with hinged closure made as prismatic member with substantially longitudinal axis. Package has triangular cross-section and adapted to receive several cigarette packs of triangular cross-sections.

EFFECT: increase rigidity of cigarette pack and improved cigarette protection.

SUBSTANCE: package comprises inner shell in which smoking articles are stored and outer shell bent of flexible cardboard or dense paper and shaped as parallelepiped with opened end. The package is provides with outer wrapper, which covers outer shell from outside. The outer wrapper has front and rear main walls, opposite side walls and lower wall. Each side wall has fold line extending in parallel to longitudinal edge of side wall. Fold line is doubled in two lines directed to corners located at corresponding side wall base to provide deformation of above side wall inside the package.

EFFECT: increased compactness and possibility to maintain initial smoking article conditions.

FIELD: containers having bodies formed in one piece.

SUBSTANCE: box comprises lower base having lower wall and front, rear, right and left side walls. The container is provided with lid having front, rear, right and left side walls. Insert is secured into the lid so that the insert passes in the base to elevate box content after box opening. Side walls have lengths equal to multiple heights thereof. Lid is pivotally connected the base along rear side walls so that lid and base may perform, mutual rotation one relative another. The insert is connected to inner side of rear side wall of the lid and is not connected to the base.

EFFECT: simplified structure.

SUBSTANCE: pack comprises hinged lid connected to pack body. Each of the lid and the body comprises front, rear and two side walls. Pressed-in area is created near upper edge of front wall 22 so that pressed-in area extends inside the pack. Cardboard blank for package production also provided.

EFFECT: increased ability of pack lid opening.
