The technical field to which the invention relates.

The present invention relates in General to devices for washing clothes, such as washing machines or combined washing machines and tumble dryers. The term "linen" in this case includes clothing and apparel. Namely, the present invention relates to a device for washing clothes, having a dosing device for automatic dosing of detergent liquids for washing clothes (i.e. detergents, softeners and other).

The level of technology

In devices for washing clothes, such as a washing machine and a washing and drying machine, used cleaning products in the cycle of washing clothes; detergents such products include, for example detergents and softeners.

Device for washing clothes in General contain receiving containers for cleaning products for washing clothes, for example, in the form of drawers provided in the device, from which the cycle of Laundry detergent products are collected and dispensed into the wash tank.

In recent years there has been a trend to use liquid cleaning products for washing instead of powder, which was used in the past. The removable water tank is attached to the drawer, and provides a channel for supplying water into the steam generator from the water tank by a pump, preferably installed in the canal water supply for supplying water from the water container to the steam generator.

The applicant has solved the problem of finding an effective solution to ensure the design of automatic dosing for linen washing devices for washing clothes.

In accordance with an aspect of the present invention a device for washing, comprising a housing in which is housed a washing tank for washing and dispensing device for supplying products for washing clothes, which should be used in the process of washing clothes.

The metering device comprises a drawer configured to slide inside the seats located in the case.

The implementation of the invention

In Fig.1 shows a device 100 for washing clothes in accordance with the present invention. In particular, the device 100 for washing clothes is a in this example, the washing machine, while the decisions which will be described hereinafter, may also be applied directly to other types of washing machines, for example, to a combined washing machines and tumble dryers.

Washing machine 100 includes an outer housing 105, which comprises a washing tank containing rotating the washing drum (no washing tank or drum is e visible in the drawing, being traditional and not related to the understanding of embodiments of the present invention, to be described). The front wall 110 of the housing 105 has an opening to which is connected the door 115 to provide user access to cleaning the drum for loading/unloading of linen for washing. On the front side of the housing 105, mainly in its upper part, a toolbar 120 control the machine with input devices and configure the operating parameters (such as push buttons, rotary selectors and others), through which the user can set the desired preferences for washing, and a display device.

Washing machine 100 equipped with a dosing device for dosing of detergents for washing clothes, i.e. detergent and softeners in the wash tank. The metering device comprises a button at the side of the control panel 120, a drawer 125, movably mounted in the seat for a drawer (indicated by the position 227 in the following figures and detailed described later) provided in the housing 105 and the continuing essentially from the front side of the machine to its rear side; a drawer, as will be described later, is used by the user to download detergents for washing clothes, which are used inthe cycles of washing.

Below is a description of several illustrative and non-limiting embodiment of the metering device for detergents.

The first variant shown in Fig.2A-2L. In Fig.2A shows a drawer 125 in a partially extended, open position (partially extracted from the seats), a perspective view; Fig.2B shows a drawer 125, completely removed from the seats, perspective view from a different angle; Fig.2C shows a view in partial section along the plane II-C II-C, is shown in Fig.2A; Fig.2D shows a drawer 125 in the closed position (in which the drawer 125 is pushed all the way in my seat), and Fig.2E shows a view in partial section along the plane II-E II-E, shown in Fig.2D; Fig.2F shows a drawer and seat Assembly, perspective view from the rear; Fig.2G shows the lower part of the seat drawer, perspective view with a spatial separation of the parts; Fig.2H shows the rear part of the seat drawer, top view; and Fig.2L shows the footprint of a drawer, a view in section along the plane II-L-II-L, shown in Fig.2N (for clarity, some elements are not shown).

Drawer 125 is designed so that it forms two containers a and 201b (see Fig.2B) for two different liquid tis the social product; for example, the container 201a larger capacity is designed for the detergent and the container 201b is suitable for softener. These two container a and 201b are limited to the bottom wall 203 of the drawer and the side walls 205 a drawer that runs along the perimeter, and separated by an intermediate wall 207, protruding from the bottom wall 203 of the drawer 125 and continuing throughout its length. The bottom wall 203 of the drawer is tilted toward the front of the drawer so that the height of two containers a and 201b decreases, starting from the front of the drawer to his back. Two containers a and 201b open top for closing the two containers has (preferably) a removable cover 209 (when removing which the user gets access to the containers, for example, for cleaning purposes). In accordance with the embodiment of the present invention, two pumps 265a and 265b are piston pumps, for example, positive displacement pumps, piston pumps, gear pumps, and designed to displace a metered volume of liquid. Each of the two pumps 265a and 265b is expendable hole, which is connected in a fluid environment, through appropriate flexible pipe a and 267b, to the corresponding inputs of the mixing chamber 269, located in the rear corner (namely, without limitation, in the back left corner, as shown front) seats 227 drawer 125; preferably the mixing chamber 269 is formed in one piece with a mounting seat 227 drawer, and produced by a process of injection molding of plastic.

The outputs of the two electric apanov 270 and 271 are connected by fluid through the respective pipe 290 and 291 with camera 272 for pouring water located behind the seats 227 drawer and, for example, made in one piece with it. FIELD: personal use articles.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cleaning machines, such as dishwashing or washing machines designed to wash dishes or laundry with the help of detergents. Machine used to clean articles by means of washing comprises tank, where articles to be washed are placed, dispensing device for dispensing of required amount of detergent into washing tank, container, where detergent is placed, required for more than one washing cycle, and where mixing device is installed to prevent formation of detergent flakes in container, due to motion, and motor of mixing device, which sends required energy for motion of mixing device. Machine comprises control device, where values of current sent to mixing device motor and corresponding to a certain amount of detergent available in container at a specific moment of time are recorded, through monitoring of current values sent to motor of mixing device, and their comparison to recorded values of mixing device motor current. Mixing device is arranged in the form of hollow cylinder, which is fixed by its one end to container wall. The second free end of hollow cylinder is arranged horizontally and is put in vibratory motion. Control device informs the user about the fact that detergent ran out, with the help of audio signal and/or video signal, when current goes below specified threshold value.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of dispenser operation and its higher effectiveness.
